No. But it will help to curb those sugar cravings by allowing your body natural sugars. When you find yourself searching for something sweet try berries. Fruits have natural sugars in them that help to fight the urge for sweets. Dark chocolate is full of antioxidants along with other health benefits that may lower your cholesterol and help prevent heart disease. Peppermint tea is a great alternative to reduce cravings. Keep fruit handy for when sugar cravings hit. You’ll get fiber and nutrients along with some sweetness.

And stock up on foods like nuts, seeds, and dried fruits, says certified addiction specialist. Mint, ginger, cinnamon, and chai teas will all help you fend off those longings by hitting that “sweet spot” without sugar overload, and with so many varieties, it’s hard to get bored of tea. If you need to sweeten it up, add just a teaspoon of honey, which is healthier for you (and your blood sugar) than straight sugar or sweeteners. Sugar is the worse substance in existence.

To understand how bad sugar is for you, think about a 200-year-old skeleton and how it comes as no surprise that the teeth are still intact. In a new study out of the UK, scientists plotted average sugar intakes in various populations around the world and compared them to the levels of tooth decay. Indulge your sugar cravings with a healthy Vanilla Chia seed pudding.

Make this by soaking 3 tablespoons of chia seed in 12oz of unsweetened almond milk for 15 minutes. Add a pinch of cinnamon and ground vanilla bean to sweeten the pudding, if need be a drop or 2 of stevia and some fruits. 6 Ways to Fight Sugar Cravings. Take back control when a sugar craving strikes and: #1: Do Something Positive. Sugar cravings go away in less than an hour.

So focus on a positive activity that brings you joy and promotes wellness, such as: Brushing your teeth, which suppresses your desire to eat sweets. Be diligent about going to bed and waking up at the same time each day. Seek serotonin from other sources. Try green tea, walnuts, eggs, cheese, or increasing your exercise routine to boost your serotonin level. Reach for foods or supplements that contain highly absorbable forms of.

How to Beat Sugar Addiction Sugar consumption, like that of all hyperpalatable foods, triggers our brain’s reward system. A release of dopamine and a rise in serotonin associates these foods with pleasure, and rewires our brain to crave more of them to continue releasing dopamine. During my experiment, I found it way easier to fight sugar cravings during the day than at night. (And it’s not just me-the body’s circadian rhythm is to blame.) So while I don’t totally cave to my cravings the way I did in the past, I now reserve the occasional sweet treat for the evening after dinner when I know my body will be craving it.

As the body continues to have strong cravings for chocolate, soda, juices, sugar or other refined carbohydrates, there is no hope because sooner or later, they will succumb to these cravings and lose control.

Simply limiting added sugar (“I’m going to have only one sweet treat per day”) leads to incessant battles of willpower, continued cravings, and small sugar hits, which keep your brain focused on sugar.

One of the biggest takeaways I got during my three weeks: Just because you’re having a “craving” or “want” something sweet doesn’t mean you have to eat sugar—or even pop a sugar replacement, such as a piece of fruit—on impulse.

  • I used monk fruit and stevia to make all kinds of desserts, eating them daily, and made the transition that way. Now I don’t crave sugar at all any more

  • Good info, would love to hear more people recommend mediation for this kind of stuff. Meditation greatly increases your body-awareness and energy levels and creates fresh neurotransmitters that are much much more sensitive to things like dopamine, so you can start feeling more normal much much quicker. There’s lots of neuroscience on this. Check out Dr Joe Dispenza and other neoroscientsists for more details. Spread the word!
Going through the symptoms right now, only day one and would only usually eat fruit or natural carbs, but it’s still exhausting!

  • Another enjoyable video from the lifestyle guru!!!…. I am a scientist by nature, so I tested science. I followed your video and adopt my diet according to your videos. I weight 92kg in November 2017, before I started following all your science orientated videos. My weight dropped slowly to 83kg and I maintained that weight for a while. I am not doing any exercise, because I wanted to prove to myself that your diet play a 70% part in losing weight. By September 2018 this year I thought by myself let go to our “beloved-carb overdose”. For two weeks I didn’t care what I ate. Believe it or not I got heartburn for eating to much stach during this period. I also stop drinking ACV, ate pizza, sandwiches, lot of chips and fast foods. Ooh my word, after two weeks I weighted 88kg almost back to my 32% body fat. It discussed my, but my experiment worked and you are telling the truth. …. Now I am back to my old eating habits…… Currently, I am almost back to 83kg. I lost the weight in 10 days….. I seems my body “remember” the previous diet…. To fool my receptors with dopamine production, would you recommend “wholewheat” pasta with semolina in stead of normal pasta?… This will form a part of my lifestyle diet. Its like “cheat meals”…. My next test will be added exercise to your suggested “new lifestyle”.

  • When you say below 20 are you meaning 20 net carbs? Are you meaning 20 carbs in general? How do I keep my carbs that low and avoid heart palpitations? I went that low two years ago and I felt so great for two months but I began having heart palpitations. When I took a blood test my potassium levels were low but everything else was normal. I eat a lot of avocado, I supplemented with potassium and magnesium and I still had the heart palpitations. Is it possible that I wasn’t drinking enough water at the time? I would love to get to that point again of not feeling hungryAnd letting food dictate my life to me but those heart palpitations were really bad

  • omg, this information is so helpful and relevant to where I am currently at, day 5 of no sugar, and its really difficult. coming out of a pretty severe sugar dependancy. feeling very depressed and very low energy. I defiantly have been putting the 2nd tip into practice. Am going to get me some Kombucha tomorrow, and maybe make sauerkraut, its actually really easy to make. Feeling hopeful and less in despair after watching this, thank you for putting this together(:

  • Instead of trying to sell us a bar, why don’t you TELL Us what the right combo of fats and soluble fiber is. I can’t afford expensive bars, especially right now during the self-isolation orders in California.

  • I’ve been off sugar for 3 weeks. I used to drink 3,2 liters of Pops a day and eat a lot of candy. NOT NOW. Thanks to these YouTube keto shows. Love these people they have help me so much.. thank you..

  • im addicted to one of the rice dish…. and before i planned to eat, i do 72 hours fasting, and after a 24 hour fast…. it makes me that im not missing anything and not spiking my insulin level on constantly base

  • I did a fast for a week and I had proper withdrawals like drugs. I was shaking puking and the pain was like I had a knife in my stomach, barely able to move, cold sweats, I thought I was going to die I wasn’t able to reach my phone downstairs and I just stayed on the ground and started balling my eyes out for help then after 5 hours it stopped and I was able to stand up long enough to go to bed and recover a bit.

  • It works! I used to pass by the bakery/chocolate sections of the grocery store, and have these ‘pull impulses’ to buy donuts, cakes, chocolates, etc., I could feel the sugar addiction pulling me. After a few listening to this sub, I no longer have these ‘pull’. I can pass by chocolate, cakes, desserts aisles, without ‘needing’ to stop and look and buy, but just keep walking past these sweets. No pain, no will power, just natural. Also, I tasted some sweetened dried fruit, and they tasted irritably sweet, I had to rinse off the sugary coating before eating them. Never before, this sub helps a lot. Now I feel I am in control of my sweet desires, rather it controls me. Thank you Thomas!

  • +Thomas DeLauer Recently I was diagnosed with condition T2 Diabetes. Now i started keto (well not keto enough, but i simply cut carbs and only consume protein, veggies, fat. Before…when in the morning i used to have around 170-180 blood sugar….and after 2 hours eating maybe around 190-200.

Three weeks after doing this diet i drop my blood sugar to 88-90 in the morning and 99-108 after 2 hours of eating. I had to stop my metformin cause it drop my blood sugar even lower.

Side Effects: Even though y blood sugar in normal range (80-100)….i feel dizzy NOT WEAK…….i cant stress it enough….i dont feel any weakness or sugar crashing…but feel dizzy.

Q: Can U help me explain what this is?, and also i’ve been fat so many times……and this keto diet already help me lose weight around 4-6 kgs in 3 weeks. My question…can a T2 Diabetes person build muscle. I’m not planning to join a competition or something. Just want to improve my “guns” for the lady at home.

    Thnks.

  • lol literally every time you think someone is actually trying help people out of the goodness of their heart, you quickly discover that it’s just yet another scumbag asshole trying to sell something…

  • Low carb =low testosterone and low thyroid function. All macros/macronutrients have a extremely important role in cellular function/growth. Bad carbs are bad, bad proteins are bad, bad fats are bad. Remember good carbs, fats, and proteins. Do not be afraid of fruit lol they have a huge role in a diet for your thyroid. This man does not understand the insulinogenic response to fats and protein. They all spike insulin which is a good thing. That helps drive nutrients around the body, you want a decent amount. Here’s a really huge tip, never take advice on a product from the person trying to sell the product lol. This information is completely bias and is completely cherrypicked to sell it to you.

  • 4 days of no sugar and low carb diet with not much gluten and I am soooo anxious, I’m almost getting panic attacks..! It feels like there is metal wool inside my skull

  • Thomas I don’t want to need to ‘resist’ sugar, etc. I want to not desire them any more. Resisting feels like punishment. But I still want to enjoy baking them for my friends and family. Thank you.

  • Can u make a video w more detail of healing ibs-c or even d to help others. I know of is liquid fast an bone broth from your fasting video, is this all?? Anything for relieving symptoms?

  • Hey i am on keto for about 5 weeks now…. and i am about to start my periods soon i feel so hungry and cravings for loads of food…. sweets and carbs is this normal????

  • I hope you are not making money of these Suzy candy bars because that’s what they are to us T2 it the fastest way to loose your reputation come on people if it’s man made most times it’s garbage not all but these Suzy bars have added sugar and bad fats in them

  • Why not just say get off sugar now? You might be perpetuating the myth that carbs are bad to stupid people who just read the somewhat incorrect thumbnail title…

  • I did detox before watching this video and spot onI was so bloated after the first day.. second day withdrawals I felt like a drug addict..couldn’t sleep felt so nervous and restless..mild hallucinations..headache..sweating..it can be so addictive

  • My biggest motivation was working out I usually worked out at night and I knew if I ate a bunch of sugary stuff I wouldn’t have the energy and after I did my work out on my body will go if I ate some sugar it would do myself a disservice

  • The way you say “chocolates” with your accent sounds so delicious lol. I will listen as much as I can and come back with my results.

  • I’ve been sugar-free now for 3 months lost 30 pounds I’m honestly concerned about the holidays coming up after the summer and some summer trips I love junk food right now I have zero cravings for it but every now and then I want a little ice cream

  • Can you drink matcha tea like bullet proof coffee? (I don’t drink coffee). Always great content keep up the videos. In MTRY living the no sugar keto lifestyle

  • Keto diets are deadly. The human body and brain function on carbs. I
Live on carbs. Brown rice, beans, even whole wheat past. What you need to stay away from is animal products and fats. “What the health” it’s on YouTube. It will may save your life.

  • Soda is what’s fucking me up. Back when I was in Mexico I drank the stuff made with real sugar but kept it balanced with natural green tea.

  • This has worked for me. 100% sugar free for a month. Not even any cravings. And I fall asleep quickly at night with this video. Thank you so much

  • This is probably my favorite video Tom makes. I’m all about “L-dopa” not to be confused with some spanish slang for drugs…”el-dopa”? no? ok, tough crowd.

  • Sing with me now…

Coma coma coma coma coma coma-e-lian…. we carb and go… we carb and goooo, woooh-hoooaoooh!

Red meat, green peas, and gold

Charma, charma, charma, charma, charma chameleon…

  • Keto is not a long term solution. Studies are coming back that show it can cause weight gain the longer you do it. Not to mention if you ever come off of it, you blow up like a balloon. Our bodies were made and designed to consume carbs.

  • Hi Thomas firstly thank you so much for providing a wonderful service to others. The length is two hours which is quite a lot for one sitting. Is there anyway to lessen the time to 30 minutes each session without loss of momentum? Joyce Australia

  • I’m a new subscriber to this channel. The info is interesting and seems useful. I haven’t yet checked out whether it’s properly referenced. I hope so that’s very important. One complaint (superficial but very off-putting): the tacky clips of people in white lab coats, the bunch of people wearing fake smiles giving thumbs up in a group, etc. etc. are really annoying. Just show yourself talking, or a slide show, or something else, please.

  • For me making to the substitutes for the sweets I like helped. To me what they are saying is too analytical. If that helps fine. There are non sugar/healthy sweetener candy bars. For me coming up with tasty substitutes sometimes the struggle. Prep is the life’s blood of avoiding sweets but pay attention to the non sweet intake as well, breads, pastas they contribute. For me substitutes and acquiring knowledge of the negative effects on my health and beauty was my “why.” Or you could just try going cold turkey from all forms of sugar for 30 days. But above everything else be kind to yourself when you fail and pick it back up the next day. You will fail but don’t push yourself further down by being too hard on yourself. That defeating behavior will insure more days doing the behavior you are trying to change. Also if you go the 30 day route count every day you do it right. Don’t start again from scratch. Each time you do anything gets better.

  • Heres some flip info that’s TOTALLY gonna contradict this video. This video is primarily accurate and everyone’s bodies different but I did the keto thing and fasted for the whole month of may.. felt better… got the bad breath… no headaches though but I lost about 10 pounds and it was awesome.

I grew to dislike carbs and I realized how much better I liked eating foods like bacon and eggs, nuts, salads, buffalo wings, burgers without the buns, etc… but I realized it wasnt that drastically different than how I ate before just eating the carbs. What’s the main difference… before I was eating too much Panda Express (noodles of course), and consuming a little too many calories.

After getting off the fasting, keto diet and all I started eating what I normally ate… and a donut here and there and ice cream every other day.. and diet coke cause yolo right lol. And I didn’t gain weight cause I just realized all I had to do is have it in moderation AND just not consume too many calories. Also, consuming carbs I got my MUSCLE back… yes! Really too.

I guess when I was on keto and lost weight I got a lot skinnier.. (no my muscles didn’t deteriorate) but I was so skinny that I felt I had to work out harder to build back the muscle that I already had from being naturally cut in the first place.

After eating carbs again believe it not (not just carbs, u still need balanced moderate low calories), I felt stronger again from I guess the sugar or intake I got from eating again.

Heres what I learned in all of this…

YOLO… enjoy all the foods you want just dont over eat or consume too many carbs and mix it up here and there.

Dont eat so much like at Panda Express where they have an abundance of carbs.

Eat a little of all kinds of things u like and not too much of just one thing.

As much as I realized the keto didn’t make a big difference I was happy to know i could do it and be okay with it… so if i ever become diabetic or need to change my eating ways i can just do it easily.

McDonalds isn’t as bad for u as u think… yes what they have is a lot of sugar carbs etc… but only eat when ur hungry there and not overeat and keep moving after u eat dont just lay on a bed and lay there.

Keto works but isn’t necessary unless ur overweight and need to seriously lose more than 15-20 pounds.

Those are the facts here from doing this the whole month of May 2019.

Hopefully someone gets something out of this.

  • I have to tell you, that you are my go to person on keto. I’ve started watching other videos like this one on sweet hacks omg these people didn’t have a clue. I am actually really used to Stevia now. I am going to make a little bit of chocolate with dark bakers chocolate and Stevia. I couldn’t stand the pork rinds ugh. but I’m learning so much and I love you. I call you Dr Mcyummy when I’m talking to my friends about you. I mean that in a fun way, like from Grey’s anatomy.

  • My whole life has been a lie! All this time I’ve been manipulated by sugar and dopamin. Who is the real “me”. I feel so lost oooh, a Snickers!..

  • I get a VERY strong dopamine rush from a. eating brussel sprouts and b. from eating avocados! Avocados are as close as you can get to a win-win food!

  • As I’m listening to this I feel the craving or thoughts about sugary food come and then it quickly leaves me. Is this what it’s like or does everyone’s experience vary from person to person?

  • Listened today while cooking and cleaning. Later in the evening sat down to some Netflix with hubby and normally we snack when we do this….and I found myself saying no to peanut m&Ms and Snickers! This is something I have never ever done before! Just no desire for the sweet stuff…very crazy for me to say no. So… It worked for me without me even realising it!

  • I’m getting over sugar addiction. I go to the store and go to Bulk candy section and only get 1 or 2 fun size bars to keep around the house in extreme emergencies. I cut down to 1 fun size bar every 2 weeks

  • 100% of my carbohydrate needs come from sugar because of a carbohydrate intolerance. Its literally the only source of carbohydrates I can eat. My only other alternative is keto and Im scared. Ive tried weaning and get freaky scary withdrawals and hypoglycemia. Im truly fu*ked.

  • Hello, Mrs. Walsh. I am addicted to sugar and did not believe that they were anything that could help. Once a month I can eat ice-cream all day long. One of your followers wrote she had a yeast infection from antibiotics. I have the same issue also got diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. My metabolism is not working at all. I gained over 40 pounds and had a hart time to get it off. I walk around 15000 steps daily, write down what I eat, and also monitored my exercises. It got a little bit better when I was adjusted with my Thyroid medication, but the cravings for sugar is getting worse. I can do whatever…I will not win. That’s why I was so skeptical, but I have to say that your recording really works. I was listening to it this afternoon after I got up, I felt fresh and relaxed. My husband asked me if I could make him a cup of fresh coffee with cinnamon buns. (Normally, I would not think twice and fix me one also). I told him of course, fixed his plate with two scones, he asked me if I wanted a bite, and I denied. He looked at me as when I was from a different planet. Are you ok? I told him, yes, but I would not have any cravings for sweets. That’s when I can tell it really works.

Thank you so much, your voice is so amazing and makes me feel safe. I will start listening to your recordings, and I believe it will help me to get back on track. I am so happy that I found your channel, I was a little bit depressed and wanted to blame it on me, but the doctor told me my body is not producing any more hormones and that the sugar is giving me the energy to function. You are a blessing, and I will recommend you to all my friends and patients.
God bless you. My regards. Claudia Sch.

  • Hi! I go cold turkey on junk foods and sugar and now I’m struggling with withdrawal symptoms. My arms are weak, bloating and can only eat small meals and feel full as if I ate a lot, then after 1-2hrs feeling hungry again. I’m drinking barley grass juice for my fiber as it cured my acid reflux but my main concern now is my weakness at it sometimes make me so anxious that I want to take myself to er. If anybody can give me an advice what to do please help! I will very much appreciate it!!!!

  • It’s my second day of sugar withdrawal. I didn’t take rice (carbs). Just veggies, fish and chicken. I had severe headache last night and vomited two times today. Just want to check if it is normal. I barely vomit in the past.

  • I’m a sugar addict. Whole Dutch apple pies with caramel drizzle eaten at once, 5lb bags of gummi bears, energy drinks, fast food, brownies and candy bars, muffins, cakes

  • I had a massive headache today on day 2 of fasting and keto. And I was also feeling bigger than I was before I started. The whole feeling bloated thing is real.

  • Two weeks of hell to get to the good life. That is an eternity for most people, especially Americans who are tempted by sugar products everywhere.

  • Jesus helps all addictions. I’m just here because I like to listen to white noise while at work in my headphones to block out all distractions.

  • I gained 20lbs in 5 days eating sugar.
10 protein bars a day minimum,
2 jars of peanut butter a day,
    2 cans of veggie chips,
1 big bag of cool ranch doritoes,
1 medium bag of tgif bacon cheddar chips,
This went on for 5 days.
Funny thing is I will drop this 20lbs in the next 7 days.
It just falls right back off everytime.
I am assuming its because the inflammation / candida
in my body shrinks back to its normal size.
Regardless, it physically hurts like HELL eating this way.
I normally eat very clean but once in a while I fall into binge eating
on account of the candida issue.
This world is run by a bunch of ASS&OLES who want people sick.
They make trillions off of sick people and off of cancer.
Sugar feeds cancer, candida and parasites. Wake up folks!

  • Is it just me or did the click bait photo make him look like a tool? I mean muscles flexin, standin like he just beat sugars ass & the food by him is meat, bacon & a protein bar screams “do u lift bro” to me lmao.

  • There’s no way I can cut sugar out entirely but I’m trying to stop soda and candy. I probably had 600 grams of sugar a week. I’ve had around 150 this week. The first 2 days were fine then I started getting nauseous and lost my appetite, a little bit of depression, and I’ve had insomnia.

  • would be nice for you to do a video one exactly what we can eat that doesnt contain sugar or at least some opptions as i realy need to stop and give up the suger but i always fail and then i realise that ive been buying things and they have sugar in them which i just thought would have been healthy but obvs not so i think if someone like you would do a vid on things we can eat or the things to stay away from maybe like a three day plan and a do eat and dont eat would be so helpful i know for one one it would kik my ass to try again if you did that vid as its just so hard wen you dnt have a clue but want to make changes

  • How I wish someone would make a movie about an alternate Earth where the food pyramid would be inverted, where breakfast literally meant something you eat after a fast, with a Sicario-like plot following a protagonist enlisted by the government to bring down the leader of a powerful and callous sugar cartel.

  • I was feeling dizzy when I started to cut back on sugar. Then I drank Dr. Pepper and it help me with my dizzy feeling but my Doctor and blood work are normal. I’m not diabetic..??? help!!!

  • Easy answer, be mentally strong. If you really want something then you have to be strong enough not to let temporary satisfaction get in the way of your overall health goals.

  • It helps if you slow him down a bit lol he was talking to rapido for my brain!! Probably means I need more fat in my diet!

  • l was living on what l thought was healthy carbs and a low fat diet….wake up call when routine blood work come back with a fasting blood sugar in the 180s…l went off carbs cold turkey and even tho l was a carb addict…bagels, lenny and larry cookies, bananas etc l was scared straight with hardly any cravings at first and 3 weeks later none. now by BS is just outside normal and in another week or two l hope its in double digits one morning. carbs is the enemy of our health..linked to so many maladies…we’ve been told all wrong!

  • Day 1, I hope it works. I’m a terrible sugar addict and also I take methadone which causes me to crave sugar even more, not only that Im on anti psychotic medication which also causes sugar cravings! I hope this will help me so so much x

  • Ok so I’m a new follower of this #GeniusOfAMan and it’s a darn good thing he gives the description of the Thesaurus-al words he uses, or I’d be so stinkin lost .
This guy (and his amazingly BEAUTIFUL family to) is not only good lookin and easy to listen to, BUT has the smarts to go with it. DO YOU KNOW HOW RARE OF A COMBO THAT IS ! And he even says the words without the #RainmanStutter #MindBlown
Did what I have to say have annnnyyything to do with his point….nope (I to am married, just fyi ), I just hope I’m not the only one noticing this & wanted to point it out.
ANNNNDDD the HUGE fact that ALLLL his vids/INFO he’s given us here are BEYOND PRICELESS! Do ya’ll realize, truly, how much he’s given us and how much it would cost for us to get this from someone who didn’t care like Thomas Delauer does? Again #MindBlown #HappyTearsOfPureGratitude #SoManyMoreVidsToGo #Impressed

  • I’m on Keto diet and I stopped the sugar completely but not sure if I can eat a piece of toast or bread daily or it’s not allowed and what are the carbs that I can take on keto diet?

  • Thomas, I follow your advise and am trying to transform my health and body. So far AMAZING results!!! If you told me to eat crow I wouldn’t hesitate ( Hopefully, Its Keto )….Its all been easy, except for one thing…I am a Heavy 40 + year smoker. I may be weak, but I’ve tried everything from rubber bands to Chantix without success…These sticks have cost me my teeth and right leg, with a good possibility I may loose the other due to circulatory issues… never said I was smart…..Wondering if you could produce a video or offer advise for all types of addicts like me…..

  • Off topic, but I keep seeing posts on social media suggesting doing cardio after lifting for building muscle, and doing cardio before lifting for gaining better endurance. Can anyone clarify or show me any studies behind it? Can you make a video about it Thomas?

  • Can you discuss risks of colon cancer because of a high fat diet. A professor at my University said that eating a keto diet can lead to increased risk of colon cancer and didnt give much on the actual data of the study.

  • I just went to a Halloween party. Looking around at the folks. Young folks being so so fat and full of pain. Very immobile in their joints also. I couldn’t believe how people are getting so so big. I’m talking giant. It really is alarming this epidemic of obesity. I’m hooked to this channel and am not letting myself or my wife go back to that unhealthy lifestyle. We have been eating bad lately and you can feel and see the difference. Then you start looking at all the unhealthy average Americans all globed up with fat and sick all the time. Sugar and processed foods is the norm. Sickening and we are going to have a huge epidemic of early deaths in the country very soon. Diseases and cancer is running rampant. The cancer association is always searching for the one pill cure. Sucking the money out of poor Americans. When they already know the answer. Y’all have a great day

  • @thomasdelauer tell your video guy that his clips (though some don’t necessarily make sense) are doing their job at keeping my attention. Psychology is sound.

  • You forgot to mention how the new world order got us, and previous generations of the western world, addicted to sugar in order to:
    1. dumb us down
    2. make us dependent on the system to supply out fix
    3. to kill us softly and keep us in a state of illness so that we are easily controllable!
    😀 ‘aint this a dandy world:D

  • Most people talk what carbs now days don’t but dont even know the difference between complex as simplex. Its a scare scam tactic just does to so insulin. This diet is nothing new and this reason why most people are overweight because they don’t give a shoot about cheese and meat but scare of rice. Lmao

  • That thumbnail just makes me think you are pregnant with morning sickness. But then again you probably wouldn’t show until like the 8th month with those epic abs

  • I really love your videos, they are full of scientific facts and unique,
Can you plz do video about how still lose weight and keep our muscles as females on a-healthy keto diet and IF?!
What type of training should we do and supplement to keep muscles?!

  • Lol your thumbnails are ridiculous. Always a bucket of pills, huge eyes for no reason, too much of everything. Best info on YouTube though! Keep it up!

    The info not the thumbnails..

  • Hey Thomas. I was wondering, is it safe to donate blood when fasted? Ive been intermittent fasting regularly for about 7 months, and when I donated blood for the first time, I did it fasted and I felt amazing afterwords. I also felt like I recovered quick from it. Thanks for everything Thomas!

  • Just cold turkey sugar/caffeine and you will have a headache for a few days but it will go away. I’m going into day two and head hurts like a SOB. Had to take Advil.

  • What I also do to “cleanse” is fast afterwards dependant on the size of the buffet of sugar I had and I find it helps a lot. I’ve always used kombucha and fasting in conjunction with fruits a vegetables simply because it felt better but it’s cool knowing it wasn’t all placebo all along:D!!

  • i want to eat watermelon cherries melons papaya most of all… i think once im at my goal (several months) i i will eat these but i need to know when to eat them (i am an athlete)

  • Thomas, how do you feel about ACV pills? It is difficult to trust anyone. I’d rather have your advice. Hope you see this. Thanks, Joleen

  • How about a video on using Gotu Kola to get rid of stretch marks Charles Poliquin said it works in an interview with Tim Ferriss

  • This is why it’s incredibly important for me to intermittent fast, I don’t eat anything all day so I cut my suger by 75% though I still eat that bowl of icecream every single night. 230lbs to 183lbs in 4 months. Quite frankly I look shredded and jacked and I feel even better than I look. I’m 41

  • what in the fucking oblivion..this bullshit wont work cuz your gut has nothing to do with carb intake if you go cold turkey on quitting sugar, youll still have withdrawls..misinforming video…

  • Men in 30 and 40s need carbs to keep testosterone up. You don’t want to cut out carbs unless you want to be a sissy boy. Eat carbs works out and eat clean. Don’t do no stupid Keto diets or other bull crap diets.

  • I cant tolerate many fibers, I get headaches from them, and diarrhea. I used to eat a lot of vegetables in the past, but I barely eat them anymore, and feel a lot better.

  • im a type 1 diabetic and i cut as much sugar out of my diet but now im in hospital for becoming hypoglycaemic and it was very serious as i came out of a 3 day coma that i could have died during it yesterday but at least they found a tumour growing in my brain caused by the lack of glucose hopefully ill be okay soon

  • I’m watching your videos on sugar and wondering, is it really that difficult to stop eating sugar?
    i’m really curious.
I never liked the sweet taste, and the sweetest I like eating are blackberries..
I never understood how people can drink pop. or eat cake, makes me sick just thinking of it.
so how come all other people like sugar so much?

  • I listened for about an hour and then found I was craving a frosted sugar cookie. I ate 2. I’ll keep listening though. I mean I can’t expect my love of sugar to vanish in an hour:P

  • I cut sugar out 5 days ago and have been using this everyday along with a hypnotherapy track. I’m doing much better than I expected and feeling really good. My nails are stronger even though I gave up on hand creams and rubber gloves when I started this detox.

I drank a lot of water with cucumber and lemon in. I have rested a lot. I have eaten lots of good fats. Journalling has helped. No sugar, no sweeteners, no flours of any description, and limited low sugar fruit. This will support you hugely but only if you make a conscious decision to stick to your plan!

  • You probably have this type of video already but can you shared a video about losing weight and building muscle for women. Specifically glutes.

  • Hi. Because of my tinnitus, listening to this frequency at anything other than a very low volume is really uncomfortable for me. Does the volume level affect its efficacy?

  • I know this is out of topic but please tell me is there any way to burn fat by extreme external heat on a particular spot like(belly fat)
    Plzzzzzz reply

  • I listened to this the other day to help me with my sugar addiction and to help me stay clear of gluten (I have celiac) and ever since then I have noticed that anything that is not healthy for me tastes disgusting. Is this normal and is this supposed to happen? Obviously it is a good thing but I just wondered if this happens to others.

  • Does this wean you off all sugars? I am trying to stop all processed sugar cravings but would still like to enjoy some fruits. Will this turn me off natural sugars found in fruits or sweet no sugar added juices too?

  • So I am hopelessly addicted to ice cream and peanut butter/chocolate treats. Pancakes have to have chocolate chips and maple syrup. I can eat chocolate chip muffin batter without being cooked. I have to have sugary treats every day. I’ve tried to break myself and failed. I don’t take them to work to try to give myself a sugar break and spend the entire time dreaming about what I can get when I get off work. A coworker of mine suggested hypnosis and I was like yeah right. She said what do you have to lose? It’s seriously hendering my quest to lose weight and get healthier. I listened to this last night… Other than fruit, I have not had any sugary treats all day. It’s not tearing me up with craving. I guess I have to hear the I told you so’s tomorrow. Lol

  • I played this yesterday no headphones because my cats think it’s a toy to rip apart they already destroyed over 20 headphone wires.
Anyway I played this near my head and never slept so deeply like this. I thought It’s knew what deep sleeping was,buy this was a whole new level of deepness.
My eating still bad lots of binging, but keeping this to experience more deep sleep..omg.

  • Buuuuuuuuuuuulshit. Buuuuuuuuuuuulshit. I guarantee you this guy eats none of those things. Don’t substitute good food for these so called fixes*. And you can easily take an omega 3 supplement. Most already do.

  • Is this guy a scientist or bodybuilder. Show me don’t tell me. I dont care about the details or special words. I care about doing more than talking

  • Does this create a permanent change in thinking? As well as in weight loss. I’ve had cravings for refined sugar and carbohydrates for awhile, and I’d like to be free from it psychologically as well as physically.

  • Thank you that was lovely and was exactly what I have been searching for to help to overcome my sugar addiction. I feel confident it will be very helpful. Have a blessed and happy day!

  • So someone explain to me how munching on red meat, bacon, cheese, etc is healthy. So you might get skinny but drop dead shortly after from clogged arteries. Guy is a jackass

  • I feel like I’m in chemistry class in all your videos. I thought this one would be a little more straight forward given the 5 min time, but my eyes glazed over about halfway through. I may just be a science flop but I would really be into your messages more if you didn’t go into the biochemistry weeds all the time. JUST TELL ME HOW TO BOUNCE BACK! Lol

  • I had cut back on sugar earlier this year.. fell off the wagon into a barrel of Lindt and have struggled to get back on track. I had an ok week last week, it was a real struggle.
I found this hidden among your meditations (I’ve been subscribed for a couple of months) and have listened for the past 5 nights.
My evenings are my worst times… but the last 2-3 days.. not interested in chocolate or sweets. The thought pops in my head but doesn’t stay and torture me until i give in.
Thank you for this wonderful recording!

  • This video came at a perfect time. I just celebrated my birthday (suffice to say I was not Keto) ready to get back into it. READY TO MAKE SOME VIDEOS!!

  • I’m on day 5 and no cravings. iv never been successful kicking my major addiction to candy but it been effortless. thank u for saving my life and my health.

  • Couldn’t get thru it…I wish there was more time between her talking to hear the music. And everything sounded like a question…just didn’t work for me,

  • Can people please try the binaural on a regular basis and post their results instead of asking if it works without using it and referencing jesus??!!! Thanks. (makes for more pleasurable reading)

  • Can you make a video about Fulvic/ Humic acid and its benefits? Are all of the trace minerals in fulvic acid necessary for human growth and are they safe to consumed on a daily basis?
Im really into it but as there are not alot of credible people talking about this thing, I’m still hesitant to buy. Is it as magical as it sounds or just another marketing gimmick?

  • I can’t get good food cuz this whole carona thing. The stores are all out of good keto food. I feel so crappy from eating carbs and sugars

  • I listened to this recording for about 8 days in a row and I have cut my sugar consumption by about 95% in the past month. I had a serious sugar addiction since I was a kid especially to ice cream. No ice cream for four weeks. Thank you Kim for this wonderful recording. Many blessings to you.

  • I am on Day 11 no sugar.
no cravings I don’t miss it at all.
I listen to this video as I am going to sleep at night.

I have never gone this long without sugar. I am loving this!

  • I am so excited about this! 7 days without cravings. I am a true sugar addict and it’s been worse lately with even a bit of sugar causing binge outbreaks.
