  • Good info, would love to hear more people recommend mediation for this kind of stuff. Meditation greatly increases your body-awareness and energy levels and creates fresh neurotransmitters that are much much more sensitive to things like dopamine, so you can start feeling more normal much much quicker.     Going through the symptoms right now, only day one and would only usually eat fruit or natural carbs, but it’s still exhausting!

I weight 92kg in November 2017, before I started following all your science orientated videos. My weight dropped slowly to 83kg and I maintained that weight for a while. I am not doing any exercise, because I wanted to prove to myself that your diet play a 70% part in losing weight. Now I am back to my old eating habits…… Currently, I am almost back to 83kg. I lost the weight in 10 days….. I seems my body “remember” the previous diet…. To fool my receptors with dopamine production, would you recommend “wholewheat” pasta with semolina in stead of normal pasta?… This will form a part of my lifestyle diet. Its like “cheat meals”…. My next test will be added exercise to your suggested “new lifestyle”.

  • When you say below 20 are you meaning 20 net carbs? Are you meaning 20 carbs in general? How do I keep my carbs that low and avoid heart palpitations? I went that low two years ago and I felt so great for two months but I began having heart palpitations. When I took a blood test my potassium levels were low but everything else was normal. I eat a lot of avocado, I supplemented with potassium and magnesium and I still had the heart palpitations. Is it possible that I wasn’t drinking enough water at the time? I would love to get to that point again of not feeling hungryAnd letting food dictate my life to me but those heart palpitations were really bad

  • I did a fast for a week and I had proper withdrawals like drugs. I was shaking puking and the pain was like I had a knife in my stomach, barely able to move, cold sweats, I thought I was going to die I wasn’t able to reach my phone downstairs and I just stayed on the ground and started balling my eyes out for help then after 5 hours it stopped and I was able to stand up long enough to go to bed and recover a bit.

  • It works! I used to pass by the bakery/chocolate sections of the grocery store, and have these ‘pull impulses’ to buy donuts, cakes, chocolates, etc., I could feel the sugar addiction pulling me. After a few listening to this sub, I no longer have these ‘pull’. I can pass by chocolate, cakes, desserts aisles, without ‘needing’ to stop and look and buy, but just keep walking past these sweets.   • +Thomas DeLauer Recently I was diagnosed with condition T2 Diabetes. Now i started keto (well not keto enough, but i simply cut carbs and only consume protein, veggies, fat. Before…when in the morning i used to have around 170-180 blood sugar….and after 2 hours eating maybe around 190-200.

    Three weeks after doing this diet i drop my blood sugar to 88-90 in the morning and 99-108 after 2 hours of eating. I had to stop my metformin cause it drop my blood sugar even lower.

    Side Effects: Even though y blood sugar in normal range (80-100)….i feel dizzy NOT WEAK…….i cant stress it enough….i dont feel any weakness or sugar crashing…but feel dizzy.

    Q: Can U help me explain what this is?, and also i’ve been fat so many times……and this keto diet already help me lose weight around 4-6 kgs in 3 weeks. My question…can a T2 Diabetes person build muscle. I’m not planning to join a competition or something. Just want to improve my “guns” for the lady at home.

  • Low carb =low testosterone and low thyroid function. All macros/macronutrients have a extremely important role in cellular function/growth. Bad carbs are bad, bad proteins are bad, bad fats are bad. Remember good carbs, fats, and proteins. Do not be afraid of fruit lol they have a huge role in a diet for your thyroid. This man does not understand the insulinogenic response to fats and protein. They all spike insulin which is a good thing. That helps drive nutrients around the body, you want a decent amount. Here’s a really huge tip, never take advice on a product from the person trying to sell the product lol. This information is completely bias and is completely cherrypicked to sell it to you.
