I think some whey proteins aren’t ok to cook with and some are. Mine tasted like the smell of a shaker cup that hasn’t been rinsed out lmao but it smelled SO good when I was cooking.
Oats are mostly carbs actually they don’t have a whole ton of protein. I’ve actually made these with just egg, banana, and protein powder and they come out fine, no need for oats or flour of any kind really.

By 9 am I am at school… I am a grad assistant. I get that this is realistic for her, but I don’t know a lot of people who have the privilege to be home all day. I’m hitting my lab bench all day every day. I work out in the PM because it’s when I’m most awake. A lot of people could be productive if they could be home until 10:45am. Just saying.

By 9 am I am at school… I am a grad assistant. I get that this is realistic for her, but I don’t know a lot of people who have the privilege to be home all day. I’m hitting my lab bench all day every day. I work out in the PM because it’s when I’m most awake. A lot of people could be productive if they could be home until 10:45am. Just saying.
I’m laughing AF 3:02 wasn’t counting on that! I had on mine, flour and a little bit of cream and 2 whole eggs or else will be rubber as whey when superheated gets rubber

Vitamin gummies are actually very beneficial especially if you’re eating healthy and exercising! Decreases chances of getting sick, having health problems and other stuff we don’t think about much. Most people don’t think they benefit because they don’t see the results but they’re actually great for you! Just thought someone should tell u that, don’t stop eating them they are so yummy tho it’s hard to eat only 2
Love everything about this aside from the microwaving part of the blueberries lmao. If you put anything into a microwave it’s effectively DEAD.
Here’s a pro tip: if you want your pancakes to be more nutritional and more tastier. Cook it on fire stove, avoid electric stove at all cost.
Just got home from a 20 mile bike ride and thought I would give these a try, first time iv ever made pancakes and I was very impressed, quick and easy to make and very tasty and filling too, even kids loved them too so will defo be doing these more often
