  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and add a bit more oats to make it bind better. Keep the heat medium from start to finish and put a lead on top so when it’s time to flip the top is cooked and won’t splatter all over the place.

  • Hey Derek made this and its so amazing and tasty. Its my new breakfast from now on. And yes im watching you from Greece and follow your advices. Thank you so much.

  • These routines never seem realistic to me…I think I would never be able to pull them off. I honestly feel like I live on a different planet than the people who do it Makes me wonder if youtube makes things look more ideal, because in my life I don’t know anyone with a routine like this

  • Sadik just seems like the best workout partner, he’d push you to the point of failure, but then would laugh his ass off with you between reps…seems such a laid back, decent guy!

  • Jaclyn, if you’re still looking for a laptop take a look at the Razer Blade 15. It’s a beast for video editing and gaming. I have been using one for a year and it’s a great alternative if you don’t like Apple.

  • I am a female who is a beginner to fitness. Whens the best time to eat these pancakes? Pre or post workout? By the way, you are seriously gorgeous <3

  • I’ll try this but i think i’m gonna replace the cottage cheese with some greek yogurt, hopefully it will taste as good as yours ✌

  • Other Youtubers edit their pain wen doing workouts but she adds it and I find it very inspiring because it makes you feel like they also go through what you do…

  • These are beautiful, and I plan to try them (maybe today)

  • it’s hard to not eat healthy when you can make these even on a tight budget! Thank you so much for putting this time and effort for us home chefs!

  • I think some whey proteins aren’t ok to cook with and some are. Mine tasted like the smell of a shaker cup that hasn’t been rinsed out lmao but it smelled SO good when I was cooking.

  • Oats are mostly carbs actually they don’t have a whole ton of protein. I’ve actually made these with just egg, banana, and protein powder and they come out fine, no need for oats or flour of any kind really.

  • I’mso happy you made these! I have been making protein pancakes for years and I could never find one that doesnt feel like I’m eating a hockey puck. I’m definitely going to give these a try! Keep it up with the high protein recipes, I’m competing and need to keep my protein intake really high. Thank you!

  • Let me see if I can understand this math. He added 50g of whey protein and 2 whole eggs and then said at the end that the pancake has 50g of protein? Did some of it cook off?

  • sis I feel your pain! I do chloe ting for my whole body+ it helps volleyball wise and I have since then gotten ptsd from that intro music

  • I always watch those types of videos before going to bed because they make me super excited for the next day and it gives me so much motivation to work out in the morning:)

  • I find pancakes freeze well, too. Take them out and pop them right into the toaster! And the oats in these are great for your milk supply if you happen to be nursing (she says at 3:30am watching this video with captions on while she rocks and nurses a teething little boy )

  • Who else has been obsessed with her content lately? She is honestly such an inspiration
(made me start my channel and make videos)

Love the channel, not trying to be an a-hole or anything

  • If you shop at a grocery store with a bulk food section, that is an economical way to purchase protein powder and just buy the amount you need for a recipe.

  • What is in that spray? If it’s some kind of oil, everyone knows you don’t cook healthy with oil. It burns and becomes bad for your health. All good fats in it are destroyed.

  • Just curious, so if you eat breakfast at 10:45am, what time do you eat lunch and dinner? Also can you do an evening routine with times like you did the morning vid?

  • Video suggestion: a video on kefir. Its really good for the gut and is so useful, you can make healthy custom soda with the whey, use the plain kefir in smoothies, cold soups, salad dressing. Congratulations on the baby, I bet you’ll be a great mom ❤️
