Omg I made this salad for dinner tonight and it was the most tasteful tuna salad I’ve EVER had & I used regular mustard since I didn’t have the kind she used and ohhh my it was amazing. Some of the things she used I didn’t have in my refrigerator, so I used green salad with baby spinach, purple onions, tuna, jalapeños and avocado.

Omg I made this salad for dinner tonight and it was the most tasteful tuna salad I’ve EVER had & I used regular mustard since I didn’t have the kind she used and ohhh my it was amazing. Some of the things she used I didn’t have in my refrigerator, so I used green salad with baby spinach, purple onions, tuna, jalapeños and avocado.

I just had my avocado-chicken sandwich this morning. I use shredded chicken breast from leftover pochero. Avocado is now in season here in my country and there are a lot of ways of turning avocado into healthy dishes. You can turn it into guacamole, gelato, fruit salad mix, smoothies, dips, dressings, etc. Your avocado tuna sandwich looks yummy. I’ll have this tomorrow for breakfast. maybe shake the liquids together in a jar first. disperses more efficiently. minced bell peppers are good too. thanks for sharing
