This shake is modeled to taste just like one of my favorite smoothies from Freshens. It incorporates a little optional things like yogurt, chocolate syrup, and sweetener. You’ll be fine so long as you have some ice, milk, banana, peanut butter, and chocolate protein powder. Of course, a blender would go in that too. Happy post-workout indulgence!

You’ll be fine so long as you have some ice, milk, banana, peanut butter, and chocolate protein powder. Of course, a blender would go in that too. Happy post-workout indulgence!
Other protein powders will work for this recipe, but you won’t have the chocolaty flavor. Try vanilla powder for a slightly nutty and sweet shake. If you’re using peanut butter instead of peanut powder, you can swap it for almond butter or cashew butter. Old-fashioned oats are also known as rolled oats.
Quick-cooking oats will also work, just. Take your taste buds to new heights with this cold, creamy, peanut butter chocolate protein shake recipe. So good, you’ll forget its actually healthy for you!
Ingredients: 1 Scoop chocolate protein powder. 1 Cup choice of milk (almond, skim, soy) 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter. 5 ice cubes. There are tons of protein shake recipes out there, but if you love chocolate, a chocolate peanut butter protein shake is a great way to curb the craving without reaching for the cookies or peanut butter. To make this homemade protein shake recipe, simply: Add all of the ingredients – milk, banana, peanut butter, protein powder, ice, honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract – to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Then serve it up right away. Add all ingredients in the order listed: 1 cup non-dairy milk, banana, vegan protein powder, ½ cup milk, peanut butter, MCT oil, vanilla and ice cubes. This is the order that I’ve found to be smoothest, without any protein powder getting. This Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake is smooth and slushy with a mild chocolate flavor, a hit of peanut butter (without the fat!) and just the right amount of banana.
It’s packed with protein and makes a great start to the day. My kids love to drink this one, too. Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie is a healthy, nutritious way to fulfill your nutritional needs and power yourself up!
This healthy protein shake is chock full of protein, healthy fats, and nutrients and tastes like a decadent peanut butter cup. Peanut Butter Swirl Chocolate Protein Cookies Full of Plants coconut sugar, salt, almond milk, baking powder, chocolate chips and 7 more No Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites Citrus And Delicious water, protein powder, vanilla, oats, peanut butter, honey, mini chocolate chips. SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Protein Shake If you’re looking for a no-fuss protein shake, look no further. You only need 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to whip up a SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Protein Shake.
My brand of protein powder packs a good chocolate punch so I tried the recipe again without the chocolate milk and it still tasted like it had a nice balance of chocolate-PB-banana. I don’t know what the original version tastes like but if you’ve got a good protein powder you can skip the honey & cocoa. That’s what they do at the gym.

Place a half to a whole sliced avocado, one teaspoon cinnamon, one to two scoops organic whey or vegan protein powder, four to six ounces full-fat coconut milk, one to two teaspoons almond butter, one to two teaspoons carob or cocoa powder, and a dash of pure vanilla extract or vanilla powder in a blender and blend.
Combine ¾ cup (180 ml) of almond milk, 15 ice cubes, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons of chia seeds, and 1 to 2 drops of alcohol-free stevia.

unhealthy as hell, but, I’m trying to gain weight I lost since having some denture work done….I’ll put a little debbie peanut butter bar in the blender along with a pack of Carnation instant breakfast mix, milk, some hersheys chocolate, and a banana, and blend. I lost over 25 lbs since I had upper and lower partials replace my natural teeth. Food doesn’t taste right, it’s not a pleasure to eat, and it’s a chore to chew. I’ve got to do something to supplement my diet, and I went from 215 to 180 in the past year. I DO NOT like this. I was NEVER overweight, but was height weight proportionate. I’m into jeans and pants I was wearing 20 years ago, and I’m getting worried. So, I DO try to eat as much as I can, and what I can “enjoy” without getting tired. Is there anyone out there who’s gone through this experience? I may throw in a cup of yogurt, or some fresh cherries every once in a while, and yes, I understand the Carnation Breakfast mix and the little debbie peanut butter bars have lots of sugar. But, I’m looking for the caloric intake as well as other nutrients, but, I don’t want to get all bloated and fat, either. I live more of a sedentary lifestyle, meaning I don’t go to the gym. Ever. I work as a server in a restaurant, meaning I’m on my feet all the time. HELP!
lmao a skinny guy owns a YouTube channel and providing/showing protein and bodybuilding information. wtf is going on in this world. r.i.p Bodybuilder’s youtubers we don’t need u anymore.
Made this shake with almond butter, banana, cacao powder, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, coconut milk, and ice cubes. It was BOMB!!! Thanks for sharing this recipe!!
guys pls suggest me something im 20 n my height is 5’7 weight only 55 kg. i wanna gain weight so shall i take whey protien or gainner. m skinny n i don’t like it now anymore. pls guide me. m waiting for ur suggestions guys
My exact recipe: similar, but kinda bitter, and I like it that way. This shake is roughly 400 calories btw 150ml fullfat milk 35g unflavored whey protein (a scoop) 15g peanut butter 5g cocoa powder 100g frozen banana
I like to use actual chocolate whey protein powder, a banana, cup of milk, and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Blend it with ice and its the best shake I’ve ever had. I don’t think the syrup and yogurt are really necessary at all.

protein shake recipe 8-10 ounces of coconut milk (250 grams) 1 table spoon all natural peanut butter 1 table spoon of coconut oil 1 scoop of whey protein + ice if desires
I make mine similar to yours; I usually use unsweetened coconut vanilla milk and pea protein, then add 1 spoon of peanut butter and coconut oil. It’s delicious.
If there is only 1 gram of sugar added why is the drink still sweet? Maybe another type of sweetener is contained in the drink. This will raise your blood sugar which is against the Keto diet principle.
Duuddddde thank you!!!! I could never make a good protein drink! I didn’t add banana cause I don’t like em. But it was amazing! Btw if I added oats would it become thicker?
Milk also doesn’t sit well with me either; I’ll have to try this. But I already know this is going to taste amazing because I make something similar!:) The fact the Cosori blends the frozen bananas so easily is already a huge plus! =D

I generally avoid ice it dilutes flavors. Anyone trying this recipe, I recommend freezing ripe bananas instead of using ice then you can have a thick cold shake without the ice.
This looks really freakin delicious!! Because I use to just put milk n protein and have a hard time drinking it but I use alil stuff and this ingredients looks and sounds delicious!!!

Can’t wait to use the protein powder after i deliver next month just hope it does something but what’s the best protein powder to use for muscular gain? A lot of people say Whey
I pretty much stumbled on to Keto when looking for diabetic friendly diets. I was at the point I was feeling like I was about to drop dead at any minute. A friend’s wife pretty much decided to check my blood sugar and it showed hi which meant it was over 600. I first just started eating salads and my blood sugar was all over the place. I decided I needed another approach. That is when I stumbled onto Keto. I pretty much keep it down now. Thanks to videos like your’s I can still eat what I want to eat and it not spike my sugar too much. Thanks for sharing

Question… It looks like you are using normal size ice cubes? I avoided ice because the instructions say none larger than 1/2″ ice cubes or it coukd break the unit. So I yse small pieces if frozen mango, raspberries, or strawberries instead my Vega One Berry drink powder, & water or orange juice. I don’t yse milj either. I use Coconut Silk if I do use milk. Usually water or juice & a tablespoon of honey roasted wheat germ. If I have it, a teaspoon of camu camu for tons of the best vitamin C. Don’t always have that…

I think the chocolate peanut butter is absolutely delicious just like having a shake or a dish of ice cream. I make it in a blender with 6 ounces of almond milk and 6 ounces of water and a handful of ice. I also like the vanilla and head berries which is also delicious. Are usually use that one for breakfast and chocolate peanut butter while I want a sweet fix without the calories. If you think about it I candy bar is 150 to 230 cal are so so this is a great option from Pea protein

I think more and more people should use the non fat greek yogurt compared to protein powder. Yogurt is actually very high in protein as well.

Try adding a 1/2 cup of oatmeal. (Not cooked obviously) and some ground cinnamon. Otherwise that’s basically what I do everyday minus vanilla extract.

Definitely lost me at banana yogurt, and sweetener. You’re better off with just the banana and Hershey coa coa powder and no sweetener

Milk also doesn’t sit well with me either; I’ll have to try this. But I already know this is going to taste amazing because I make something similar!:) The fact the Cosori blends the frozen bananas so easily is already a huge plus! =D
protein shake recipe
8-10 ounces of coconut milk (250 grams)
1 table spoon all natural peanut butter
1 table spoon of coconut oil
1 scoop of whey protein
+ ice if desires
I generally avoid ice it dilutes flavors. Anyone trying this recipe, I recommend freezing ripe bananas instead of using ice then you can have a thick cold shake without the ice.
This looks really freakin delicious!! Because I use to just put milk n protein and have a hard time drinking it but I use alil stuff and this ingredients looks and sounds delicious!!!
unhealthy as hell, but, I’m trying to gain weight I lost since having some denture work done….I’ll put a little debbie peanut butter bar in the blender along with a pack of Carnation instant breakfast mix, milk, some hersheys chocolate, and a banana, and blend. HELP!

I’ve called it the Curious George, lmao. This shake has been holding me down for over 10 years now. I can literally drink this every day.
Cutting calories through dietary changes seems to promote weight loss more effectively than does exercise and physical activity. The key to weight loss is to consume fewer calories than you burn. I make mine similar to yours; I usually use unsweetened coconut vanilla milk and pea protein, then add 1 spoon of peanut butter and coconut oil. It’s delicious.

I use coconut, almond, cashew milk, 3 tablespoons of heavy cream, 2 raw eggs, almond or cashew butter, cacao powder, Maca powder, chia seeds, and Stevia.
This looks really freakin delicious!! Because I use to just put milk n protein and have a hard time drinking it but I use alil stuff and this ingredients looks and sounds delicious!!!
Question…
It looks like you are using normal size ice cubes?
I avoided ice because the instructions say none larger than 1/2″ ice cubes or it coukd break the unit.
So I yse small pieces if frozen mango, raspberries, or strawberries instead my Vega One Berry drink powder, & water or orange juice.
I don’t yse milj either. I use Coconut Silk if I do use milk. Usually water or juice & a tablespoon of honey roasted wheat germ. If I have it, a teaspoon of camu camu for tons of the best vitamin C. Don’t always have that…
My exact recipe: similar, but kinda bitter, and I like it that way. This shake is roughly 400 calories btw
150ml fullfat milk
35g unflavored whey protein (a scoop)
15g peanut butter
5g cocoa powder
100g frozen banana

If there is only 1 gram of sugar added why is the drink still sweet? Maybe another type of sweetener is contained in the drink. This will raise your blood sugar which is against the Keto diet principle.

Excellent product review it’s funny, I was just talking to my Sister about making a ketogenic shake using peanutbutter. Thank you for making this video and your recipe. as always be blessed
Hello, thanks for your video..very encouraging. Will this shake help me gain muscle faster, I was ill and lost a lot of muscle mass in my legs, its taking forever to get it back:) any suggestions?
I think the chocolate peanut butter is absolutely delicious just like having a shake or a dish of ice cream. I make it in a blender with 6 ounces of almond milk and 6 ounces of water and a handful of ice. I also like the vanilla and head berries which is also delicious. Are usually use that one for breakfast and chocolate peanut butter while I want a sweet fix without the calories. If you think about it I candy bar is 150 to 230 cal are so so this is a great option from Pea protein
Definitely lost me at banana yogurt, and sweetener. You’re better off with just the banana and Hershey coa coa powder and no sweetener
