DELICIOUS & EASY Caramel Apple Protein Shake | Naked Nutrition

1 Scoop vanilla protein powder. 1/2 cup applesauce. 1/2 tsp Caramel extract. 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice. 5-10 Ice cubes.

1/2-1 cup Water or milk. 1/4 tsp sweetener of choice. Dash of cinnamon. Directions. Blend all other ingredients. Mix until the protein shake becomes thick and creamy. Yogurt if you want a thicker consistency.

Ingredients. 1 cup Caramel Protein Shake. 1 green apple peeled and cored.

1 frozen banana. 1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon. 1/21 cup ice depending on desired thickness. Jen’s Caramel Apple Protein Shake.

Ingredients: 8 oz 2%milk (whatever you use) 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder 8 oz no sugar added all natural applesauce; 5 pumps Davinci Sugar Free Caramel Syrup 1 tsp Apple Pie Spice OR 1 tsp ground Cinnamon and 1 tsp. Coconut milk. 1 Cup. Apple roughly chopped. 1/2 Cup.

Caramel extract. 1 Tsp. Pumpkin spice.

1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon. This apple smoothie is simply perfect for starting off your morning or even having as a mid day snack. It’s made with fresh chopped apple, vanilla protein powder (Designer Whey brand), apple spice, cinnamon, coconut milk and caramel. Use Protein Caramel Apple mixed – hot or cold – into milk, water, coffee.

It also makes a great a great addition to baked treats! Directions. Take 1 scoop as a meal replacement and/or post workout shake.

Mix with 6-10 ounces of cold water and shake or blend using the Rapid Mixer. Add in the egg, pumpkin puree, vanilla, melted butter, and mix until combined. Add in the PREMIER PROTEIN ® Caramel Protein Shake and stir. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups about ¾ from the top of the liner.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or. In a blender add ice cream, apple cider, and ¼ cup caramel. Place ice cream, apple juice, caramel syrup, and cinnamon into blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream, if desired. Chocolatey, sweet, nutty, and a little bit salty—everything that makes a candy bar so irresistible is in this Lean shake. Try adding a few almonds or peanuts for a little crunch.

Ingredients. 1 scoop Lean Salted Caramel. 2 T PBfit powdered peanut butter.

1 T cocoa powder.
