1 scoop protein of choice. ½ cup raw almonds. 1 frozen banana. Directions: 1. Combine the water and almonds in your blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Add banana and protein, blend until well mixed and smooth. 3. Enjoy immediately!Peel the banana. Place the banana, protein powder, and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.

    drink this recipe as shake:
    oats 100 grams
    1 banana 120 grams
    2 tbps peanut butter 320 grams
    milk 500 ml 350 grams
    and whey protein 2 scoops of 1204 grams.
    blend it and drink it.

    and for the rest of the day eat healthy snake or 2 solid meals.
    and you will get there.

  • I just started a protein diet today. Today was my first time making and drinking a protein shake. I bought Ideal Fit because all of the reviews said this shake was so tasty. Well I didn’t find it tasty at all. So That’s how I ended up seeing your video. I wanted to dress my shake to make it taste better for my new weight loss journey.   • Joe duff I replaced my breakfast with one of these smoothies. So I would hold off on the zero calorie sweetener. I agree to use frozen bananas and try to have self control. But your protein shake is looking great. Old fashioned oats is better but I put in my smoothie.

  • “Banana” is not advisable after “post-workout”.
    Anything containing more ‘protein’,’good fat’ ‘fiber’ & ‘calcium’ items should be taken after post workout.
    It’s much better to take” bananas ” as a pre workout meals because of it has lots of “potassium” & “magnesium”.
