I love liquid IV! I like it for times I’m not feeling well or sweating a lot. It helps me with migraines, headaches, recovering from food poisoning, hangovers, colds/flu and when you’re outside doing yard work sweating in the sun. My husband likes it for hiking. I’m not saying it cures anything but I do feel that I feel better quicker with it than without it.
I’d love to see a WIEAD from a thicc/plus sized/fat person. I am fat and I intuitively eat and I don’t know what to make of the general idea that many folks have that if we intuitively eat we will magically arrive at a socially desirable body weight. I know for me one serving of full fat dairy and avoidance of reduced fat dairy is important for managing my PCOS. I read the book the fertility diet, which takes a lot of research from the nurses study II. Apparently removing the fat from dairy changes the hormonal make up of the product. I have found even with weight loss which can help with PCOS and reduced fat that my cycle will be off. Weight loss and a serving of full fat dairy has helped with keeping my cycle regular.
So how exactly do I pack protein powders and vitamins for a flight? Would it need to be in a container? I’ve never packed protein powder, only protein bars and that was no problem as they were in their wrappers. But what about vitamins and protein powders? Thank you:)

Hey! I really love your channel and all the info you spread. YouTube it’s full of harmful information and it’s nice someone is here to give safe healthy tips. I was wondering if you have/would think about making a video on appetite? I have had a hard time with my appetite over the last few months after starting a new medication and upon further research I’m not the only one. It’s not an ed, me and others aren’t starving ourselves or doing other disordered behavior to loose weight, we just simply aren’t hungry most of the day which makes it hard to eat. I feel like as a dietitian you may be able to give helpful advice or perspective. I don’t hear people talk about it at all but I have seen it’s not uncommon.

This is just an observationI saw a video awhile back that Remi uploaded to explain to her subscribers that she often didn’t eat the meals in her videos, which were typically “healthy” well balanced meals.. she would actually throw it away claiming she had eaten it. This was so, so sad to me. I’ve watched her videos for so long and its been constant ups and downs with dieting. It must be exhausting. I hope she can live a balanced, healthy life without so many things off limits.
I do think it should be taken into account that a lot of doctors suggest reducing grains for pcos mainly for a decrease of inflammation etc. Pcos has a tendency to cause a lot of intolerances (including dairy&gluten) and increases the risk of insulin ressistance. So I really really don’t think that cutting out bread&noodles is bad at all. (I know everyone’s body is different but with endometriosis cutting out gluten helped me reduce constant bloating and throwing up. It also seriously reduced my general pain level. )

Does anyone have any advice on how to eat carby foods without gaining weight (both water and fat)? I turned to the keto diet, because I had some weight I couldn’t lose (and yay I lost it), but as soon as I eat any carbs, I just gain weight like literally the same day I eat it. I really love watching Stephanie having her cheat days, and I wonder how she can still look so great post cheat day. I’m going on vacation in the southern states really soon, and I would love to dive into some donuts and pancakes and fries without worries. Even when I was eating carbs half a year ago and worked out almost daily, I didn’t get any near my goals… I tried changing my calorie intake, both tried like a 2000 daily cal and for a while also like 1200…. Nothing really works for me Please come with any advice!

The Rackbrute is actually 89 hp wide. I never had a problem adding a full 84hp on the power row in my 3 cases. You just have to slide the rails all the way opposite of the power module and then screw it in. Disting is a great 4hp filler

I used to be subscribed to Remi but I stopped following her over a year ago because all she talks about anymore is fitness. It’s ok to work hard to better yourself, but it was just too much for me to constantly watch someone obsess over their body. I still wish her all happiness!

It would be awesome if you could do a video about his diet plans. I’ve heard influencers on his diet plans talk about “tomato jail” and he also came out with apple cider vinegar pills

If you want to check how sustainable a brand is (because some companies greenwash their brand), then you can use an app called ‘good on you’ it is really helpful and rates brands on their environmental impact, concern for their workers and tells you what animal products they use. I’d love to get your opinions on intuitive eating whilst pursuing serious athletic goals. I’m struggling with food right now as I feel like I’m force feeding myself and have macro goals to support my training. It is all food I enjoy but its alot of food I still have a cookie if I want one kinda thing but I’m basically eating a pre planned meal prepped diet. For context im training for 100 mile running race so have pretty intense nutritional needs.

I love how you are not afraid for artificial stuff. I myself try to eat as wholefood as possible, but it’s pretty cool to follow someone that thinks/follows the total opposite.
Every platform it seems has an pro eating disorder community and YouTubes has hundreds of videos of restrictive behavior and what I eat in a day during a massive binge sort of videos idk thought that might be a good video idea to delve into that topic it’s quit reminiscent of the what I eat in a day tik tok community just a suggestion great video btw!

It’s such a relief to know that there is another fit female out there besides myself that can REALLY EATlike seeing her finish all that sushiit made me feel so good, because I could easily eat 3 sushi rolls and I go to sushi sometimes with male friends who want to order 3 between the 2 of us….and I just can’t relate at all lol.
We do have to remember that Remi has been honest with her viewers that she had an eat disorder when she lost all this weight. She is currently in therapy to help her with her body image issues. Her new what I eat in a day are much better.
OC gear is a really really good sustainable fitness alternative. It uses recycled material. And 50%of proceeds go towards ocean cleaning! And all the stuff is really cute!
A note on 1U, it gets a bit more complicated. There are basically 2 types of 1U. Pulp Logic/Erthenvar and Intellijel. Intellijel is a bit smaller in height. When you are buying or making a case for 1U you need to take this into account!

I have a Squarp Pyramid (desktop) and found that a bit too esoteric for everyday use in MIDI land, but they do do a Eurorack version of it called Hermod. I’m using a KeyStep Pro and its random is very controllable. You can also run four loops at once for that lateral type element. Use a voltage controlled switch such as the Doepfer Quad Sequential Switch fed by one of gate-outs on the drum track to select which pitch sequencing your oscillator (modular drum sequencers are more often than not trigger sequencers you can use to set-off an event as well as play a drum module; think of them like that more than a drum machine). Or use one to run you osc and the other three to animate other elements. It’ll save you space in your enclosure too 😉 Or if you want to add some full tonal random bliss with a hint of musical control, grab a Turing Machine from Music Thing. Oh yeah, your wife is going to leave you now you have taken up modular synths, you do realise this, don’t you? ;P
Faygo is FIREEEEE… I usually come in at around 2500 cals per day as well, under 20 carbs total though… you literally have to workout daily to eat like this people, 5 to 7 days a week or plan on gaining.

Idk why but this trend of women reviewing other women’s diets is weirdly sexist. We’re already policed so much by societyand videos like this, no matter how well intentioned it is, sort of just adds to it. Let’s not normalize what I eat in a day videos.

Next time you go to Columbus you need to take time to travel to Logan Ohio about an hour from Columbus and go to Penny’s Pastries and try them out they’re donuts are AMAZING!!!! The best donuts you will ever have. But I’m only talking about one certain kind of donut. The powdered cream filled. You have to get there early in the morning. And they’re closed on Sundays and Mondays though

The crazy thing about Remi is that she went to see a doctor (or dietitian). After taking a blood test and everything they told her, in order to lose weight, to eat more carbs, protein and calories all together. And she still eats low calorie and low carbs

Anyone going first time in to modular, I cannot reccomend enough that you try the free software, Rack, from VCV. I went into it right near release, knowing nothing of modular, and barely anything of synths. and over the years with it, it has become my main instrument and pushed me into the deep end of Electronic music. Probably the reason I came across this channel in the first place. It’s free, and even if you want to go all out with some hardware modular down the line, it’s a great addition to complement your setup. Would recommend Omri Cohen on this here youtube for some excellent tutorials to get you started. He’s a lovely bloke.

The crazy thing about Remi is that she went to see a doctor (or dietitian). After taking a blood test and everything they told her, in order to lose weight, to eat more carbs, protein and calories all together. And she still eats low calorie and low carbs

Faygo is FIREEEEE… I usually come in at around 2500 cals per day as well, under 20 carbs total though… you literally have to workout daily to eat like this people, 5 to 7 days a week or plan on gaining.

People are chewing her up on the comments and it’s actually concerning. It’s difficult to lose weight when everyone’s trying to correct you, let the girl figure it out for herself! Everyone’s body is different and everyone’s diet is different.

I’d love to get your opinions on intuitive eating whilst pursuing serious athletic goals. I’m struggling with food right now as I feel like I’m force feeding myself and have macro goals to support my training. It is all food I enjoy but its alot of food I still have a cookie if I want one kinda thing but I’m basically eating a pre planned meal prepped diet. For context im training for 100 mile running race so have pretty intense nutritional needs.

Very pleased that you’ve gotten into the world of Modular Synthesis. I’ve been attempting to teach myself and it’s been an extreme elation mixed with belligerent frustration for 7 months now. There are no stores which sell Modules or Eurorack equipment nearby…so I have to order everything via UPS or from England and Amsterdam! Here I order from California or Washington. Will be starting an online course soon. It’s through videos and a large curriculum book. The actual school is in Amsterdam and just started last year by a Woman Dj called Tulpa Dusha real name is Anna Martinova. Molten Modular interviewed her in July. Now that you’ve gotten into modular’s grip I can also learn from you!

You were looking for probability based sequencers. You can find second hand Malekko Varigate 4 at very decent prices. I just got my hands on one. I find the the user interface not so trivial but once you get the hang the of it it’s quite decent.

Enjoyed the video. I did not follow these steps, made mistakes and learned valuable stuff about what I want. I got caught up in “sound design”. I create sounds all my own, record the sounds and sample them in songs. Very cool, however, I struggled to take the time to do all that. Perhaps because I did not have the songs in mind that needed those sounds. So, I took several steps back and narrowed down the modules to what is missing to make songs with vocals. I bought various oscillators and filters but just did not connect or enjoy any of them. So, like you, I use an existing sound source for oscillators (Neutron) and its much better. The rest of my case is full of modules for percussion, sampling, fx, signal flow and mixing.

I love liquid IV! I like it for times I’m not feeling well or sweating a lot. It helps me with migraines, headaches, recovering from food poisoning, hangovers, colds/flu and when you’re outside doing yard work sweating in the sun. My husband likes it for hiking. I’m not saying it cures anything but I do feel that I feel better quicker with it than without it.

It’s been so inspiring to see the change in you since the start of the year not because of the weight loss but just seeing you focusing on your self and being disciplined.
Does anyone have any advice on how to eat carby foods without gaining weight (both water and fat)? I turned to the keto diet, because I had some weight I couldn’t lose (and yay I lost it), but as soon as I eat any carbs, I just gain weight like literally the same day I eat it. I really love watching Stephanie having her cheat days, and I wonder how she can still look so great post cheat day. I’m going on vacation in the southern states really soon, and I would love to dive into some donuts and pancakes and fries without worries. Even when I was eating carbs half a year ago and worked out almost daily, I didn’t get any near my goals… I tried changing my calorie intake, both tried like a 2000 daily cal and for a while also like 1200…. Nothing really works for me Please come with any advice!

I have had a hard time with my appetite over the last few months after starting a new medication and upon further research I’m not the only one. It’s not an ed, me and others aren’t starving ourselves or doing other disordered behavior to loose weight, we just simply aren’t hungry most of the day which makes it hard to eat. I feel like as a dietitian you may be able to give helpful advice or perspective. I don’t hear people talk about it at all but I have seen it’s not uncommon.

@lydiavioleta Girlfriend collective are a sustainable activewear brand, although they are quite expensive! If you want to check how sustainable a brand is (because some companies greenwash their brand), then you can use an app called ‘good on you’ it is really helpful and rates brands on their environmental impact, concern for their workers and tells you what animal products they use. I started off with a goal of filling the gaps that my other gear (non-eurorack) didn’t do, although I read people’s advice on forums (sometimes it reads as rather militant) I stuck to my own path. “I don’t want a load of VCA’s damn it, stuff you and the utilities that you say I need” 😉 Enjoying my Eurorack journey in my own way and not how others try to tell you you should. Idk why but this trend of women reviewing other women’s diets is weirdly sexist. We’re already policed so much by societyand videos like this, no matter how well intentioned it is, sort of just adds to it. Let’s not normalize what I eat in a day videos.

I started off with a powered case, cables, an oscillator, a filter, an lfo, a vca/mixer and the Maths module (for generating envelopes and other stuff). Very basic, cheap (-ish)… (nothing is cheap in Eurorack)…flexible and great to learn on. The more you can learn on a basic system the more you start to figure out what other modules you’ll need based on your style and what you want to play i.e drones, noise, rhythm and melodies etc The rack is probably the most important. You need room to expand so get a big one because believe me, you’ll fill it up. I’m a year into Eurorack and I’ve already filled up a 9U 84HP Doepfer rack. I’ve bought a Behringer Go 6U 140HP which will be filled soon obviously:D and by the way, the Behringer Go rack is a great rack to buy. Economic, powered, sturdy and good looking. You’ll need to do a few calculations to fit the modules to each section for power requirements but, it’s well worth buying. And Eurorack is a journey of researching power reqs so good learning experiences. Eurorack can seem daunting but once you take the plunge, it’s very easy to get into and, Modular Grid is your friend as is Muff Wiggler. The Forums are a wealth of info as are Youtubers like Loopop, DivKid, Mylar and Robin at Molten Modular who is particularly great for beginners. And finally, this video is full of great advice too! Good explanations:)

Next time you go to Columbus you need to take time to travel to Logan Ohio about an hour from Columbus and go to Penny’s Pastries and try them out they’re donuts are AMAZING!!!! The best donuts you will ever have. But I’m only talking about one certain kind of donut. The powdered cream filled. You have to get there early in the morning. And they’re closed on Sundays and Mondays though

I’d love to see a WIEAD from a thicc/plus sized/fat person. I am fat and I intuitively eat and I don’t know what to make of the general idea that many folks have that if we intuitively eat we will magically arrive at a socially desirable body weight. A good protein powder should have at least 20g of protein and less than 4g of carb per 30g of powder. Thought could be helpful if somebody is thinking about buying a new protein powder.

I know for me one serving of full fat dairy and avoidance of reduced fat dairy is important for managing my PCOS. I read the book the fertility diet, which takes a lot of research from the nurses study II. Apparently removing the fat from dairy changes the hormonal make up of the product. I have found even with weight loss which can help with PCOS and reduced fat that my cycle will be off. Weight loss and a serving of full fat dairy has helped with keeping my cycle regular.
So how exactly do I pack protein powders and vitamins for a flight? Would it need to be in a container? I’ve never packed protein powder, only protein bars and that was no problem as they were in their wrappers. But what about vitamins and protein powders? Thank you:)

I would love it if you watched someone’s video for the first time on camera! She did admit in a video about year ago that her initial weight loss caused her to developed a bad relationship with food. But she has been working to fix that.

This is just an observationI saw a video awhile back that Remi uploaded to explain to her subscribers that she often didn’t eat the meals in her videos, which were typically “healthy” well balanced meals.. she would actually throw it away claiming she had eaten it. This was so, so sad to me. I’ve watched her videos for so long and its been constant ups and downs with dieting. It must be exhausting. I hope she can live a balanced, healthy life without so many things off limits.
I do think it should be taken into account that a lot of doctors suggest reducing grains for pcos mainly for a decrease of inflammation etc. Pcos has a tendency to cause a lot of intolerances (including dairy&gluten) and increases the risk of insulin ressistance.
So I really really don’t think that cutting out bread&noodles is bad at all.
(I know everyone’s body is different but with endometriosis cutting out gluten helped me reduce constant bloating and throwing up. It also seriously reduced my general pain level. )

Does anyone have any advice on how to eat carby foods without gaining weight (both water and fat)? I turned to the keto diet, because I had some weight I couldn’t lose (and yay I lost it), but as soon as I eat any carbs, I just gain weight like literally the same day I eat it. I really love watching Stephanie having her cheat days, and I wonder how she can still look so great post cheat day. I’m going on vacation in the southern states really soon, and I would love to dive into some donuts and pancakes and fries without worries. Even when I was eating carbs half a year ago and worked out almost daily, I didn’t get any near my goals… I tried changing my calorie intake, both tried like a 2000 daily cal and for a while also like 1200…. Nothing really works for me Please come with any advice!

A good protein powder should have at least 20g of protein and less than 4g of carb per 30g of powder. Thought could be helpful if somebody is thinking about buying a new protein powder.
Abbey I really love your videos and I watch every single one! The only thing is that sometimes they feel a little robotic/scripted. I would love it if you watched someone’s video for the first time on camera! We do have to remember that Remi has been honest with her viewers that she had an eat disorder when she lost all this weight. She is currently in therapy to help her with her body image issues. Her new what I eat in a day are much better.

A note on 1U, it gets a bit more complicated. There are basically 2 types of 1U. Pulp Logic/Erthenvar and Intellijel. Intellijel is a bit smaller in height. When you are buying or making a case for 1U you need to take this into account!

As far as a sequencer goes, if you want something with an ‘off-with-the-faeries’ element you are going to spend a bit of space and a bit of paper. I have a Squarp Pyramid (desktop) and found that a bit too esoteric for everyday use in MIDI land, but they do do a Eurorack version of it called Hermod. I’m using a KeyStep Pro and its random is very controllable. You can also run four loops at once for that lateral type element. Use a voltage controlled switch such as the Doepfer Quad Sequential Switch fed by one of gate-outs on the drum track to select which pitch sequencing your oscillator (modular drum sequencers are more often than not trigger sequencers you can use to set-off an event as well as play a drum module; think of them like that more than a drum machine). Or use one to run you osc and the other three to animate other elements. It’ll save you space in your enclosure too 😉
Or if you want to add some full tonal random bliss with a hint of musical control, grab a Turing Machine from Music Thing.

Idk why but this trend of women reviewing other women’s diets is weirdly sexist. We’re already policed so much by societyand videos like this, no matter how well intentioned it is, sort of just adds to it. Let’s not normalize what I eat in a day videos.

Next time you go to Columbus you need to take time to travel to Logan Ohio about an hour from Columbus and go to Penny’s Pastries and try them out they’re donuts are AMAZING!!!! The crazy thing about Remi is that she went to see a doctor (or dietitian). After taking a blood test and everything they told her, in order to lose weight, to eat more carbs, protein and calories all together. And she still eats low calorie and low carbs

It’s been so inspiring to see the change in you since the start of the year not because of the weight loss but just seeing you focusing on your self and being disciplined.
I know for me one serving of full fat dairy and avoidance of reduced fat dairy is important for managing my PCOS. I read the book the fertility diet, which takes a lot of research from the nurses study II. Apparently removing the fat from dairy changes the hormonal make up of the product. I have found even with weight loss which can help with PCOS and reduced fat that my cycle will be off. Weight loss and a serving of full fat dairy has helped with keeping my cycle regular.
Okay but WHY is her diet the same as mine. I eat arctic zero, arugula salad with dijon mustard, strawberries, flat-out chicken wraps, and chobani fat free yogurt like every day

She did admit in a video about year ago that her initial weight loss caused her to developed a bad relationship with food. But she has been working to fix that.

Anyone going first time in to modular, I cannot reccomend enough that you try the free software, Rack, from VCV. I went into it right near release, knowing nothing of modular, and barely anything of synths. and over the years with it, it has become my main instrument and pushed me into the deep end of Electronic music. Probably the reason I came across this channel in the first place. It’s free, and even if you want to go all out with some hardware modular down the line, it’s a great addition to complement your setup. Would recommend Omri Cohen on this here youtube for some excellent tutorials to get you started. He’s a lovely bloke.

Also, no one talks about cleaning up from the last patch and increased general cable-hell, which is also something no one talks about. We all live it already. BUT knowledge is power, so that’s why i’m watching this. FWIW, i’m looking forward to future digitally controlled analog and complex digital gear, especially when MIDI 2.0 starts being used fully and act more like a buss/network. digital patching:patch cables=snail mail:email (may be a bad analogy heh, but you get the idea). Anyway, definitely learned something today.

Very pleased that you’ve gotten into the world of Modular Synthesis. I’ve been attempting to teach myself and it’s been an extreme elation mixed with belligerent frustration for 7 months now. There are no stores which sell Modules or Eurorack equipment nearby…so I have to order everything via UPS or from England and Amsterdam! Here I order from California or Washington. Will be starting an online course soon. It’s through videos and a large curriculum book. The actual school is in Amsterdam and just started last year by a Woman Dj called Tulpa Dusha real name is Anna Martinova. Molten Modular interviewed her in July. Now that you’ve gotten into modular’s grip I can also learn from you!

Hi! Is it normal to have processed carbs with every meal in America? Not sure if you’re commenting on the lack of carbs in each meal because there should be full carbs in each and every meal or if you’re suggesting more carbs here and there as all meals in your opinion are lacking in carbs? Great video! Enjoyed it and learned some things along the way. This is a great primer for building a modular synth. Better than others I’ve seen.
Enjoyed the video. I did not follow these steps, made mistakes and learned valuable stuff about what I want. I got caught up in “sound design”. I create sounds all my own, record the sounds and sample them in songs. Very cool, however, I struggled to take the time to do all that. Perhaps because I did not have the songs in mind that needed those sounds. So, I took several steps back and narrowed down the modules to what is missing to make songs with vocals. I bought various oscillators and filters but just did not connect or enjoy any of them. So, like you, I use an existing sound source for oscillators (Neutron) and its much better. The rest of my case is full of modules for percussion, sampling, fx, signal flow and mixing.

I love liquid IV! I like it for times I’m not feeling well or sweating a lot. It helps me with migraines, headaches, recovering from food poisoning, hangovers, colds/flu and when you’re outside doing yard work sweating in the sun. My husband likes it for hiking. I’m not saying it cures anything but I do feel that I feel better quicker with it than without it.
Okay but WHY is her diet the same as mine. I eat arctic zero, arugula salad with dijon mustard, strawberries, flat-out chicken wraps, and chobani fat free yogurt like every day

It’s been so inspiring to see the change in you since the start of the year not because of the weight loss but just seeing you focusing on your self and being disciplined.
Does anyone have any advice on how to eat carby foods without gaining weight (both water and fat)? I turned to the keto diet, because I had some weight I couldn’t lose (and yay I lost it), but as soon as I eat any carbs, I just gain weight like literally the same day I eat it. I really love watching Stephanie having her cheat days, and I wonder how she can still look so great post cheat day. I’m going on vacation in the southern states really soon, and I would love to dive into some donuts and pancakes and fries without worries. Even when I was eating carbs half a year ago and worked out almost daily, I didn’t get any near my goals… I tried changing my calorie intake, both tried like a 2000 daily cal and for a while also like 1200…. Nothing really works for me Please come with any advice!

Hey! I really love your channel and all the info you spread. YouTube it’s full of harmful information and it’s nice someone is here to give safe healthy tips. I was wondering if you have/would think about making a video on appetite? I have had a hard time with my appetite over the last few months after starting a new medication and upon further research I’m not the only one. It’s not an ed, me and others aren’t starving ourselves or doing other disordered behavior to loose weight, we just simply aren’t hungry most of the day which makes it hard to eat. I feel like as a dietitian you may be able to give helpful advice or perspective. I don’t hear people talk about it at all but I have seen it’s not uncommon.

@lydiavioleta Girlfriend collective are a sustainable activewear brand, although they are quite expensive! If you want to check how sustainable a brand is (because some companies greenwash their brand), then you can use an app called ‘good on you’ it is really helpful and rates brands on their environmental impact, concern for their workers and tells you what animal products they use. I started off with a goal of filling the gaps that my other gear (non-eurorack) didn’t do, although I read people’s advice on forums (sometimes it reads as rather militant) I stuck to my own path. “I don’t want a load of VCA’s damn it, stuff you and the utilities that you say I need” 😉 Enjoying my Eurorack journey in my own way and not how others try to tell you you should. Idk why but this trend of women reviewing other women’s diets is weirdly sexist. We’re already policed so much by societyand videos like this, no matter how well intentioned it is, sort of just adds to it. Let’s not normalize what I eat in a day videos.

I started off with a powered case, cables, an oscillator, a filter, an lfo, a vca/mixer and the Maths module (for generating envelopes and other stuff). Very basic, cheap (-ish)… (nothing is cheap in Eurorack)…flexible and great to learn on. The more you can learn on a basic system the more you start to figure out what other modules you’ll need based on your style and what you want to play i.e drones, noise, rhythm and melodies etc The rack is probably the most important. You need room to expand so get a big one because believe me, you’ll fill it up. I’m a year into Eurorack and I’ve already filled up a 9U 84HP Doepfer rack. I’ve bought a Behringer Go 6U 140HP which will be filled soon obviously:D and by the way, the Behringer Go rack is a great rack to buy. Economic, powered, sturdy and good looking. You’ll need to do a few calculations to fit the modules to each section for power requirements but, it’s well worth buying. And Eurorack is a journey of researching power reqs so good learning experiences.
Eurorack can seem daunting but once you take the plunge, it’s very easy to get into and, Modular Grid is your friend as is Muff Wiggler. The Forums are a wealth of info as are Youtubers like Loopop, DivKid, Mylar and Robin at Molten Modular who is particularly great for beginners. And finally, this video is full of great advice too! Good explanations:)
