  • Hi guys in the comment section, i hope you can help me. I currently have clogged nose which never goes away. It has been with me for almost 2 months already and its annoying the hell out of me because i cant breathe properly. There are times that it would clear tho. I also have to clear my throat often because i feel like there is mucus stuck in there. And the other symptom i have is cough (?) this is where i get confused because i dont know if it is dry cough because you dont hear me makung loud coughing noises in the house and i produce phlegm if i clear my throat. And the phlegm is clear/whitish and sometimes it comes with tiny yellow green phlem. I dont have fever, i dont get chills, i dont have body aches. Thats about it. Pls help ia this pneumonia?? And btw I have health anxiety, which makes it worse for me

  • If I pop a pimple when there is a white head visible it will heal quickly. Sometimes there is redness or I’ll feel it when my hand brushes over it but no white head visible. If I were to squeeze it, it always gets super inflamed and takes forever to heal. In this situation I’ll leave it until I can take a hot shower and open my pores up and then very gently apply a steady pressure pinching it and holding for a few seconds. If a little pus comes out then great and leave it alone, if you get plasma then you probably squeezed too hard and it will get inflamed. I put my daughter on a daily regimen of garlic and fish oil supplements and the worked great. I spent like 3$. Be aware that oil can travel down your face from washing your hair so its important to wash your face after shampooing and rinsing. Just remember a steady pressure not force. I hope this helps.
