  • Girl these recipes are delicious!!! I was just wondering how do you use the egg yolks in your recipes, cause I kinda have no idea how to use them?

  • I have a bowl full of egg white from making your banana cream pie 3 of them I have no idea how many egg whites are in the bowl is there a way to measure in the egg whites in a measuring cup is if there is how much? 1/2 cup 1/2 cup ect of egg whites?

  • Honestly I might just try these! I don’t have any of the ingredients, but when I get paid in two weeks, I’ll probably make some of these!

  • I am definitely going to try to do the savory recipe with vegan chicken. could you maybe do a vegan/vegetarian snack video? loved the ideas though ❤️ love you

  • I liked your snacks and loved the music you used in the video. What is the name of the song in the video that sounds like a saxophone playing?

  • Omgg when I made these I couldn’t stop eating them! One batch I accidentally left in the oven a little longer so it was toasty, like a ‘crunchy toasted marshmallow.’

  • I was just about to make a snack and you posted!
You’re such a lovely person and your videos have been really helping me through quarantine!

  • Finally someone who knows about the correlation between “healthy” and “low calorie”! I was getting tired of finding “protein peanut butter” recipes, which are all higher in fats and ridiculously high in calories

  • Perfect! I was just thinking that I’ve never made meringue cookies before and I need to look up a recipe. Not anymore! Thank you for sharing.

  • Hi! I tried this recipe, but I made Swiss meringue, and I don’t know why mine opened a little when they were in the oven.
, they didn’t look like cookies ☹️ is that because of the type of meringue I used? Or what could it be? By the way, i love your videos! Take care

  • I love your all your recipes! I discovered your website and channel about a year ago. The meringue cookies we’re the first ones I tried! They are so delicious and a big hit for family and friends! Also I tried adding in raspberry flavor extract in instead of vanilla and it tasted like “bakery quality”!

  • usually whenever i watch weight loss snack videos i never really find any of them appealing. all of your recipes look so good! i want to try all of them:,D <3

  • Ooo this is the very first video I’ve ever watched of her. She’s so bright and uplifting especially during these times of disconnecting from people and concerns about our health. It’s wholesome videos like these that brighten a day of feeling alone.

  • I don’t think I’ve seen these recipes before. Neat! If I make these I’ll swap out the PB for Almond Butter and use unsweetened/no sugar added ingredients.

  • Love these ideas so much! 100% going to try all of them. they look amazing and so satisfying compared to some healthy snack ideas such as apple and almond butter or some plain yogurt and fruit! So thankyou xxxx

  • Yes girl!! This is exactly what I needed at the minute after getting through the majority of the food in my fridge in one day, your videos keep me going! Stay safe ❤️

  • My favourite healthy snack, I take one and a half frozen bananas, preferably ripe, they are sweeter, add about 10 mls or brewed coffee, some vanilla extract, 2 table spoons of unsweatened cocoa powder. And mix in a food processor. BEST THING EVER! and it’s about 180 calories

  • Hey!! I wanted to tell you that in Spain we have a desert that is basically the same as your last recipe and they’re called “tortas de aceite”. They’re really good but they’re made with olive oil and usually have anise.

  • So delicious the ice cream I made banana ice cream but the banana was way to door and I added peanut butter but for mme the taste was to heavy so probably Will make this one

  • Greek Yogurt Bark:
    1 serving greek yogurt

    Banana Mug Cake:
    1/2 cup oats
    1 large tablespoon stevia/any sweetener
1/2-3/4 cup egg whites (as much as needed to make the consistency of pancake batter)
    pinch of baking soda
    pinch of baking powder
    chocolate (optional)
blend oats into oat flour, add mashed banana to a microwave-safe mug, add all other ingredients, microwave for about 3 minutes, stick some chocolate in the middle (optional)

    34 grams protein powder
chocolate almond milk (as much as needed)

  • My mom keeps telling me we have plenty of food and that we need to eat the food we have before she buys more, but all we have in the fridge is 2 onions, some ketchup, jar of pickles, and some ranch

  • If you wanna increase the volume dramatically of your protein ice cream, add in 5 grams of xanthan/guar gum and it will almost triple in volume!

  • these look BOMB I always hear ppl talking about the same low cal desserts but these are different and awesome. came here from your latest version of this vid. thank you!

  • you NEED to try these no bake healthy cookies recipe, it is so good!
    -2 cups of rolled oats
    -1 tablespoon of cinnamon
    -3 bananas
    -2 spoonfuls of peanut butter
-1/4 cup of agave (I like to add blueberries or dark chocolate chips!!)

  • I do love this video & wow it’s so awesome & creative for you to do vegan/non vegan. I’d like to add, the first snack isn’t low calorie in my opinion, 188 for vegan 167 for non vegan plus 130 in graham crackers or 23 for a rice thin still makes them both around 200 or more depending what you choose, It is lower than an average dessert yes & I do like the creativity of the video but I would just say lower calorie version of great snacks not “low calorie” but again only my opinion I did highly appreciate the video!

  • Just came across your channel and it’s so timely! I work from home these days and have been trying to eat healthy and experiment with cooking. I have made some energy balls a few days ago and was blown away how sweet they were (in a good way) and came to a realization that I can make my own candy, duh! I don’t need to buy any sweets no more thank you for those cool snack ideas — I’ll definitely try them out. P.S never seen that first yoghurt recipe anywhere before — that’s very creative.

  • These look amazinggg!! btw can you do video where you show healthy/ low calorie store bought snacks since most of these videos are based in the US

  • Dissolve stevia into water over gentle heat, remove it off the heat and leave it to cool fully. Blend frozen fruit and the solution and then freeze. After 10 mins stir and squish it. Put it in the fridge and enjoy sorbet! X
