Ingredients 1-1/2 cups fat-free sugar-free vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup fat-free milk 1 tablespoon fat-free whipped topping Sugar substitute equivalent to 1/2. Healthy eggnog protein shake. This easy paleo eggnog smoothie is perfect for breakfast or a quick snack. Using egg white powder for the eggs gives it extra protein.

And using powdered egg whites gives it that classic holiday eggnog flavor without. 4 Ounces Skim Milk 1/2 Cup Light Eggnog 1/4 tsp Rum Extract Dash cinnamon Dash Nutmeg 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder.   • Michael, you should focus on these type of easy to make meal videos. Most people lose weight because they skip those small meals that are important to gain muscles. For the last three weeks, youve been making off the hook videos. 1) protein bar video, 2) mass gain video and now this. These are all easy to make snacks and you should focus more on these type of meals.

  • hey michael. Your vids are great and have helped me recently since i have started working out. But i was wondering if you do calisthenics at all? Would it be ideal for me to do a total body workout (45 minutes) on monday and friday with weights, then on wednesday doing calisthenics(total body)? I have a mesomorph type body btw.   • No, don’t say “focus more”. I started watching his videos bcuz of how to make a healthy version of all types of foods, not just snacks. The small meals are important too, but just as important as the main meals.

    Just as many people try to “diet” (hate that word) and don’t stick with it bcuz they think their main meals have to be just chicken (fish, etc) and bland green veggies. Then they get tired of it.
