  • This recipe is awesome, I added about a quarter cup of lime juice for a little kick, it made this thing taste like freakin key lime pie

  • Aww Man, I love Egg Nog and always tear it up during the holidays bcuz it’s the only time they sell it. I’ve been making the fitness/bodybuilding version of a lot of foods lately, but I never thought about doing a healthy Protein Egg Nog. “You had my interest, but now you have my attention”…’clicks subscribe button’

  • Loved the snow!!!
Can you give us an insight as to how you got started, how you handle occasions where food is in abundance and how you get back on track after time off lol. Maybe too many Christmas Mince Pies!!! Happy New Year to you Michael, here is to a successful 2013!!!

  • @dvk877 almond milk is just like regular milk with almond flavor.

you can just add milk + almond essence or leave the essence out.

  • If you want to get some muscle and be stronger, you should definitely Google “Aston Muscle Ripper”. You are bound to get the muscles you desire.

  • OMG your son is so cute. he was so excited to try the nog LOL:D I am so happy i found your page, I want to try all these recipes!!! This one is great for the holiday season!

  • Michael you’re a really cool and wanted to ask is why don’t you use soy milk in you’re recipe videos I think it has more protein than almond milk and taste better

  • You should do a video that lets us know when you will be making the FAQ’s video, that way we, the subscribers, can send in our own questions and you choose the ones you like.

  • Just made this… I only had PEScience snickerdoodle on hand so that’s what I used (& I added some fresh ground nutmeg)… it’s so good! Next time I’ll use a little less xantham gum because it was a tad thicker than I’d like. Another great recipe!

  • Michael, you should focus on these type of easy to make meal videos. Most people lose weight because they skip those small meals that are important to gain muscles. For the last three weeks, youve been making off the hook videos. 1) protein bar video, 2) mass gain video and now this. These are all easy to make snacks and you should focus more on these type of meals.
