  • This salad looks really healthy and super delicious…right down to the toasted sesames! Your honey lime dressing looks amazing! Now that I hear your voice on your newer videos, I miss it on this one. Love it in the lettuce wraps too! Great recipe as always!

  • I followed this recipe and just finished making it. I must say, this is definitely going to be a part of my keto meal plan. Thank you so much!

  • My mum and I made this today. I just gobbled it up like a Dyson!!! Man, that is such a fantastic and filling salad!!!!! Thanks for the recipe.

  • Knife tip leave the root end of the onion in place, just halve or quarter it with the root intact. It’ll hold the onion together while you’re dicing it.

  • I’m definitely going to try the recipe. I’m always trying to find refreshing meals for work. I’ll just switch out the nuts for seeds because I can’t eat nuts.

  • I saw this video at 5:30pm. I went to the store at 6:30pm. Made the tuna salad by 7:30pm. Now I am full for the night!! Thank you always!!!!!!!!

  • Beautiful and delicious salads. I love that you used dried beans, they’re definitely tastier and have better texture than the canned ones.

  • I love this channel!! All of your recipes are so easy, so tasty and so less in calorie. I’ll never have to worry about what to eat on diet.

  • Albacore is $4-$5 a can where I live. Regular tuna is $1 a can! A jar of Primal Kitchen Mayo is $10. After I buy the mayo, I can’t afford the albacore on my food budget. This tastes great any way you make it. I sometimes toss in a chopped hard boiled egg to add flavor, texture & a few extra macros. Then I top it off with TJ’s chili lime spice & wrap it in a red lettuce leaf. Yum.

  • Don’t eat this too often though. The recommendation on eating Tuna is not to eat more than 4 cans a week (due to Mercury content)

  • Tuna salad is so delicious! I just bought everything for mine. I also like to add some sugar free relish and dill pickles toy tuna.

  • I made pretty much exactly this recipe today (except without dill and lemon), but I used wholegrain mustard, EV olive oil and balsamic vinegar, instead of mayo.. it was delicious! (I’m not actually on a Keto diet as such, but I’m assuming those substituted ingredients would be okay, even if I was?)
