  • Redmond Real Salt is excellent. You can find it at Whole Foods, a bag of it. To be quite honest any salt that is not processed with the minerals taken out and still has pink flecks in it is good. I get pink Himalayan salt for $0.69 a pound at a grocery store with bulk food bins. Stay away from the processed white salt that has the minerals taken out!   • There are few fallacies in some of the experiments, for example that of the rat given the choice between Sugar and cocaine.

  • I am genuis creative writer POET. (steady writing success, and awards) and I eat the same as him. My mentor told me I show signs of a writing genuis. Students in classes often study my work and processes to learn from it. I have a book coming out soon called “Sparks” revealing lots of writing secrets known by the genuis writer.

    I break fast with black coffee, an egg and maybe some greens with olive oil on it, with a little meal. I eat loads of leafy greens daily.
    I do NOT eat when I wake up, I write while deep in my fasting. I fast always 11 hours at least and usually do not eat until about 11 am.

My daughter was forced to show on the board how she figure out math problems, though she often did them in her head. She didn’t like being made to prove how to knew it so fast. She has taken every math and always got an A in it and never did any homework on paper at home. She learned it right on class in one sitting and never forgot. I did the same with poetry in my mentorships and classes. My daughter had two parents genuises in something. Her father also eats like me, and never eats until 12 am and prefers eggs, tea and salads. He also likes to eat nuts and steak and beef. You would also never know we are genuises in something cause we seldom ever say it and only care about our work. My daughter is a recipient of a $60,000 scholarship. She took college classes early in high school. As a child I would get her home early and without feeding her, teach her as much stuff as I could, everything to do with shapes and the measurements and similarity of things and put the things in her baby hands so she can inspect it. She now doesn’t eat in the morning. I made my daughter a genuis and she made herself.

  • Lost 10 pounds in 1 month with just walking 1 hour everyday.

    Process wake up early in the morning about 2 hours before work. Go for a one hour walk or if I wanted to sleep in, I would go for a hour walk right after work.

    Morning routine was coffee with cream, sugar and a 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon ��. That would allow me to fast till lunch and it is then when I would have a small/medium meal. Then dinner is my biggest meal but I only ate until I was full. I sometimes would eat a little more, so I would have more energy for that following morning routine.

    If I went on an actual diet plan I would drop weight at an unhealthy rate 20lbs in one month (I currently weigh 199lbs. Most I ever weighed was 212lbs. Fastest I have ever dropped weight and paid terribly for it, was when I was at 190 and lost 20 lbs that came back with a vengeance of a 40 lbs gain in a matter of 7 months. Stopped going to the gym due to an injury. Repetition and consistency is what will help with long term weight loss). I am trying to get down to 150 which is going to take a year or two to do but will let you guys know if I make it anywhere close to my unrealistic goal. Lol

  • It’s actually easy to eat healthy foods if we have them available to us. I was awful and I know better I just didn’t plan for healthy foods. So I bought a bag of mixed greens, added tomatoes with vinaigrette. Then I add beans, eggs, salmon or a few shrimp. It’s very satisfying and filling. I quit buying things I can’t resist like ice cream.

Even tough I don’t eat at school and in the morning, I score always 10 (10 = A) or if possible 10+ (A+) from maths tests and I can calculate easily in my head. One example: 372×112=41664 (easy.   • All the people screaming ‘GO VEGAN’ or ‘vegterianism is gay’ are seriously daft! All you need is a good balance of meat and vegetables and some carbs. Balance is all that is necessary. An excess of either one of those things is bad for you especially considering the lifestyle one lives. I for instance cannot go vegan or vegeterian because I regularly go to the gym and lift and I need the protein for muscle repair or else my performance at the gym will suffer.
