  • It’s all how you take care of yourself, I’m 64 and feel and look younger than people my age. I work hard and eat healthy foods. I’m still waiting for my hair to turn gray, and my skin Glows. I’m not on any medicine. I love me.❤️

  • Sir,
    I am a 31 year old male and I’ve been suffering from Keratoconus (eyes), Plantar Fascitis (feet), Degenerative Disk (lower back), along with occasional muscular pain (esp. in neck, shoulders and back).
    Although I’ve been taking care of these by regular follow up with respective professionals, prescribed medications and daily exercises. Further, i take sufficient healthy diet too.
    Iv recently started taking a couple of supplements on daily basis:
    * Vitamin C with Zinc tablets
    * Fit eye plus tablets
    * Bilberry extract tablets
    * Vitamin D3 tablets
    * Supradyn tablets
    * Collagen Peptides powder (taken along with honey & lemon in warm water)
    * Vitamin B12 tablets
    * Magnesium Oxide Tablets

    I take half of these in the morning, and the remaining in the afternoon. I haven’t experienced any visible side effects in the past 3 weeks since I’ve been consuming them. However, I’m not very sure if I’m taking them properly or if I should be consuming them at all.

    Sir, please suggest me the most effective way to consume these supplements in order to get maximum benefits. Im ready to give them a further try for the next 2-3 months to see any changes in my condition.

    Thanks

  • Does this guy understand that most of us are not Doctors nor do we have a personal drug dealer. So unless you got diabetes no doctor will give you metformin.

  • No matter what you do to improve your chances of long life medicinally, you can’t stop fate, if it’s your turn to get hit by a bus.

  • You take statin drug, and baby aspirin? You are a very questionable Dr. It seems you got or little, or no that much knowledge about natural medicine, and health.

  • Dr. Sinclair takes statin drugs? This is surprising. Statin drugs are very bad for you. A “high cholesterol” reading isn’t necessarily bad, because cholesterol is an integral part of cells. It’s not cholesterol that destroys your cardiovascular system but calcium deposits in arteries, which cholesterol tries to smooth over. I’m surprised that Dr. Sinclair doesn’t take vitamin K2, which gets the calcium out of your circulatory system and back into your bones, where it belongs. Also, what about vitamin D3 and magnesium, which are both essential and in which most Americans are deficient? And rather than taking aspirin, which is bad for you, why doesn’t he just take ginger, a blood thinner? And it’s been proven that giving blood at least once every two years has been proven to prevent heart attacks.

  • My testimony is I used to have very frail and nails that break so easily! After a month of taking multivitamins, my nail started growing very strong!

  • It’s so sad that we are replacing healthy eating with pills to stay healthy nowadays. I eat homemade yogurt every day. I always add fresh fruit, Chia seeds and almonds that I grind myself. It’s healthier and a nicer experience than swallowing pills. Plus, that’s probiotics, vitamins, Omega 3, antioxidants and fibre right there! And it’s delicious! Can all be mixed into a delicious smoothie to take to work if in a hurry, or whatever. Salmon is also a great source of Omega 3; once or twice a week is enough. If you have a garden or even a patio, nothing beats eating your own fresh greens that you know haven’t been sprayed to death. I don’t bother growing lettuce because they have no nutritional value whatsoever. But things like perpetual spinach, beet, kale, etc. are so easy to grow even in containers, gives you continuous supply so is cheaper; and so good for you and no chemicals have been added. I use them raw in salads rather than cook them to death and destroy the nutrients. I’m in my 60’s and I’m healthy. Eating right has always been the key to good health; that’s the “natural solution” and that will never change.

  • 100-1000 percent? Who the fuck wants to live past 75?you can’t do anything. Who is going to take 100IU a day of GH? This is informative but I see a lot of holes.

  • The major things are still: food, sport, fasting and livestyle in general
    The things mention in this video are more supplementing the points above.

  • Some say that probiotics are useless damaged by stomach acids. If I was going to take any probiotic it would be and is sometimes apple cider videgar. Being liquid some of it may just bypass the stomach and go into the intestines to be absorbed

  • People who are criticizing David Sinclaire for taking metformin, it looks, like you are unfamiliar with research that shows that low doses of metformin can potentially extend the lifespan by protecting against such diseases as cancer, heart disease, and Alzheimer’s. I am sure that it does have side effects especially for people with compromised health.

  • Igf 1 increase due to diet will not increase performance.

    Igf 1 raise due to diet will not protect neurons.

    Increasing muscle mass and whatnot is better attained through weightlifting and cardio.

    You increase IGF-1 solely through diet (or worse, drugs) and stay sedentary and I’ll lift weights and we’ll see who is stronger in a year.

    These are cool hypotheses.

    Diminished muscle mass and libido and whatnot through igf-1 reduction via diet is not a thing.

    This os a load of horseshit. No wonder joe rogan, the self proclaimed idiot, has you on his show constantly.

    “Healthy balanced diet” doesn’t mean anything because it’s too vague.

    I’m pretty sure igf-1 increase through non.dietary means without a doctor’s prescription is illegal.

  • In another video I recall he took the Merformin at night and in the off-days training… maybe morning / evening makes no difference, just saying

  • For a super smart man like Dr Sinclair.. I would have guessed that he would stay away from full fat milk. He states that he has high cholesterol and is on statins.. Would staying away from animal proteins and saturated fats be the obvious choice as opposed to Statins?

  • I love my Chinese and Korean serums with IGF1 and IGF2. Also, for the fat and sugar avoiders pertaining to the chocolate. I reccomend using cacao powder it is chocolate minus the fat, and sugar.

  • For very different reasons, NAD+ has also attracted a wave of attention from cancer researchers. Recent studies suggest that cancer cells of many types depend on NAD+ to sustain their rapid growth and that cutting off the NAD+ supply could be an effective strategy for killing certain cancers. The data from these studies paint a more complicated picture of NAD+ and raise new questions about the diverse ways taking an NAD+-boosting supplement might influence health. “It might still slow down the aging part, but it might fuel the cancer part,” says Versha Banerji, a clinician-scientist at the University of Manitoba. “We just need to figure out more about the biology of both of those processes, to figure out how we can make people age well and also not get cancer.” This is just a fellow up to my previous post. Interesting that most sites are ignoring the possibilities of its effects on cancer.

  • I was on Statin and it was causing muscular damage my doctor said and he switch me on Crestor and I had a few bad side effects like chest pain and I quit them and I take only one aspirin a day and I am strict on my diet, lost 37 lb, I avoid process food and hardly no sugar now, I take Moringa leaf powder for arthritis and turmeric every day and I am. in lot better shape. in the long run sugar was my worst enemy. I eat wild meat that I hunt and fish that I catch myself only

  • It’s interesting how type 2 diabetes is now considered a part of aging. Before the 1970s, it wasn’t even acknowledged as existing.

  • It’s a myth that balanced diets give you all vitamins. They give you up to 80%. But please don’t take vitamin E with other vitamins. It blocks their absorptions.

  • Always when i go to doctors for ask wht the best supplement for me, they just like, ah you wont to buy extra vitamins and minerals, food gave u enough! Dont buy anything

  • Diagnosed with Gleason 7 but nobody will tell me if it is aggressive. Makes me think it is but they are afraid to get me upset. Upset anyway. Getting radiation treatment with Cyberknife. Maybe if it works, then they will tell me. But I doubt it.

  • I periodically take TA-165 to boost HGH. I feel and look 100% better. What are your thoughts about cancer with taking HGH or HGH boosters?

  • He may actually have a heart attack on statins, they are lethal, I am very surprised at that. Love his research on nad but that makes no logical sense to me.

  • He should know aspirin is not good daily from what it does to stomach. Hawthorne is a natural blood thinner. Metformin is good in some ways bad in others on what it does

  • Longevity in regards to not going into a heavier state of repair as much and causing less oxidative stress within the body but what use is that when GH and igf1 are release periodically in times of need as we recover, in reality you’re just saying those who’s bodies spend more time healing/recovering are going to shorten their life span which makes some sense but to lower igf1 also comes with alot more of its own risks due to its synergism with other hormones and it’s knocking affect on health and recovery. If I’m lying in a cage or glass box permanently in a lab environment then yes of course lower igf1 levels would mean a longer life but in the real world where there is risk and reward I’m gonna want the correct GH and igf1 response in any situation to get me trough life and help me sleep, repair and completely recover in shorter time. I would no doubt assume that keeping that low igf1 mouse in with a standard group of mice outside a lab environment would drastically shorten its life due to its hormonal handicap. Not all avenues of repair will be affected but some clearly important ones will be no doubt.

  • Sinclair lost all credibility as soon as he admitted he uses a statin as well as Metformin. The baby aspirin does nothing good for him either.

  • You should never let this slowing growing cancer bother you. And you should never accept any prostate cancer treatments because they are all toxic poisons to your bodies. What kind of sick minded urologists, medical and radiation oncologists, would tell their patients to get rid of their prostates to avoid prostate cancers later? We now know that there are basically two types of prostate cancer: one that would kill you no matter what cancer treatment or combination of treatments you receive; the other one grows ever so slowly that you will die with something else and not of it. Wake up and take charge of your own health, men! Do what your bodies tell you to you, and don’t pay any attention to this bunch of so-called cancer specialists who tell you that your PSA “seems elevated” which lead you to unnecessary biopsies and overtreatments that, for sure and without a doubt, will ruin your quality of life.

  • Statins and metformin? Lol

  • Similar to the way people process caffeine differently, some people need to increase IGF-1 and others should focus on reduction. One problem is the further down the rabbit hole one exploresmuch of the available data is contradictory. In other words one study reports a substance increases IGF-1 while another study reports the same substance has no discernible impact on IGF-1. For example it’s said that meat increases levels of IGF-1 in the body. We often read that over consumption of red meat is detrimental to health. It follows that articles on the internet state red meat increases IGF-1. But then researching the subject in depth you’ll find contradictory information stating that all meat except red meat increase IGF-1. Someone is right who? I suspect many of the conclusions reported are based on who funds the study.
