  • Nice recipe, Jim. I have to say, I never tried the recipe with Dill, I’ve used this same recipe but with finely chopped spinach instead of Dill. I’ve also used, as you suggested for your diabetic friends, none fat greek yogurt instead of sour cream and mayonnaise. I love this stuff, and it differently keeps the carb levels down all except for the carrots, LOL! Great recipe to keep in mind for the upcoming Spring and Summer gatherings. Thanks again, Jim!
