COCONUT-CURRY SHAKSHUKA WITH GREENS & EGGS. 1 chopped fresno chili. 3 bunches spinach, trimmed, rinsed and divided. 1 large bunch of Tuscan kale, center ribs and stems removed.

1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for drizzling. 1 tablespoon coriander seeds. 1 (2-inch) piece fresh ginger, coarsely. Heat oil in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and the capsicum, and cook for 3-5 minutes until softened.

Stir in the garlic and chilli and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the pesto, chopped tomatoes, sugar and vinegar and cook covered on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring. This recipe is excellent served for breakfast with fruit, or at lunch or dinner with a salad.

This recipe makes two 9 inch pies. The reason for this is because if you only make one you will hate yourself the next day when there are no leftovers. Bacon, ham, and spinach and mushrooms are layered with 3 cheeses in this rich delicious egg dish.

Deviled eggs are such a simple appetizer and perfect for making ahead! You can cook the eggs up to 1 week in advance. Store the eggs, peeled or unpeeled, in the fridge.

  • I see that you’ve learned the magic of spicy ramen with cheese. I always just do mine with basic American Cheese. Every time I try it with real cheese it sticks to the pan. But, American Cheese just melts and makes it creamy. I learned this in Korea in 1994. (I’ll try real mozzarella though.)

  • I’m italian, and actually there are some recepies where we cook pasta in milk, but we usually put the milk on low heat and we make it simmer for a bit so, when we add the pasta it cooks faster and it doesn’t have that kind of gelatinous texture, but it remain al dente

  • The scrambled eggs would taste bad. Let me tell you a recipe
    :
    some shredded cheese
    1/4 Of milk
    Pepper and salt
    2 eggs.

    Mix all in a bowl until mixed well.
    Put you’re stove to Medium High (4-5)
    Pour mixture on pan
    Get a wooden spoon and scrape the bottoms continuously
    When it looks like scrambled eggs turn stove off and serve.

  • Alvin makes eggs look gorgeous and delicious. His food is like works of art. That striped omelet looks beautiful but no way would I ever take the time to make that. My patience would run out really quick. I would have egg on the ceiling after I got so mad I started cussing and throwing things.
