  • i wud most definitely let that sit in the refrig for a couple of days before eatn. I’m sure the taste wud be outstanding. Gotta try this recipe!!

  • Hey Bobby I love your videos. Why are the written recipe different from the video? Video says 1 1/2 cups tapioca flour and recipe has 2 cups?

  • I’d love to see more cold meal preps! I work in construction and I never have an oven or a microwave available at work and instead of the usual fast food and beer for lunch I’d like to have some healthy cold meal prep…

    ..and beer.

  • OMG Pao de Queijo…my daughter and I made this…what a sticky mess your looks amazing..this whole thing is the bomb..the curry chicken salad too!

  • I wish I liked curry because it is so good for us. However, the smell of it positively nauseates me. I wish that was not the case but I can’t even stomach being around an Indian restaurant which is a shame because of its health benefits. I think its the turmeric which of course is so healthy.

  • This looks great but I’d like to try to stick with Keto what can I replace the Pao with to keep it Keto? thanks for the amazing recipes!

  • Hi… just started keto and I love your videos.. thanks you!! They are very helpful when it comes to making the right selections when doing my grocery shopping. On the receipe for cheese puff, you used veggie oil?? Did I hear right lol… I thought veggie oil is not a good choice in the oil fam..

  • Bobby!! A KETO recipe on those BREAD ROLLS pleaseeeeeee… they look magical!!! Im craving bread and not a fan of the almond flour breads..

  • Hi! I was just wondering if the tapioca flour could be changed out for almond flour. Probably not? I’m just looking for a way to reduce the carbs more. Thank you for all of your videos! I’m learning so much!!!

  • Makin this today for the wk & my kids, they’re gonna love itthey think I’m an awesome cook cuz of u! U need to come out w little kid flavcity t-shirt’s! I’d make them wear them haha

  • I love your enthusiasm Bobby! Thank you for mentioning freezing options. I live alone and am always looking for tips to make cooking for one more affordable and less wasteful.

  • I only recently realized how silly it was to only buy boneless, skinless chicken breasts chicken thighs or drumsticks (bone in, skin on)is waaay cheaper and waaay more flavourful.

  • Been watching this channel religiously for almost a year now and I keep coming back to this recipe. One of (if not, the best) recipe I have ever made. Keep up the good work!

  • If almond flour would be added instead the other flour you hv added. It would still be that good I mean in that French bread /buns very difficult name it has.

  • Girl that chicken salad sandwich has my mouth watering

Ugh and then you went and did it with the lettuce wraps omg you’re killing me at 2am lmao.

  • Is there a way to prevent this disgusting woman from being suggested on my YouTube? She literally makes me sick with how disgustingly nasty she eats.

  • I was thinking, have you ever tried to use potato starch rather than tapioca? It is not so widely available here in the UK and I’m looking for substitute as those cheesy balls look so delicious:)

  • I’ve made this twice now and my cheese balls have twice fallen in looking more like donuts than balls. What am I doing wrong?

Other than that, love this recipe. The salad is constantly in my meal prep rotation.

  • Just wondering: Is a Keto friendly version of those cheese rolls possible? Not familiar with tapioca flour, and I’m wondering if a coconut or almond flour would in any way substitute? I’ll probably be making this either way, but I’m curious! Thanks!

  • This was super helpful! I want to start trying meal prep but the lunches was really baffling me. I couldn’t think of a good salad that wouldn’t go weirdly soggy if I made it too far in advance, but obviously with a creamy salad like this, that’s not a problem. I’d love to see some more lunch ones like this.

  • awwww only some of the utensils are listed!! guess I’m going hunting to find the link to all the other items used. but omg I love your videos…

  • I am only finding agave syrup at my grocery store. Is this the same as agave nectar? Or is the syrup laden with sugar? By the way I just discovered your channel and after having many mini strokes, am changing my diet completely and I’m loving your recipes and tips!

  • This chicken salad is pretty much like a dish here in the UK called Coronation Chicken, so called as it was served for the Coronation luncheon of our Queen.

For a change I often add in things like raisins, celery, mango, chopped nuts (walnuts work really well). It’s one of those dishes I like to make with all of the leftover chicken or bits left in the bones (prior to freezing the bones for later use in stock/soup).

I’m definitely going to try those little “breads” though, they look kinda like a crossover between a Yorkshire pudding and a choux pastry.

What other cheeses would work with those? Is it best to go with a hard cheese?

  • Love the recipes!!

Do you have a recipe for a chicken, sausage and/or seafood paella meal prep with sides?

Also a lower carb Pad Thai meal prep?

  • Hey Bobby, love your content. I want to implement your ideas, but I had an important question:

I go to university for 8 hours a day sometimes, and would like to take my prepped meal with me. This means it would be out of the refrigerator and in room temperature from 9 am 1 pm, when I would heat it (if required) and eat. Will it still be edible? I would be holding it in room temperature for a large amount of time after having it refrigerated already.

This is in regard to your beginner meal prep, college meal prep and this one (and any other meal prep recipe).

    Thank you!

  • YUUUUMMMEEEEEE!!!!!! This recipe is mouthwatering and is a definite must try.
And as usual your videos are beautiful and well done.

  • I know you are an expert at healthy low carb stuff. What about something fun for Ketogenic/Gluten free/ bread? Most ketogenic breads are made out of nut meal instead of flour. Some people use almond butter instead of keto flour but it is a game changer. It really brings your fat in balance.

  • I recently started watching your videos. I love that you use real ingredients that can be found at my local grocery store. All these others use ingredients that NO one ever has or can find. Keep up the good work. I enjoy watching all your videos. ❤️

  • I dont really like the taste of meat. The only meat i can eat is boneless skinless chicken breast. If i use that, does it bake exactly the same way? Thanks!

  • A nice summertime dinner today you gave us a couple of dances love it I like how you share with others especially the guy who detailed your car many blessings

  • We be like excuse me, you don’t just walk in don’t speak got your hand out like you gone eat girl bye. Ignant ppl call to be family don’t have time for stupidity.

  • I Love your Videos!! Keep ’em coming!! Your recipes are so easy! I Love them! You need to Join some kind of Show/Food Show… Why haven’t you been on Ellen yet?‍♀️

  • I recently got an air fryer! How about some meal prep with that? I know that’s not usually your forte but I think it would be a good turnout plus it’s so easy to use! I still have some experimenting to do, myself!

  • I’m so glad I found your channel-all your recipes look so delicious; I can’t wait to try these! Side note: I love your voice-it has a certain Christopher Walken-quality to it, lol.

  • Once again, looks amazing. I’ll use this recipe down the road when I reach my goal weight, since I’m strictly no sugaring it. The lime zest, juices and agave won’t work for me right now!

  • Newbie to your channel and I am loving it. I am Portuguese and the entire time I was wondering what you were calling the little cheese buns. I thought you were saying a French word some or other of D’anjou. lol…. I realized at the end that you were saying Pao de Queijo, literal translation is cheese bread. Just goes to show you the Portuguese language is not the easiest to talk.  I am definitely going to try this recipe. I love anything with Queijo!!! lol:)

  • I actually cut grapes into my chicken salad its really good but you should cook some meat lovers lasagna or some swedish meatballs

  • Had some leftover baked chicken from a couple days ago, bought a cheap pack of chicken tenderloins from Walmart and boiled them with some seasoning for a little less than an hour. Made this chicken salad salad sandwich (with the pickle, the chips, AND 2cookies lol) it was

  • OMG every time I see your videos I love them. I have just had my gastric surgery a week ago for health reasons, and I watch you and you make me so hungry!
