  • Hey there! Sugar is the real culprit for all that excess weight. I have gradually cut down on it, even the ones in fruits, and since then I have started shedding off those extra pounds. Till now I have lost 60 pounds and I have 30 more to go��

  • Take some original lays potato chips (ripples are best for this) and melt some chocolate then drizzle the chocolate over it if ur lazy and want a sweet savory snack

  • I am sorry but in my experience sugar is not the issue it’s the kind of foods you eat you eat starches, meat and milk and this creates a culturing ground for fungus and parasites and this creates cravingsgo on a fruit protocol and you will get rid of the sugar craving����

  • If you want to don’t eat sugar, you shouldn’t eat Fruits too. Fruits were Natural at old times. But no longer, there’s a lot of Fructose in it. Fructose cannot using as energy and directly goes to the Liver and turning to fat. Also Carbohydrates are sugar because there’s Glucose in it as Monosaccharide.

  • The spring rolls idea is a bad one… use soy paper is a better option. People actually use soy paper for dessert. Rice paper tend to have a distinctive odor that won’t be enjoyable with fruit.
