  • What do you expect, you literally burnt it. What’s your next video gonna be about? Burning bread and saying you will never eat bread again?!

  • All of this is true but she did not address the extreme acidity of soda which is really bad for you and creates an environment for disease and oxidation of your blood and organs (or rust). I’ve decided to give it up except on rare occasions and use true lemon or flavor enhancers in my water.

  • Lovely Video! Forgive me for butting in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you considered Saankramer Life Card System (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is an awesome exclusive product for learning how to stop drinking without the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my mate at last got cool results with it.

  • What about coca cola zero? 1.75 ml how many colories is in it and how many calories do we burn downing the whole bottle? please reply i love the channel

  • A progressive tax on soda makes sense if the percentage goes up by ounce. It’s so abused and unhealthy and popular it might as well be called a vice. Why does anybody need a 64 ounce soda anyways?! Geez, eat a leaf once in a while.

  • Lovely video content! Sorry for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you heard the talk about Saankramer Life Card System (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is an awesome one off guide for learning how to stop drinking minus the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my mate after a lifetime of fighting got excellent results with it.

  • me and my boys had a debate at the gym and they said your penis gets smaller when you grow a gut in your stomach. and I told them that’s not true. can we clarify that myth once and for all

  • This is behind the memes that are animated now! bRuH piggy animators use this now ALOT. And they ARE LIKEKING THOSE BRUH! I LIKED THOSE CUZ I DIDNT KNOW YOUR THE ORIGINAL! im so happy i found your channel! <3 there are so much memes that you did and TikTok stole it! And now. IM AMAZED!

  • 1try this with milk
2-Drink cola with a lot of water? No 3-Bread is danger to Bread converting to sugar
4try this with orange juice, not just Coca-Cola

  • Glad I broke the soda habit about 4 years ago. My doc first suggested diet sodadid it for a while and finally got to where I couldn’t stand the taste anymore.

  • You may think its gross but its not thats just the suger dye and caffeine all mixed together and hardened from the heat it looks gross but its not if you did taht to any other sodas like pepsi it would be the same just different colors

  • Are all natural sodas that contain no sugar but are instead sweetened with stevia (like the one made by the brand Zevia) ok to drink?

  • Coca Cola is my main energy drink

I get so hungry sometimes that i feel im gonna pass out

    Coce always picks me up

Especially during these summer days and the cursed sun

  • Let me guess, weight gain is caused by fizzy drinks. So is this what coca cola turns into when, or if, it’s too hot in your body after drinking it and maybe you get too hot or have eaten hot, hot not spicy, dinners?

  • Good Lord I had no idea… I mean I knew there was a lot of sugar in soda but that’s alarming! And Coca-Cola of course it’s supposed to be America’s pastime soda, what fucki&g lies!

  • You’re wrong about adding sugar to coffee is equal to soda. There is 39 grams of sugar in 12 oz of Coke with only 4 grams in a teaspoon of sugar(huge difference!). I’ve quit drinking 64 to 128 oz of energy drinks a day… replaced it with 2-3 cups of coffee a day with 1-2 teaspoons of sugar added. Want me to do the math? I was having 312 grams of sugar a day on average vs 10 grams a day now with coffee.

  • Great video. Can you address the carbonation in your next video? I’ve always said it was the bubbles I liked the best. Of course I have given up soda since my sleeve surgery and pre-op. I’m still on full liquids. Your videos are so motivating for me. Love the book! Thanks a ton.

  • I have spent months researching into stopping booze and discovered an awesome resource at Adoette drink plan (google it if you’re interested)

  • there is at least one artificial sweetener without calories but I would not recommend using it because It has a good chance of giving you lead poisoning

  • Excellent video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you researched Saankramer Life Card System (probably on Google)? It is a great one of a kind guide for learning how to stop drinking minus the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my cousin after a lifetime of fighting got excellent success with it.

  • Thank you for answering my question this helps me in my fasting so ill enjoi my coca cola zero in my open window of feasting. Thank you….
