  • BEST SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES!! Totally recommend this recipe! It tastes so good! Thank you so much for sharing the recipe!! I literally make these everyday!

  • That’s dessicated coconut, not shredded coconut, for those trying to find it in the US. In the UK and Australia it’s refferred to as coconut powder (sometimes)… Just get the finely shredded stuff and you should be good, shredded coconut is strips if coconut too big for this.

  • I lived in Morocco for many years and never ran into this or anything with coconut. I am very happy to find a coconut recipe from Morocco!:-)

  • cashew works better than almond, its not as hard and also is sweeter, so, no need for anything sweet here. Condensed milk would be full of chemicals, it can be replaced by a dense milk of almonds, pine nuts or something anyway, the coconut flakes will absorb the milk we use.

  • Hello Alia,  How long do the coconut truffles keep in the fridge?  I’m thinking of using them as a host gifts… Thanks!  Love your recipes!
