  • I like it. Especially it is low in sugar. In my experience it is more crucial to get rid of sugar then fat. Fat, such as Omega 3, is amazing.

  • Hi Dani my beautiful mom is completely new to smoothies. Would you pretty please make a video on just the basics without any powders or sweeteners.? Just how to get started. 4 cups water handful of greens of choice, banana other fruit one cup of ice. Something like that. Something easy I can forward to her via text. Please.

  • Can’t wait to try these out. Just want to let you know that you left out the ginger in the ingredients list for the vanilla refresher

  • I love this! Your videos are getting better and better so helpful and I love that the recipes are sugar free (even without natural sugars like honey). These are such balanced smoothies. And, I also love your talks on using your mind to create a healthy life. Thank you:)))

  • Cool video, pardon the pun. lol I have found what I think is the best liquid ingredient for a smoothie. It is a mix of almond milk with coconut milk and monk fruit. It has 45 calories and only 1 gram of carbohydrate it is made by califia farms. Have you ever tried it? Also for a bit more creamier smoothie try freezing the bananas and the avocados together.

  • This is great! Love these combos. I only feel like an idiot because I opened two cans of coconut milk and they were solid chunks and liquid and I thought somehow in the canning process it went bad (???? How?) so I threw them away! Ugh. Now I know what to do with canned coconut milk!

  • I love your receipts, but i have a question, I’m allergic to cocoa (very allergic), can you come up with another receipt for the chocolate almond butter cup smoothie that can incorporate chocolate with a low cocoa content or a substitute for the cocoa? I know it sucks that I’m allergic to cocoa.
