Stir in black beans and cumin. Microwave uncovered on High 30 seconds to 1 minute or until mixture is hot. 2 Spoon about 1/3 cup cauliflower mixture onto each tortilla; top with salsa, avocado and cilantro.

6 corn tortillas 4 cups (400g) cauliflower 1 teaspoon olive oil 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 teaspoon chipotle powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups (278g) cooked black beans, drained and rinsed 1/4 cup (40g) green onions, chopped 2 large tomatoes, chopped 1/4 cup (15g) cilantro, coarsely. Preheat oven to 400º F. In a large bowl, whisk together chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, lime juice, olive oil and water. Stir in black beans, cauliflower florets and onions. Place seasoned black beans, cauliflower.

Spicy Black Bean and Cauliflower Tacos These spicy black bean and roasted cauliflower tacos are one of our favorite options for Taco Tuesday! They’re finished with a creamy vegan avocado crema, pickled red onion, fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime for freshness. These tacos.

Cauliflower is perfect for tacos because when finely chopped, it mimics the texture of ground beef. I sautéed it with chili powder, garlic, added some salsa, and poof! it was just like the taco kits I used to love as a kid. Ryan made sriracha black beans.

1 medium head of cauliflower broken into florets. 1 clove garlic ground into a paste with a little salt. 1 tsp of smoked paprika. 1 tsp of ground cumin. 1 tsp of ground coriander.

1/2 tsp chilli flakes. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp ground black pepper. Chop the cilantro for a garnish. To serve, place refried beans in a tortilla, top with cabbage, breaded cauliflower, Yum Yum sauce, and cilantro.

Serve with lime wedges to spritz. Roasted Cauliflower and black beans. 1 medium head cauliflower (about 2-2 1/2 pounds) 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons chili powder. 1 teaspoon ground cumin.

1/2 teaspoon garlic. An easy vegetarian tacos recipe filled with easy roasted cauliflower, roasted sweet potatoes, black beans, topped with vegan chipotle lime cashew crema. These roasted sweet. Assemble the tacos with a generous smear of black beans, grilled corn, roasted cauliflower, sliced avocado, and a drizzle of dressing.

Hot sauce and cilantro are optional.

  • Made the Crispy Cauliflower Tacos with Jicama-Carrot Slaw… this was a religious experience… I think that was the best thing I have ever put in my mouth… absolutely astounding flavor and texture combination. This is a must make. Thank you so much for sharing.

  • This is amazing! My mouth watered just from watching it, you always amaze us! Thanks for this amazing non animal dish. It is very high appreciated.

  • that cilantro crema is exactly the sauce i’ve been looking for to make for tacos. i love hot sauce, but it’s nice to switch it up. I’m excited for taco night:)

  • I’m a vegan. Most of these use too much oil for my liking. I just cook some vegan re-fried beams with homemade taco seasoning and use that as my meat base then make the taco as normal without the cheese.

  • There are actually several varieties of meatless tacos in Mexico. None of them are remotely similar to these.

Nopales (cactus), Huanzontles (amaranth), Quelites (similar to collard greens), poblano peppers… All of those are traditional options for tacos.

  • I made this the other night for my mom and sister and they LOVED IT! I added some thinly sliced bell peppers in the pan with the cauliflower and it was definitely a great addition. Thanks for the video <3

  • All of Laura’s recipes I’ve made came out perfect and delicious; I love her. I didn’t really care too much for these.I added smoked paprika for more flavor, and don’t skimp on the lime; you will need it.

  • Tacos were in my menu for today. And guess what? I have a head of cauliflower in my fridge. Soooo As a vegetarian, I’m making this for myself tonight. Thank you so much Laura

  • Made the cauliflower and the double wrapped tacos tonight, WOW!!! My sister and I prepared them for my mom for her birthday, and she was complimenting the food the whole meal. Said it was the most satisfying meal she’d had in ages. She couldn’t believe she wasn’t missing dairy which was a vegan plus:) Thanks so much for developing and sharing these recipes, you made our family night so special, which is particularly appreciated during these crazy times.

  • I love tacos but I am not much into meat! My favorites here are the tofu, cauliflower, and chickpea ones. They look yummy and savory! I wish avocados were not expensive in Korea though…

  • I just found your channel today and it’s lovely it’s soooo rare to find someone on YouTube who makes vegan food that actually looks delicious!

  • I made the Vegan Ceviche. It is amazing! I diced 1/2 avocado and added it to 1/2 the ceviche and ate it with chips. Today, I am eating it for lunch with smashed avocado topped with ceviche!

  • Thank you so much. I tried it and the family loved it. It was easy and tasty what took time to prepare were the pica de gallo and the guacamole.

  • That looks amazingly delicious! Thank you for teaching us to make an awesome meatless taco meal! I hope you make lots more, how exciting, I would love to see what you would come up with being the great Chef you are!!!!!!!!!! I know this is asking a lot but I know I’m not the only one that would be sooooooo appreciative❤️

  • Wow, these all look amazing!! I plan to try them all!! Ive tried many of your recipes, and every one has been a winner!! Thank you!!

  • Actual definition of taco:a Mexican dish consisting of a fried tortilla, typically folded, filled with various mixtures, such as seasoned meat, beans, lettuce, and tomatoes. No meat not a taco

  • I haven’t tried it this way but I have tried it like rise and like mashed potatoes or mac and cheese and I love it must give this a try.

  • The first two.. no way.. the last three look good, and you are able to prepare them close to actual meat.

If you go all to that trouble, and still cannot make it taste good (the first two..), then it isn’t meant to be food.

  • This is amazing! My mouth watered just from watching it, you always amaze us! Thanks for this amazing non animal dish. It is very high appreciated.

  • Yay I’m so happy you did a meatless recipe! I use to make all your recipes when I still would eat meat, and it’s so nice to try one of your recipes again

  • I love roasted cauliflower, I think I’ll try those tacos! The topping looks equally delicious! I have also made ceviche with cauliflower too!

  • I made this the other night for my mom and sister and they LOVED IT! I added some thinly sliced bell peppers in the pan with the cauliflower and it was definitely a great addition. Thanks for the video <3

  • Ordered these at a local mexican joint called Mexcali and I was looking for a YouTube recipe on line to replicate them! These look great, will Def try it soon!

  • The first double layered tacos were the bomb! Me and my wife loved them and oh by the way I used your black bean recipe. This one will be thrown into our rotation. I was skeptical of the cauliflower tacos but when I made them oh my goodness it was awesome I really loved them. Sorry I didn’t add any pictures I was so excited that I ate them before I remembered to take a picture.

  • First recipe
Such a fantastic concept to combine 2 corn “types” in the salad! It must have added SO much extra flavour! And the double-wrapping?! Wow!
And I am sure they deserved the dance:D

  • Yuck it’s not even tacos with all that crap and no meat. Who the fk wants a chickpea taco, or cauliflower taco, Jack fruit really gtfoh

  • All of these except the tempeh are significantly less nutritious and healthy because of the total lack of protein. Stop pushing dangerous fad diets, Tasty.

  • I made the Vegan Ceviche. It is amazing! I diced 1/2 avocado and added it to 1/2 the ceviche and ate it with chips. Today, I am eating it for lunch with smashed avocado topped with ceviche!

  • My favourite kind of vegan tacos are potatoes with Chile and refried beans in a flour tortilla…
but I will always like meat on my tacos…

  • I’ve made your sweet potato buffalo quesadillas, chickpea masala, and your lentil recipes…I can truly say none of them have been a disappointment. I will definitely try these tacos next P.S whenever you decide to open your restaurant may puhleassse have an exclusive pass? Thanks in advance

  • The Cilantro Crema is AMAZING! Love these inspired taco recipies. Made the double tacos last night. We are 6 months into 100% plant-based and it’s recipies like these that keep us that way. We miss NOTHING of our old diet. When non-vegans ask us (as they always do) “What the heck do you eat now?” we’ll describe these tacos and the many other wonderful things you’ve taught us to make.

  • MARINATION IS A WORD!!

Marination is the process of soaking foods in a seasoned, often acidic, liquid before cooking…. In addition to these ingredients, a marinade often contains oils, herbs, and spices to further flavor the food items. It is commonly used to flavor foods and to tenderize tougher cuts of meat.

  • Omg the spicy cauliflower was delicious! I was suspicious of the relish with dates but wow…! Everything combined together perfectly. So so so good! We couldn’t stop picking at it.

  • All of your recipes are mouth-watering! Would you ever consider including nutrition info to go along with your recipes (or maybe you do and I just missed it?) Either way love your YouTube channel and blog! <3

  • love your videos and your food looks so fresh and delicious. I am WFPB but no oils so I am going to try and mimic these with a few of my own tweaks. Thank you for the ideas

  • Never been a taco person, as it is just not really popular where I live, but these seem SO interesting and flavourful! The recipes you’ve created sound fantastic and the video was (as always) super entertaining!
    .
    Sending you lots of love!
    Have a great week!

  • Cauliflower tacos??? That’s the most stupidest thing I’ve ever heardStop trying to re-invent tacos, they are great just the way they’ve been made since forever

  • Yum yum yum! Today is grocery shopping today… I just need a few ingredients but I will be totally making all these this week!:)

  • All three looks amazing. Gonna try the double wrap tacos this week. Also, I could smell the freshness of the cilantro crema from the screen. Love all of your recipes Nisha.
    Much love:p

  • I’m usually all for meatless or vegan recipes, but this one fell flat for me. I guess because I really love meat tacos, so it’s just one of the things I couldn’t substitute. The buffalo cauliflower looked good, but to me that’s just not a taco. And there’s not enough protein in these for a meal, besides the first and last one (chickpeas and tempeh are decent sources of protein but even the chickpeas you’d have to eat a LOT.) The rest of them have almost NO protein, and protein is what really fills you up on food and keeps you full. You’d have to add beans to a lot of these.

  • Second recipe
A combination of ingredients I’ve never made or eaten ;P I’ve not tried any crispy battered cauliflower, anything with jicama or corn tortillas:P But it seems to be SO delicious!

  • I made the cauliflower just ate it plain. I’m going to buy more cauliflower to make more I used half hot sauce and half sriracha for the sauce

  • Honestly your recipes are always so exciting! You’re wonderfully creative and everything always looks delicious. You’re definitely my favorite YouTube and Instagram chef! (Love your cookbook too ☺️)

  • I love your recipes and you’ve help me learn how to cook but I do have one critique on your videos can you please say either olive oil or extra virgin olive oil because I never know which one you’re actually using thank you so much.

  • Your recipes look amazing and make me want to cook more plant based. The only question I have is the oil. What can I use instead for the richness. In this video as well as the soup one I just watch you use the oil. Any suggestions?
