  • Blah, blah, blah, and more blah blah. Big Pharma is paying him to dis the cinnamon regiment. People….disregard this video and do more research on cinnamon.

  • It’s no joke. I have type 2 and a lady at work gave me an herbal teabag with cinnamon and it totally decreased my sugar from 180 to 112 in about an hour and a half. I was stunned. Too bad about the toxic nature though, always something isn’t there? Maybe use it if you splurge and eat what you shouldn’t. I know, I know, you shouldn’t do that but life sucks without the occasional Chinese buffet outing.

  • I don’t have diabetes but It’s always some type of bad side effects when it comes to any type of medicine from a doctor. I’d rather keep my Herbs & supplements they work better I never have to worry about any side effects when it comes to herbs

  • You have spoken allots about cinnamon benefits in your U Tube video if you take the right dose. Could you please tell me what is the right dose and when and how often per can be taken in day to get the benefits of it!!! Thank You.

  • Hello Randy. I have Type 2 Diabetes. Use cinnamon as a supplement not as a replacement. I say this not as any type of expert. Just as someone who knows the damage diabetes can do if unchecked. I saw your video looking around for greenhouse ideas and gardening.

  • Dear Dr. I have been taking cinnamon with turmeric in my morning coffee. One spoon of each for last six months. A1c from 5.9 to 5.3. I am increasing the volume.

  • docs get pissy when you take their drugs away. Ive been taking cinnamon for years, not pre diabetic & i eat what i want. theres other alt things that help also… wakey wakey america!

  • I am type II… Cinnamon truly does help lower my blood sugar. I’m a true believer in it. Unfortunately I’m progress enough that I can’t seen to get off my metformin for long periods of time. I’m getting close though… Maybe with just a little more weight loss.

  • I think you didn’t explain what kind of cinnamon, cause there’s a lot of different kind. I heard that it has to have this ingredient ceylon cinnamon, that the best is it true???

  • I made a mistake and reached 320 the other night and had a teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon powder in water before I went to bed and it dropped 165 percentage points by morning; with more cinnamon in my water in the day, it reached closer to 130-no other medicine.

  • My daughter is type 1 diabetic.. Wish there was something we could use for her.. Ironically, my husband’s name is also Randy.. But he’s not diabetic..

  • Hi Randy, You seem very young to be grappling with this already. My husband was borderline diabetic before we gave up grains and sugars. Now his blood sugar and blood pressure, lipid profile, cardiac function and stress test results are completely normal. He was congratulated by his doc and has never looked back. We are both 54. I rely heavily on Mark Sisson’s website and books as a guide.

  • Does anybody know the daily recommended intake for treating type 2 diabetes and its symptoms with Ceylon Cinnamon?

How many grams per. day should i give my mother, in capsules, of Ceylon Cinnamon to help her manage and better deal with her Type 2 Diabetes?
    Does anybody know?
What i am hearing all over the web, is that it varies between 1 gram 3 grams, and 6 grams those are the 3 typical dosaages…

Now i need to determine what will be the most effective, and at what times should i have her take the capsules?

I think i will start her on 3 grams daily, however, not sure if i should have her take the capsules before a meal, after a meal, or even on an empty stomach?

Thank you in advance to anybody who reads this and provides me with some answers!:-)
