  • This is glorious, I’ve been looking for “does spaghetti make you gain weight?” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Dansaac Unflappable Dominance (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? It is an awesome exclusive product for discovering how to find the best food to balance your hormones and blast away your fat spots without the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my m8 got amazing results with it.

  • There are 23 carbs in ONE slice of this bread! I’m sure she uses 2 pieces for a sandwich, which come to 46 carbs!!!  She could have a 6 course dinner for a lousy sandwich. She doesn’t believe in counting carbs! That’s why she’s 600 lbs!!!

  • I rarely eat Bread but if I do it’s made here on the farm. Last week we harvested Field corn and had homemade Cornbread that night I admit I had a slice and it was great. But it might be another month or more before I eat somemore. Same with Regular bread Maybe once a month and with Butter and my Honey it’s beyond awesome.’

  • inwas a white bread…till i started dieting…i force myself to ww…im not dieting but white cant satisfy me now…i like the coarsness of wheat the feeling of hardness and it scratch my throat

  • Gosh I miss my homemade sourdough bread…sourdough starter, flour (organic), salt (Himalayan), and water (filtered). Four ingredients. Never bought commercial bread. Hmmmmmm. I dehydrated the starter. Maybe I can have a cheat day down the road. Cloud bread sucks! Nut flours are for dessert breads.

  • My dude. You really don’t need added corn syrup, let alone any sugar to cook whole wheat bread, it’s all a scam. Use salt and slightly warm water. That’s all.

  • The bread i eat i make myself out of ancient grains organically grown. No Refining.
Look at the study Ralph Nader did. Mice fed whole wheat.bread were healthy. Mice fed.enriched white bread starved to death faster than the third group that only had water.
THERE IS NO COMPARISON IN NUTRITIONAL VALUE BETWEEN WHOLE WHEAT AND W HITE FLOUR. You could almost live on whole wheat bread alone but with white bread alone you starve faster than eating nothing There are better choises than wheat. But a little wheat is harmless unless you are gluten intolerant. And many studies suggest gluten intolerance starts with milk intolerance

  • If it isn’t 100% whole wheat, bread can contain enriched flour, which gives you a sugar spike and crash without any nutritional value. Basically, enriched flour means nutrients are stripped from the bread. Swap it for: Fiber-rich breads that are 100% whole wheat. I don’t eat whole wheat it is not healthy for weight.

  • I am pretty diabetic and was told I should cut out all bread if I want to keep my blood sugar down. But I really miss eating bread.

  • Most whole wheat breads at supermarket shelves are fake, manufactured food… no different from WonderBread with a little addition of fiber and molasses.

  • You can make your own bread and you don’t worry about the additives etc. Grains have built and kept civilizations thriving for literally thousands of years. That’s a fact.

  • on low carb high fat (keto) diet i lost 48lbs=22kg in 4 months and during this diet never felt hungry never have sugar cravings and i feel very very healthy mentally and physically
    keto is the best

  • The only way to get 100% whole wheat is to pay $5 a loaf or make your own. I had to start baking my own because that $5 loaf was too expensive for me and I’ve cut out high fructose corn syrup, which is in most breads, because I’m a diabetic. I only eat bread about twice a week so I freeze my homemade bread and take out 2 slices when I want it. Of course you have to slice before you freeze. If you use dry yeast and tap hot water your yeast doesn’t need sugar.

  • It may or may not make you fat. But it sure as hell is hard to lose weight if you eat it. I can eat organic red potatoes and beans and lose weight however, so it’s not carbs that’s the problem. Might have something to do with gluten. Wait, she’s saying that fats make you fat? I guess all those people on Keto are lying then. You know nothing.

  • Bread contains human hair “L-cysteine” which derived from human hair from the floors of barbershops of India and China, bird feathers, and animal hooves. Do a basic search on this.

  • Bread, rice, pasta etc are carbohydrates, that’s similar to compressed sugar that break down in gut into sugars. Brown or white, its still carbohydrates. Enjoy them but not to be addicted to. Low-carb/sugar diets have been shown to also help reverse diabetes! Amazing right

  • People have been eating bread for thousands of years and soldiers were extremely physically fit in ancient times far beyond what most people are today. At least seventy percent of their diet consisted of grains.

  • dear Dr. i want to know if nothing mentioned of gluten free n also nothing mentioned in its ingredients so can we consider its a gluten free bread

  • Loved this video. Very well made and full of wonderful, nutritious information..
Learned a lot about the different kinds of bread. Very beneficial knowledge.
Many things, I did not know. Very grateful for this excellent document on bread, of which I am a faithful
    lover.

  • Dr Oz: “My vote is to get the whole grains”…
I know he isn’t a real Dr, but c’mon!…there are no whole grains in bread, black, brown, white or other. Bread is made of flour, and a bunch of questionable ingredients.

  • Cheers for this, I been tryin to find out about “which olive oil is best for pasta?” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Dansaac Unflappable Dominance (search on google )? It is a great exclusive product for discovering how to find the best food to balance your hormones and blast away your fat spots minus the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy got amazing results with it.

  • Disappointing that you didn’t mention ancient grains, and organically grown grains. There are so many other options as well like buckwheat, rice, amaranth, quinoa, spelt, to mention a few.

  • You’re misinformed, humans are very efficient in lipogenesis, we just don’t rely on it for physical protection or heat insulation like for example pigs and penguins. respectively. We are constantly under lipogenesis, fat storing is an automatic process in humans, we have so many fat reserves that even the thinnest person can potentially survive for a few months without eating. Eating sporadically massive amounts of carbohydrates won’t make you fat but consuming more calories than your body requires in the form of carbohydrates will make your body gradually store that source of energy into fat. Eating a lot of bread will make you gain weight if you eat more than you need. I’m not a nutritionist but I’ve learned the metabolic processes of humans.
