L-Theanine (r-glutamylethylamide) is a non-dietary amino acid found in green tea (camellia sinensis), and the mushroom Xerocomus badius.Structurally, L-Theanine is similar to the neurotransmitters l-glutamate and l-glutamine.. L-Theanine easily crosses the blood-brain barrier. And taken as a supplement or by drinking green tea, reaches your brain within 30-45 minutes.

  • Incase you don’t have 10 minutes to watch this, the timestamps and 5 nootropics (as well as they’re dosages, benefits, side effects) are in the description box. Thank you all for your support! • Ginseng seemed to have strong nootropic effect for me. Had a lot of benefits. Downside wass my brain wouldn’t stop and i wouldn’t fall asleep for days after drinking strong quality ginseng tea. I always wondered if something could counteract that, but I’m not clear on the mechanism that wouldn’t let my brain stop thinking.

  • L-Theanine to me is weak. I have GAD and it only helps a little; even in higher amounts (gram or more). But it DOES help. Now, I can’t buy it in bulk…only smaller amounts are available, so it’s no longer dirt-cheap. Alcohol, Phenibut, Noopept, Fasoracetam and P-Piracetam are all much better. And I understand that some of these are habit-forming and can make things worse. But for panic-attacks, the shakes, or heavy anxiety, Theanine is like a band-aid for me…much like GABA or maybe kava. But it DOES seem to work for many other people, which is great.

  • I have no idea what he is saying, why can he not speak English as we do in North America?
Or use the adorable Australian dialects, maybe a Scottish or Irish one but not this irritating noise…it hurts…

  • I take L theanine with a cup of tea which feels fucking great

my head feels smooth, i feel like an erection in my head LOL

I can talk smoother, i take it mostly for anxiety, become addicted to it too cause i feel so damn good with it

  • I agree, anything that increases brain metabolism should be accompanied by “food” such as omega 3s and choline. I am going to try to follow your recommendations, thanks!

  • Do you think modafinil will help me write code for longer time? I know you mentioned it does not do a great job to learn coding, but I have been coding for 6 years, I know my way already, I just need to be more focused, I dont have any problem focusing either, but if I lack motivation I find myself grabbing the phone and playing a few games of chess as a break a lot, I bought neuro peak and bullet proof neuromaster, Im waiting for them to arrive, but im very interested in modafinil

  • This has been, by far, the best nootropics explanation video so far. I definitely hit the like button based on how easily you explained everything. Even in the comment section. Thank you

  • Can this be more placebo? Really, what is the level of incremental focus when taking the stack vs not taking it? Naturally when we’re taking a supplement for a specific reason you are conscious about what you’re expecting it to do. Therefore we’re much more receptive to its suggestion. So can the suggestion of its affect be part of feeling like it’s working when you’re taking it vs. not taking it?

  • hi, I really love your content. I just want to ask how did you get started with programming and what are some good resources for someone looking to learn?

  • Great content. I’ve been consuming your videos steadily since dicovering your channel. You’ve got my subscribe. You’re very busy. How do you go about scheduling your time for self-improvement? Us married men with children would like to know.

  • Caffeine is one of the best nootropics out there, why?

It works really good. And very low dependence.
It is the most socially accepted drug in the world.
It is really cheap and you can get it almost everywhere.

  • In fact, I never include any “youtube partnership ads” to make money from my videos. I make enough money doing real world things. I only make videos to help friends, family and people who might be in the same situation I was once.

  • Sorry but you’re calculating it wrong bro
    2:1 doesn’t mean 100mg of cocoa.
You need pure caffeine calculation so you need to add way more cocoa

  • I’ve been taking Modafinil, the exact same one you showed on the video for the past ten years. I started with 200mg per day. I take two 200mg a day now. I also drink at least 5 cups of coffee a day. You definitely get used to the dosage…I even took 3×200 mg, no negative effects that I’m aware and of. I have no problem sleeping either. The other thing why I like taking Modafinil other than focus is that I get in a good mood whem I do. I’m not easily annoyed like I normally am.

  • Can you or anyone else tell me which nootropic is the best for adhd symptoms without a prescription? I live in Germany and I can not buy any piracetam or modafinil, noopept and so on. I also have sleeping problems for years. Waking up often during the night. I have used ashwagandha but I have hypothyroidism and read that it is not good to use then. It was good against stress but I also woke up often. I would be happy if someone could help me.

  • Do you think l-theanine would work well with Adderall? I get extreme benefits off Adderall but sometimes it’s a bit much. Do you think it might comment down a bit but still help me Focus?

  • I know this isn’t a new video, but would anyone be knowledgeable enough to say when you should take these, especially if you are taking 6-8 different nootropics? Should you take one of each every day, or alternate? Thank you so much. ♥️

  • Awesome video Adam, I have been watching for a while and the content is very high quality and helpful. It would be interesting to see a video on how meditation acts as a nootropic, because i know there have been some studies done on the subject and they found that it increased grey matter, plasticity and also IQ. It would be neat to see if there are nootropic supplements that can be taken to increase the effectiveness of a meditation practice. I personally have been meditating for about 4 years and found a lot of mental benefits from it as well as keener senses. It would be awesome to see your take on the subject.

  • Nuvigil + Pyrazolam = Sharp alert and focused without any anxiety, and I mean ANY. Anxiety. With absolutely no sedation. It is a analog benzodiazepine so take extreme caution if you use it only because it can create a benzodiazepine dependence

  • White Willow Bark amplifies the effects of Caffeine, L Theanine takes the edge off Caffeine making it a cleaner energy, try these 3 together.

  • Great stuff. Have you looked at Matrix Energetics? And also can you list the names of the products you reference in the foot notes sometimes? It makes it easier to search than pausing and rewinding the video. (Don’t worry we’ll still watch the whole thing:). Thanks.

  • Well, i used to drink a black coffee with gingseng and ginger before the gym… It had 3 effects… 1 i didnt need much rest, 2 i could lift a bit more than usual… And 3… I was horny after gym…

I only stopped because i have no gingseng or ginger anymore…

  • 400mg l theanine tablets have helped me. I drink tea, black one. I used to get crippling anxiety, so if it works for me, anyone could be helped. ✔great video

  • How to be on to get limitless feel, stop eating meat, excercise, nofap and push yourself everyday to conquer something new…and officially limitless

  • Hello I do hair analysis and mineral balancing. Just a thought a person should get a hair analysis first before using nootropics. As the adrenals act like precursors as they produce catecholamine’s. Also if your HPA axis is affected so is your HPT axis. Next as you say consider supplements that do double duty such as magnesium threonate. Have you looked the Braverman test? Starting with which is the dominant neurotransmitter and which is the least. This gives on a solid basis to plan from. Also if as is the case for many women you have heavy metal toxicity e.g.. copper you will not know it without a hair analysis. This will use the vitamin b6 or p5p up and affect neurotransmitters especially dopamine. Just my thoughts

  • I think there is an opportunity for you to build sort of a beginner’s guide to brain supplementation and make a good business or of it. You know the content, and you are good at writing. I would definitely buy.

  • Oh! I thought it was a way to get a limitless SUPPLY of pills. Which would be just awful!
Instead it’s pills you may be able to use to increase your limitations. Hmm.

  • Hi
I’m taking Zoloft ( Setraline) 50 mg and Bupropion 150 mg
    And started with Rhodiola Rosea
It’s hard to say when one is on antidepressant, but I give it a try

  • Your irritability could be your L-Theanine CRASH. Many people have calming effects for a few hours, and THEN afterwards they get more irritable, than baseline.

  • The powder in the capsule vs powder version of nootropic depot’s synpasa bacopa seem to be different. The powder form is darker and the powder from the capsule form seems lighter. The capsule’s powder seems more potent. I asked them and they said “the filler of the capsule changes the look and taste”, but why would the powder from the capsule have such a different texture and look? Have you ever noticed this?

  • Just drink guayusa tea. It has l theanine has twice the oxidants of green tea and as much caffeine as coffee. I drink it with mint and agave. It tastes much like moroccan mint tea.By the way I think that green tea is over rated and has just been commercialized.Amd coffee is just way to much to acidic for me I work out in the heat and I needed a tea to wake me up and rehydrate me as well. So guayusa is good for that. And yerba mate jacks my blood pressure up. I know my body and I’ve learned to listen to it.Great video to this man I appreciate his educational video.

  • I was first introduced to nootropics by Mondo 2000: A User’s Guide To The New Edge. Mondo 2000 advocated piracetam quite a bit. One of the editors of Mondo 2000 spoke of taking a HUGE dose of piracetam before a Sun Ra concert, and having a greater appreciation of the music.

  • I love the combo i have read though that there can be increased toxicity (lead / mercury / heavy metals) in some of these supplements though as they grow in india/china with poor screening from some companies. Any thoughts on companies such as Puritan’s pride / Swanson? many thanks if anyone has info 😉

  • LMAO! At 0:50 in the video, he claims that, “…there are still many things that are EQUALLY quite good…” (to NZT-48 from the movie Limitless)! No. There is NOTHING on this planet that is “equally quite good” as NZT-48 in the movie. I have tried Noopept, Modafinil, Piracetam/AlphaGPC, Piratall, L-Theanine, et cetera. Sorry bud, but this make you sound spammy, scammy and like you’re just telling people what they want to hear so you can sell them a product through your affiliate link or ecommerce store.

  • L-Theanine was amazun when I first started taking it but I notice I grow a tolerance pretty fast with all the amino acid nootropics. I have to take at least a gram of L-Theanine to get an effect but once I notice it, it is very nice.

  • Have you considered that the average viewer is not familiar with the names of the substances you are rattling off and consequently gains little of the knowledge you have to impart? Why not put a text at the bottom of the screen that spells out the name of what you are referring to?

  • Oh, and just in case people think I am a competing marketer, check out my non-advertisement video I just put out to help people:

  • what about combining l-theanine +yerba mate? I have ADD and anxiety, and caffeine usually makes me anxious, plus I’ve heard that yerba mate is better for you. Any insights? thanks!

  • Good info about limitless pills. More info could be found here:

  • Bro some studies suggest that caffeine is more in green coffee while some says less. Which is correct and how much less than roasted coffee

  • I took all the drugs and I was able to take my cat apart and put her back together in one night, but now I have a ton of focus and energy and Mittens just lays around all day, lazy bitch.

  • I have horrible anxiety and insomnia lately and I’m taking 1g of Xanax everyday so I don’t get panic attacks but I wan’t to stop taking benzo. Can you recommend me some really effect Nootropics that reduce anxiety? Thanks

  • Can I take with my pre workout? I know you said in a recent review of nootropics video that you try not to exceed 300mg of caffeine everyday. My pre workout has only 175mg (caffeine) and if I take one tablet with it, it should be 275mg of caffeine total.

  • Right on, this is just what I’ve been looking for! Was thinking about you the other day too actually, was thinking about writing and your output came to mind!

  • One cup of coffee for me has effect 1 hour maximum. What about this supplement pills? Lasts whole day or few hours? One cup of coffee for me has effect 1 hour maximum. What about this supplement pills? Lasts whole day or few hours?

As a Croupier I’m looking for something for focus and short-term memory only, sometimes some kind of mistakes came out because of attention disorder,
for example forget to check card after payout it’s short term memory mistake
Didn’t notice bet or cards on layout attention mistake
after 2-3 hours without break on work happen like payout for loosen bet instead to take. Or taking winning bet instead of payout. it’s tiredness
of course nobody perfect and everybody do some mistakes but someone frequently someone rarely

Armodafinil maybe is perfect for my goal, but I’m afraid to use it daily, so I wanna prepare some supplement like ( L-theanine, L-thyrosine, Huperzine, PhosfatidylSerine, Alpha-GPS, Bacopa, Ginko, Omega-3, multivitamin complex, PQQ, Magnesium, Rhodiola, Probiotics, Vinpocetine, L-Carnitine, Curcumin, DMAE, Gamma amino acid, something for Myelin if exist) and of course healthy food and running exercise. About caffeine I’m not sure yet, but maybe I’ll try Caffeine + L-Theanine, but I have doubts because before it was like today you drink coffee and few hour later can be vertigo or sleepy feeling.

  • Thanks, Michael! I’ve started with Rhodiola Rosea a couple months ago (and i really felt the difference, but i’m using at morning), so with your videos, i’m knowing more about nootropics, what is, which times to use and a i’ll start with these others to do a test.

  • Thank you for ure thoughts. Really good information. I`m new with nootropics. Found some stacks here: Looks like its a new site, there is no those stacks what youre talking about.

  • This just made me want to help my mom cook this chicken dinner. So I guess it works! My mom and I enjoyed the chicken that we cooked and ate.

  • When you make yourself a YouTube acount it should suscribe you to your channel automaticly. Your videos have some of the highest quality and educational value there is around this platform!!

  • C. Thomas Wild Caffeine works for some with ADHD; food additives in FDA approved medicines and foods need better ingredient labels. (1981, 2019) X-ref: Tirend, NoDoz, Bonine.

  • Bacopa powder gives me instant diarrhea and stomach cramping. Does this mean that the nootropic is still effective? Does it mean that I’m taking too much?

  • I get tolerance after drinking only one to two cups of coffee a day, because of my underactive thyroid I quit cold turkey for like 2 months and realized I can’t drink it every day when I had a cup of coffee once a week on the other hand it worked wonders now, so just get a stack of different types of stimulators like theanine, drink coffee only once a week, theanine is pretty good and you can take it every other day, I also take on other days Kratom fast strains, also like 1 2 days a week so I don’t have any tolerance to anything. But surprisingly I found something that gives great stimulus and energy, it’s actually natural, I juice two beetroot’s daily (drink these not all at once, drink throughout the day, beets can be heavy on the stomach ) and now I don’t use most of these supplements that much, cause this gives me enough, you should try the simplest stuff is sometimes the most effective

  • Always enjoy your content. But the setting was never right. Now I can see and hear you! Onward and upward my Brother! Thank you for the work you are doing and sharing. ❤️

  • hey mike, what the best noot for intensity in focus and in just blasting explosiveness of mental energy that are EXCLUDING the racitams (they are not avaliable here in Australia) (most of the mental noots you talk about are memory and long term focus

  • I’ve been doing 180mg of caffeine with 400mg of L-theanine. maybe 4 times a week, never more than 5 because I don’t want to deal with caffeine dependency. So far I find it works out pretty well. I’ve had the most noticeable success when using it to improve my gaming performance. my average win rate in Overwatch (competitive) is about 51 percent. When I take the stack right before playing, then my win rate for those sessions is more like 75 percent. big difference. I wish I could use this every day without building a tolerance or dependence.

  • Nootropics don’t work save your money. I’ve been working in neurology for 20 years and nootropics are bs. Ask any dr, and the reason not everyone takes them is because they don’t work

  • FALSE! Use 50-100mg tyrosine and 100-200mg L-Theanine; do not use caffeiene! Caffeine stimulates adrenaline which is derived from dopamine and steals that important neurotransmitter from the brain. L-Theanine restores dopamine and provides the calm needed to to balance Tyrosine. Tyrosine creates adrenaline, epinephrine, and norepinephrine to motivate you.

  • I have watched other nootropic videos. I like that you gave ratios. I am not so into just the nootropic effect. I started l theanine for my blood pressure which went from 186/112 to 135/86. Which made my decision to take it. I drink 2 Bubba cups of black coffee a day and take 4 200 mg l theanine a day. I am a working wife in the Midwest and I rarely have time for more than 4 hours of sleep a night and that’s why the 2 Bubba cups of black coffee. I have raised 2 daughters and have 2 granddaughters and have been doing the black coffee for 45 years. Now I need to figure out a really good ratio. I think l theanine is awesome and I don’t want to take those prescription poisons for my blood pressure.

  • I’ve tried l-theanine (just one 200mgv tablet into my morning coffee) for two days and I’m happy to say that I am starting to feel like a happy, chill, “NORMAL person”! Rather than my usual cranky, mildly paranoid, dysthyemic, cptsd usual self, (even with coffee). It’s true it helps make your unhappy thoughts hurt less? Like mentally hurt less, and then you can get away from a downward thoughts spiral more easily.
Edit: it’s been a while but I’m still enjoying using l theanine. I don’t use it every day so I’m not dependent on it, but it really helps when I know a certain day, l(ike working retail Saturdays,)will likely be stressful. Tried 400 mg once with no coffee, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a lightweight like me. It just made me a bit sleepy and almost lightheaded.

  • people missed the point, the character in limitless already had so much knowledge research, nzt only made him efficient on who he already was

  • Would i benefit the same from Theanine + Yerba Mate combo? i dont really like coffee but i really enjoy Yerba. Unfortunately even tho its some sort of tea it doesnt contrain theanine. Will benefits will be the same?

  • Great vids. Thank you! Would be great if you add a short/long term toxicity component. I hear you mention side effects but would be nice to know maybe a 1-10 of toxicity. Thanks!

  • I’ve got a very strong ADHD brain, so I need to take alot of a type of Med to focus but in exchange I’m stressed and anxiety is crazy but I can focus alot more and imagination Is strong

  • Piracetam + Alpha GPC. The difference is noticeable. It might not make your more intelligent, but maybe something even more important like more sociable and you will find it easier to make a conversation with people. You will also experience your environment much more. Things will seem brighter and more colorful.

  • Chew coca leaf powder, it helps me work all day long without crashing or negative side effects like you’d get from stimulant drugs. Take l theanine after to get a good nights sleep. L theanine is a perfect come down and relaxing supplement and yes it works great with coffee.

  • Great review. I like how you’re covering another aspect of Theanine ‘not working’.

You may want to work with Inositol / Magnesium, to keep calm (before sleep)

  • Great review. Thanks. I’ve been taking L theanine now for a couple of weeks and it works great with no side effects. It gives me sharpness of mind as well as helps me sleep better. It’s amazing.

  • Some commenters are misguided on the efficacy and use of their nootropics. First, stay away from Adderall or any other pharmaceutical methamphetamine. Period. Second, Modafinil/Provigil is not the “limitless” pill either; for those of us who’ve been stacking nootropics for several years, it’s troubling to see drugs like Moda reaching new heights of popularity and being taken without being properly understood. Moda is a wakefulness agent and dopamine reuptake inhibitor. This means that it doesn’t make you inherently better at a specific task, it simply helps you focus and assists in you being able to do that task for longer periods of time while mitigating mental exhaustion.

Racetams will help you achieve more processing power, memory retention/recall, and overall come closer to the “limitless” effect, but have a shorter half-life than Moda.

L-theanine and Coffee, while a great combo, are not a “stack.” Taking L-theanine with coffee simply reduces caffeine-induced anxiety and helps to prolong the perceived period of stimulation. This isn’t a stack, because taking L-theanine with coffee should be a mainstay in anyone’s routine if they’re a regular coffee drinker. You’re not “adding” anything to the efficacy of coffee; you’re simply reducing/removing the adverse side effects that come with it. You’re getting a cleaner caffeine buzz; that is all.

A stack should be variable, and specific to your particular tasks/needs, and should be cycled out of on occasion to retain a healthy relationship with its effects.

As an example, I’m a developer, and I stack Flmoda (CRL-40,940), L-theanine, and Green Tea when I’m writing (familiar) code for long periods of time. I say familiar, because Flmoda isn’t helping me learn, but simply helping me do what I already know how to do for longer periods of time without mental fatigue; I microdose (50mg) throughout the day, and the effects last from 10-14 hours.

If I’m learning a new framework, or working through conceptual problems or developing new functionality for an app/site, I’ll stack Oxiracetam/Anaracetam (or Phenubit) and fish-oil in multiple doses during the periods of time where I’m under the highest cognitive load. Racetams last for only a few hours (compared to the much longer effects of Flmoda), so I only use it during those peak working hours where it’s needed.

I ONLY stack Moda on days where I know my workload is going to be extensive (12-16 hours), and I only stack racetams on days where I’m expanding my skill set or creating new functionality/features. I never mix these stacks, and if I don’t need the effects, I simply don’t take them. I also do not mix them with caffeine; having taken nootropics for 5-6 years now, I suggest you do the same while it can be fun and effective at first, over time mingling moda/racetams with coffee can lead to depersonalization, loss of productivity, and increased anxiety.

I cycle off these stacks consistently. For instance, on days where I have 5-6 hours of meetings planned (or on the weekends) I stick to coffee and L-theanine.

Drink water. Lots of it. Exercise daily. Meditate (seriously; I used to think this was bullshit, but is one of the best productivity boosters, costs nothing, and improves other areas of your life you might not expect it is especially helpful to those suffering from anxiety disorders, and major depressive disorders). Eating a ketogenic/high-fat diet can also assist with cognitive function and mental acuity, but since dietary needs and requirements vary, only switch to keto if it works for you.

  • I already have a rather powerful brain. It outperforms the average brain in a similar way that a professional athlete outperforms the average person. I’m curious if Nootropics could increase the performance of my brain even further.

On a side note, I experimented with brewing coffee with herbal teas, including one experiment with using green tea. I don’t recall any spectacular results other than it tasted good. Brewing coffee with herbal teas and green tea really smooths it out.

  • Im a professional jazz musician and it needs to be cleared that creativity does NOT spawn from a “relaxed” mind. There is no reliable research to suggest theres any one neural contribution to creativity.

  • Modafinil, a few racetams, & nicotine gum are my go to. I have also taken steroids and will soon try low dose hgh to curb my diminishing levels now that I’m 30

  • For real limitless pill go for Modafinil tablet and then see the difference, send an email to get yours on [email protected], they ship worldwide try a sample u wont regret,,cheers

  • I tried ND’s Dynamax. Has dynamine, caffeine and theanine. I hated it! I had the awful anxiety, irritability I would get from caffeine along with this feeling of wanting to sleep/ feeling drowsy. I have no idea if it was from the theanine or the dynamine. I’m not surprised tho, as I don’t respond well at all to theanine. I’m also on mirtazapine, so maybe this is why I had that whole reaction. Having coffee only is better for me when I need it!

  • Drink matcha it has L-theanine and caffeine, but then again matcha is expensive, there are cheap alternative to matcha, but I read that cheap matcha from China might have some heavy metals in them, or you can just go with L-theanine supplements and drink coffee as he mentions in the video, let’s explore our minds™️! ☕

  • I took my first dose of L-theanine in capsule form with 200mg. I didn’t like the caffeine and l-theanine dose because It somehow made me tired and not able to do my math homework the way I wanted to. Although I didn’t like the concentration aspect of it, I had amazing sleep and my memory of the same math homework from last night is great today! I think it works for me but, I’m gonna attempt to take it closer to the evening without caffeine and use it for relaxation purposes. What doses do you think is good to start out with?
I also wanna add that the feelings you described having on it is how I felt on phenibut. It felt amazing that night then the next few days would leave me anxious and agitated. I am careful when dosing with phenibut and only took it about once every few weeks but did not like the side effects, if L-theanine helps I’ll probably just stick to that.

  • I have tried phenylpiracetam and alpha gpc, and it is worked tremendously as far as productivity. Would you say noopept is more potent for concentration and focus? What do you prefer? Thanks again!

  • Ketosis and IF with exercise made me feel better than Modafinil, Noopept, Piracetam, Phenylpiracetam, Hordenine, etc. Also Teacrine is pretty good.

  • Caffiene doesnt stimulate me anymore. I used pre workouts and drank coffee too much over a period too long. It does nothing for me.

  • Good vid man. L-Theanine should be a part of your everyday routine imo. It seems to work great when combined with all nootropics that I have tried so far, especially with caffeine. It really helps using L-Theanine on its own as a treatment for anxiety, and it can also lift your mood a little bit too. It’s kinda like an all-rounder supplement.:)

  • I struggled so much with sleep and anxiety when i drank caffeine everyday. I actually have a couple videos on my channel that talk about how many great benefits came long with quitting caffeine! Life changing for me!

  • My tip:
Piperine. Add 10mg to your bacopa/Lion’s mane/Ashwagandha/Ginkho whatever stack. But only use it with natural substances and take it a couple hours seperated from your ‘synthetic’ supplements stack like Alpha GPC/Piracetam/Noopept/centrophenoxine etc. Piperine amplifies your stack 3-5 fold, so you may need to adjust the dosage of the nootropics. Do NOT take Piperine with any kind of medicine or ANYTHING synthetic. Piperine basicly shuts your liver down and blocks it from doing it’s job. The result is that you get more of the substance into your bloodstream. I would not take piperine with anything toxic (like alcohol/nicotine etc.) either.
I used to take Ginseng extract (120mg Ginsenosides) and Ginkho (2x120mg standard extract), Vitamin B12 and to some extent D3. And at first after taking it for 2 weeks I was really disappointed. It didn’t do much except give me a slight mood boost.
But after taking it together with turmeric extract for 7,8 days or so I felt Like a Lion pumped up on testosterone. My character and thinking had changed 180°. I was confident, disciplined, energetic and just clear in my mind. My processing spead and memory increased by 3 fold or so. I could remember things which I didn’t even intend to remember. Talking to people became so easy, my anxiety was completely gone and my mind was just constantly racing, but in a good way. Like in a state of euphoria. I just felt so sharp and energetic that even a 9 hour workday (programmer) felt like nothing and I didn’t even drink any coffee anymore, I had so much energy left at the end of a day that I didn’t want to stop working and kept working even after I got home. What I didn’t knew, the Tumeric extract had 20mg piperine added to it (for better bioavailability). This is why the effect of the stack was so strong.
Then, after 3 weeks of the best time of my whole life, it suddenly stopped working. Maybe my body developed a tolerance and I should have cycled it off at least in the weekends idk, I had no Tumeric-piperine capsules left to test it again.
Then, I read about Modafinil and other synthetic stuff and got interested in that and ordered that instead. But I think I’m not gonna take any of that, because of it’s side effects. I don’t even think that the effects of Modafinil would be anything near of that, what I had experienced with the piperine/Ginkho/Ginseng/B12 stack. Even my friends later admitted (when I was off), that they felt intimidated and asked me what I was taking.
I will order some more Piperine, but this time in pure form as powder and use it together with Lion’s mane/Ginseng/Bacopa/B-complex and Ashwagandha. And maybe adjust the dosage so I don’t experience a tolerance again after a while. Maybe the uptake was just so high that my body adjusted itself to it. Can’t say for sure. But it wasn’t like I experienced withdrawals or anything like that, after that.
As Mike says “what goes up, must come down”
And this is to 100% correct. So adjust your dosage.

  • I’ve decided to try nootropics just 2 weeks ago, after watched a lot of your videos. I took only piracetam with choline just only few days ago, since getting those nootropics pretty hard in my country, not too many choices as well.
I felt quite good recently, better focus and motivation, but well, not so much since i dont really abuse the dosage. As far i can see, it doesnt really like stimulant at all. Sometimes those benefits come and go, like sometimes it just kicks in right away then it dropped and started again couple hours later. I wonder why…
Dont get me wrong, i do feel it is very useful though. For months i felt terrible, it was hard getting new ideas and motivation. Since i took Piracetam, even in low dosage, i see some positives effect. And for sure, thanks to you as well, you provide very good and details informations bout nootropics.

Right now i’m trying to stack with noopept as well in low dosage, i want to see what’s the difference.

  • If I have already been taking 2 mil.of klonipin 1mg.2xaday. Does L-thiamine and coffee have any good effects? Will the benzodiazepines make the effect of the mix useless?

  • Anyone want to be limitless, listen to Neville Goddard’s audio, maybe might or maybe surely help, Just trying to help…. No haters plzzz.

  • caffeine is addictive, the most used legal brain changing chemical…
GABA PILLS don’t work, unless you have a leaky blood brain barrier

  • Are piracetam and other racetams still legal to buy in the US? Seems harder to find than it used to be here. Also, piracetam e combined with hydragine eventually seemed to help exacerbate my first severe eczema conditons…something people may want to look into if they have skin problems and are considering a racetam.

I loved that piracetam when i used to use it though-amazing stuff.

  • I took 400 mg and it didn’t do shit. Everyone is trying to make it sound like some miracle that we just don’t know about. Didn’t do jack for me.

  • A combination of ritalin + modafinil = super brain power. The drawback? Insomnia, anxiety (especially if combined with lots of caffeine)

Btw, modafinil actually magnifies the effect of other stimulants present in your body. So if for example you drink a cup of black coffee, in which you get about 80mg of caffeine, with modafinil its like drinking 5 cups. This is the reason why you get anxious on modafinil and causes insomnia.

  • Thank you.To add to your subject, memories are not just stored in the brain. They are stored in every cells of the whole body as a hologram. That is conditioning. As you decondition yourself the holograms are relieved, you get flash back. That is the healing happening. You literally see your conditioning leave. The problem is that holograms are actually flat so you don’t know if it is coming towards you or going away. Like looking inside of a mask and you see the mask turn inside out. Practically, you can get trigger by something or thank that thing for clearing old trauma. As always, it’s a pleasure to be read by you. 😉

  • Might also try adding in Citicoline with this. It’s sometimes given by actual doctors to stroke patients, and if given within 24 hours in sufficient amounts, the patient makes A FULL RECOVERY. Yes, completely (provided it’s not a super-massive stroke, that is) recovered. I personally took it before knowing the benefits at all, and within about a week of taking a OTC pre-workout containing it called Prolific, I began having floods of realizations and ideas out of nowhere about various sciences and physics interactions, and tons of engineering ideas. So just a suggestion.

  • Fawk I was wondering why I was so irritated. Ive been taking 2 to 1 ratio and have been off the charts irritated haha so glad it wasnt just me. Thank you for the 411.

  • After watching I decided i would start with bacopa for memory and alpha gpc bcz it increases dopamine which kicks motivation i guess.

  • Just mentioning: Supplementing choline can cause excessive rumination in some folks.

“The cholinergic system has a secondary function, that being to cause extreme reflective thought when something isn’t quite right in your life. So strictly speaking, increasing acetylcholine levels in the brain (through mechanisms not fully understood) can and does subdue mood.”

  • L-Theanine is a must have for everyone! I have been using it for over a year and I will never go without it for the rest of my life. I put a scoop of 200 mg in a strong cup of coffee along w/ some coconut oil then down a glass of beta alanine & r-ala infused water and I am able to go hard in the gym for a solid 2 hours! I used pre-workout in high school with great success, but I would rather not ingest the artificial colors and sweeteners, but to each his own.
