    At 11:25 you’ve put on the screen 129g of carbs
    I’ve calculated it all to be about 54g
    150g of cooked rice = 43.5g carbs
    100g Broccoli = 2.8g carbs
    100g Peas = 8g
    Total Carbs = 54g estimated

  • This diet might probably help some people gain weight, especially hard gainers. However, for no single individual alive can this be considered as a healthy or acceptable diet, to say the least. The best anybody struggling with weight gaining or muscle bulking can do is to educate themselves elves on nutrition. This way you can avoid searching, watching or god forbid following such diet plans. Educate yourselves. Information is all around you. What’s the point of building muscle only to suffer a heart attack before 30.?

I never lived/visited malay so maybe 6 usd is not cheap. But try to support and give constructive feedback, rather than sour sarcasm. It’s not easy to start a YouTube channel and it takes courage and hard work to put content for the whole world to see. And to the owner of the channel, take the feedback in the most constructive way possible and don’t slow down because of the mean feedback. Yes a lot of improvements are needed in both content and maybe editing, but you have a lot of potential and I hope your channel goes big in the near future.

  • I’m 14,15stone and I have a body fat percentage of 17 I eat 3000 calories a day the 4 days A week that I go to the gym and I loose 2000 a day on cardio in the gym… do multiple barbell and dumbell workouts at home for around 45 mins… don’t know how much calories I loose on that but I also do 1 hour walk every day and 2 hours when I don’t have the gym…

  • Your not supposed to wash your chicken. Good way to spread bacteria all over your kitchen. It is perfectly healthy to cook the chicken with its natural juices, and that will kill all the harmful bacteria

  • I would say that fat and carbs do matter. All fat and no carbs would probably help you lose weight in a cut (i.e. keto) and all carbs and no fat would probably help you to stay energised in the gym. Don’t think either option is really that healthy though. Whatever balance between these extremes that works for you is probably more desirable.

  • Anybody here that can tell me what the best interval between these meals should be like 2 hours or 3 and after which meal the best time to exercise is? I was thinking 2 hour intervals myself starting with breakfast 2 hour later snack then start exercise after 30 minutes for an hour and a half then resume the rest of the meals with the 2 hour interval, but also could see it being a better idea to do breakfast 2 hours later snack 2 hours later lunch 30 minute waiting and working out 90 minutes then do rest of the meals.     However I’d like to clarify why I think it’s worth it:
    1. It’s FAST
    Time to me is everything when it comes to getting to one place to another!

    2. Efficient
    You don’t have to cook the rice n the vege, you also don’t have to get extra seasonings. Those takes up extra time and YES you do save up an extra few bucks (probably up to 10 bucks max) but if you’re on the go like I am, saving that extra hour on Work is much more worth it

    3. It’s sustainable
    I’ve done this diet for 3 months and trust me, it’s definitely sustainable and saves up a lot of money. The reason why it cost so much it’s because we are in KL, centre of Malaysia.
    It’s like NY in USA lol! So I’m not complaining!

    This is my style of convenience, and I know I don’t have to stress on what to eat, and I’m happy with it! Please don’t forget that this is a DIET, which means you cover all Macronutrients to help you build those muscles.

Not that this is a problem, per se; and I would live a long healthy life as a beanpole!!! But when I DO want to put some mass on, I drink one WEIRD shake every day upon waking and before bed. It’s just cooked lentils and unsweetened soymilk in the blender. Not very tasty, rather beany and “blandtastic” but hey, in just a few weeks of drinking this every day, my FFMI went up half a point!

    However I’d like to clarify why I think it’s worth it:
    1. It’s FAST
    Time to me is everything when it comes to getting to one place to another!

    2. Efficient
    You don’t have to cook the rice n the vege, you also don’t have to get extra seasonings. Those takes up extra time and YES you do save up an extra few bucks (probably up to 10 bucks max) but if you’re on the go like I am, saving that extra hour on Work is much more worth it

    3. It’s sustainable
    I’ve done this diet for 3 months and trust me, it’s definitely sustainable and saves up a lot of money. The reason why it cost so much it’s because we are in KL, centre of Malaysia.
    It’s like NY in USA lol! So I’m not complaining!

    This is my style of convenience, and I know I don’t have to stress on what to eat, and I’m happy with it! Please don’t forget that this is a DIET, which means you cover all Macronutrients to help you build those muscles.

Having the space in your kitchen to be able to mass cook like that. and 2. Not eating meat a week after its been cooked.

    So like the price is right hes not lying. But This in action would not work for 98% of us. If youd wanna be safe youd have to cook the 2nd half of your meat halfway through the week.

  • Anybody here that can tell me what the best interval between these meals should be like 2 hours or 3 and after which meal the best time to exercise is? I was thinking 2 hour intervals myself starting with breakfast 2 hour later snack then start exercise after 30 minutes for an hour and a half then resume the rest of the meals with the 2 hour interval, but also could see it being a better idea to do breakfast 2 hours later snack 2 hours later lunch 30 minute waiting and working out 90 minutes then do rest of the meals. Any1 that can help me along? Would be appreciated, thnx.

I know that some cardio broken up is better than nothing, but I am almost sure the way to go is one long uninterrupted session of LISS

  • I don’t usually comment. But wow there are so many haters in the comment section. To achieve his body, it takes a lot of hard work and discipline. I never lived/visited malay so maybe 6 usd is not cheap. But try to support and give constructive feedback, rather than sour sarcasm. It’s not easy to start a YouTube channel and it takes courage and hard work to put content for the whole world to see. And to the owner of the channel, take the feedback in the most constructive way possible and don’t slow down because of the mean feedback. Yes a lot of improvements are needed in both content and maybe editing, but you have a lot of potential and I hope your channel goes big in the near future.

    A pound of chicken, and turkey is around 100 grams of protein.
    You have to buy multiple cans of tuna to get that amount.

Point to be noted:High protein is extremely important when you’re doing calorie restriction and want to lose fat and gain muscle but make sure you are drinking enough water throughout the day. We need to consume 1.2 to 1.8 gm per kg of Body Weight per day to gain muscle mass and should be divided into minimum of 4 meals. Our body only absorbs about 30 35 gms at one time.
