  • If I’m dieting then I do keto maintaince or surplus and won’t gain any fat but slowly lose more fat and bulid muscle.

Do that with carbs not the same.

  • Gosh damn it western fitness youtubers:D How many times i gotta tell you here in eastern European Slovakia they dont sell Xantan gum or even EGG WHITES in the grocery store:( Most western protein recipes are then useless for me.. and i bet for many more.

  • Okay listen this is not a fair argument because yes animals are living things but so are plants so technically she’s doing just as much harm to the world as everyone else and I’m trying to be sincere I’m not trying to ruin her reputation but if she’s going to make arugment make it a good one please and thank you

  • Who would have knew watching ‘Nice Cream’ get blended & swirling around would be so satisfying.

    Ps
I made Nice Cream last night with peanut butter & it was fantastic. It was super cold so its only gona get better i would imagine…Yuuum

  • How about you don’t eat dessert did you weak fucks ever think of that? Eat to live don’t live to eat food is for survival not pleasure.

  • Tastes good but Ten minutes in a stand mixer was way too long. It ended up being too airy. 5 minutes with a stand mixer would have been a much better end result.

  • What does it taste like, it looks light and fluffy, but taste, how does it taste, which is everything. I gave up Hagan Daz strawberry ice cream for Lent. If this taste as good, I m all in.

  • Thanks for the awesome recipe Arash, i would suggest adding unsalted cottage cheese for added protein/casein and it works as a great thickener if u r adding extra almond milk/water.

  • Its basically just strawberries and egg white with some milk and casin protien which already is present in milk…. besides the strawberries r kinda full of sugars…. so for me it’s not the perfect desert

  • Awesome fluff for cutting, fructose to kill the liver, almond milk for tons of oxalates and anti-nutrients, aspartame filled casein powder for cancer and liver issues and some natural gum. Eat this for a while and you can get a real cut from chemo therapy you will need. You can be ripped from the outside while you are rotting on the inside. Just eat the strawberry and work it off but stop with additives and unnatural forms of foods.

  • The best tasting protein powder I’ve ever had in my LIFE, by far, is Orgain Organic Protein. It tastes like what I would imagine a Reese’s version of crack would taste like (when I mix the choc version w PB2 that is). I literally eat a quarter scoop of the powder sometime for the hell of it. It’s plant based protein powder too if you’re into that. 6 g organic fiber, 21g protein, one billion pro-biotics. 0g sugar and 0g added sugars. (But again, it tastes fckin amazing)
Get the vanilla one (but to me it tastes like cookies n cream) I throw some chia seeds in it and it makes (and looks) exactly like cookies n cream ice cream. Don’t be fooled by the 0g sugar, it’s very sweet and doesn’t at all taste like protein powder.
Personally I just started buying it at Costco.

  • I’m an endomorphic male working towards achieving a body transformation. To my knowledge, endomorphs need to consume primarily protein and vegetables. Is this something that would be okay for an endomorph to have since it is high protein?

  • Don’t make this this way. Unless your an ifbb pro on steroids this is just way to many calories in a little cup. You do not need to eat like 900 calories of protein and pb2 in one sitting in a tiny volume so that you get hungry later to get big. Most will just get fat. One scoop of protein. 1 cup of fruit. A half cup of almond milk. And a half a teaspoon of xanthum gum will make a bigger serving be just 400 calories and will fill you up

  • well you said that you dont recommend people eating this everyday but if you think about it, it’s around 500 calories, basically a meal, if you use casein protein it’s a good sweet healthy snack to consume 2-3 hours before bed.

  • Old video but I just did this with Dymatize ISO cocoa pebbles and vanilla almond milk holy shttt this is good. My new go to dessert! Thanks

  • Definitely looks good. I need some Xanthan gum… I got just about everything else that I need already. So cool! Definitely gonna thumbs up for the second time you had to make it.
Instead of letting the other one sit out you could have ate it for one of your meals that day. I know I would have. Is it possible to know how much protein is in it? Thanks again!

  • There is a zero percent chance that isn’t powdery AF. I make smoothies every single day and if I put anything less than 1 cup of almond milk it’s powdery.

  • The ice cream was literally ice, protein powder, and milk. You can add PB2 or fruits but these three ingredients literally made the ice cream

  • That’s an ALARMING amount of protein powder for an ice cream or any meal. I will give it a try nevertheless but maybe two scoops max. Also, if you add in the macros of the ice cream in the video that would be great.

  • that looks pretty damn good. Not sure if I can get that eggwhite stuff though. You can get it for baking/cooking here I think but only very large containers:/

  • Sooo wish I could have this right now but I’m 8 weeks out and don’t think my coach would want me to add in any extra calories right now what so ever

  • Thanks for sharing your video. Check us out at http://www.freezinda.com when you can. No ice cream maker, blender, or ice needed:)

    Have a blessed day!

  • Yay! I just became dairy free so I was kinda sad I couldn’t have ice cream anymore, but this recipe made it delicious, even if I stopped being dairy free, I would still eat this at least once a week:)

  • Illegal dumping can be a misdemeanor or a felony, depending on the state and on a number of other factors, such as the amount of waste and the type of waste. Food thrown alongside roads draws wildlife nearer to roadways.

  • turned this off as soon as you said its more ethical than regular ice cream because it has animal milk in it… as if I’m not ethically adept because I drink animal milk like the vast majority of the population…

  • It just looks so refreshing. I haven’t made it yet but after seeing the video of the girl licking the ice cream at Walmart I’m definitely going to start making my own ice cream and im going to make this kind.

  • Cute video I love nice cream!! But let’s get real, bananas are not ethical at all unless you grow them yourself. Banana companies have enslaved countries across Central America & caused wars for decades

  • I don’t know, this actually looks amazing! Most of ice-cream shops don’t have that flavour so I am definitely going to try this when I get a chance. Thanks for the idea!

  • Just fyi doll, if you freeze the banannas with the skin on, all you have to do is wait for them to de-thaw and they will slip right out in an almost liquid bananna state.

  • Perfect for a snack. I like adding cinnamon and honey to mine. Or cinnamon and cocoa nibs <3 (cinnamon is good for the heart, blood and muscle aches)

  • Hello I have to tell you that I don’t find you pretty. On the contrary you are one of the ugliest and meanest girl I ever saw. Beauty is something subjective, it means that no one have the same definition of beauty. What I mean is that I found you ugly because of the hate you are feeding for people who are different than you. I saw your video ” I think we should get rid of Ugly People” and it was insulting. Why are you like that? Don’t you ever thought that someone might find you ugly and decide to kill you as you said ” We should kill them” Think twice before to speak because this could all backfire. I do not hate you, but this is really sad to see a beautiful girl (only physically) like you got no heart.

  • Foodpporn. Seriously this was the best discovery I made when I went vegan 5 years ago (with the discovery of sweet potatoes and hummus). Smoothies, nice creams and oatmeal are my staples. And thank you for talking about the banana peels as a part of the nice cream.

  • I made it but it had the bitter taste wat was the reasn behind it i added chocho chip cookies n blend it with banana was that the rsn or smthng else

  • I felt so sad because when I made it after 24 hours of freezing my icecream turned brown and it was hedious look pls suggest something else
