I prefer it simple with just the blueberries and hemp milk, which keeps the drink low in sugar, but it is thicker, creamier, and sweeter with the banana.

  • YOU WILL NEED MORE THEN A quarter cup of almond milk, she even uses more in the video. Also the almond make a powder not a butter. To make a butter you would need to add oil

  • I just made your Banana Nut Muffin Smoothie!! I need to get more flax seed, so I used hemp seeds instead. FRACK-A-QUACK IT IS SOOOO GOOD!!! Thank you for sharing!!!

  • I made these and took 1/4 of the batter and added peanut butter and chocolate chips… both taste amazing… thanks for the recipe

  • Lol your blender makes me sad because my ninja looks like a vitamix but performs worse than any blender I have ever had in my life. It’s been over a year since I had a smoothie that didn’t have spinach flecks in it.

  • hi You mispelled their amazon store address. You left out the s at the end. You said that it’s “fishernut” when it’s really “fishernuts”. https://www.amazon.com/fishernuts

  • Adding some dried cranberries in with the walnuts just adds that extra something special! It’s really good trust me, even if it sounds a little weird.

  • Steps. Heat oven to 375ºF. Mix sugars, butter, vanilla and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff). Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (centers will be soft).

  • This looks delicious, and easy! Smoothie recipes are kind of intimidating at times with so many ingredients, so glad you shared this recipe!

  • My favourite muffin recipe ever! I baked these last minute for my family party and they loved it so much I was asked to bake more! Thank you for sharing your recipes:D

  • I made this smoothie this morning. I added strawberries to it as well. It came out really good. I used fresh fruit not frozen fruit. Did not add any sweetener as the fruit made it already sweet.

  • Can’t freaking wait until my dates come from Amazon tomorrow so I can drink this with my mouth!!

My Wal-Mart and my Aldi has been out of dates
