Taste like banana nut muffins! This banana nut smoothie is full of fresh banana and homemade almond butter! No sugar! Frosty, creamy smoothie!

Keyword almond milk, banana nut, banana smoothie, nuts, raw, smoothie. 1 banana (peeled and frozen for best texture when blended) 1 ¼ cup low-fat milk or almond milk. ½ cup rolled oats. 2 tbsp chopped walnuts. ½ tsp vanilla extract.
1 cup ice cubes. Directions: Soak rolled oats with milk for 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Mix in white sugar, melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
Fold in flour mixture until just combined. Fold walnuts into the batter. BANANA NUT MUFFIN SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS: 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. non-dairy milk 2-3 frozen bananas, peeled 1/4 c. walnuts (soak overnight for creamier texture) handful of spinach (optional) 1/4 c. oats (uncooked) 2 dates 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract 1/8 tsp. cinnamon pinch of allspice (optional). Night before: combine all ingredients [but the frozen banana and ¼ cup almond milk] in a glass or plastic container.
