  • What about like a country that rice is a staple food. Is it recommended to eat black rice three or four times a day, everyday, like in the Philippines.

  • Leptin is a hunger-inhibiting hormone, so reducing leptin means increasing the hunger, i guess what he’s tryna say is “stimulating leptin and thus reduce hunger.”

  • If people need to find “superfoods” to be healthy, then they are probably missing the point of health. You can’t just lead an unhealthy lifestyle, then pepper it with a few quick healthy bits, and expect to get results. Vastly more important than cramming yourself with all the stuff you think you need, is NOT ingesting all the stuff your body doesn’t need. In the Western world, the #1 cause of disease is from eating shit that makes you sick, i.e. processed food, meat, dairy, and eggs. Even refined sugar isn’t bad for you if your body is running cleanly enough to handle that pure energy, as any athlete will tell you.

But if you’re already healthy and looking for ways to improve on a good thing, then never mind my little rant. =)

  • I’m a raw vegan so I eat black rice raw. I just soak it in water for about 12 hours. Its soft enough to eat like that but to make it really easy to digest I usually blend it with water in a Vitamix. To improve the taste and add more nutrition I blend in coconut oil, dulse, brewers yeast and a little hot pepper.

  • Kinfolks. We should be eating “Wild Black rice” not black rice.
Black rice is a mucus forming starchy rice that from my research is dyed white rice.
The real forbidden rice that you should be putting into your temple is” Wild black rice.”
” Wild black rice is an aquatic grass loved ones and smells like herbs. Dr. Sebi reiterated this over and over family.
We look like the soil and should eat from the soil.
I’m not trying to prove anyone wrong or prove who’s the smartest but we’re in the Information Age and Steele sharpens Steele black family.
I’m tired of seeing us sick physically and mentally. This is no coincidence black family.
When they put our kinfolks into slavery. Did they bring along our kinfolks diets? Our kinfolks ate shit( literally) to survive and now that same sickly survival food is considered, “culture” to this knew generation.
We are special people. They folks that pump fluoride, vaccines and preservatives in our foods know who you are but do you?

Eat how your ancestors ate 500 yrs ago.
Please unlearn the 200 yr ago plantation diet.

    Food for soul and thought.
