Birthday Cake Protein Balls. Nutrition. 2019-03-29 | By: Snap Fitness Snap Fitness is turning 15! That means we’re only one year away from being able to legally drive.

Until then, we’ve got a special treat for you. In honor of our latest milestone we wanted to share one of our favorite festive recipes: Birthday Cake Protein Balls! To a food processor, add the rolled oats, pea protein, shredded coconut flakes, vanilla powder, cashew butter, macadamia nuts, and agave.

Blend the dough until well combined, about 2 to 3 minutes. These No-Bake Birthday Cake Protein Bites are super fun and easy to make and best of all they taste just like birthday cake and they are high in protein. Deliciousness with every bite!Birthday Cake Protein Balls.

April 18, 2018 Taylor. Another week. Another batch of protein packed treats for lunches.

That’s never a bad thing! I love. Inside These Birthday Cake Protein Balls. Is a few natural sweeteners and whole food ingredients, woop woop! These birthday cake protein balls are made with almond meal and coconut flour, which sets them up to be extra dense and chewy (my favorite texture in a dessert)..

These protein bites are naturally sweetened with honey and vanilla extract. For some extra sweetness, you can use 1. 1 Hour Core Workout Routine with Rebecca Kennedy Functional Fitness Duration: 1:06:45. Evolve Functional Fitness Workouts Recommended for you. Cake Batter Protein Balls, a no bake protein ball recipe made with dates, cashew butter and protein powder. Cake batter protein balls.

Guys, this recipe is one I’ve been so excited to share with you because. creamy cashew butter meets cake batter goodness. A “birthday cake” that only takes 15 minutes to make and doesn’t require any actual baking? Sign us up! These Birthday Cake Energy Balls made with Vanilla Whey Shakeology are incredibly easy to “bake” — all you have to do is toss seven. Energy bites aren’t 100% new to me – I’ve shared my chocolate peanut butter energy balls and my “Take 5” energy bites here already – but this birthday cake version is by far my favorite.

Instead of being stuffed with textured ingredients, these are creamy and fudge-like. You’re only as old as you feel. Which is great, because our homemade Nutre Birthday Cake protein bars are filled with 15 grams of protein, giving you the energy you need to perform at your peak. And with just 150 calories per ball, you can celebrate morning, noon or night, any day you want.

Let’s light this candle. Macros listed is per one ball. Macros are based off two balls.

Age is probably the greatest determiner of how frequently we can repeat such workouts, because recovery slows as the birthday candles pile onto the cake.

  • When I tried to quit Snap Fitness they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Terrible customer experience. I’m thinking this is common the the fitness club biz.

  • Good evening Sir,

Hope you are well. This is how majority of the Franchises work(99.99%):

For a high price, Franchisor gives a Franchisee, a bottle of Vintage Wine and two young girls shaped like coca cola bottle(not the masculine ones that’ve been running around for past 40 years). The Franchisee is all happy. When he tries to drink out of the bottle, nothing pours out. So, he calls the Franchisor’s customer service and complaints something is wrong with the bottle hole and that no wine comes out from it. Customer Service responds as:

“That’s how the holes are made. Nothing will exit from the bottle and nothing can enter the other two holes. Have a nice day”.

  • If I wanted to buy me a franchise, I would definitely connect with you. I have done business in my life, but I have missed a lot of information before signing the deal. It was pure luck the deals were small and not corporate. I really enjoy your videos and thank you for sharing

  • Man, you never want to get into a business where you’re almost fated to have low revenues. That is a fast track to failure, no matter how lean you think you’re going to run your business.
A proverb to remember is: “Large sales cover a multitude of sins”. You can make all kinds of errors when your top line is high. The economy and winds of change will be much more forgiving to you. With small revenues, you’re both stuck and screwed. This franchise sounds like the pits. Unfortunately.

  • Great video!

Paying a fulltime manager can affect the bottom line big time. Fortunately I was able to make a profit in my franchise in less than 60 days! Phew. Franchises can be scary decisions, and you’ve got to do your research and be able to execute!
