In my first ever solo episode for the Bio Alchemy podcast — something you’ll be getting twice a week, every week going forward from now — I discuss one of the most common things that I seem to be interested in when it comes to high performers, or that I’m asked as a biohacker, which are what things make up my average morning routine. In this episode, you’ll find the things that tend to kick my day off into high-gear most mornings, the tactics I advise to get the most out of your day, and some of the items or products that I use on my morning routine.. This will be covered in more detail in an upcoming module of my intensive biohacking course in the future, though for now I wanted to give you some tactics you can use right now in order to get the most out of your day. I strongly believe that the start of the day will be a precursor to how well the rest of your day will pan out, so it’s super-important to me to lock down a positive morning routine on as many days as I possibly can.. This should be considered the basic version of my morning routine, and I will go into more detail in future episodes on some of the more detailed tactics, methodologies, actions, and supplements I use in my morning (and nightly) routine, though I wanted to start off with a bit of a simpler introduction to those who may not as yet have started a morning routine practice, or even delved at all into the world of biohacking at all. It is good to repeat mantras before sleep to promote right sleep and dreams and after waking up in the morning to promote wholesome mental activity during the day.
The morning is generally recommended for meditation, when the mind is fresh, but each person should experiment and pick out a time which suits him best.

Is it recommended to take Ritual before or after a morning gym session (aka lifting and cardio in my case)? That’s my usual time to hit the gym, on an empty stomach.
If I already take adderall will this have potentially negative side effects? Am looking for an experience similar to as seen in the movie Limitless starring Bradley Cooper. Thanks
Was that room cold? That dude with the hoodie on seemed cold. Gimmie a good breakfast over coffee any day, but I see how Ritual would be good for a quick, healthier, type of morning drink, for the on the go person!!! Nothing beats Ambrosia Nektar!!!!!
Wish all their supplements like Metal Jewels and Nektar had more servings. wouldn’t mind paying a little extra or at a deal like the 100 serving of overtraining solution just to cut time ordering and cost. The price is already amazing for US folks but for someone that lives in Canada the USD to CAD conversion is already killer plus having to pay for tax and duty almost makes taking these healthy supplements too expensive to upkeep (Which is unfortunate. Maybe opening a HQ or plant in Canada with Canadian pricing?). Love the products tho. Just purchase Ritual and Mental Jewels and i can already feel the amazing effects. Looking forward to ordering Planta and Nektar next and give those a try.

There are things like grounding, cold showers, meditating, and journaling that I always thought made me feel better when I did them, but of course I haven’t done them steadily enough. This has encouraged me to try harder!
Also, you should make some samples or small packages for stuff so people can try it without having to buy the big packages and If you trust your products so much and they’re good (at least the ones i have tried) then Why not? #SAMPLES
