    1 1/2 C PB milk w 5 T coconut sugar
    Or
    1 C PB milk w 1/2 C maple syrup
    1 C raw cashews
    A Couple of drops of umeboshi vinegar (flavor enhancer)
    Matcha powder to taste
    Blend to a smooth texture and place in freeze x 10 minutes
    Place on you ice cream maker.

  • NO WAY! In my country, although very popular, split peas is not green! I guess they just use more mature peas out here which is already yellowish. Have never seen dried green peas ;D However, a creamy frozen-pea soup is great as well and ticks the green box ;P
    Also, good you’ve chosen a green-lentil-based pasta as opposed to pea pasta, as you’d truly have enough peas for months:D And the pesto looked delish as well!

  • Pea soup is my fave. I don’t bother cooking the veg ahead. All goes in the pot, onion, carrots, bag of split peas, water, veg broth, thyme, sage, salt, pepper. I boil a few hours then use an immersion blender. Dead easy, freezes well. I’ve even put in a dehydrator and brought camping.
