  • In a way I’m happy that Instagram was not yet invented when I was a teenager so we never thought that (as an Asian woman) the ideal body type was white, skinny, big boobs, big ass with waist ridiculously small. It’s only when my brain was fully developed that Instagram models started to be a thing which means I knew their bodies in Instagram are not naturally their bodies in reality. Knowing this, it really helps me to accept my body the way it is.

  • I feel like this could be really helpful for people dont have a sense of style? Obviously anyone can wear whatever they want but I feel like all these style tips could be good as a jumping off point for people who aren’t sure what they want their style to be.

  • I miss photographs.

No-keya?? Must be a cheap copy of Nokia. They had the tech for swipe phones before apple. Watch the documentary on how Nokia failed, interesting.

  • Okay, not gonna lie. One of the best and most shocking pizzas I’ve ever had was in Lucknow, India. A man in a suit opened the doors for us, the tables and white tablecloths… I got a Chicken Tikka Masala pizza with corn and jalepenos. Absolutely amazing.

  • I have been following this YouTube for a while now and today i decided to share my fibroid story to encourage someone out there. I suffered from terrible fibroid for 10 years without conceiving and fibroid was the issue, i lacked sleeping and i did not rest searching for solution from different Doctors all they could say was surgery and i was afraid of that then a friend in my office introduced me to Dr. Ebhota who sent his product to me which i took and it really worked perfectly, and my Dr. confirm me pregnant after 2 months of taken his product. i gave birth to a baby girl February this year and i will named her TESTIMONY. contact him also at [email protected] gmail.com or call him via whats-app +2349035324155

  • What to do if
lets say you sweated a lot because you had a training or its hot outside and its literally 12 pm, remove it with just water? but if i had a makeup that time, then what? I often have a situations like this and i dont know what to do…

  • Yes, spaghetti in fast-foods will never die here in the Philippines. We love chicken spaghetti (spaghetti with a fried chicken combo) so much. Add rice, and your business will grow here as long as there are Filipinos

  • There is an old danish saying: “Skomager bliv ved din læst” (do what you are best at). I guess it’s not always true. The simple truth is, that companies tend to be self sufficient and can’t see the woods with all the trees blocking the view (another old Danish saying: “Han kan ikke se skoven for bare træer”).

Well, all big companies should have an independent R&D department employing people that are detached from the rest and only use the resources

  • Hey, can you do a video on the different types of people that watch different people on YouTube? I just came from a recent Pewdiepie video, trying to convince many people that a woman who has transitioned to a man, is now a man, and if he likes women, then he is straight. I’d never have those sorts of debates in a Bestdressed video.

  • Sony owns rights to the audio driver that allows iTunes and mp3 to function, they missed nothing just saw that the real money is in royalties not hardware.

  • I feel like I got cavities just watching the dominos oreo desert pizza portion of this video. Who the heck would buy this beyond a one time curiosity?

  • Hey DNews! While some guy below↓ argue about silly things, I might add something. You say that…% of the people eat…% of their food (no matter when), BUUUUUT there is a saying (don’t know the word!..) that says ” A hero is the one who can withstand not eating his grandmother’s meals. That’s why I “wash” the plate before it goes to the sink:)

  • Alaska was not a mistake. Russia saw that Alaska was very likely to be taken over by Canada and Russia did not want an English colony next to it. Instead it was sold to USA in order to block the Canadian takeover. So instead of losing it for nothing they made a little money off of Alaska while blocking the English colony from being its neighbor.

  • Tell me, who’s mentally prepared for ypur own poop shonong back at you. Imagine you turning the light off and seeing ectoplasm in your toilet

  • Dominos choco feast (chocolate pizza with strawberries) was celestial. Put it in the fridge overnight and you’ll have a cool tasty sublime dessert.

  • i am not.
i eat slowly and only until i am starting to feel full. no matter how much is on my plate. The rest is leftovers or occasionally compost or garbage. I almost have healthy eating habits. problem is im usually eating stuff that isn’t very healthy. haha

  • I’m sorry you have to qualify and justify and watch out you don’t say something too controversial or incendiary. It sucks people on the internet are so sensitive. Relax people…

  • I haven’t finished the video yet so I don’t know if this is discussed in it, but when watching everyone go over their results/details etc. I felt it was similar to reading a horoscope in that much of the language used is so vague that it can be applicable to almost anyone. The fact that all of these women have very different body types yet when they read their results I thought a number of different things could also apply to me/my body (for example when it talks about when you gain weight, lose weight, etc.) This isn’t to rag on the system nor astrology but that’s all I could hear/think about when listening to a loooooot of the results and rhetoric being used to describe the different ‘types’.

  • Clean plate club mentality is bad. It encourages people to eat more calories than they should (I speak from experience). I’m glad my daughter stops eating when she’s full instead of eating just cuz it’s there on her plate.

  • About the BALTIC ACE, it probably collided with another ship, maybe from Cyprus but the flag shown as cypriot is a fake, while it is nowhere recognised as a state flag and has nothing to do with the Republic of Cyprus, wherfore it should be removed

  • The Pan Am flight 103 bombing was during the Gulf War? The bombing was on December 21, 1988. Operation Desert Shield didn’t start until August 2, 1990 and the “war” didn’t start until Operation Desert Storm on January 17, 1991.

  • If I don’t server myself enough I just go back for seconds and if there isn’t more of what we had, I scrounge for something else. Portion control at the outset doesn’t work for folks like me.

  • I recently discovered body neutrality and I think it is such a healthier mindset for me personally. I am someone who has struggled to love my body and has never fit into societal beauty standards. Through body neutrality I can appreciate the things that my body does for me without having to spend too much time dwelling on the physical/visual things I don’t like about it. It was a much more attainable form of self-acceptance and I don’t feel like I have to convince myself every day that I’m beautiful. Instead I can concretely state the things my body can do, acknowledge them as truth, and move on to worrying about other things.

  • So Sony wasn’t selling MP3 players at the same time as the iPod? They’re still selling tons of portable music products including MP3 players. Portable music players have mostly been phased out due to smart phones, you know like the smart phones Sony makes.

  • What about the passenger cruise ship Costa Concordia sinking in 2012 off the coast of Italy which was a result of a highly illegal sightseeing course diversion by its Captain! This monumental eff up cost 32 People their life, lost the new ship, and cost Billions in salvage costs! All to “Buzz” the Italian Coast! The POS Captain should NEVER see the light of day ever again!!

  • How odd. No mention of the Union Carbide pesticide leak that killed and blinded thousands of innocent people in Bhopal, India. To me, that seems like a pretty big company failure. Maybe you should change the title of this video to “9 UPBEAT Company Failures”.

  • McSpagetti in the Philippines was more successful although Jolibee spaghetti was more sweeter which suited more the Filipino taste

  • I love Dnews but this video hardly addresses the title. I thought it would provide info on whether portion size is linked to better or worse health. Like is it better to eat a large meal or a few smaller meals?

  • Yes, I honestly need to finish what’s on my plate or I just feel bad about myself, I don’t really know why. the good thing is that when I eat little I feel satisfied even if I am not full, but the bad thing is that it works the other way around too.

  • 6:18 glad that she and hyram doesn’t approve neutrogena lol. Like, I was about to buy their products. Thank god I didn’t.

  • Blockbuster’s main problem wasn’t really something they could control. Almost all of its 9,000 locations were franchises, IE local video chains acquired by Blockbuster. Hence their terms of their deals were vary from franchise to franchise, hence it was almost impossible to implement nationwide programs or sales. When I worked at Blockbuster I remember customers outraged that they couldn’t use their Blockbuster coupons at our Fairfax County VA stores because our franchise didn’t have to honor them.

  • I’m not an expert but I think something’s wrong with your neck. Have you had it checked before? It’s the same as my dad’s who had goiter problem when he’s still living.

  • A friend of mine, who is tall and skinny (she’s a transgender woman) asked me how I stay confident. I told her, I focus on what I love about my body and I don’t think much about the parts that I don’t like. Every woman, CIS or transgender has AT LEAST one beautiful feature and they should think about that one (or two or three) beautiful feature/s every time they feel unpretty. In my opinion it’s not healthy to reject the idea that beauty matters because, it does, otherwise there won’t be body positivity movement, right? But what’s really important is to realize that we all have one particular quality that makes us beautiful. If you ask me, I can tell exactly what makes these ladies in the video beautiful and I’m sure 99,99% of you would agree with me.

  • If you want a more unbiased and appreciative view of kibbe look up Aly Art! She’s very clinical in the body types and nonjudgmental

  • The middle one with the same amount of peas the same amount of chips from the first plate and one less fish finger

  • I really enjoyed this series!!!!! I love the diversity in guests you had as well as the thoughtful discussion about Kibbe. I personally really like Kibbe. I am a Dramatic Classic and I felt like it explained why looser, more bohemian styles don’t look good on me.

  • I always tell my mother to eat on a smaller plate, but she never really gets it… If the same amount of food is on a smaller plate, then it tricks your brain into thinking there’s more, which makes you feel more filled afterwards. That’s why it’s actually better that our brains are stupid and easily tricked.

  • I felt Tiffany’s description of her sense of style so hard! I rarely wear sweats and a sweatshirt outside of my apartment bc I feel like I don’t look cute in them, I just look tired/sick.

  • hold onyou’re 5’3 and wear maxi dresses??? i’m 5’1 and always thought I couldn’t because of my height…but they are so pretty. hm..

  • Yahoos demise? They’re still alive and well in spite of marissa Mayer’s attempt to politicize it. I Still use yahoo only. Search results are faster, more accurate and less invasive than any google trash. Only google product I use is this one. And you’d have to be a brain dead moron to put their spybot in your living room.

  • I’m all for loving, or at least accepting, your body as long as you’re doing your best to stay healthy. I mean, if you really love your body, wouldn’t you do your best to take care of it? I know that not everyone is going to be thin getting regular exercise and eating well, but think about what you’re doing for your heart and veins when you’re eating well and moving, as compared to what you’re doing to your insides eating junk and sitting most of the time.

If you love yourself, show it in your actions and not just your words!

  • kids aren’t picky, it’s just that their parents give them way too much food on their plate. my parents were the same with me when i was a kid. parents overestimate how much food kids need because they want their kids to be well fed.

  • i like D-news, but the comments are just a shit storm.
they have the worst audience on a discovery channel ive ever seen.
its like you all just came over from =3 or something. (nothing wrong with =3, before you rip my head off)
when you compare the audience on minute physics or v-sauce or any other educational channel to d-news its like comparing a classroom full of violent 9 year olds to buckingham palace.
i seriously consider unsubscribing every time i read the comments.
like, its a video about dinner portions and all the top rated comments are arguments.
“boo-hoo, Lacis a feminists” “this is boring, cry cry”
    fucking hell
you all just have something to bitch about

  • Hi, my derma said I should not apply moisturizer on my dry patches because it may clog on my pores and can potentially damage my skin (pimples). I am still confused when should I put some moisturizer and when should I not? ☹️
    Hoping for answer thanks!
    Love your videos ❤❤

  • Just like Carvana. The auto sales business is being taken over by that company. They have a novelty thing going on. Brick and mortar auto sales are going out of business left and right. Giant bubblegum machines that despense cars. Who’d of thought that would be the next big thing? Wish I would have thought it up. I would be rich.

  • I swear I think that the kids in those McDonald’s ads had to pretend that they legitimately enjoyed the pizza and pasta menu items that McDonald’s was trying to serve in their restaurants and actually didn’t truly enjoy the food.

I’m just speculating that the kids didn’t truly have as much excitement as they had shown in the ads.

  • There are just too many factors here. What about if there is vegetables on the plate, then in America less people are going to eat it. Many American’s think of vegetables as a decoration for their meal. So then that completely skews the numbers. That’s just one huge factor off the top of my head there are probably many more.

  • The Pan Am flight 103 bombing was during the Gulf War? The bombing was on December 21, 1988. Operation Desert Shield didn’t start until August 2, 1990 and the “war” didn’t start until Operation Desert Storm on January 17, 1991.

  • Theranos went from being a nine billion dollar valuation to zero in two years. Moto was “fake it until you make it”. They were unable to make a successful product.

  • The most common reason for kids not eating their meals has nothing to do with them been picky, its just parents don’t have any form of discipline with their children and so if the kid doesn’t finish his meal about half hour to an hour later hes sat there eating bad food like crisps and sweets. So in a way yes its because the children are picky but not really in the right way, they just don’t want to eat the healthier food because junk food tastes nicer and parents let them get away with it.

Before you know it obesity crisis, like some of the major countries of the world have right now including the US.

  • Seems like doesn’t matter how good a company is, they will always fold if the do not expect to keep up with the times of tomorrow. Expect to change for the future trends. What works today most likely will not work tomorrow.

  • One of my friends teased me for buying a Nokia 6, called it “A cheap Chinese phone”
I took her Iphone X and my Nokia 6 in each hand and asked if she would like to make a crash test, to see how cheap it is.
    -She refused LMAO

  • Low rise jeans just prevent you from bending down, squating or sitting unless you have something covering up the plumber’s crack in the back

  • My skin is so sensitive. I’d try several products that stated ‘for acne prone skin’ or good for acne and most of them are bad for my skin. My skin feels like burning & I think my skin can’t tolerate with AHA & BHA too much The safest product among the products that I’ve ever used is the one that moisturize & calming my reddish skin. Even the effect is not extremely can be seen, but it’s clearly better than other products

  • The most fundamentally skin damaging mindset: not trusting your skin enough DAMN LIAH I felt that. I love your videos

  • I’m on the shorter side too, and I wish my legs were longer to match my torso also, when she first said her body type was balanced, I thought, Libra!

  • Pam Am’s main failure was not cheaping out and outsourcing to smaller local airlines the way Delta did. Delta’s cheap 3rd parties allowed it to complete with lower pricing. So what if Delta’s 3rd party safety record is criminal.

  • “I will stick to quizzes telling me what Twilight character I am based on the snack I chose, because that’s more relevant to my life” lol Hayley:D

  • forgot about UBER when they pitched their idea to the taxi industry and got rejected. Now look at UBER and look at the taxi industry. Biggest blunder of the century i think ‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️

  • I invested all of my money in each of these failure companies! I’m kidding. The only company I miss, is ancient version Kodak, I love photography.

  • What about the VALUE of the food. Adults spend money on the food so they KNOW how much VALUE the food has. Kids don’t, so they won’t most of the time. I at least think value is a factor. Imagine getting meals for free everyday, you’d almost never finish because you wouldn’t care about what happens to the apple for fruitcup you get for free anyway.

  • i seriously want Sony to fail and die but in the videogames industry, anyone who oposses Nintendo has to die, Blockbuster is one of the very few who have actually defeated Nintendo, it’s like if Netflix was a punishment from destiny itself

  • I’m not an expert but I think something’s wrong with your neck. Have you had it checked before? It’s the same as my dad’s who had goiter problem when he’s still living.

  • I’ve recently gotten into kibbe, and I personally like it. It’s helped me feel a lot more confident in the clothing choices I make. It’s probably also important to note that I’ve always had a good relationship with my body, even though I’m on the chubbier side (my body shape/size is pretty accepted, though, I’d describe my body as a chubbier kate winslet). I also think I’m biased because I’m a Romantic and am also very feminine in my clothing. I like it, however because the system also helps me choose hair and makeup, which I’ve always struggled with. I think it gives me a guide for what to do when idk what i’m doing, and also emphasizes my softness and curves, rather than trying to give me edges and length which I simply do not have and never will

  • i seriously want Sony to fail and die but in the videogames industry, anyone who oposses Nintendo has to die, Blockbuster is one of the very few who have actually defeated Nintendo, it’s like if Netflix was a punishment from destiny itself

  • I myself am still a ‘kid’ aka teenager. I hate it when people leave food on their plates… It just makes me so Angry It is so unnecessary and often a waste of food.

  • Eating Out: As a parent my boys could chose any 3 items except no desert type foods, while I chose smaller portions I did finish what they didn’t finish; rarely did we have too much. No candy or ice cream before the age of 1 year old, so birthday was a new experience. We did not keep candy around the house.

  • A lot of things come to my mind with these type of videos (and life in general, I think too much):
Beauty is a privilege. Because of our genes, since we were born, we have certain advantages and disadvantages to achieve the beauty standards. Your hight, your metabolism and if you any illness or disability affect your appearance.

And if you weren’t born “pretty” the only way to achieve this is with money. If you don’t have the money to buy trendy clothes, makeup, skincare products, etc, you can’t improve your image. Maybe you you don’t have time to dress up and make up, or you don’t find what you need/want.

Then, I think the publicities and companies make you insecure about your body so then you buy their products. because if you are comfortable with your body, you won’t buy make up, clothes, etc.

Related to the body neutrality, I think it’s a good idea to just accept your body instead of loving every part of it (that never made sense to me) and realize that the body is just the envase and we shouldn’t give it so much importance (i’m going to sound really cheese) but what matters is what’s inside.

With all of the above, my final question/doubt is if it’s right that looking good makes you feel good. Of course, it’s prooved that if you look good and feel comfortable, you will feel more confident, but as i said before, beauty it’s a privilege, why I should feel good for something that in part I didn’t strive and other people can’t afford.

all in all, I’m still gonna wear whatever makes me happy, whether it’s a dress that makes me feel like a goddess or some joggins to be comfortable.

ps: this ended up being super long, xd. I wonder if someone is gonnna read it. and sorry if there is any spelling mistake.

  • Great advice and great video. You are a natural! I started a blog last year and haven’t touched it in many months for several reasons. One of them being that I too jumped right in and became overwhelmed with all that is involved in having a successful blog. I also found it difficult to work on my other writing (book) while working full-time so to find time for blogging became increasingly non-existent. I am planning on starting it up again soon so any advice you can give I would love to learn.

  • My Kibbe results suggested giant, over-sized shoes, and large, multi-color overalls with suspenders. For makeup, it suggested white face makeup, a large red nose, and a huge red afro wig. Apparently this style is called the ‘Mrs. Ronald McDonald’… it sounds daring, but I’m going to try it out for the McGillicudy funeral this weekend.

  • I feel like this video shows off the girls’ personalities better than the last one and convinced me to check out their other content. What a lovely bunch!
Also also, I was taken by surprise when Larisa said she’s half Russian (I guess could have guessed by the not typical name for a Japanese woman, and a common Russian name lol), I just assumed that she’s half British:”””>

  • I fucking love your channel! There’s not a lot of you tubers who do stuff like you. I watch a lot of your videos with my family because they’re such great conversation starters. You’re never scared of saying the things that need to be said and discussing touchy topics. Keep it up!

  • I really like aly art and loepsy. I can’t remember what type of gamine I am, but I already had a lot of the clothing recommendations incorporated into what I wear, so I didn’t look into it much further.

  • I invested all of my money in each of these failure companies! I’m kidding. The only company I miss, is ancient version Kodak, I love photography.

  • If you want a more unbiased and appreciative view of kibbe look up Aly Art! She’s very clinical in the body types and nonjudgmental

  • interesting video. maybe I don’t understand becuase I am not a woman, but i would have liked to have seen more conversation about beauty for one’s self. the main criticism seems to be that the kibbe system is to make you beautiful for others. but couldn’t the system be to make you feel more beautiful for yourself.
when I get dressed, I put on clothes that make me feel good about how I look. I don’t think about how others think of my outfits til I have already left the house. I have many insecurities about my body, but they stem from how I feel about myself and not how others view me.

the girl with the short hair and beautiful eyes(sorry, I forget her name) didn’t like the system because a man created it even though she liked the recommendations for her body type.
very interesting video. I would be interested in seeing more videos about body image with more people (maybe include some trans people and even gay men)

  • Idk what the heck happens to my skin, it just said bye-bye, and like “turned off”. I’ve been having bad cystic acne for 8 month probably, and pimples just keep appearing and ruining my skin, tried everything I could have possibly done, even dermatologist didn’t help that much. One more mystery for me is that acne hit my face when I was 18, I’m 19 right now, and I’m still suffering..

  • I remember back in my teens there was once this sort of Walkman tape player/radio. now to make the radio to work you had to slide into its tape holder, this thing was its radio and this was how you got it to play by doing this. if you wanted to play a tape you needed to pull from the player the radio guts. heard to believe today that was at 1 time cutting edge. and it was only 200bucks.

  • I’m Russian and living in Japan and I really struggle. In my family I’m the smallest, (156cm) and even though I’ve never been thin ( about 69kg) I’ve never struggled with finding clothes or feeling HUGE until I moved here. I’ve had to accept that I’m considered XL here and that most stores won’t have my size. Living in Japan has also changed my personal style. I feel the need to cover up and be as invisible as possible because I already attract a lot of attention and I just don’t feel safe otherwise. The only time I can breathe and wear 100% what I want is when I go back to my country to visit.
Also, things are a million times worse now that I’m visibly pregnant. As if the staring wasn’t bad enough, I’m already at max size in maternity clothes and I’m only 5 months along…
What I wear has unfortunately not always been just a matter of what I like and feel comfortable in.

  • Kibbe adapted his system from one created by women Belle Northrup in the early 20th century and Harriet McJimsey in the 1950s-1980s.

McJimsey’s makes more sense than Kibbe’s and allows that very few women will fit exactly into one category or another, but will take things from different columns.

  • Welcome to the soft classic club! It totally fits the style you already wear. What is more classic than a t-shirt that fits and high-waisted jeans? Plus your jewelry is minimal and slightly delicate as well. 😉

  • Where did we get the idea that we HAVE to finish everything on our plate? Perhaps we are training our children to eat EVEN after they are full resulting in unhealthy eating habits when older.

There’s nothing wrong with not cleaning your plate. We’re guilt tripping ourselves for no good reason.

  • I myself am still a ‘kid’ aka teenager. I hate it when people leave food on their plates… It just makes me so Angry It is so unnecessary and often a waste of food.

  • I would have thought adults eat all of what is on their plate because they put it there, they know what they wanted and what they would eat. Kids on the other hand normally get food served for them.

  • I always finish food on the plate when I cook at home.

I’m smart enough to know how much to eat.

Majority of time I never finish a burger with fries. I throw like more than half my fries away

The simple truth is, that companies tend to be self sufficient and can’t see the woods with all the trees blocking the view (another old Danish saying: “Han kan ikke se skoven for bare træer”).

Well, all big companies should have an independent R&D department employing people that are detached from the rest and only use the resources

  • Welcome to the soft classic club! It totally fits the style you already wear. What is more classic than a t-shirt that fits and high-waisted jeans? Plus your jewelry is minimal and slightly delicate as well. 😉

  • 2 things I started doing and found that it worked:
    1. I actually switched back to using an all cotton, hypo-allergenic pillowcase. The silk ones made me sweat while I slept and caused me to break out. Once I swiitched back to cotton, my face was fine.
    2. I threw out all my make-up and opted for a quick 5-8 minute routine of the bare minimum make-up. My face looks fresh and it can breathe. I also started using a sebum powder for touch ups and to control any excess oil. I kept my cleansing routine the same and I must say, using far less make-up was one of the best things for my skin.

  • Could have made the pizza more rectangular shaped so it could have fit through the window instead of wasting money enlarging windows ‍♀️

  • I’m part of that club because of my parent.

She forced me to eat all of the food on my plate, and if I didn’t eat it all (which was the case because I was a small kid at the time) she would punish me horribly.
Either it was spankings, or simply not eating for the rest of the night. I wasn’t hungry half the time, so being punished created a disorder to where I severely over eat. In highschool I was 300 lbs, due to depression, a traumatic experience, and this clean plate club. I just couldn’t stop eating.

I’ve lost about 100 lbs so far due to lifestyle changes brought on by health problems caused by this clean plate club.
Now I’m here looking for how much I should portion myself and when is it good enough to stop.

I can’t feel my stomach asking me for food, and it takes about an hour to hear that it’s full. I pass out because I don’t know if I’m hungry.

So be weary of what you teach your kids, because I have suffered from a small age all the way up to now. It’s getting worse, but it always gets worse before it gets better.

  • I feel like this could be really helpful for people dont have a sense of style? Obviously anyone can wear whatever they want but I feel like all these style tips could be good as a jumping off point for people who aren’t sure what they want their style to be.

  • I eat until full, then stop. I see no reason to force feed anyone. I also have chosen to not eat after 4 pm, done that since middle school. It just makes more sense to eat when one needs too, rather than more food based on an antiquated notion.

  • What’s your HG (cruelty free) acne product? I’ve had hormonal acne since 12 now I’m 19 and still get zits everywhere on my chin. I have eczema so it’s so dry and sensitive. Plz don’t say to change by diet and drink water cuz I’ve been eating clean for a year and my acne is still horrible

  • I just broke out on my forehead i havent had acnee this bad since 2007 I’m 30 now literally over night my forehead felt bumpy i don’t like this one bit

  • To be fair the upper gun deck of Vasa was to heavy and the hull of the ship was to tall for it to possibly remain stable not because of some engineering mistakes, but by demand of the idiot of a king. Of course all the blame was later given to the leading architect despite him just following orders.

  • I usually eat everything on the plate now. My mom didn’t care if I cleaned my plate when I was younger. I would eat until I was full, and that was it.

  • I feel good about the kibbe test. I’m still gonna wear whatever I like to wear but I like that it gives me some new perspectives to consider and new style options I might like that I didn’t think of before. I’ve never felt pressured to wear or not wear anything

  • I have one critique.. I’m wondering if i’m the only one who’s bothered by people saying they most like a part of their body where the bones are visible..?

  • I’m all for loving, or at least accepting, your body as long as you’re doing your best to stay healthy. I mean, if you really love your body, wouldn’t you do your best to take care of it? I know that not everyone is going to be thin getting regular exercise and eating well, but think about what you’re doing for your heart and veins when you’re eating well and moving, as compared to what you’re doing to your insides eating junk and sitting most of the time.

If you love yourself, show it in your actions and not just your words!

  • I was introduced to Kibbe as part of a movie costume design course. The instructor presented it with the idea that you could play with the Kibbe type of the actor and the “stereotypical” representation of your character to help the audience to identify the personality of the character. I think it’s a nice tool for that kind of work.

  • I never really thought about it but yeah sony isnt anywere near what they used to be back in the day you got a sony you knew you had the best not like that now

  • the whole “body positivity for slim bodies” really makes me upset. Just because you think my body is fine doesn’t mean I do, I need body positivity just as much as you do. We need women of all types to represent body positivity because all bodies need to be accepted just as they are.

  • About the BALTIC ACE, it probably collided with another ship, maybe from Cyprus but the flag shown as cypriot is a fake, while it is nowhere recognised as a state flag and has nothing to do with the Republic of Cyprus, wherfore it should be removed

  • I never really thought about it but yeah sony isnt anywere near what they used to be back in the day you got a sony you knew you had the best not like that now

  • Okay so I just now looked into what a Dramatic is “supposed to wear” and it turns out that I, as a Dramatic, have the EXACT style they recommend for my type. Masculine and angular, stiff fabrics with lots of structure with neutral colors, etc.

Not saying that makes this system 100% accurate for everyone but I do believe that, to an extent, David was onto something. I subconsciously started to dress for my body type and David and I have the same ideas about that apparently ‍♀️

Very interesting video by the way, very well done!

  • I know this is old but I keep telling my kids were in an electronic world. Things happen quick and fast. So beware of the next wave and tread carefully. Don’t get in to deep as we know big changes can happen in a nano second. Like everyone trying to read the future. dad:)

  • I was very confused by the entire hair section of the styling guide. I just didn’t understand what they meant by “messy” or “wild” hair, especially because as a black girl with naturally curly hair, I often hear those things about my own hair so it was hard for me to see where a black girl who wanted to wear her natural hair would adhere to this guide.

  • The gate-keeping around body positivity just gets me so annoyed. Growing up I’ve always felt bigger than my friends, I have a bit of a stomach but smaller boobs so I didn’t feel like the ‘ideal type’, and my thighs are a bit bigger (thanks butt!). HOWEVER I’m still white and a relatively small size, S/M or 8-10 in Australian sizing. I’ve never been the skinniest girl and I’ve always been insecure about how I look, yet I’m not allowed to be body positive? It just seems so negative when taken in that way. I know not all body-positive influencers gate-keep, but those that do really annoy me

  • I loved this! Something like this would be great for someone who needs somewhere to start when it comes to developing their style and don’t know where to begin

  • I’m a man who follows the kibbe system (I think theatrical romantic) and I care quite a bit about how I look but I keep a low profile on it because sometimes I think I’ll be judged for. That said it’s not NEARLY as bad as what so many women go through on a daily basis.

I feel like even though I do follow the kibbe system, it’s not for everyone and ultimately everyone should wear what makes them comfortable. My personal style is a white shirt and then jazzed up with colorful pants, a jacket, and/or jewelry even though a plain white shirt isn’t recommended for theatrical romantic.

There’s also the fact that Kibbe has not and probably will not adapt the system to include men which to me says a lot about Kibbe himself. Either he is sexist and likes to tell women what to wear, he believes that what he does is helping women accept and celebrate who they are (this really depends on how each individual woman feels), he feels as though men aren’t pushed by society to look a specific way, or men can just figure it out for themselves.

  • i had really bad break outs throughout my high school and college years. I even went to the dermatologist for ornaments and birth control(to regulate my hormones) but nothing helped. some products that Liah recommended like the tamanu oil really helped. Some of The ordinary products are also great for acne as mentioned in my recent video. I will definitely keep watching Liahs video for more product recommendation!

  • That first one . I’m British and I’m disgusted. I don’t think Americans should EVER try to make fish and chips. Tf were they thinking?

  • hi everyone! i know im a guy but in this predominantly female community but i just wanted to share my take on this

i was honestly hopeful for this system. but seeing this video and my experience with clothing and body image issues, the kibbe system simply sugarcoats and distracts from real words and societal projections with flowery words. i mean emphasis on waist? compliments essence? what ddoes that even mean? ☹️

its unfortunate that we our social as humans and its our instinct to still refer to other’s preferences despite having our own. i grew up not minding that i was skinny despit being scolded by my family that i didnt look great. only when i entered adolescence that i started to consider these things about my body.

however, since ive always been stubborn and rebellious, i didnt always want to conform to other’s standards. this is somewhat confusing because i love fashion and i know that it is a concept of culture and involves everyone’s preferences. i think we just have to swallow the bittersweet pill that fashion and clothing exists in society and that it is up to us to conform and/or change that according to our ethics and scientific health standards ☹️

  • I just have to say, I have never related to anybody about my body shape and style before watching this, even after researching about kibbe for years. I have never found anyone who looks that much like me before I discovered Tiffany. For months I’ve been suspecting she was a soft classic, like me, so all of this now confirms my suspitions. I too feel like I have a long torso, can never wear low rise pants, or have messy hair. I just wanted to thank you for all the hard work that went into this series!

  • 11:30
    Who was the architect?
Looks like a carport on a retirement village mobile home in Florida!

Apparently this style is called the ‘Mrs. Ronald McDonald’… it sounds daring, but I’m going to try it out for the McGillicudy funeral this weekend.

  • Wow I thought you were taller! I’m 5’3, and my torso is longer and my legs are shorter too! When you were describing your style I was thinking “wow that’s exactly how I dress for MY body!”. I’m glad someone else knows the struggle. it’s hard being short, and having extra short legs makes it much more obvious and hard to find clothes:/

  • To be fair the upper gun deck of Vasa was to heavy and the hull of the ship was to tall for it to possibly remain stable not because of some engineering mistakes, but by demand of the idiot of a king. Of course all the blame was later given to the leading architect despite him just following orders.

  • mostly being homemade meals? hmm well we can determine our portions more when we are at home. So of course you would eat everything on your plate.

  • Great tips, thank you for sharing what you’ve learned so far! Do you resize any of your photos, or does Smush do all the work for you?

  • i cant stand this channel and keep accidentally clicking on it.please for the love of god! how do i stop it from entering my feeds?

  • The most common reason for kids not eating their meals has nothing to do with them been picky, its just parents don’t have any form of discipline with their children and so if the kid doesn’t finish his meal about half hour to an hour later hes sat there eating bad food like crisps and sweets. So in a way yes its because the children are picky but not really in the right way, they just don’t want to eat the healthier food because junk food tastes nicer and parents let them get away with it.

Before you know it obesity crisis, like some of the major countries of the world have right now including the US.

  • If the McDonald’s pizza haven’t failed
I wonder if in a parallel universe McDonald’s became a pizza place instead of being a fast food place
That would be a unexpected coincidence

  • There’s those words again…Rout, Jagwar, Guyzer, Si-pre-an.. Rout = To flee, defeat absolute, a disorderly retreat….it’s the bridge that ran away. The car with a W and not a U in it’s spelling. A pool of hot water named by the Vikings. Please try Route, JagUar, GEySer and Cyp-re-an…Thank you….enjoyed the vid…..as a note of interest, I hope? I used to work in the food industry the company I worked for obtained various foodstuffs from around the world, including but not limited to Canada, USA, Turkey, Indonesia, Poland. All need to have UBD’s (Use By Dates) every country provided UBD’s using Day-Month-Year i.e 12/6/19, except one, the USA, which always had the UBD’s in Month-Day-Year i.e. 12/6/19, see the problem? if using DMY numerology it means the product from the US would be six months out of date.

  • I’m on the shorter side too, and I wish my legs were longer to match my torso also, when she first said her body type was balanced, I thought, Libra!

  • I wondered why this was such a crap production. Then I realized my mistake. I inadvertently clicked on a “Be Amazed” video.
    It won’t happen again.

  • Spent the weekend arguing with relatives while we were all putting in concrete fence posts. Half of us were using feet and inches the other half of us were using centimeters which wasn’t an issue until they started calling out inch measurements and saying centimeters.

  • I like the fact it doesn’t (at least as far as ive seen) try to dress you to try and fit the ideal beauty stranded.. like a lot of these categorization things seem to be like ‘yes the ideal face shape is an oval so if you have anything else we are going to do everything we can to hide it and convince people your oval’

  • Y’all are so mean to this channel. They’re literally making these videos for YOU. If you don’t like it, don’t watch it. That simple.

  • 39:26 You know it’s possible to be a lesbian without being a misandrist, it’s not fair to abuse Kibbe when you don’t really know his motivatation, and it seems kind of bigoted to sneer at ‘euro-centric’ beauty standards because what makes some other beauty standards inherently better… because white people eewww or something? It just seems disengenous to come into a fashion system designed by a man then complain it’s a beauty system designed by a man that you don’t care about anyway… so why did you even participate? People like attrative things, and that includes other people… look at your home there, why did you even bother to decorate it if you are so above the impact of beauty?

  • I always finish food on the plate when I cook at home.

I’m smart enough to know how much to eat.

Majority of time I never finish a burger with fries. I throw like more than half my fries away

  • Hard to believe The U.S. still isn’t using the metric system. Them, Liberia, and Burma are the only countries left still using imperial measurements.

  • I almost always eat everything I serve myself; I hate wasting perfectly good food and generally know how hungry I am or how much I need to eat to be nutritionally satisfied.
The ‘almost’ comes from the fact that I often feel full after only a few bites when I’m sick. I end up having to decide between forcing it down or trying to save it for later (which isn’t always an option, depending on the dish).

  • I don’t know from where to start and what to do for my skin. honestly right now my skin is in such a horrible condition i don’t want to see myself in mirror

  • The Body positivity term was coined by a white woman on the smaller side, who had dealt with an eating disorder and whose sister died from a boob job complication. So to say its not really meant for “smaller white women’ is…confusing? for reference see thebodypositive.org, we all deserve to be happy with our bodies (and that counts for smaller people as well), but at its core, it was meant for burn victims, disabled people, people with disfigurements etc, its not about body size. Its about accepting things people cannot change about themselves. And yes, YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR WEIGHT. No you don’t have to be model thin. You can be healthy if you are overweight because of muscle mass. But if you cannot see your toes, or struggle to get up a flight of stairs that is not healthy. If you get corona and you are obese, you are 3X more likely to end up in the ICU. That is facts. No one should bully or discredit someone for their appearance, but it is naive to deny the fact that a person’s health is not at risk. Yes, you should love your body at any size. But you must love it enough to take care of it. Doctor’s are not fat phobic, they are factual. They studied for years and know that size matters for your health. Tess holiday can hardly walk, that is not body positive, that is an eating disorder.

  • Blockbuster was a shitty business $9 for a new movie you get it for one night and then the late fees I will never shed a tear for them family video $3 for a new movie you get it multiple days believe me there is a reason Blockbuster is gone and and family video continue to open new locations

  • Is it just me who doesn’t really care that it was created by a man?? I totally get where they’re coming from being as it’s specifically aimed at women and it’s not by a woman but I think for me I’m just like “if it works it works if it doesn’t it doesn’t” idk I just thought it was interesting that it was a deal breaker for some of them and it never even crossed my mind ‍♀️

  • This is the first I’ve heard about silk pillow cases, but now that I’ve heard it, it makes a whole lotta sense. My pillow heats up and I have to turn it over in order to feel less uncomfortable. A silk pillow case will def stay cool for longer. Thanks!

  • The part of moisturizing the skin even if it is oily is sooooo true once I started doing it my skin became so healthy and I get oily skin just a little now

  • I usually finish my own plate unless I am at a restaurant or something, because those portions are typically WAY too big. My kids are hit or miss. Sometimes they finish everything and want more (but we only allow 2nds on fruits and veggies.) And sometimes they barely eat at all. However, Usually they eat most of it. And we don’t try to make them finish. We encourage them to at least try every thing on their plate, but we also tell them that if their belly is full they can stop eating. If they are hungry enough they will eat what they have; and if they are still hungry after that they are allowed as much fruit and veggies as they want.

  • Since when did kids tell us what we’re gonna eat, I’ll give em a back hand and ask them if they want some seconds with that choice

  • I think any styling or dressing recommendations should be taken with a grain of salt and a bit of a critical eye. I’ve had a look at the Kibbe thing before and I’ve gotten some decent tips but you still need to use your own experience in dressing yourself to know whats good and what isn’t.

So, I’m Soft Classic, according to kibbe, classic silhouettes with a bit of detail or a twist is the way to go, yeah that is generally the easiest and most flattering clothes for me but I know based on my own experiance that soft, light colours look terrible on me so I’ll throw recommendation out.

I think, if these things interest you, looking at the tips, you should be able to separate the good from the bad. Then just take what you liked and see how it can be applied to your personal style think this is probably the best way to approach it.

  • I felt Tiffany’s description of her sense of style so hard! I rarely wear sweats and a sweatshirt outside of my apartment bc I feel like I don’t look cute in them, I just look tired/sick.

  • hey! i just wanted to ask, is it really good to use ice on your face? i’ve seen a lot of people talk about how good it is but i’m a little worried to try it out.

  • i have extremely sensitive skin,i mean i cant even use lotions because i start getting pimples. What am i supposed to do with my skin and which is the best facewash and moisturizer for my skin?and should i use sunscreen if so then which one?

  • I don’t get why parents make their kids eat all the food on their plate, if their full why stuff more into them that could result in them being fat or just feeling sick from being to full, it’s stupid

  • My most expensive mistake? 12 years at a state university getting two completely worthless pieces of paper. I’m now a housewife and a self published author because my degrees never got me a single job that paid over min wage. My university should be ashamed of themselves for convincing students to do a program that they have now cut… because it is USELESS.

  • (sorry for bad english, im french-canadian)
i mean. it hurts a little to hear that thin white women shouldnt be in the body positivity movement. i understand that we can just identify with self love and i want to leave the BP space to marginalised people because they need it the most. i just want to say that, looking down on thin white women as being all the same is hurtful too. Not everyone that is thin is concidered beautiful. Ive been called anorexic, i see men online belitteling my body as being a stick that is not attractive. Ive also been looked at by fat people as a whining priviledged thin white woman when i speak about my problems with my body and that hurts because i dont especially want to take away their space or even being a part of the movement cuz i know its not for me, but i just want to be validated.:) (I also know that in the medias, the BP movement should be put forward by and for marginalised bodies, they are the ones that hurt the most and that are being looked down on by society)

  • “Respect your skin and give it a chance to recover on its own”.
This is probably the most realistic and genuine video on skin care i have ever watched.

  • Re: No.5 Why, oh why, does the USA still use that archaic measurement system. It’s use has caused so many failures that they MUST realise that metric is the only way to go. Also metric, even SI, is so much quicker & easier to use. Try calculating how many inches in 2 miles. Then try how many mtetres in 2km, you don’t even need ‘calculation’ it’s so easy. Get with the 20th century, guys.

  • I used to have a oily skin so i was washing my face with cleansing gel every single day and my skin started to drying, i thought it was normal. It doesn’t! Now, I’m using it only when i need it and i moisturize my skin every day and my skin type went from oily to normal. My skin will be more smooth if i drink water but i don’t have the habit of drinking water… Stay hydrated guys!!!

  • It’s interesting I have had a much more positive experience with the kibbe system. It actually helped me feel much better about my body (fellow soft classic here!). It’s not like the system is telling me I can’t wear the boxy stylish clothes I adore on other people it just explains to me the gut feeling I’ve always had that I just don’t feel good and “me” in them. Before I blamed that on my body or my abilities to style certain items. Plus, in a time where one is bombarded with different styles and trends daily I like a bit of reduction of possibilities actually and don’t feel contricted by the “rules” at all. I haven’t checked the facts but I remember from a youtube video that the ying/yang contrast and typing actually was brought forward by a woman in the 20s.

  • What to do if
lets say you sweated a lot because you had a training or its hot outside and its literally 12 pm, remove it with just water? but if i had a makeup that time, then what? I often have a situations like this and i dont know what to do…

  • I love Dnews but this video hardly addresses the title. I thought it would provide info on whether portion size is linked to better or worse health. Like is it better to eat a large meal or a few smaller meals?

  • jesus is coming soon you cant just believe in him to enter into heaven even satan belives in him you need the holy spirit to be saved and be baptized in jesus name.

  • I’m also addicted in wiping cotton on my face. Its just so satisfying. I also use cleansers often in a day because my skin gets very oily and i don’t like the look of it (though it makes my skin look glowy, the oil tends to get too much and it makes my face look dirty.) I’ve also stopped using moisturizer because i thought it made my face even more oily.

Watching this has made me realize I’ve done so many wrong things on my face. Hopefully, i get right back on track❤

  • I’m a dramatic classic! I enjoy the kibbe system because it works with your body shape instead of correcting for what you lack. In that way, I think it can help with body acceptance. When I read most DCs are actually pear shapes, I started to feel like my lower half was helping to create beautiful shapes and lines to complement my best features.

I already had a strong intuition of what looks best on me, but it’s nice to have guidelines articulated as well.:)

  • WTF about the flag of Cyprus on 6:12? You did all that research to find information, pictures and videos to document your video, but when you googled “flag of Cyprus” you found that piece of shit? You are pathetic…

  • I used to get made fun of for wearing athleisure before it became super popular so I just hate going out wearing sweats and such. I can’t pull off ‘messy’ styles so I go for vintage

  • I fucking love your channel! There’s not a lot of you tubers who do stuff like you. I watch a lot of your videos with my family because they’re such great conversation starters. You’re never scared of saying the things that need to be said and discussing touchy topics. Keep it up!

  • I eat until full, then stop. I see no reason to force feed anyone. I also have chosen to not eat after 4 pm, done that since middle school. It just makes more sense to eat when one needs too, rather than more food based on an antiquated notion.

  • So, if this just applies to portions one served oneself doesn’t that just mean adults are pretty good a gauging how much they want to eat. Whereas kids have to be told not to let their eyes exceed their stomach?

I see a logical fallacy with this conclusion.

  • First rule of Clean plate club is never speak of Clean plate club.
Second rule of Clean plate club is NEVER SPEAK OF CLEAN PLATE CLUB!!!

  • If Alaska had not been sold to the USA Russia would have had all the natural benefits plus a huge chunk of north America to threaten the US with during the cold war. Smart land grab America.

  • I remember reading that Philips invented compact cassettes and wanted other manufacturers to pay them a levy of about one dollar on each one they sold. But the likes of Sony etc refused and threatened to bring out their own versions. Philips backed down as they wanted to avoid a format war (similar to what happened with VHS and Betamax years later). So Philips gave up a small fortune.

This is what happens when “government” runs things.
You will see this over and over and over again all throughout world history.
The people who want to rule over everyone else are NOT cognitively stable individuals.
Common sense should tell you those obsessed with power are mentally unbalanced to start with.

  • I would have thought adults eat all of what is on their plate because they put it there, they know what they wanted and what they would eat. Kids on the other hand normally get food served for them.

  • mostly being homemade meals? hmm well we can determine our portions more when we are at home. So of course you would eat everything on your plate.

  • I haveba cbd natural exfoliater mask that im supposed to use twice a week, leave on for 10-15 minutes, is this damaging my skin in the long run?

  • Hi, my derma said I should not apply moisturizer on my dry patches because it may clog on my pores and can potentially damage my skin (pimples). I am still confused when should I put some moisturizer and when should I not? ☹️
    Hoping for answer thanks!
    Love your videos ❤❤

  • I really enjoyed this series!!!!! I love the diversity in guests you had as well as the thoughtful discussion about Kibbe. I personally really like Kibbe. I am a Dramatic Classic and I felt like it explained why looser, more bohemian styles don’t look good on me.

  • Trinny and Susannah’s Body Shape Bible has been the most helpful style advice for me. I really like Kibbe but I feel like tall women don’t don’t have as much nuance in that system. The Flamboyant Natural advice kind of reminds me of tips for “apple” shaped women and 40+.

  • I try to stay slightly hungry during the week to stay alert, and then over eat on the weekends. I’m convinced occasionally overeating has a evolutionary health benefit. I feel more recharged during the week when I do this… could also be due to the calorie induced coma…

  • I know this is old but I keep telling my kids were in an electronic world. Things happen quick and fast. So beware of the next wave and tread carefully. Don’t get in to deep as we know big changes can happen in a nano second. Like everyone trying to read the future. dad:)

  • Every photo shown with Kibbe even if just describing fabric to look for, or tailoring, show photos of very thin women. That tells me everything right there

  • I swear my dressing style and insecurities are so similar to Tiffany’s hahah are we long lost sisters or something? Although in my case I also feel a bit self conscious about my very wide back and shoulders… But luckily I don’t see them too much, only on picture from the back and stuff

  • I just broke out on my forehead i havent had acnee this bad since 2007 I’m 30 now literally over night my forehead felt bumpy i don’t like this one bit

  • Did you know that we are all owned by the government, and we are property to them, our birth certificate is also a bond once an application for a social security number is put in, technically the government has a value on each human, they even said “using us as collateral”, they put that in once the US first went bankrupt back in the 30s since got off the gold system so they made the citizens into objects of money cause that’s all they had left

  • Humans naturally like simmetry. So it is normal that you like certain things and dislike other things that make you look out of proportion. It is in our nature, it is all about mating with a partner who has good genes (we really are simple creatures, arent we…). And generally speaking simmetrical bodies portray good genes. That is it. It is internal, an instinct.

  • Actually according to the FDA serving sizes on a bag of mozzarella sticks a serving size is one lonely piece. Plus anorexia is a giant problem.

  • I’m short with a longer torso and shorter legs. I wear long shirts. I wear skinny jeans or leggings. I like my shorts to be longer in length.

  • This doesn’t really tell you why it matters… I expect more from you DNews than lame click tactics. You got your view, but you’d have gotten it anyway.

  • I’m a fashion student and I like Kibbe because it isn’t trend based, but I ignore all the color and print recommendations. I think the “lines”, the shape of the clothes, is the part that’s helpful. It’s also important to keep in mind that we don’t fit exactly in any of the types.

  • I remember reading that Philips invented compact cassettes and wanted other manufacturers to pay them a levy of about one dollar on each one they sold. • Tell that to my grandma. When I was a kid whenever I went to visit her she would have a big ass plate with at least 2kg of food in it. Even if I managed to eat most of it she would say I didnt like it or I ate nothing, that way forcing me to gather some last strength to eat the rest. Usually this ended up with me puking and everybody saying I was anorexic and shit since  I was pretty skinny at that age…. fuck that stereotype shit.

  • Why send something to an other planet when you can send something to Denver Colorado and they will be just as clueless as an ailien would be over some calculations made by earthlings

  • I’m short with a longer torso and shorter legs. I wear long shirts. I wear skinny jeans or leggings. I like my shorts to be longer in length.

  • I loved this! Something like this would be great for someone who needs somewhere to start when it comes to developing their style and don’t know where to begin

  • The middle one with the same amount of peas the same amount of chips from the first plate and one less fish finger

    Perfect amount of food

    But I make my chips

  • I used to love milk(3-4 glasses per meal) and hate food(3-4 bites per meal) now I hate milk and only drink what my mom makes me and get at leat 3 helpings of food.

  • kids aren’t picky, it’s just that their parents give them way too much food on their plate. my parents were the same with me when i was a kid. parents overestimate how much food kids need because they want their kids to be well fed.

  • Seems like doesn’t matter how good a company is, they will always fold if the do not expect to keep up with the times of tomorrow. Expect to change for the future trends. What works today most likely will not work tomorrow.

  • Clean plate club mentality is bad. It encourages people to eat more calories than they should (I speak from experience). I’m glad my daughter stops eating when she’s full instead of eating just cuz it’s there on her plate.

  • So, if this just applies to portions one served oneself doesn’t that just mean adults are pretty good a gauging how much they want to eat. Whereas kids have to be told not to let their eyes exceed their stomach?

I see a logical fallacy with this conclusion.

  • As a child, I attended this daycare where I was made to sit at the table for HOURS until I could eat everything on my plate. Now I’m old and know how messed up that was. Better a kid go hungry and learn than be given an eating disorder.

  • I feel good about the kibbe test. I’m still gonna wear whatever I like to wear but I like that it gives me some new perspectives to consider and new style options I might like that I didn’t think of before. I’ve never felt pressured to wear or not wear anything

  • The most fundamentally skin damaging mindset: not trusting your skin enough DAMN LIAH I felt that. I love your videos

  • I’m a fashion student and I like Kibbe because it isn’t trend based, but I ignore all the color and print recommendations. I think the “lines”, the shape of the clothes, is the part that’s helpful. It’s also important to keep in mind that we don’t fit exactly in any of the types.

  • There are just too many factors here. What about if there is vegetables on the plate, then in America less people are going to eat it. Many American’s think of vegetables as a decoration for their meal. So then that completely skews the numbers. That’s just one huge factor off the top of my head there are probably many more.

  • I try to stay slightly hungry during the week to stay alert, and then over eat on the weekends. I’m convinced occasionally overeating has a evolutionary health benefit. I feel more recharged during the week when I do this… could also be due to the calorie induced coma…

  • The biggest plonkers were Yahoo and Nokia. How on earth did Yahoo refuse Microsofts offer? Other notable failures were IBM losing to Microsoft, for failing to realise the money was in selling Operating Systems and apps instead of PCs.

Second rule of Clean plate club is NEVER SPEAK OF CLEAN PLATE CLUB!!!

  • Hard to believe The U.S. still isn’t using the metric system. Them, Liberia, and Burma are the only countries left still using imperial measurements.

No-keya?? Must be a cheap copy of Nokia. They had the tech for swipe phones before apple. Watch the documentary on how Nokia failed, interesting.

  • 7:07 this is so true. I have oily skin and I used to use a very drying facial cleanser and I didn’t drink enough water. My skin started to produce so much oil and it was very greasy that I needed to dry it out even more so that it produced even more oil. When I switched to a more gentle cleanser, used a moisturizer (I used coconut milk btw), and drank enough water my skin became balanced and produced the right amount of oil. I can also notice that my skin is slowly getting better.

  • I feel like my type must be quite ambiguous
Or just classic classic lmao idk
Hope I can get to know from someone one day, what am I lol

  • i am not.
i eat slowly and only until i am starting to feel full. no matter how much is on my plate. The rest is leftovers or occasionally compost or garbage. I almost have healthy eating habits. problem is im usually eating stuff that isn’t very healthy. haha

  • I was introduced to Kibbe as part of a movie costume design course. The instructor presented it with the idea that you could play with the Kibbe type of the actor and the “stereotypical” representation of your character to help the audience to identify the personality of the character. I think it’s a nice tool for that kind of work.

  • I usually eat everything on the plate now. My mom didn’t care if I cleaned my plate when I was younger. I would eat until I was full, and that was it.

  • Its been years since i’m not into these skincare routine like Cleanser, moisturizer etc i still achieve a Glowing and Acne free Skin so glad i don’t have to spend so much money for that.. Germicidal bar soap is enough and the use of Toner atleast once a week

  • Bruh one time I ate long john silver’s and wow I don’t lie to you! All I could taste was salt!!! I felt sick immediately and I kid you not when I peed it smelled so much from like pure salt. I literally peed salt!

  • Y’all are so mean to this channel. They’re literally making these videos for YOU. If you don’t like it, don’t watch it. That simple.

  • So Sony wasn’t selling MP3 players at the same time as the iPod? They’re still selling tons of portable music products including MP3 players. Portable music players have mostly been phased out due to smart phones, you know like the smart phones Sony makes.

    Интересно как получается то!

  • Pam Am’s main failure was not cheaping out and outsourcing to smaller local airlines the way Delta did. Delta’s cheap 3rd parties allowed it to complete with lower pricing. So what if Delta’s 3rd party safety record is criminal.

  • You fail to mention how Kodak’s profits were from proprietary film development in the very late 1990s and early 2000s. The feds finally ruled they were an illegal monopoly and would have to open up their tech to other companies. Minolta was the company that really pushed digital forward. All their models failed but lessons were learned.

  • Nokia has several divisions and sold just their mobile division, not their entire company. Nokia didn’t really make a come back they just entered a slightly different branch of business…

  • This doesn’t really tell you why it matters… I expect more from you DNews than lame click tactics. You got your view, but you’d have gotten it anyway.

  • 08:14 LOCKHEED MARTIN are at fault in this matter, by their ignorance.
By using ‘precise’ conversion only adds to the confusion.

The simple way is to STOP converting from Imperial to

Metric and start from scratch with Metric.

It is the ‘ Conversion’ process that creates confusion.

Using Metric and having all weights and measures shown ONLY

in metric and people will soon become used to it.

To prove how stupid the US Politicians are, I will use your examples of

    “ELEVATION and DEPTH of water.

(2000 ft) they converted to 609.6m

It would be certain that the elevation is NOT exactly 2000 feet, and

has been rounded off to the NEAREST FOOT, yet these failed. idiot
    politicians
fail to round off the metric measurement to 610 metres.

Same applies to the “WATER-> depth of (50 ft)” which in reality maybe

50 feet and 5 inches, thus rounded off at the NEAREST Foot to 50 feet.

Had those politicians been as intelligent as they imagine them-selves

to be, they would round off the depth to 15 Metres, as in such cases an

the accurate scientific measure is not required unless one is working in

    Engineering which requires PRECISE measurements.

With the volume and weight of food, ONLY Metric measurements are to be labeled.

People are intuitive by nature and can see what the volume is and what weight

something is, and become accustomed to it very quickly.

Converting from one to the other causes a mental problem.

The Auto industry was Metric 50 years ago.
Most bolts on the automobiles are metric… check it out.
All the component designs from Ford, Chrysler, GM are in Metric.

The USA committed to the metric system in 1875 by signing an
    international

    agreement.

‘LA CONFÉRENCE DI MÉTRE’ in Paris [FRANCE]
Signed by M. Ashbourne the U.S. Envoy to France.
All its units have been defined to the metric standard since then.
The Metric system is the official and preferred measuring system
    in the USA for

    Trade and Commerce.

Search for ‘THE CODE OF LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’

    §205b clause (1) states:
To designate the metric system of measurement as the preferred system
    of weights

and measures for the United States Trade and Commerce.

Since 1994 both Metric and US customary units have been required to be
    shown on

    labels and packaging.

The US currency is the Metric system, and it is that because the metric
    system for

    currency has been made compulsory.

The reason why people ‘Domestically in General use the modified Imperial system is
that it has not been made compulsory for common domestic use, ‘ONLY’ one state
in the US uses Metric for distance Measurement i.e Km. and not Miles.
Interstate 19 from Nogales to Tucson in AZ is measured and noticed in Km.
The ONLY U.S. Highway to have Metric Road signs.

International trade would be difficult with different measurement standards,
    which

is why the Metric System is the international system for weights and
    measures, Including the USA.

in 1975 the U.S. passed the Metric Conversion act.

  • These CEOs and board members think their such business geniuses and end up making the worst decisions. The sad part is they make these horrible choices and walk away with financial parachutes making them filthy rich. The workers that essentially built the company are left with nothing. When I see on the news bad things happening to them or their families….oh well. I reveled in delight seeing the rich lose all their money, when Bernie Madoff took advantage of their greed.

  • I’d never heard of these style systems before your initial video, and I looked into the Kibbe system and got “typed” as a soft natural. I’ve always had a hard time with clothes (buying things that look cute but I put them on and they just don’t suit me), and the recommendations for my body type match the pictures I have of myself wearing clothes that look the most flattering imo. So I did get something out of it, however I’m thin-ish. Also I was so confused by the categorization system, i had to ask other people to type me!

  • I’m sorry you have to qualify and justify and watch out you don’t say something too controversial or incendiary. It sucks people on the internet are so sensitive. Relax people…

  • GUYS LISTEN more trans fats than an average person should eat in two weeks / so basically what I’m tryna say is that an average human is meant to poop 6 times a day

  • No way, I’ve been subscribed to Farmhouse on Boone for such a long time on my other account (that I had pre the vlog channel) I never comment with that account though.. I’m going to subscribe right now with my Dawn’s Days how funny How cool you got to do the course. Hats off to you I think blogging is such a lot of work.. which is why I’ve not tried LOL.. So, if you come to Holland you know is the land of bicycles right?? You’ll fit in great but we don’t have hills here Another fabulous upload

  • i cant stand this channel and keep accidentally clicking on it.please for the love of god! how do i stop it from entering my feeds?

  • I wondered why this was such a crap production. Then I realized my mistake. I inadvertently clicked on a “Be Amazed” video.
    It won’t happen again.

  • This is a wonderful video, We tracked down an article about What brand do you feel has gotten worse over time? let’s checkout https://www.girlandpower.com/what-brand-do-you-feel-has-gotten-worse-over-time/

  • My most expensive mistake was investing 1000 dollars in my start up which didn’t do too well.
But this clip has definitely encouraged me to try again
    I’m 23, so don’t ask me why only a 1000 dollars

  • Spent the weekend arguing with relatives while we were all putting in concrete fence posts. Half of us were using feet and inches the other half of us were using centimeters which wasn’t an issue until they started calling out inch measurements and saying centimeters.

  • Why send something to an other planet when you can send something to Denver Colorado and they will be just as clueless as an ailien would be over some calculations made by earthlings

  • If I don’t server myself enough I just go back for seconds and if there isn’t more of what we had, I scrounge for something else. Portion control at the outset doesn’t work for folks like me.

  • I’m a dramatic classic and me and the dramatic classic girl look completely different, I’m about 5’8 with wide sharp shoulders as small waist and hips, I might be a soft dramatic I don’t know tho ‍♀️

  • I never even leave a grain of rice when I eat and sometimes I use my finger to mop up any juice left over. I guess that makes me part of the clean plate club.

  • I don’t know from where to start and what to do for my skin. honestly right now my skin is in such a horrible condition i don’t want to see myself in mirror

  • Since when did kids tell us what we’re gonna eat, I’ll give em a back hand and ask them if they want some seconds with that choice

  • This doesn’t really tell you why it matters… I expect more from you DNews than lame click tactics. You got your view, but you’d have gotten it anyway.

  • I remember that Taco Bell used to have an item called the grilled stuffed nacho, which was just a huge Crunchwrap with like at least 3$ worth of their produce and they only sold it for like $1.49, they lost soo much money from that in a matter of a few weeks

  • Clean plate club. It just matters what on your plate. Lots of fruits and other high carb low fat plant foodssources of plates make you feel and look great (:

  • Burgers!! Do one thing and get it right!! McDonald’s..is all over the place!!! If you going to sell pizza, pasta..and such..make it a full time gig! At least in the USA!!!

  • The part of moisturizing the skin even if it is oily is sooooo true once I started doing it my skin became so healthy and I get oily skin just a little now

  • Bruh one time I ate long john silver’s and wow I don’t lie to you! All I could taste was salt!!! I felt sick immediately and I kid you not when I peed it smelled so much from like pure salt. I literally peed salt!

  • That first one . I’m British and I’m disgusted. I don’t think Americans should EVER try to make fish and chips. Tf were they thinking?

  • -Less than 10 grams of sugar a day
    -Zero dairy
    -changes pillow case daily
-5 litres of water a day
    -regularly wash face
All that and I still have bad acne?? What am I doing wrong?

  • hey! i just wanted to ask, is it really good to use ice on your face? i’ve seen a lot of people talk about how good it is but i’m a little worried to try it out.

  • Its been years since i’m not into these skincare routine like Cleanser, moisturizer etc i still achieve a Glowing and Acne free Skin so glad i don’t have to spend so much money for that.. Germicidal bar soap is enough and the use of Toner atleast once a week

  • my acne calmed down not with the products I was given by my dermatologist, but strangely enough with quarantine lol. As for my eating habits, I don’t always eat healthy and sometimes I just don’t eat… because quarantine. I have mixed skin and just washing with water, with occasional use of cleansing gel (very gentle on the skin, no irritating agent) + using good korean face masks (for hydration), and moisturizing my skin after washing with warm water really helped me. I still get hormonal acne, but it’s wayyyy better now. I still have my acne scars on my cheeks, but I believe it’ll go away in time:) they fade little by little

  • I really wanted to see everyone put together an outfit that they really like using some of the rules. I get that its a little hard to do that right now though.

  • I haveba cbd natural exfoliater mask that im supposed to use twice a week, leave on for 10-15 minutes, is this damaging my skin in the long run?

  • I trust Korean and Japanese people when it comes to skin care.
My mom looking at BTS: OMG can we switch faces?
Me: no their skin will stay with them
    Mom: selfish…
Me: YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH ME AND THE MLITARY AND ALL ARMY’s TO GET THEIR SKIN. And you never will

  • Hey,would you say the same with milk cleanser to wash off?mine says wipeoff and it is meant to be a cleanser/toner,name is guinot hydrasensitive cleanser. Thankyou
