  • Can you take it your whole life? What happens when you stop? I have memory problems due to anxiety and my brain is in a continuous fog.. i was wondering if there might be some permanent damage to the brain after you stop.. or just temporary side effects.

  • I find Rhodiola Rosea and Alpha GPC to be a good combination. Looking into trying a racetam along with Alpha GPC. I’m also curious about adrafinil as I’ve found modafinil very beneficial, but modafinil is prescription only and usually only prescribed for narcolepsy. Anecdotal reports of effectiveness online seem to be mixed, though.

  • Hello! New to these supplements. I’ve been doing my research before I purchase, as you mentioned that Bacopa does tend to un motivate someone, I’m trying to stack something on top so I do not get this effect. Would you recommend stacking Bacopa and Lions mane, or Bacopa and Aniracatam? Also, would the dosage make a difference in each? I apologize in advance if these questions are too detailed, I’m just a noob at this world. Lol thank you in advance!:))

  • I’m not sure if Bacopa will work if you’re a healthy young adult. I haven’t noticed any side effects besides minor diarrhea. Also, you need to make sure to buy your Bacopa without heavy metal since you don’t want to get lead poisoning. I bought mine from Gaia Herbs since they had COA on their website.

  • This morning, when I opened by powder bacopa, I noticed that, near the bottom of the bottle, the powder was clumpy. Is it still good to consume?

  • newp newp newp doesn’t work been supplementing with it for like 3-4 months trying to increase dream recal to get back to lucid dreaming. i used to lucid dream all the time for years till about a decade of third shift seems to have comletely destroyed my dream recal forever. its been almost 5 years since i’ve been off third shift & still nothing. pisses me off to no end i miss godmode. so ya bacopa is a pile of fetid lies just pure garbage.

  • Hello I’ve just discovered your page and immediately subscribed as the information is great.. I have just ordered lions mane, bocopa and Rhodiola all powder form… What recommendations do you have for this stack? Mix all 3 in water possibly? And thanks for the videos taught me alot

  • Bacopa very good, and I also had same review with this product, but only taking bacopa will decrease your heart rate and that leads to slight discomfort in the chest, this is the major side effect.

  • I want to boost mental focus in morning, so should i stack ALCAR with Bacopa, ALCAR with ginko,
ALCAR with ALA or some other aminos?
Could you please suggest any of the combination for mental focus?
I’m taking ALCAR and it is working fine but i want to further enhance my focus, so what are some other combination

  • Love this no nonsense channel. Very crisp and informative.
Small doubt: I am taking bacopa 250mg tablet every night since a week. I feel sleepy and lazy all day and some heavyness in head. What should I do now?
Also, taking a 250mg ashwagandha tablet in morning

  • The editing is sooooooooooo good. Super instructional. It’s like they are connected to the part of your brain that speaks and your audiences eyes. Lol

  • Most of the studies show that you should take it for 3-4 months, not weeks.
Also, I would recommend everyone to take Brahmi in form of pure essential oils, not pills.

    Thanks for for this video.

  • I started looking into bacopa to experiment with stuttering. What are videos where I can see your stuttering? You speak magnificent in this video!! Automatic subscriber. loving your youtube channel!!!

  • I find it hard to measure out 600mg of bacopa powder. How do you do it? Do you also just directly pour it into your mouth and ingest?

  • How many supplements do you take a day, I don’t want a list of what if you don’t want to however that would be interesting however just a number of pills you physically take a day?

  • Do you notice less fatigue or decreased brain fog with bacopa? Would taking bacopa with creatine be a good stack? I tried creatine monohydrate and noticed significant reductions in brain fog and improved reasoning skills. I’m leaning towards another nootropic to help with anxiety. Would bacopa be suitable?

  • Can anyone vouch for this website https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.purenootropics.net/product/bacognize-bacopa-monnieri-powder-capsules/amp/

  • Very correctly said. It’s a great stress reliever. Best taken around evening or at bed time. Works best when taken in empty stomach.

  • I have horrible brain fog and memory issues, and I have to say Lion’s Mane + Bacopa all the way!!! Take it with Omega 3 (Fish oil) so your body can absorb it optimally. It’s no miracle, but you will notice improvement.

  • Can anyone vouch for this website https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.purenootropics.net/product/bacognize-bacopa-monnieri-powder-capsules/amp/

  • Another question: the cap says to close tightly, but other than lightly twisting it, you have to push own and squeeze pretty hard to open. Am I closing the cap correctly? I don’t want the bacopa to expire.

  • I can’t listen to this today. Wish I could but…Smart drugs help me focus too much and the music is distracting and makes me uncomfortable. I like the theme at the beginning and ending of videos, but not during. I think a lot of people just turn it off or tune it out. If you think it enhances the message then try and record with the background on when you are talking. Also, put on your phone and turn up the music when selling a house for your customers to listen to when you are pitching. It is a distraction. People can only listen to one thing carefully at a time. Just a tip if you want us to hear 100% what you are saying.

  • Thanks for posting this. I just started a new business and my bacopa intake may be what’s compounding my fatigue. It worked very well at first and now that my workload is doubled I’ve been feeling almost drowsy for seemingly no reason. I was taking it for the sake of increased recollection. Gonna cycle off for a tick and see how it goes.

  • I remember my doctor ridiculing me when I told him I was taking Brahmi an Ayurvedic medicine….Now almost a decade later I see Brahmi becoming Bacopa and good doctors prescibing it…..still most doctors in America make fun of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian school of medicine which actually made the first research on this and several other herbs. My son has ADHD, his school is ready to provide him pharmaceutical drugs for free but will not even listen about how herbs like Brahmi, Gotukola has made real difference in his life.

  • Could you please review HARITAKI herb. I couldn’t find a good scientific review. It is said to enhance brain function, detox, and pineal gland or third eye. I trust your scientific review.
    Thanks

  • Hi, I have 4 bottles of Mindlab pro it’s for 4 months.
I want to buy piracetam 1 kg, oxiracetam 60 g, pramiracetam 30 g, Alpha GPC 60 g, and maybe maintain. How do you think is that combination a good choice to add to Mindlab pro, or you would correct something? I can spend going 200 350 dollars more.

  • This morning, when I opened by powder bacopa, I noticed that, near the bottom of the bottle, the powder was clumpy. Is it still good to consume?

  • When you are recommending “ x mg active ingredient “ “300mg daily “
You are applying a drug premise to a wholesome food
Herbs used in their wholesome form have central benefits. And side benefits
    . No side effects
I respectfully suggest you consider a tea (infusion ) of the organic leaf 1oz to 1 pint distilled water
    1 tspn to 1 cup
Or you 1/2 teaspoon of dried powder + 1 teaspoon Ashwaganda powder (they are synergistic together. with honey full fat yoghurt and a dash warm water 2 times daily before meals
    Take am & lunch
6 days on. 1 day rest
    Repeat
    I work in medicine

  • The whole 4-6 weeks to work seems to be a common thing with supplements. How are you supposed to know if it works if it takes a whole month top work?

  • This is very interesting. I am a plant lover and have started growing bacopa in my pond. It was given to me as a gift. I use many medicinal herbs and “weeds” in my daily life and I think I’ll be adding bacopa to that list. Thanks so much!

  • THE CATCH IS ACTUALLY NOT MENTIONED. Bacopa caused a lower sperm count when investigated in multiple studies. This is temporary and returns after stopping the herb.

  • After switching from Synapsa capsules to bacopa Synapsa powder just a week ago, I noticed a huge increase in memory. It was just incredible. My chess rating shot up, my human benchmark visual memory test scores shot up, and I notice that I learn things way faster than before and would recall them very well the next day. You were rightthe powder form is way more effective!

  • I just ordered soul drops mind and it arrives tomorrow. Have U tried them yet? I heard the sleep one is the best so I got that one too

  • Just wanted to say I really appreciate your going in-depth on the Safety of herbs etc. in your videos. The Safety of anything I put in my body is Very Important me & should be to everyone 😉

  • When I heard of bacopa, I was told it can help you improve concentration; haven’t notice any differences. What I did notice was tiredness, it made me so sleepy that I couldn’t concentrate in anything(tried it for a month 500mg). The only benefit for me was relaxation so I guess for me its good for restful sleep.

  • webmd says under side effects:

Lung conditions: Bacopa might increase fluid secretions in the lung. There is concern that this could worsen lung conditions such as asthma or emphysema.

  • wow, I recently bought bacopa, and this video got featured in my youtube recommendations. BACOPA really helps in alleviating my stress and reduces my anxiety, especially during business interviews. THANKS MIKE. GOOD CONTENT! I

  • Hii, I’m taking bacopa mother tincture 20 drops empty stomach and Piracetam (800mg) with alpha gpc(250mg). Have a very important exam in 1.5 months. I started this stack 1 week ago. Please review it and tell me what could I do to make it better?

  • Hello I’ve just discovered your page and immediately subscribed as the information is great.. I have just ordered lions mane, bocopa and Rhodiola all powder form… What recommendations do you have for this stack? Mix all 3 in water possibly? And thanks for the videos taught me alot

  • N acetyl cysteine helped your stutter? I have one because my brain thinks faster than I can spit it out my son has it as well his stutter is worse. Any other noots or nutrient you would recommend?

  • I have been suffering from amnesia for about 4 years now and sacrifised my studies bcz of it. Forgets everything. I went to docter many a times and what they do is to give ecitalopram which does absolutely nothing. Also I have developed stammering during this period making me a confused person. taking this supplement help me? Anyone plz suggest me combination of supplements to recover my memory

  • The editing is sooooooooooo good. Super instructional. It’s like they are connected to the part of your brain that speaks and your audiences eyes. Lol

  • Very well put I also have a very great short/long term memory thanks to the bacopa, Also you forgot to add to make sure to have it with a fat because it fat soluble

  • do u feel the memory effects right away? for students who are study and u take it before studying, do unotice the effects on the study session? or after the couple of weeks as well?

  • Hi recently I’ve been following your videos.. can I know are you taking Bacopa and Ashvaganda both on daily basis. if so how long do you think we can continue these. Thanks

  • Could you clarify something for me? You said you take in the afternoon because of the energy, but then you said it wasn’t good for motivation because it will make you lethargic. I’m a little confused, how can it do both?

  • I am glad you made this video, this is most likely my issue I am generally a relaxed person, I will try HTP5 as my serotonin evels are low, maybe that will help as most of the things that seem to help you and others make me extremely tired and lethargic.

Exacltly all those that supposed to motivate and stimlulate dont work: Ashwaganda, L theanine, L Tyrosine
On the other hand Mucuna Pruriens, Yohimbe bark, Kratom, Horny goat weed, Ginko Biloba and Phenylpiracetam work really well! Oh and of course Panax Ginseng. Such a contrast.
Id say I am sensitive as I take just a few mg of ashwaganda and L tyrosine and I am done, and I have trouble the next day to become myself its that strong to me, that I stay sleepy for sometimes 2-3 days.

  • Isn’t there different versions of bacopa? One supposedly doesn’t give you fatigue and destroy your sex drive? I think it’s called synapsa or something although I’ll have to double check

  • Would you recommend Gotu Kola or Bacopa for an overall cognitive function enhancement? What is your recommendation on taking Ashwagandha together with Bacopa?

  • I remember my doctor ridiculing me when I told him I was taking Brahmi an Ayurvedic medicine….Now almost a decade later I see Brahmi becoming Bacopa and good doctors prescibing it…..still most doctors in America make fun of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian school of medicine which actually made the first research on this and several other herbs. • Thank you! Very informative and clear presentation. Question: I have taken Bacopa as part of a formulation for several years and just tried taking the Synapsa formulation of Bacopa on its own. I noticed pretty significant tiredness/lethargy after taking. Should I take the Bacopa in the evening to help shift this effect? Will that side effect dissipate soon or is it likely to continue for several weeks or longer. I am a significant coffee drinker so I am glad you mentioned that connection in your video. That may be why I am especially experiencing that effect.

  • awesome vid brotha, clear and concise with no bs. btw i have a mix with this and ashwaghanda. I am in the scientific field so am a little skeptical about these things but lets see what they do haha. What do you recommend taking or what are you taking currently?

  • Bro, your videos are actually so awesome. You put in so much science, physiology, and biochemistry. Exactly what youtube’s missing. I love it.

  • Nootropicsdepot is located in Arizona. I just ordered my bacopa by mail and noticed that it’s been over 100 degrees F there. I’m kind of worried that the heat will damage the bacopa during shipping? Is there a way to tell if the bacopa is not as potent or expired?

  • Bacopa very good, and I also had same review with this product, but only taking bacopa will decrease your heart rate and that leads to slight discomfort in the chest, this is the major side effect.
