Air Fryer Protein Fudge Brownie! | High Protein, Low Calorie & Only 8 Minutes to Make!

Video taken from the channel: Flexible Dieting Lifestyle

High Protein Back Brownie Recipe. 8 pieces of bacon. 1 and 1/3 cup Complete Pancake Mix. 1 serving of Epic Gains. 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder.

4 tablespoons Truvia sweetener. 1 tablespoon sugar/fat-free chocolate instant pudding mix. 2 teaspoons baking powder.

2 eggs. 9 tablespoons egg. Combine 1 cup pepper-type soda and 1 cup butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat; heat until butter is melted, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Step 3. Place bacon in a large skillet and cook.

This whole recipe makes more like 16+ servings. Each serving is more like 225 calories, which is high, but I don’t believe in judging nutrition by calories alone. It really depends on where those calories are coming from. It is fruits and nuts. Each serving also comes with a a whopping 9.3 grams of fiber and 7.2 grams of protein.

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix dry ingredients (oat flour, chocolate whey powder, baking cocoa, salt, baking soda) together in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients (egg whites, berry applesauce, Stevia) together in a medium-sized bowl. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

Line an 8”x8” square pan with foil and coat with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour and protein powder. Place 1 cup of the chocolate chips and the coconut oil in a bowl and microwave for 30-second. 4 Ingredient flourless brownies packed with protein and 100% guilt-free!

These gooey and fudgy protein brownies are your new post-workout snack! After a heavy workout, I often enjoy flourless protein brownie bites, homemade protein bars, and these fudgy protein brownies. Lets Talk Brownies. Over a year ago now I came out with this infamous recipe for brownies. Little did I know that it would go on to become my most popular recipe on YouTube.

Now, that recipe is great really really great actually, but it does have just one tiny flaw. Unfortunately that recipe contains dairy. Per ¾ cup serving: 270 calories, 8.3 g fat, 7.9 g fiber, 19.5 g sugar, 6.7 g protein (calculated using water) This overnight oats recipe calls for two nutritional superstars: flax and chia seeds.

Both are good sources of belly-filling fiber and. Of course an extra 12 calories per brownie doesn’t matter if you have just one, but let’s be honest, a lot of us will eat the whole pan, so that results in an extra 108 calories which is somewhat significant. 620-684 calories is still great though for the whole pan considering an entire pan of Ghirardelli brownies is like 3600 calories. Protein Brownies that taste delicious!

These healthy flourless protein brownie bites are like their original version, only in more portable, bite-sized form. They only need four basic ingredients, so basic you should have them in your pantry/counter top right this minute.

  • I’m sure this gets asked every video. But what air fryer do you use? You should jot it down in your description when doing air fryer recipes! Thank you

  • Just made half of this recipe and it turned out AMAZING! I substituted the cookie butter protein powder for regular Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder and it was great!

  • Oh my yummy goodness!!! I didn’t have oat flour so I used a combination of rice flour and thick rolled oats. My version came out more cake like. Thank you!!

  • Halo top!!

bought into the hype and got this protein. Consistently AMAZING baked protein treats. (Pricey for the amount you get though)

  • I just made these and they were fudgey and amazing! Never going back to my old protein brownie recipe. Also, I didn’t have the cookie butter protein powder because it’s not available for me, instead I used one tbsp of pb2 (peanut butter powder) and 3 tbsps of unsweetened cocoa powder

  • What is brownie butter protein cookie butter powder. I will just mix chocolate and peanut butter powder because that’s what I have. Any other suggestions would be appreciated for a replacement ingredient for this

  • a small amount of  can curb your craving without blowing your diet. So I think you have a chance for them to last in the fridge for a week. Just maybe

  • Cheesecake ice cream on top with strawberry as well. Sugar free chocolate syrup on top some peanuts. In the brownie some marshmallows and Reece’s covered pretzels

  • For me this didnt tast good at all. I was looking forward to it but when I had it I couldn’t finish 1 brownie. The pumpkin taste is really heavy for me

  • This is truly amazing and very inspiring for my own channel! Great editing and clear and concise. Captivating from start to end and improving video by video. I’ve go some courgettes and definitely will be making this. Thank You

  • Oreo and brownie both look amazing and would help with chocolate cravings so maybe a snickerdoodle would be good or I am thinking this same recipe but sub hazelnut butter for the PB and it might be kind of more like Nutella

  • This is my dream pb. But I guess if I have to pick something else I might try a fruit swirl. I can’t wait to have this on pancakes, oatmeal, rice cakes….um everything.

  • Dude just made this for the first time after seeing it on your channel a million times. Straight fireeven with the vegan protein!

  • This video is awesome! How many grams is it per serving. And what are the macros again? The table in video didn’t have any labels.

  • DID NOT TASTE GOOD. Totally don’t recommend. I tried it and so did my fiancé and it just doesn’t taste or work like the video says.

  • Ok so… For anyone who tries this and think it’s great… You literally ate a burnt pumpkin pie… I like Remington… But this one is an epic fail bro… #clickbait

  • Bruh… don’t use other brownie batter protein powders. I have attempted this recipe 3 times with a separate powder then the one recommended and it turned out like overcooked cake every time . Stinks because the recommended powder has been sold out ‍♂️.

  • Why does every guy with muscles, whey, and protein, all sound like this?!?!

I’m asking because I’m wondering if I sound like that.

It’s obnoxious. Omg am I obnoxious?!

  • In all seriousness, I tried this shit and it was phenomenal. I added chocolate chips and skor bits because I’m an absolute hoe, and the middle was a little runny AKA essentially a lava cake. I also topped it with some chocolate PB2. HEAVEN. GOD BLESS THIS MANS AND THIS RECIPE.

  • Best kind of brownie:
*Moist (whoever thinks this word is gross, FIGHT ME! ), decadent, savory, rich.

Custom would be…. an avocado & chocolate based brownie, topped with a creamy, not-too-sweet cream cheese based frosting.

  • This is such a brilliant idea! It’s got me thinking of all sorts of different flavours perhaps a white chocolate peanut butter with raspberry swirl or cake batter flavoured peanut butter with sprinkles and white chocolate? Or maybe a classic PB&J with raspberry swirl? There are so many potential flavours!

  • Subscribed. It’s great to see such a variety of options, and without compromising flavor! Also, your voice+accent = yes please!:)

  • You should try:
    1)31g protein powder
    2)50g egg whites
    3)1/4 tsp baking soda
    4)Vanilla extract

Instead of water as your liquids, it’s egg whites which adds more protein.

I love my recipe and make them into pancakes. I usually put pb2 on top with some Lily’s chocolate chips and honey. It is the best recipe and so healthy. Basically all protien and no carbs. Please try my recipe because I know you’ll love it!

  • I’m thinking of making this, but changing the recipe a bit.
Using a bit less oats and cocoa (100g, 15g), but adding some protein powder to increase the nutritional value.

  • i am here in the comment section to say one thing, and one thing only: all brownies are 100 calorie brownies if you cut them small enough

  • Finally got all the stuff to make them including the a tiny donut tray for my small microwave oven but I couldnt find Fat free cream cheese to save my life so Im using greek yogurt, protein powder, flour and sweetener

  • I am so excited to try this. I just got an air fryer and am ready to cook all the things.

I think I would add maybe a SF caramel syrup of some sort and walnuts and make them turtle brownies. Ice cream a good vanilla ice cream to off set the intense flavors from the brownies.

  • My favorite brownie add on is any vanilla ice cream with chunks so moose tracks, cookie dough, cookies and cream. Have loved the rebel brand ones as well normally no brownies but I’ll crumble a pure protein chocolate deluxe bar and pretend.

  • It’s a wonderful receipts but I am allergic to apples can I substitute the sauce with something else?i really would love to try the recipes

  • Okay wow those look incredible…though I think I’d be tempted to put like frosting on them haha. I’ve made protein lava cake before (greg doucettes recipe if youre familiar with him) and they turned out incredible, definitely gonna give this a shot though! Keep the videos coming Pernilla!

  • For sure making this. Just ordered my first tub of your protein cookie butter!
Is it weird to say a mint chip peanut butter? I am not sure how the flavor would be but I love peanut butter and mint chip so sure it would be okay

  • isopure dutch chocolate protein powder will also work for this recipe. I buy mine on Amazon for $35-45. Same size as one Travis is using

  • Hey Travis, so I tried this recipe recently and it came out like s***. It came out like a gas bubble and had no thickness. Any tips?

  • Guys if your brownie turns out really bitter it’s prob cuz you put too much coco powder and that your protein powder isn’t as sweet as pes. For me I just put 2 grams of coco powder and 3 grams of baking powder. Works wonderfully.

  • dream peanut butter is honey nut granola flavour with chunks of granola that magically remain crisp
OR golden syrup flavour. i think golden syrup is just a uk thing
or apple crumble and custard flavour witch chunks of apple and crumble

  • I’m thinking of making this, but changing the recipe a bit.
Using a bit less oats and cocoa (100g, 15g), but adding some protein powder to increase the nutritional value.

  • Do they ship the cookiebutter products internationally? I live in London and would love to try to make all your delicious recipes

  • Not sure what I was doing wrong before (maybe not enough water or too much time in the microwave) but my protein brownies were always dry and icky. I just made this, followed your recipe (used a different bowl and only did 40sec so it didn’t explode all over my microwave) and it was amazing! Exactly what I wanted!! Thanks Travis

  • how did i miss this when you uploaded it? definitely need to try this out. wonder if it would be good with snickerdoodle protein? i’m not a huge chocolate fan.

  • Use muffin liners (they sell mini ones, too) and freeze the batter in the liners in the pan then pop them out of the pan once frozen and toss in a freezer bag. You can bake them fresh, any quantity any time and they taste just as good if not better than fresh since the ingredients have had time to meld (it’s a thing esp w/ cookie dough-google it). I do this w/ muffins or anabolic cupcakes…anything in a muffin or mini muffin pan so i can have it fresh on demand. It’s like frozen food but homemade and anabolic.

  • This thing is just amazing…I have snickerdoodle on deck so tried that one….sprinkle some cinnamon and stevia on the top and….mouthgasm

  • First of let me say, I’m addicted to these videos. I’ve been working out for about a year, and not until recently did I learn that cutting doesn’t need to be three meals of chicken rice and vegetables a day. With the help of Coach Greg, and this guy, who I’ve come to really like, I’ve been blessed. I mean, 500 calories in that whole batch… He didn’t lie, my mind is truly blown.

  • the ultimate protein peanut butter…. gotta go with peanut butter cup + nutter butter…. it would blow minds…. and challenge you!! Do it!!!

  • Tried this today and it doesn’t give me that chocolate fix, I may add some sugar free chocolate chips next time but still pretty damn good and filling

  • You could use xanthum gum and add some more water and cocoa powder or even coffee(which increases the chocolate flavor) to make it even less calorically dense but the same consistency

  • Any ideas on what to replace the powder with? Similar calories and similar desired taste, i live in London and cant get the protein cookie powder…

  • Do they ship the cookiebutter products internationally? I live in London and would love to try to make all your delicious recipes

  • I just tried this recipe I used whey protein and PB powder and it turned out liquidy, like a thick smoothie. Nothing I can spread:/

  • Great recipe! Does this need to stay refrigerated, or after it sets can it stay out in a pantry like traditional peanut butter? Also, if it has to stay in the fridge, do you have an estimate for how long it will keep in the fridge?

  • Use muffin liners (they sell mini ones, too) and freeze the batter in the liners in the pan then pop them out of the pan once frozen and toss in a freezer bag. You can bake them fresh, any quantity any time and they taste just as good if not better than fresh since the ingredients have had time to meld (it’s a thing esp w/ cookie dough-google it). • Bronim curious how much fat you get in a day? Fat is essential for proper hormone production so unless you are on HRT after being on gear for so long. I feel likenyou should be eating more based on these recipes. All these recipes are so low in fat.

  • Just found this video, and realized you posted it on my birthday, but I’m not gonna wait April 29, 2021 to try this out.
I feel like the only change I’ll make is use chocolate protein powder for the donut, and PB2 for the icing.
    Thanks for sharing this!
Question: Have you thought of sharing the calories and macros before making the recipe?

  • What is brownie butter protein cookie butter powder. I will just mix chocolate and peanut butter powder because that’s what I have. Any other suggestions would be appreciated for a replacement ingredient for this

  • Man that would be a great bundle to win during this weight loss journey! As far as a peanut butter I think a dark chocolate cookie dough would be neat if it could be done

  • Funfetti Protein Peanut Butter would be my ultimate dream version with my current diet vegan chocolate protein peanut butter…

  • Custom Brownie: Scoop of Peanut butter cup or sea salt caramel dairy free halo top, a few oreos, and cascadian farms cinnamon toast crunch cereal

  • that’s actually was my Keto Nutella thing, once I started Keto it was hard for me to find good quality and keto-friendly sweetener so I replaced the sweetener with whey protein powder and it is amazing. now I am adding the protein shake to every dessert recipe.

  • For sure making this. Just ordered my first tub of your protein cookie butter!
Is it weird to say a mint chip peanut butter? I am not sure how the flavor would be but I love peanut butter and mint chip so sure it would be okay

  • How about cut into one piece? I am definitely going to try this.. my mom would make zucchini raisin muffins. Loved it since a kid.

  • the ultimate protein peanut butter…. gotta go with peanut butter cup + nutter butter…. it would blow minds…. and challenge you!! Do it!!!

  • You shouldn’t have to justify any ingredients in your recipes. If you dont like it, dont make it and dont eat it. Simple as that. Dont go crying about it

  • Love all yooour videos so much and this one was no exeption! You never fail to make me smile and i always feel so much better. I would love of you could make more cooking and baking videos as i am not allowed to bake very often and would love your expert guidance and view on healthy, low calorie recipes for when i do. You are such an inspiration to me! Thanks x

  • Made this today, was great! Any tips to get them a bit fudgier as I had a more fluffy, Cakey texture. Thanks again, love your channel!

  • Dark chocolate peanut butter sounds so good to me. I live me a good reeses cup, but now I can make the butter and feel good about eating it. My 13 year old daughter would like this as well

  • Legitimately a peanut butter “shake.” I used to mix peanut butter with water, like.. half a jar of peanut butter at a time. Mixed it till it was kind of like a thick soup, then sprinkle salt on top, literally stupid good.

  • Love all yooour videos so much and this one was no exeption! You never fail to make me smile and i always feel so much better. • I made these theyre kinda ok it could have been the sugar free syrupy I used its something someone would call an acquired taste but if you’re craving brownies and want to keep your diet these are perfect 6/10

  • how is this sweet? I don’t see which ingredient makes it taste sweet? cocoa is bitter….baking powder tastes like nothing and so does water

  • I made these a few days ago, but they tasted much better the next day, and every time I took a bite, I repeated, “OMG, THESE ARE SO MOIST.” Thank you!!!

  • Instead of oats I used roasted finger millet flour
Instead of egg and added flax seed powder mixed with water
Instead of maple syrup i used jaggery powder.

Skipped apple sauce its costly and don’t find it easily where i live.

    Great recipe. Thanks.

  • Thank you, I’m going to try this! Edit: just made these, put a chocolate ganache on top, delicious!! Then I used the same batter, but replaced the sweet and cacao with grated onion and cheese, you got me started now, this is great!

  • I made these theyre kinda ok it could have been the sugar free syrupy I used its something someone would call an acquired taste but if you’re craving brownies and want to keep your diet these are perfect 6/10

  • I made these with carrots instead of zuchini and they’re amazing! Super moist and fluffy because I added okra water since they were kinda thick

  • Brownies and ice cream are my favorite. If I was going all out, I would top it off with cookie dough ice cream and some chocolate syrup with whipped cream on top

  • I have a question for the you tuber. The protein cookie butter powder looks great and I was about to buy it because it’s advertised as gluten free on the label. I have celiac disease with mild symptoms. However on the back it says made in a facitory where products with wheat are also made. How can you claim these products are gluten free and then warn its made in a factory where gluten products are made? That’s potential cross contamination. Please clear this up for me.

  • my brownie,if u flip it upside down, looks like a wet mushroom, tastes so-so, yet edible. I use egg protein powder, please never try using egg protein in this recipe.

  • Thank you! Tried it with the PE Science vegan peanut butter protein. Turned out pretty good. Too much baking powder fell out and so I had about 7g lol. I’ll use a little less water next time too.

  • Anyone good in chemistry here? I ve done these like 3times already but only the first time they popped out of the tray easily. I have them ready right now but can’t get them out of the tray. I even used more non stick spray than last time when they stuck on it.

  • I made this recipe, it’s pretty good! Very filling super super sweet. 15 grams of low calorie sweetener is a lot! I didn’t have mini cup cake tin so I decided to bake it in a bread pan. It took around 30 minutes to get a decent “crisp.” Gonna try putting it in a smaller tin next time. Would recommend for people trying to get in shape and crave sweets time to time.

  • It was super yummy! Had to store them away and escape the kitchen otherwise i would have eaten the whole thing lol! You cant Taste the zuchhini at qll and it still has that brownie chocolaty like Quality and consistency! A very nice recipe! I am going to try it out next time with Black beans! A friend told me it is supposed to work well too*-*

  • I just found this channel a couple days ago and I already made a few of the recipes! Spicy chicken sandwich was bomb and the 250 cal pizza was sooo good. I always viewed eating healthy as being on a Chicken, vegetables and rice diet. I did that diet for a while and dropped ALOT of weight. 90 pounds to be exact! It wasn’t until a year ago I started to realize that I don’t have to eat bland food to lose weight. Finding this channel was truly a blessing and I can’t wait to explore more recipes on it! I think the ultimate peanut butter recipe would have to be a chocolate pretzel peanut butter adding crushed pretzels to this literally sounds so good. You can never go wrong with a salty and sweet flavor. Maybe even add some Carmel to that. That would be the most bomb peanut butter recipe ever!

  • Thank you for such great recipe! I’ve just made them with my 4 year old daughter. We didn’t have any apple sauce so added one big banana instead, we also added half cup of chocolate chips. They are delicious! My daughter keeps asking for more

  • Custom brownie: fudgy dense warm brownies with chunks of peanut butter or reeses pieces and vanilla/cookies and cream ice cream on top

  • Made this today, was great! Any tips to get them a bit fudgier as I had a more fluffy, Cakey texture. Thanks again, love your channel!

  • Oh Sasha, I just made tonight this delicious chocolate Fudge. It is a hit and it will be a regular sweet. Thank you very much for sharing. Greetings from Australia

  • I’ve now found your channel, I’m liking your recipes so far they’re all easy to make and all look delicious.. Only thing is most of them require two types of protein powder is there anything else that can be used instead, if you don’t have or only have one? Right now I only have chocolate protein and it’s vegan

  • Obviously, those buying this have not read the ingredients or are ignorant of the inflammatory properties, which mean weight gain, cravings, GI distress, and bad moods. Can’t believe sucralose! Why not Monkfruit/Stevia? No need for gut wrecking carrageenan and the other sweetener Acesulfame Potassium. Disturbs gut biome. Maltodextrin…corn star of GMO’s. I was excited about the flavor choice and mixing with nut milk and peanut butter. But as wonderful as the flavor ideas are, the only organic ingredient is coconut flour and the rest is no different than a box of artificially sweetened cake mix.

  • a small amount of  can curb your craving without blowing your diet. So I think you have a chance for them to last in the fridge for a week. Just maybe

  • Subscribed. It’s great to see such a variety of options, and without compromising flavor! Also, your voice+accent = yes please!:)

  • OMG! I’m going to try these, I have a sweet tooth so anything sweet I love! My late mother used to make sweets using vegetables as child and ask us to guess this we could never believe she made them from vegetables back then…this was before zucchini or courgette as we call it in some parts of world) was popular. Thank you! P.S I will post back once I make it! Hope your gram qty’s are correct as I dont use cups though do have them. Thanks

  • Is there any simple ingredient that can replace Brownie Batter?? Should i add some unsweetened cocoa powder and some more whey protein instead??

  • Oh Sasha, I just made tonight this delicious chocolate Fudge. It is a hit and it will be a regular sweet. Thank you very much for sharing. Greetings from Australia

  • 500 kcal…
    low calories…
    what?!

That entire thing is NOT gonna fill me up but has the same amount of kcal as on entire well balanced meal.
Sure, it’ll have less kcal as your normal brownie but that doesn’t make it “low calories”

People are gonna think: “Hey, I can loose weight eating that”
    Good luck

  • I’m going to try this but replace the egg with psyllium husk powder (to make it vegan). I am wondering if I can replace the maple syrup with stevia to bring down the calories even more

  • I made these today and it was disappointing. They were rather bland. The texture was ok and the chewiness of the zucchini was kind of offputting.

  • 244g canned pumpkin / sub banana
    50g Sugar free chocolate syrup
    2 scoops whey protein
    20g unsweetened baking cocoa
15g vitafiber sweetener /sub Splenda or other

    350 deg 15-18 min

  • Tried this recipe, and was not a fan. Texture was kinda like a dense sponge and they were not that sweet. To be fair I used a larger cupcake pan so that might have affected it.

  • Alright now after trying this recipe I have to give my thoughts.
    Taste: 5/10
you could taste the protein powder which made this recipe not taste so good.
you could also taste the pumpkin a lot. While not necessarily a bad thing, but it felt like I wasn’t eating brownies, but more like chocolate pumpkin cookies?
    Fullness: 11/10.
wow. I am very full. I didn’t eat anything until 3pm and I am stuffed
    Ease of this recipe: 9/10
    super easy.

Overall I give this a 6.5/10 and mainly because it filled me up so well. Remington, don’t lie to your subs and say you can’t taste the pumpkin or the protein. I will try this recipe again, but I may add a bit of almond milk in order to try to dissolve the protein better.

  • I throw Zucchini into so much stuff I actually need to look up if it can be dangerous and… here we go with another recipe. Question, can I toss the zucchini in a food processor blender like thing? I…. am really freaking lazy.

*edit: It basically turns everything into pulp.

  • I know you and Coach Greg have done protein ice cream, but have you thought about a high protein sherbert? I make one with frozen berries, Splenda, egg whites, and protein powder. I make it as an ice cream substitute.

  • @ Remington James
Where the heck do I get VitaFiber 3in1 sweetener in EU? Amazon doesn’t have it, one is a scammer site and on another few sites I found they do not have it in stock.
Would be nice if you could name some alternatives next time.

  • Just made these donuts with my mom and they’re simply delicious! Thank you so much for the recipe We’re so excited to try more of your yummy anabolic treats! Keep up the great work and sharing the fortune with us viewers! Hehe

  • I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. But I have made this twice. And they suck. I can only figure it’s the fruity pebbles protein or the fiber yum powder instead of stevia. I’m gonna try 1 more time with stevia and a chocolate protein. If that don’t do it, I’m chalking this one up to a loss

  • I used mashed banana instead of apple sauce. Also added on crushed chocolate almonds with a a little bit of kosher salt….DIVINE. Definitely not a typical brownie flavor, much darker and not as sweet, but it’s not sickening after you eat them like regular ones. Definitely will make more and might try sweet potato instead of zucchini too

  • This is truly amazing and very inspiring for my own channel! Great editing and clear and concise. Captivating from start to end and improving video by video. I’ve go some courgettes and definitely will be making this. Thank You

  • For those who dont know. This idiot litteraly stole the idea of youtuber: “kara corey fit life” and didnt even give her ANY credit and he is acting like its his recipe. In general not a hater but man, i HATE people like this.

  • Found Will then found gregg through Will then Remington. But Remington has the best content by far. Like the three little bears the last bed was JUSTT RIGHT!

  • So I tried to make this today with the protein powder I had at home. It was gross! I just ordered the chocolate cupcake today and hoping I get to make a better brownie soon lol!

  • Ok so… For anyone who tries this and think it’s great… You literally ate a burnt pumpkin pie… I like Remington… But this one is an epic fail bro… #clickbait

  • Why not sub in some of the pumpkin for egg whites of an egg white-whole egg mixture. More protein and you also get closer to that brownie texture?

  • I have been eating these for a while now thanks to you Travis… found that i like to add a serving of No Sugar added Blue Bell and some Walden Farms strawberry syrup. Nice treat on the weekend:D

Thanks

  • Just wanted to make them and realized I’m running out of zucchini. Buuut the fridge was full of ready to go carrots. I ended up making carrot brownies with a very ripe banana instead of apple sauce and honey in place of maple syrup. The consistency is kind of gummy like, but maybe that’s because of my adjustments. The man loves it anyway, and my carrots were saved! Next time I’ll try to stick to the recipe.

  • I tried this last night for myself, and made one for my daughter. Without adding any sugar or sweetener, it was more than sweet enough.

    1 scoop of protein powder
    1 tablespoon of cocoa
    1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
    1/4 cup of water

Nuke for 30 seconds, absolutely no longer than 1 minute.

  • I’m going to try freezing these and adding them to your protein ice cream recipe for brownie ice cream. Do you have a ice cream version that doesn’t use fruit? More chocolate I guess

  • OMG 2 scoops of protein powder
    1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
    A little bit coffee powder
    And 80 grams of water
50 seconds in the microwave it’s sooooooo goooooddd

  • First time I try this, turned out not bad at all. Didn’t use PEScience because Europe, instead used BSN Syntha-6 Chocolate Milk flavor

  • Had this video saved for a long time until I decided to give it a try. Finally made it and it did not disappoint! I used the PES snickerdoodle flavor and added some sprinkles. It was amazing. Even my sister tried it and said it tasted like a mini dessert cake. Thanks dude!

  • Dude just made this for the first time after seeing it on your channel a million times. Straight fireeven with the vegan protein!

  • I made these a few days ago, but they tasted much better the next day, and every time I took a bite, I repeated, “OMG, THESE ARE SO MOIST.” Thank you!!!

  • So I tried to make this today with the protein powder I had at home. It was gross! I just ordered the chocolate cupcake today and hoping I get to make a better brownie soon lol!

  • I love any video you come out with. I do like the recipe videos because I’m finally going to purchase one of the PESCIENCE select proteins and I would like to know other creative ways to use the protein rather than just drink it all the time. And yes I know… I can save 30% using Travis

  • isopure dutch chocolate protein powder will also work for this recipe. I buy mine on Amazon for $35-45. Same size as one Travis is using

  • Great vid! Unfortunately for some reason no supermarket in England seems to sell canned pumpkin. Will banana definitely work as a substitute? And how much banana would I use if going by the same measurements you used for everything else? Thanks

  • Guys if your brownie turns out really bitter it’s prob cuz you put too much coco powder and that your protein powder isn’t as sweet as pes. For me I just put 2 grams of coco powder and 3 grams of baking powder. Works wonderfully.

  • I replaced the Brownie batter with 10g cocoa powder (non sweetened) and 10g peanut flour. Worked pretty well and the result was like that in the video

  • This is my dream pb. But I guess if I have to pick something else I might try a fruit swirl. I can’t wait to have this on pancakes, oatmeal, rice cakes….um everything.

  • If making with other flavors (e.g., Snickerdoodle or vanilla), do you replace the Cocoa with a different dry ingredient or does it still work?

  • Not sure what I was doing wrong before (maybe not enough water or too much time in the microwave) but my protein brownies were always dry and icky. I just made this, followed your recipe (used a different bowl and only did 40sec so it didn’t explode all over my microwave) and it was amazing! Exactly what I wanted!! Thanks Travis

  • how did i miss this when you uploaded it? definitely need to try this out. wonder if it would be good with snickerdoodle protein? i’m not a huge chocolate fan.

  • I couldn’t really find a helpful comment if these taste good. I tried the brownies yesterday and I am surprised that you don’t notice the Zucchini at all. The texture is nice. They are soft and kinda juicy which I prefer. I think you could use more cacao and mine wasn’t sweet enough. Gonna improve that next time. Thanks for this recipe. Easy and tasty. (for my vegan friend I replaced the egg with half of a banana )

  • This thing is just amazing…I have snickerdoodle on deck so tried that one….sprinkle some cinnamon and stevia on the top and….mouthgasm

  • I just used your code for PESCIENCE whey. Got the snickerdoodle and chocolate peanut butter cup. Really impressed with the taste. By far the best whey’s Ive had and this recipe is on point. Thanks Trav

  • I love any video you come out with. I do like the recipe videos because I’m finally going to purchase one of the PESCIENCE select proteins and I would like to know other creative ways to use the protein rather than just drink it all the time. And yes I know… I can save 30% using Travis

  • Great vid! Unfortunately for some reason no supermarket in England seems to sell canned pumpkin. Will banana definitely work as a substitute? And how much banana would I use if going by the same measurements you used for everything else? Thanks

  • For those who dont know. This idiot litteraly stole the idea of youtuber: “kara corey fit life” and didnt even give her ANY credit and he is acting like its his recipe. In general not a hater but man, i HATE people like this.

  • If making with other flavors (e.g., Snickerdoodle or vanilla), do you replace the Cocoa with a different dry ingredient or does it still work?

  • Instead of oats I used roasted finger millet flour
Instead of egg and added flax seed powder mixed with water
Instead of maple syrup i used jaggery powder.

Skipped apple sauce its costly and don’t find it easily where i live.

    Great recipe. Thanks.

  • So I made it just like this minus the fact that I substituted protein powder. But it came out liquid-y and refuses to thicken up. Is that vegan protein the only thing that will work?

  • So instead of using butter, which is extremely healthy if it’s good quality, you use apple sauce which is pure sugar with no fiber or nutritional value left, it’s literally like adding spoonfuls of table sugar… makes no sense to me whatsoever… this is a very high carb dessert, don’t be a fool and think this is healthy, it is full of sugar and carbs

  • I love how you ALWAYS break down the macros at the end! A lot of youtubers leave that out and just inform us that it’s healthy lol

  • Funfetti Protein Peanut Butter would be my ultimate dream version with my current diet vegan chocolate protein peanut butter…

  • i know its not pes protien but i just made the best poverty brownie ever! i used a half a scoop of quest peanut butter protien and a half a scoop of there chocolate powder! tastes like a resses cup. thanks for the recipe vid!

  • that’s actually was my Keto Nutella thing, once I started Keto it was hard for me to find good quality and keto-friendly sweetener so I replaced the sweetener with whey protein powder and it is amazing. now I am adding the protein shake to every dessert recipe.

  • Canned pumpkin isn’t very popular or easy to find where I live so I used canned baby carrots instead and also made a batch with sweet potato that I had precooked. Both worked fine but the carrot gave them a more earthy/nutty flavour which was nice with the chocolate protein powder I used. Also had to blend my own apples since I couldn’t find a macro friendly apple sauce and I didn’t want to use the baby food ones. Thought it would make it taste like apple but couldn’t even tell it was in there.

  • Scotty1manpartie long time viewer first time commentating lol I love the recipes man. I’d hate to be that guy but what do you think of them Breakfast at the Ready bars? And could you please do one of your twist on it that would be dope asf I think. Well hope you’ve been well and again love the recipes

  • It’s probably been said but make sure you eat these right away or put them in the fridge or freezer, mine started growing hair about 3 days lol

  • You shouldn’t have to justify any ingredients in your recipes. If you dont like it, dont make it and dont eat it. Simple as that. Dont go crying about it

  • Had this video saved for a long time until I decided to give it a try. Finally made it and it did not disappoint! I used the PES snickerdoodle flavor and added some sprinkles. It was amazing. Even my sister tried it and said it tasted like a mini dessert cake. Thanks dude!

  • This video is awesome! How many grams is it per serving. And what are the macros again? The table in video didn’t have any labels.

  • Oreo and brownie both look amazing and would help with chocolate cravings so maybe a snickerdoodle would be good or I am thinking this same recipe but sub hazelnut butter for the PB and it might be kind of more like Nutella

  • i am here in the comment section to say one thing, and one thing only: all brownies are 100 calorie brownies if you cut them small enough

  • dream peanut butter is honey nut granola flavour with chunks of granola that magically remain crisp
OR golden syrup flavour. i think golden syrup is just a uk thing
or apple crumble and custard flavour witch chunks of apple and crumble

  • It’s probably been said but make sure you eat these right away or put them in the fridge or freezer, mine started growing hair about 3 days lol

  • I made these today and it was disappointing. They were rather bland. The texture was ok and the chewiness of the zucchini was kind of offputting.

  • Hey Travis, so I tried this recipe recently and it came out like s***. It came out like a gas bubble and had no thickness. Any tips?

  • I used mashed banana instead of apple sauce. Also added on crushed chocolate almonds with a a little bit of kosher salt….DIVINE. Definitely not a typical brownie flavor, much darker and not as sweet, but it’s not sickening after you eat them like regular ones. Definitely will make more and might try sweet potato instead of zucchini too

  • It’s a wonderful receipts but I am allergic to apples can I substitute the sauce with something else?i really would love to try the recipes

  • Thanks for this recipe! I just made these today, and I did the flax-egg and I shredded the zucchini unpeeled. Very good! Glad for this recipe because it’s a good replacement for things much worse for my health. Definitely making these again and will try to keep these around as they are very satisfying.

  • I have been eating these for a while now thanks to you Travis… found that i like to add a serving of No Sugar added Blue Bell and some Walden Farms strawberry syrup. Nice treat on the weekend:D

  • I made this yesterday! My comments.

I followed everything to the T except when adding the following ingredients:

Maple syrup: i didnt have so i put honey instead (its not original original honey)

Apple sauce: i didnt have and its expensive to buy in my country even if it is available so i put yogurt.

I regret putting cinnamon cuz i hate cinnamon and i felt it was too overpowering..probably cuz i hate it, i felt that way.

You cannot taste the zucchini at all. Its so much better than oil or butter ☺.

Oh and i used baking powder and not soda by mistake.

Im no expert in baking so no clue as to the difference either would make.

The brownie wasnt sweet like normal brownies but then again its healthy so who cares. If someone wants it more sweeter maybe you can increase the sweet ingredients.

    Overall i like the recipe.

  • Thank you for such great recipe! I’ve just made them with my 4 year old daughter. We didn’t have any apple sauce so added one big banana instead, we also added half cup of chocolate chips. They are delicious! My daughter keeps asking for more

  • How about cut into one piece? I am definitely going to try this.. my mom would make zucchini raisin muffins. Loved it since a kid.

  • I’d love to see a video where you spend all that time making it and then at the end, when you try it, you just fucking hate it. That would be so funny.

  • These look <3 Any ideas for adjustments if you don't have maple syrup and have sweetened bought applesauce? Super tempted to try these with barley flakes! Thank you so much xxx

  • Hey fellas, I think the macros are wrong in the video. I plugged in everything into MyFitnessPal and I’m getting 90g carbs, 7g fats, and 64g protein (for all six donuts). Not totally bad, but a bit high in carbs, also not sure if what I plugged in is totally right. Anyone else get something different?

  • how is this sweet? I don’t see which ingredient makes it taste sweet? cocoa is bitter….baking powder tastes like nothing and so does water

  • I tried this last night for myself, and made one for my daughter. Without adding any sugar or sweetener, it was more than sweet enough.

    1 scoop of protein powder
    1 tablespoon of cocoa
    1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
    1/4 cup of water

Nuke for 30 seconds, absolutely no longer than 1 minute.

  • Thanks for doing this separate recipe video. It’s helpful to go back to. I’ve had to search through some of your other videos for awesome stuff you’ve made and that just takes time… not that I don’t enjoy videos a second time…

  • Oh my yummy goodness!!! I didn’t have oat flour so I used a combination of rice flour and thick rolled oats. My version came out more cake like. Thank you!!

  • my brownie,if u flip it upside down, looks like a wet mushroom, tastes so-so, yet edible. I use egg protein powder, please never try using egg protein in this recipe.

  • I’m going to try this but replace the egg with psyllium husk powder (to make it vegan). I am wondering if I can replace the maple syrup with stevia to bring down the calories even more

  • Thank you, I’m going to try this! Edit: just made these, put a chocolate ganache on top, delicious!! Then I used the same batter, but replaced the sweet and cacao with grated onion and cheese, you got me started now, this is great!

  • 244g canned pumpkin / sub banana
    50g Sugar free chocolate syrup
    2 scoops whey protein
    20g unsweetened baking cocoa
15g vitafiber sweetener /sub Splenda or other

    350 deg 15-18 min

  • So instead of using butter, which is extremely healthy if it’s good quality, you use apple sauce which is pure sugar with no fiber or nutritional value left, it’s literally like adding spoonfuls of table sugar… makes no sense to me whatsoever… this is a very high carb dessert, don’t be a fool and think this is healthy, it is full of sugar and carbs

  • Man that would be a great bundle to win during this weight loss journey! As far as a peanut butter I think a dark chocolate cookie dough would be neat if it could be done

  • “If you don’t like pumpkin then I don’t know who you are.”
I’m really gonna have to try these, make them with my 3 year old instead of regular brownies. Maybe good for him to considering he won’t touch meat.

  • Thanks for doing this separate recipe video. It’s helpful to go back to. I’ve had to search through some of your other videos for awesome stuff you’ve made and that just takes time… not that I don’t enjoy videos a second time…

  • Mine came out a BIT dry/dense. I think part of this is that I’m at 5800′.
I’m thinking that next time I need to add more pumpkin or apple sauce and, maybe, bake for 1-2 minutes less.
    Any other ideas?

  • @ Remington James

  • Thank you! Tried it with the PE Science vegan peanut butter protein. Turned out pretty good. Too much baking powder fell out and so I had about 7g lol. I’ll use a little less water next time too.

  • I love how you ALWAYS break down the macros at the end! A lot of youtubers leave that out and just inform us that it’s healthy lol

  • Thanks a lot for this video! I bought 5 pounds of whey in a flavor that was disgusting to drink. I tried this recipe, and it is very tasty to eat!

  • I’m going to try freezing these and adding them to your protein ice cream recipe for brownie ice cream. Do you have a ice cream version that doesn’t use fruit? More chocolate I guess

  • Tried this recipe, and was not a fan. Texture was kinda like a dense sponge and they were not that sweet. To be fair I used a larger cupcake pan so that might have affected it.

  • Why not sub in some of the pumpkin for egg whites of an egg white-whole egg mixture. More protein and you also get closer to that brownie texture?

  • Update from comment 4 hours ago…. These are delicious! I went without the frosting and used low calorie chocolate syrup. These are definitely in the rotation. The whole recipe without the frosting is 400 calories.

  • These look <3 Any ideas for adjustments if you don't have maple syrup and have sweetened bought applesauce? Super tempted to try these with barley flakes! Thank you so much xxx

  • For me this didnt tast good at all. I was looking forward to it but when I had it I couldn’t finish 1 brownie. The pumpkin taste is really heavy for me

  • So the only canned pumpkin I could find was at Sprouts, and it was in the dog food section and labeled as dog food. I had to pass on that… (I thought about it for a long time standing in the isle though)

  • I made these with carrots instead of zuchini and they’re amazing! Super moist and fluffy because I added okra water since they were kinda thick

  • Absolutely spot on! Made these as per instruction and swapped choc syrup for sugar free maple syrup and used choc flavoured Musashi whey, tasted goooood! Thanks!

  • Found Will then found gregg through Will then Remington. But Remington has the best content by far. Like the three little bears the last bed was JUSTT RIGHT!

  • Thanks a lot for this video! I bought 5 pounds of whey in a flavor that was disgusting to drink. I tried this recipe, and it is very tasty to eat!

  • So I made it just like this minus the fact that I substituted protein powder. But it came out liquid-y and refuses to thicken up. Is that vegan protein the only thing that will work?

  • I’ve tried so many recipes but this is the one!!!! They were fluffy and so good. Donuts are literally my favorite that I hardly ever get to eat but now I can smash all them donuts!!!! Best recipe ever

  • Thanks for this recipe! I just made these today, and I did the flax-egg and I shredded the zucchini unpeeled. Very good! Glad for this recipe because it’s a good replacement for things much worse for my health. Definitely making these again and will try to keep these around as they are very satisfying.

  • DID NOT TASTE GOOD. Totally don’t recommend. I tried it and so did my fiancé and it just doesn’t taste or work like the video says.

  • I just made some donuts like these and honestly, idk how in the past I’ve made protein donuts and didn’t even think to use cream cheese frosting. I like these. I literally ate 6 whole donuts and came to the conclusion I could eat maybe 10 in one setting if it came down to it.

  • I just used your code for PESCIENCE whey. Got the snickerdoodle and chocolate peanut butter cup. Really impressed with the taste. By far the best whey’s Ive had and this recipe is on point. Thanks Trav

  • Tried this today and it doesn’t give me that chocolate fix, I may add some sugar free chocolate chips next time but still pretty damn good and filling

  • I love the fact that you use Walmart brand stuff tbh. I refuse to buy name brand for frugality sake and videos with name brands always make me feel like the taste might be different.

  • Any chance we could get those ingredients in cups or tbsps for those of us without a food scale? Would be nice even if just approximate

  • i know its not pes protien but i just made the best poverty brownie ever! i used a half a scoop of quest peanut butter protien and a half a scoop of there chocolate powder! tastes like a resses cup. thanks for the recipe vid!

  • Replacing apple sauce with banana mushed with water to get consistency. What about the pumpkin. They don’t sell it near me. Replacement anyone?
