These issues aren’t fun for anyone, but mostly, they pass quickly and are not a. Eliminate certain foods.

Common gas-causing offenders include beans, peas, lentils, cabbage, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, whole-grain foods, mushrooms, certain fruits, and beer and other carbonated drinks. Try removing one food at a time to see if your gas improves. Read labels. A healthy gut and regular bowel movements can mean that you experience less digestive distress during endurance exercises. Taking probiotic supplements can help strengthen your gut and make you.

Many people become constipated, she notes, because fiber gives our stool bulk. Dehydration not only exacerbates GI distress symptoms, but also your body will draw water from your digestive tract when there’s not enough to go around—leaving. Drink plenty of water or other clear fluids to help reduce abdominal pain and bloating.

Avoid pain medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs. There are things you can do to reduce gas, bloating, and abdominal distension, for example, eliminating sugar, fructose, milk, and certain vegetables from your diet. • Uh asparagus, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, bananas, and pomegranate juice hurts me! Red beans white beans too! But black beans pinto beans and garbanzo beans are fine! Cauliflower I turned to purple! And cabbage helps my digestion!!

  • Sir i feel heavy in lower abdominal since 3 months but last 15 days i feel very much bloating in upper abdominal under lunges area.sometime bloating come and some time gone…and cant feel hunger. Please reply

  • I’m always bloated like my body is skinny except my stomach I sometimes dint even eat and I look bloated and I hate it because if I tighten my stomach I can see abs but after a while I get tired and go back to my bloated belly

  • Being bloated all the time is really annoying. It has been my case, I was in pain after every meal, with my stomach making weird noises. It was embarrassing. And my alimentation
was perfect so I really don’t know why I used to suffer from this… Intermittent fasting kinda solved the problem, I also eat less healthy (or at least, less balanced) but I got better anyway.

  • I’m a mouth breather when I walk/run, and that has played a part in my bloating issues. In recent days I have tried to only use my nose, but it’s like sucking water through the world’s smallest straws, and I have to work almost twice as hard to breathe when I walk/run.

  • Eat right food avoid bread, sugar tea coffee, chicken, just eat only vagetable with rice for two months for sure you will ne better ang you feel younger.. beacause most american earing lots of butter and dairy bread pasta thats why so many people america had bad breath..

  • Mine gets bloated every morning even when I eat nothing. My stomach also makes me looks pregnant and makes it hurt to wear clothes and sleep

  • Is it just me or everyone feelin like bloated and cant walk straight? Likeee i just ate small amout of food then i started bloating

  • I find that when you just eat good food, high fibre, no fried food, drink plenty of water, exercise, you’ll have a good solid bowel movement. You eat crappy foods well…you pay for it, it’s not nice but you do have to think about that before you eat something. Eating the right food really cleans out your insides, and healthy food can be just as fun as unhealthy food, cantaloupe, watermelon, strawberries, banana, mango, beetroot, tomatoes, long beans, kefir, brown rice, chicken. I allow myself two days of treats, one day for maybe custard after dinner and the other I’ll have pizza or some burgers, usually Friday and Saturday, and if you combine this food with your usual fibre diet then better still, eat healthy even when you’re not eating healthy.

  • Idk if this counts as bloating, but I just ate too much food, then not another 1hr pass by I started eating again, why still feeling full, and drank a milk that causes my stomach pains, until I ended up in rhe hospital

  • Whenever I left the gym after doing a lot of exercise I drank water and when ever I did I looked extremely bloated and I thought I was fat and nothing changed for a month so how do I get ride of the bloating after I drink water?

  • It happens literally after every single time I eat. I’m lactose intolerant and I don’t eat dairy and if still happens. It’s so annoying I look pregnant

  • I visited a doctor and find out I am lactose intolerant. I dont eat diary yet Im still so bloated. I tried the “Swalloing too much air” and it didn’t work.

  • I have often wondered what would happen if everybody in the world farted at the exact same time who would be the first one to take a sniff.

  • Was struggling with bowel issues for 3 days. I couldn’t sleep because the pain was so bad. Did this and not only did it alleviate the pain, I had the best sleep I’ve had in 3 days. I literally passed out. Thank you for this!!

  • Can you maybe help me out?

I’ve not ever been able to burp and im 16 years old. I’ve burped like 10 times in my whole life and they’re only ever tiny and random out of no where theres no correlation to certain foods.

I get this gurgle type noise almost like a bubble in my throat and I get lots of those I think instead of burps. I get incredibly bloated I’m fairly skinny and it’s not fat on my stomach, it gets very airy literally inflated like a balloon and looks ridiculous in proportion to my skinny body.

Occasionally I get awful cramping after food this has happened about 3 times again randomly I kept a food diary and nothing triggers it apart from maybe fizzy drinks.

I’ve read online about similar symptoms people get and they also cannot burp but it’s not well known about

I’ve tried throat exercises and certain positions to lie in after eating but nothing changes I just cant burp.

I thought it may be IBS at one point but i never had any trouble going to the toilet it was the just the pain and bloating and food didnt seem to not sit well with me it all seems non burp related or something to do with air and gas.

Any ideas? Were going to go to the doctors and try and see a throat specialist but I’m worried it wont be taken seriously the only “cure” I’ve heard of is a throat evaluation and then a botox injection in a specific throat muscle that may be causing my inability to burp but I need to get checked out first and I know I’ll be told to try everything uve already done and probably not be given any help.

  • The enemy of gas has to be fennel seeds, and caraway seeds also known as bishop’s weed half tea spoon of both, you can either chew them or just have them with a glass of water. For best results you can grind them in to a powder and have a tea spoon every day 100% garantee it can cure long term gas problems, helps strengthen your digestive system and clear your colon at the same time.

  • Drinking pure lemon juice with water only no sugar before bedtime really helps. I drink it with little bit cold water. 99 percent effective! My stomach less bloated and my lower abdomen whole stomach actually flattens. Plus i get clearer skin. No joking.

Ps: dont drink after brushing teeth. Before brush teeth is the best time. Because it add bitterness sour taste to the lemon water. Wash mouth after, so the acid will not hurt your teeth as well.

  • Bruh I understand why I’m bloating alottt. I’ve been on a diet for like weeks now. I literally eat once a whole day but YESTERDAYY‍♀️ was my birthday and I ateeeeeeeeeeeeee a lot smh

  • i have the exact same thing!! i still need to complete the bacteria test but am too lazy to deal with it:( thank you for these videos. i struggle to explain to others why my stomach ALWAYS hurts. my family thought i was making it up until my gastroenterologist found several polyps in my intestines. so for sure there are some mechanical issues but she also thinks i have an overgrowth of bacteria.

  • I relate to that 100% and after reading Max Lugavere’s Genius Food I’ve come to realize how important gut health is and after taking his advice onboard my stomach has gone flat again. I’ve learned that I’ve git a strong gluten sensitivity and many other issues. Gut health is interconnected with our brain, mood, and so many chronic illnesses. Thanks for sharing this video!!! and let’s keep our balance!xxx

  • I’ve been doing your workout vids for weeks. My body’s getting stronger. I am feeling a lot stronger than before. I’m diagnosed with hyperthyroidism so it really affects my mental health and physical health. I am taking medications for 6 months now. Since I started taking the meds I gained weight super fast. That’s why I tried your vids and trying to modify my diet. I can feel my abdominal muscles are getting stronger but bloating is evident. I dunno why. Maybe you’re right that after taking so many kinds of meds for a very long time really do affects my liver. And I feel so troubled RN.

  • Hi there! Try this gentle routine anytime you’re feeling bloated, gassy or your Ulcerative Colitis, IBD or IBS is flaring up. Just 12 minutes of mild movement for lots of relief. • Girl I always come back to this routine with out fail my stomach calms down I couldn’t even stand up straight my stomach hurt so bad. Thank you

  • My Mom is Greek Italian. Our family has always battled with stress and anxiety. As I turned 40 all kind of goofy things started happening with my heath with most of it no fault of it my own. I’ve been working on habits of diet and exercise and only recently with meditation and now yoga. Man it’s powerful stuff. Although I continue to slip into bad eating habits occasionally that ultimately keep me up at night with horrible digestion issues, it’s this video and a 10 minute meditation that flips the script pretty fast. Am I still uncomfortable, only a little after these mindful task. I will try to share this video with anyone I talk to that has similar issues. Thank you so much.

  • Sarah, what a beautiful video! Love the relaxing music and the gentle yoga exercises as I am 80 with IBS, and this is a godsend for me. Thank you.

  • I had a doctor that put me on acne medication that your only supposed to be on for 3 months,he left me on it for 3 years. I went to a new doctor with stomach pains and found out that my liver was close to failing. Luckily there’s no permanent damage but some doctor need to be way more careful with that stuff.

  • Ngl I need to stop on 9:44 because of I keep got burping continuously, but the good thing is I didn’t feel the burping like a bad one it was just a lot of burping and my body is okay, don’t worry. I’ll try this again tomorrow

  • I had a sharp pain earlier at 2pm in the morning. I did exactly as Sarah mentioned and the pain went away. This was awesome! Thank you!

  • Had a nagging stomach ache for 2 weeks..Did you yoga routine and my stomach ache is cured. I did it at night and the next day I was passing and and belching from way down in there. Thank you..

  • Gut issues cut dairy. It’s huge inflammation factor. I’ve been dairy free since 2008 and ita been amazing. Now I’ve been vegan for 4 years and definitely saw a big change once I cut the rest of animals products. I’m also allergic to gluten.

  • Ashwaghanda is a super herb (comes in pill form that you can buy off amazon) which keeps your hormones in check, keeps you calm and happy (helps depression and acne)!! It really works like magic for anyone who wants:)

  • suffering from GERD and heart burn from one month. just saw this video and felt this is good and useful. started doing this from yesterday.

  • Hope you are feeling better now. You must try Ayurvedic methods. Basically ayurveda has divided three types of body. You seems to be vata type same as me. I too have bloating and almost all the issues you mentioned. Do try ayurveda. Its the best

  • Really very useful.. Thank you so much
And can you please tell us that whether we can store the cooked chicken or mutton in the fridge and re-heat it the next day and can we eat that?

  • I did this and it does feel nice, but it seemed to cause some abdominal cramps for me (like PMS cramps, not digestive cramps). Anyone else?

  • I love you Chloe! This is why I started the shred challenge. Your channel contains everything. Unlike other fitness channel, it only contains fitness and meal plan. Sad to hear that despite your fit body, you also have health issues. My hugs for you!

P.S I also have bloating issues. Lactoseintolerance

  • i watched this thinking i was severely bloated but turned out that i had a ruptured appendix right at that moment! take care of yourselves guys!

  • People thanking the creator because they farted. What would i do? Because I just went for a poop after 6.29. Couldn’t even finish it all.

I was constipated since 2 days

  • You have saved me omg. I took meds for a flare up earlier but they didn’t help but following this video has actually helped so much I cant believe it actually worked. Child’s pose really helped me the most. Thank you so much, I’m so happy I’ve found your channel I’ll definitely check out more of your videos

  • This was amazing thank you so much. I was suffering from so much, I never take medicines but I did and it didn’t work. I tried this in bed and it worked wonders. Thank you. And your voice was really soothing. Could you please make more videos like this but holding the poses for slightly longer? Thank you again!

  • I have yet to comment even though I’m being honest when I say that I have done this at least once a day since last fall it’s just so soothing both for anxiety and ibs and even if it doesn’t ease my symptoms I try to do it anyway as I find it really calming… so thank you so much for making this ♥️

  • @chloeting check your birth control medicines. I suffered from extreme depression solely due to the hormones in the birth control medicine. I use the natural rhythm method for birth control. My mental state is 100% better. According to the fine print.0001% of women become severely depressed when on the pill.

  • Thank you so much for this practice. It’s funny (not really funny) how it is easy to forget the poses that help you feel better when you are having a particularly rough IBS attack. I happened to find this video in a google search today and now I’m excited to explore your channel!

  • Namaste Carrie, you always know exactly what I need! I’m recovering from patellar tendonitis at the moment so I’ve been avoiding many of my usual poses as I can’t kneel down. These are perfect, thank you.

  • For depression, nothing is better than God’s loving help: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30

  • Doesn’t matter what you eat… it’s the modern day chemicals that are used on or in foodstuff that compromise your natural body chemicals and hence fk your digestive system up..

  • We are constantly being told to eat more fibre, but i find it is making me feel even more uncomfortable, i love vegetebles but i avoid too many because of this. So its not necessarily the answer. Sorry Docs.

  • You know what… Meditation leads u to the door of spirituality & Spirituality is the ultimate divine path to God!!
This is how our great sages & Gurus been able to submerge themselves in the ocean of spirituality!!
The lord Buddha is the greatest example of all… If anyone who literally wants to enjoy the most of it & connect themselves with the greater eternity just a little research on Ancient Indian History & Vedic Culture would help a lot…
    Omm Shanti!! ️

  • Do you suffer from bloating too!? You’re not alone and don’t give up hope in fixing it! Hope you all enjoyed this video and I’m looking forward to part 2 and sharing my recovery progress. Also, how’s everyone going with the 30 day challenge?!

  • Holy shit, I relate to this video 100%. From the awful bloating, to depression, adrenal fatigue, ALL OF IT. So glad I came across this video today.

  • As a med student, i highly recommend going to alternative care doctors as part of your health care. Just make sure they are the real deal.

  • Probiotics are really good. I hope you feel better soon. Maca powder is good for energy and it doesn’t drain the adrenals like caffeine does.

  • What’s your thoughts on SIBO? I took the test and I have it. I’m wondering if Ive had it since I was 7 (now 27). They have said the LowFOdMap diet is bad for sibo so what do you eat if you have SIbO? I’m even more confused than I was with IBS-C ‍♀️.

  • Thank you sooooo much for sharing! I started doing your workouts since March (U.S. pandemic outbreak). It’s been fantastic. I also have some similar issues (SIBO, high stress, liver crap). I too start with a new holistic doctor, nutritionists & coach this week. ❤️ You can overcome this & be healthy like you’ve never been before

  • wow. this is amazing. i occasionally suffer from poor digestion at night as i try to sleep and have just been taking gravols hoping it helps but for the most part it doesn’t. half way through trying this, i already felt so much better. thank you so much!!!

  • All my life I’ve had stomach problems. When I was younger, after many many doctor appointments, blood tests, and x rays, I learned I had acid reflux. And over the years I developed (or became aware of) sensitivity to and problems digesting dairy, meat products, sauces, gluten, greasy/fried food, and basically everything except fruits, veggies, and whole foods. But boy do I bloat up like a balloon and have so much pain when I eat something other than the whole food plant based stuff

  • I get bloated of I eat carbs, particularly rice so I have to eat a low Carb diet. Fruit is OK, but things like rice, bread, noodles and starchy foods make me feel pregnant and nauseous

  • I’ve gas after every single meal. I’m gaining weight for the last month despite serious training. I also have constipation despite high fibre. The nausea and gas make me not want to drink to or eat much.

  • That doctor is clearly eating foods that do not make her bloat. How can I tell? She looks gorgeous. She looks like Jason Taylor‘s younger sister.

  • OMG i’m seeing a nutritionist nowadays and i have all those symptoms you mentioned. SIBO, higher copper levels, stress and food allergies on my way to recovery and hope i get better soon

  • I went on Roaccutane too for a really long time and it made me so depressed as a teen, and that depression just became my normal. Roaccutane is a terrible drug honestly. Thereafter I developed IBS. Have also tried everything!

  • Thank you do much for explaining that depression isn’t « being sad because of something » but « being sad for no reason ». I hate having people telling me « you shouldn’t be sad, there’s no reason for you to be sad » bruh.

  • I have all those problems except the lymph node one,and also ever since I started exercising bcuz of you the other symptoms got less, thank you chloe

  • I have some question when does the result will shown I mean Example bloating and I tried this since 1 week and nothings really change well im just asking HWHEHE

  • i’m surprised your doctor doesn’t mention IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) the syndrome encompasses a lot of gut-related issues. Like food intolerances (not being able to digest broccoli comfortably as you said) also stress and anxiety can cause flare-ups making symptoms worse, including bloating, bad bowel movements extra… it’s a really common issue and there is currently no cure, but it can be managed with lifestyle changes. I have IBS and within that many food intolerances, I tried for years to eat the foods I wanted and in the end, I just had to accept defeat and cut those trigger foods out of my diet. I also had to do daily light exercise and meditate/mindfulness to help reduce stress. I needed to especially focus on de-stressing during times such as my university exams.

  • People used to bully me when I was younger because my stomach was so bloated I looked pregnant, I would have to go to the doctor so often because I would get a stomach ache after meals. The doctors thought I was having too much wheat so I stopped but it didn’t work, they then said that I was probably lactose intolerant which i gave up and that actually helped a bit but I got checked and I was not lactose intolerant. Recently, I have had a flat stomach and defined abs in the morning but by lunch I would have developed a pregnant belly! I thought it had got better but I am not sure, any tips? Xx

  • As long as you keep eating meat, sugar, gluten and dairy, you’re going to keep having those problems. A plant-based diet is the solution to your problem.

  • This has been life changing for me. Gas and indigestion would keep me up all night sometimes. Now, I can run through this routine once or twice and feel GREAT relief. Thank you

  • Does anyone here suffer from an enlarged ovary? I suffer from PTSD and not a lot of Doctors study the relationship between mental health and out gut and ovaries. Just curious to know if anyone has similar symptoms.

  • I am allergic to avocado and eggs too! The painful bloated tummy ache has been mine since childhood too. I need to do one of these tests like you did. I imagine it was quite expensive? And depression. At this point its just one of many mental things I have to deal with. Thank you hope you are feeling relief now. THERE IS A FLOWER called Self Heal (prunella vulgara I believe) and when made into a tea and drank this tea pulls out the heavy metals out with the waste. Hope thats helpful.

  • I’m a year late but literally as of 2 years ago I became bloated suggest breathing I wake up bloated sometimes I drink water I get bloated I drink green juice I get bloated I eat healthy I get bloated I drink protein shakes and when I’m on my period It’s even worse it freaking sucks because it takes away from you really observing and seeing the results that you accumulated through your games and inches lost you now have to look forward to am I bloated today or am I not likewise I had no idea that you had so many health issues I too am working through depression and it’s not an easy task it can take over everything it’s the partner you don’t want in your life I really do hope that things have gotten better you bring so much positive energy and light into your videos thank you so much for this upload I really really hope that you’re in a better place mentally physically spiritually sending love peace blessings and light to you

  • Ok, when he 1st said wind, I thought he meant the wind outdoors. I’m like, uh ok? Then I realized he means gas. LOL. Wind…a cute way to say farts.

  • I too have had bloating problems since I was a kid, along with other stomach issues. Every 3 months or so, there’s always an extreme wave of pain. It gets to a point where I move and I feel like my stomach’s insides are being burnt alive and it feels like there’s acid rain. This would happen after eating. It’d get to a point where I’d be crying so much and I felt like I had a migraine. Gone to hospital a few times when the pain got intolerable. I feel like in my chest too, and it’s something I dread to come, as it always comes back again and again. I’m trying to improve my physical and mental health too along with pain tolerance. If anyone is going through something in their life, push through it and embrace it despite the pain. Keep aiming to be better. Try to improve your skills everyday, and compare yourself today from yesterday. See what you achieved. Inside, you’re a strong, badass, amazing, special and confident person. You can become your own god/goddess if you push past your limits and strive towards a dream and something new. Nothing is impossible if you work hard and have determination. You can become what you want to become, and help others along the way. My biggest goal is to become stronger against pain, physically and stop being sensitive so I can overcome fear and pain.

If you want to do something, stop waiting and do it! Now is the present, and it won’t last forever. The future is not a promise. Today is the day you do something great.

  • I love this video! Tonight was a bit worse than normal and my pain was getting bad even after taking tums and such, I was so frustrated especially since it’s getting late and I have to be up in the morning! This video really helped me relax and help debloat some! So glad I found it and will definitely be checking out more of your videos!:D

  • I also have same problems bloating, hair loss, less sleep, gut issues, pimples etc.. But I finally found out the reason is depression this video is helpful

  • Thanks. I’ve been on a fitness journey (nutrition and exercise) all year and I see improvements in every part of my body but my stomach. Im just now thinking it’s something other than fat because my stomach seems filled with air and bloats mostly after meals. Might have to take a test as well

  • how long did you take accutane in each treatment cycle? I recently took it and gained 6 kg’s in 1 month. including massive bloating

  • I have pancreatitis a lot of inflammation in my stomach which affects my digestion. I have to take acid pills plus I had surgery they took my gallbladder.. dry fasting works wonder tho

  • I’m about to get my period and I ALWAYS get bloated and trapped gas….. I tried this for the heck of it because really, what have I got to lose? I farted and I feel soooo much better now lol

  • Thanks for being so ooen with us. I bloat a lot too. I have PCOS as well but have regulated my period through changing my diet to a vegan & gluten free diet! Now, I am workong on getting my tummy to be as flat as it can be with my underlying conditions. Hope u were able to find a solution to ur gut problems.

  • It makes sense that stress has physical affects on your body. Your mind is insanely powerful, so sometimes mental health issues and Unbalanced chakras manifest as physical issues.

  • I had some similar problems, not all as mine I think is different. I kept getting migraines, kept feeling sick but never throwing up, couldn’t get out of bed, stomach hurting, gassy. I was originally diagnosed with gastritis, but these symptoms didn’t go away even after I changed my diet.

Then I was referred to a dietician, and was told to do a food diary, gave my symptoms in detail, as there were other things going on as well. I was told I have histamine intolerance. Unfortunately histamine occurs naturally in many foods, healthy and unhealthy alike, some more so than others. Since then, I have gotten better, and allow myself a treat from time to time.

  • I used to have anorexia and after that I’ve had sibo for years and have tried everything. I now eat just as much as when I was anorexic that made me lose 60 lbs from my healthy weight to being 10-15 lbs over my healthy weight. Like HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE. I’ve done every diet taken every supplement have done antibiotics for a year now, and it hurts so so so bad I feel like my stomach is rotting and I’m overflowing with puke and I feel so so so disgusting. I just want to me a thin healthy weight like before anorexia and actually be able to eat more than 500 calories a day. It’s miserable and no one believes me because I’m not anorexic sized anymore. It makes me suicidal all the time

  • If your bloating you dont have enough acid to digest. Drink lemon/lime warm water morning before eating. Drink lime/lemon during most of ur meals especially heavy greasy meals or meat. Take ginger everyday

  • In my case, bloating (understand: 6-month-pregnant-looking bloating) happens instantly after having as little as half a glass of water on an empty stomach. Absolutely nothing has ever helped. Nothing.

  • I have finished my two weeks of workout on abs and I lost some weight, I just lost a little bit of weight I never cried so much when I went on the scale today, I’m so disgusted and annoyed with my body and the weight that the scale showed today

  • Try having turmeric hot water early in the morning and Neem water or neem paste or neem oil tablet. I’m sure this might help you. Have lot of butter milk with fenugreek seed. These three helped me alot better now.

  • There are days where I wish I could sugrically have a valve attached to my stomach to release the excess bloating, ugh. The area below my chest inflats, and looks like i’m pregnant

  • I’m a teenager, a high school runner. I’m really in shape and I eat a balanced diet but my stomach never changes. Right after I wake up it starts bloating and by the time I’m in bed i look 10 pounds heavier. I don’t really eat dairy or gluten either and I do strength training and abs. I have no clue what to do. It has ruined all of my confidence.

  • I am soooo related to you. Thank you so much for sharing this with us❤️❤️❤️ My digestion system has getting worse after I started college, and every time I went to a doctor, the reason to my health issue is always stress. Mental health really matters!!

  • I don’t get it. 1: Colon absorbs water but he asks to drink more water…it extends the time staying at colon? 2: Fiber causes fermentation and thus bloating. He asks to diet more fiber…and then more bloating and longer time of colon digestion?
