Can you share some background on yeast infections, what the Candida Diet entails.   • This is not “keto”. There is no way to stay in even a “mild” ketosis eating complex carbs and lentils. Sour brain will be running on glucose. I’m not saying that this diet or any diet where you don’t eat processed foods is a bad diet. But it sure ain’t keto.

  • Costco sells a power greens mix of kale, spinach and swiss chard. We
    poke the bag of greens with small holes using an ice pick and press all
    the air out of the bag. Then we put the deflated bag of greens in the
    freezer under our 20-lb. bag of ice or something else heavy for 24
    hours. When frozen, we pull the greens bag out of the freezer and gently
    crush it to a powder, taking care not to break the bag. (That’s why you
    want to make small holes). Then pour the frozen green powder into a
    gallon zip lock freezer bag. You now have fresh power greens powder to
    add to any meal or smoothie you desire. The greens never get slimy and
    they disappear into what ever you’re making.

  • Really nice video about all important stuff. Meat eaters don’t realize that animals and fish get all that essential vitamins and minerals from plants. Just eat plants like animals and let them live.

  • Guys, losing weight doesn’t need to be difficult (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that diet plan has transformed my life. I probably should not even be mentioning it because I don’t want a bunch of other guys out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

  • Candida overgrowth destroyed 4 months of my life. I didn’t know the cause for a long time. But it resulted in depression, skin issues, dandruff, anxiety, paranoia. It was a dark time that almost destroyed my marriage. Getting on a very clean keto diet fixed it. Except I still drink alcohol (gin)

  • I wonder why so many people are still complaining of cancer, well most people haven’t be lucky enough to meet with a helper.   • long term veganism isn’t possible for most constitution types. initially there will be a honeymoon phase where you will feel great but once depletion kicks in you will start to feel worse and worse.

  • Well done ladies, one thing I was offended by was the remark about not needing the “Almighty Physician” you can do this alone, altho that may be true, Alzheimer’s is a very serious disease, and giving people the impression that they can solve it themselves is a bit egotistical and naieve. Sorry don’t be hurt, other than that you are both awesome.
