  • I think it’s so interesting with how complicated new vegans think being vegan is. Like you can totally just use spaghetti noodles if you don’t have soba. You forget how overwhelming it is in the beginning when you have been vegan for so long

  • someone needs to let these guys know that just eating vegan a few times a week is a really good change to make! you don’t have to fully commit to it ❤️❤️

  • Fruit makes salad so much better. I hated salad because it lacked something to me and so I started to add grapes, raisins and apples to it and it made it more enjoyable.

  • I’m so excited to have my kids try these smoothies I don’t even know with which to start with, they all look super goodthank you

  • My husband never ate vegetables, except on special occasions, as far back as a 5 year old. His mother said he would only eat twinkies and drink Pepsi. He is now nearly 70 and eats processed carbs and drinks about 6 liters of soda per week. Last year he suffered from bladder cancer and now has a bladder made from a section of colon. He will never pee the same way again. He also has high blood pressure, GERD, and Parkinson’s. So, not to say that veganism will solve all your health problems, but it helped my pain decrease drastically from fibromyalgia and took away my chronic fatigue.

  • A great advice for vegans is to check out Indian grocery stores, or learn to cook Indian food, which is primarily vegan, and oh so delicious, you would never get bored with the diversity in Indian food. It is also healthy

  • I don’t really buy this. Veg haters suddenly loving every thing they try? C’mon! Of course vegetables are going to taste better properly seasoned and not canned or cooked to death, but many of them (like kale) tend to be an acquired taste. I’m finding it hard to suspend disbelief here.

  • Even if you just substitute a portion of your meals each week with vegetables/vegan dishes, there will be some health benefits to getting more greens in your diet.

I also liked how collard greens were not considered a vegetable lol They are awesome veggies! And one can substitute spinach for them. Kale too I suppose, though I personally hate kale.
