  • I have been loving the pumpkin and apple recipes you have been posting. I made an apple cake this afternoon. It is 1 pt. But I will put a little cool whip on top so will count it as 2 pats.

  • Intend to make it for the second time today.

A family favorite added to the domestic recipe book.

Apart from exquisite taste, a professional, quality presentation.

    Plentiful of Gratitude

  • I have a lot of apples to use up this week, so I’m glad this is a very easy way to use a LOT of them! If we wanted to make our cider alcoholic, what should we add to it?

  • Gosh I cannot get over the new video quality! It’s SO GOOD!! I can’t wait to make these. I love apple cider everything especially in the fall and I happen to have some aging apples in the fridge that are just begging to be made into something and a box of SF cider in the pantry. Woo hoo!!

  • These are really good! Made this last week and it’s just perfect so soft and tasty! I am making some again today, it’s that good!

  • The idea is better than the reality. Made exactly as stated and using weight, they came out soft, tender, nicely balanced there.. and tasteless inside, with only a very sugared exterior as flavor. Madagascar vanilla. Superior, sweet and spicy cinnamon. Room temp eggs. Grated fresh nutmeg (and used a bit more). I knew buttermilk would tenderize it nicely.:-/
I’d hoped fir better muffin flavoring and depended on the sole spice toward that end. Mistake. Just bland. Coating is good, but go lighter rather than heavier. It’ll set up to a nice crunchy exterior in a bit, too. It’s just the interior. It’s “meh”. Sorry.

  • Man I tell you I was in love with these soon as you pulled them from the oven. But oh “LAWDY” then you rolled them in that luscious butter and cinnamon sugar well that just sent me over the

  • That’s not Apple cider, that’s apple juice. Apple cider has yeast because it is a cider, and therefore has alcohol in it. A very small amout, even less than wine, but it’s there non the less. To make slow cooker cinnamon apple juice and call it cider is disgusting. Also, Apple cider (proper apple cider) is fizzy.

  • In the US, apple cider is unfiltered apple juice. It’s only alcoholic if you leave it in the fridge too long. Which I do. On purpose.

  • What if they come out under cooked? How long should I wait until then?(actually I think I put too much apple because no matter how long I cooked them they were still mushy

  • Tip: cut the sugar in half for the actual muffins if you are still putting the sugar on top!! Still tastes great. Also it’s nice to make a crumple topped pie on the side since the there is so much crumble. Or just store the crumble for any other desert

  • i love this recipe so much! one of my favorite things to eat for breakfast! tastes just like apple pie. when i made this i used 1/8 cup of apple saude instead of egg and it came out realllyyyy soft and yummy! love this so much and thank you to the amazing baker

  • Thanks for another winner, Jess! I have everything in the house to make these. I’ll wait till it isn’t 80+º outside later this week. Hope you are feeling better!

  • Hi I just watched this video and i really want to try this out but can I switch all purpose flour with almond powder 1:1 ratio? Thank you so much!

  • just a little tip for anyone reading! the muffins taste better after a few hours or even a whole day since baking. I tried one when it was warm, and I had one the next morning, and the difference in taste was clear.

the muffins become structurally better if u wait, which includes both the muffin itself and the crumble topping. ik for a lot of muffins, eating them still hot is the best experience but not for these ones (I think!)

  • These turn out delicious BUT a warning they are very sweet. So next time I will decrease the sugar at least to %60 of the recepi and I will not make crumble or make it 20% of the recepi.

  • At 9:41 when they add the brown sugar and dark ingredients, youd expect it to become more of a brown tint. But like a second later, instead of becoming more brown, it becomes more noticably whiter

  • انت مدهش حقاً يا شيف
    و اكلاتك لذيذة اكيد
    و الموسيقى رائعة

  • Wonderful concise, easy to follow recipe with great music I so appreciate the amounts written on the screen hate always having to click to another site for the ingredients cheers from Canada

  • Amezing recipe, thank you so much! A little tip: unless you plan to make a double batch, feel free to cut the crumble ingredients in half.

  • Wonderful. I made this for breakfast this morning. We’re love it.
I reduced the sugar and use 1big Japanese apple. It’s delicious
Thank you for this recipe, really appreciate it

  • I made something very much like these last week, using half a mashed banana, spice seasoning and applesauce along with the chopped apple. Its so good and really does satisfy that sweet tooth for a donut! Can’t wait to try yours

  • Loved this muffin recipe. It was amazing. I tried this recipe at my home and it was so simple to make. Sharing here with you all rhubarb muffin recipe. Check it out now:

  • For those who are confused Apple Cider is non-alcoholic in North America. Hard cider/hard apple cider is the same thing but alcoholic:)

For North Americans who are confused, I’m pretty sure were the only ones who have this distinction lol so everyone else in the world was waiting for the alcohol in the recipe

  • Great recipe, but cut crumble recipe in half and was perfect. Also used 1/2 cup brown sugar in the muffin batter and they were plenty sweet. Might even want to cut back to 1/3 depending on how sweet your apples are.

  • Awesome looking muffins! Just found you all the way from Canada & just subscribed!! #19001!!!! We also prepare delicious food, hope you’ll check it out. Cheers!
