Hi Matt! Not closely, no but I keep an eye on it every now and then. Unless you have a condition that requires you to keep it down I wouldn’t worry too much about it I’m almost always over.
I love Pink Lady’s and Honey Crisp apples for just eating raw for a snack. I will always select a Granny Smith apple for baking. They taste wonderful in baked goods or in oatmeal.
Sounds really tasty, but I’ll probably dilute the juice cause that’s about a can of coke in sugar and I wouldn’t drinking that daily, there are better carbs then sugar. Sugar acts on the liver just like alcohol in long term but without the buzz, and it has an inflammatory effect on the body.

In your blender, add different fruit and different juice to change the flavor. Mangoes and bananas with grape juice works for me…for what it’s worth.

Hey Lee, great video. Question: For max size should i stay in 6-12 rep range or do I have to incorporate some strength training into my routine? I’m a beginner. Tried FBW and upper/lower, hated it. Which split is optimal? How should i perform each set? Straight sets, pyramiding up, down, wave loading? Should i squeeze the muscle throughout the entire range of motion or just at the top? Controlled or explosive positive? How slow on the negative? How many exercises/total sets per body part?

Hi Matt! Not closely, no but I keep an eye on it every now and then. Unless you have a condition that requires you to keep it down I wouldn’t worry too much about it I’m almost always over.
I love Pink Lady’s and Honey Crisp apples for just eating raw for a snack. I will always select a Granny Smith apple for baking. They taste wonderful in baked goods or in oatmeal.
Does the ninja blender cut up the cottage cheese well? I have mixed that before in my cheap blender and there were chunks. No dice.

Sounds really tasty, but I’ll probably dilute the juice cause that’s about a can of coke in sugar and I wouldn’t drinking that daily, there are better carbs then sugar. Sugar acts on the liver just like alcohol in long term but without the buzz, and it has an inflammatory effect on the body.
