What will I eat if I cut out bread, rice, potatoes, and pasta? The common question that is asked by those who learn about the ketogenic diet. Especially if Keto is being presented as a solution for metabolic issues. When I was faced with this question, I just ate like Dr. Berg given the amazing results I saw that he had in his own health and helping so many other people.. Making the decision to eat like @Dr. Eric Berg DC was not hard. You see, the pain in my hip was so extreme, I was desperate to find a real solution. I also prefer to use all natural solutions, so food seemed to be the obvious solution.. The fear of not being able to eat food and the fear of being hungry all the time, like all other diets, seems insurmountable to most people. So finding Dr. Berg’s videos explaining that I would be able to eat such a large amount of food was very comforting.. Believe it or not, I was not a vegetable person. But after just a few months, I was so happy with the way that I was spicing my vegetables that I was actually looking forward to my meals. For those who do not know, I also hate cooking.. In order for your health to improve and be sustainable, the food you are eating needs to be healthy and tasty enough for you to want to eat that way forever. Play with what you are eating, try new recipes and find those healthy foods that you love. Dr. Berg helped me to see that it was possible to eat well and eat enough. It was up to me to decide what those foods would be.. Health and happiness take work. Make working on it part of your daily routine.. Thank you for watching! Dr. Greger visited Google NYC to discuss his new book How Not to Die.. The vast majority of premature deaths can be prevented through simple changes in diet and lifestyle. In How Not to Die, Dr. Michael Greger, the internationally-recognized lecturer, physician, and founder of NutritionFacts.org, examines the fifteen top causes of death in America—heart disease, various cancers, diabetes, Parkinson’s, high blood pressure, and more—and explains how nutritional and lifestyle interventions can sometimes trump prescription pills and other pharmaceutical and surgical approaches, freeing us to live healthier lives.. The simple truth is that most doctors are good at treating acute illnesses but bad at preventing chronic disease. The 15 leading causes of death claim the lives of 1.6 million Americans annually. This doesn’t have to be the case. By following Dr. Greger’s advice, all of it backed up by peer-reviewed scientific evidence, you will learn which foods to eat and which lifestyle changes to make to live longer.. History of prostate cancer in your family? Put down that glass of milk and add flaxseed to your diet. Have high blood pressure? Hibiscus tea can work better than a leading hypertensive drug—and without the side effects. What about liver disease? Drinking coffee can reduce liver inflammation. Battling breast cancer? Consuming soy is associated with prolonged survival. Worried about heart disease (our #1 killer)? Switch to a whole-food, plant-based diet, which has been repeatedly shown not just to help prevent the disease, but arrest and even reverse it.. In addition to showing what to eat to help prevent the top 15 causes of death, How Not to Die includes Dr. Greger’s Daily Dozen—a checklist of the foods we should try to consume every day. Full of practical, actionable advice and surprising, cutting edge nutritional science, these doctor’s orders are just what we need to live longer, healthier lives.. Moderated by Anthony V.
Dr. Dale Bredesen, best-selling author of The End of Alzheimer’s and professor of Molecular & Medical Pharmacology at UCLA, joins me to talk about the lifestyle changes he says YOU can make to prevent — and even REVERSE — symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease. We also discuss the ApoE4 gene, what your blood sugar levels have to do with dementia, and which diet plan is best for brain health.. I just returned from Tecate, Mexico where I had the privilege of teaching several hand on cooking classes. This was my 10th visit to the Ranch since 2012 and was just booked to return the week of January 4-11, 2020. Won’t you join me for my 60th birthday? You can reserve your room here: www.RanchoLaPuerta.com.. This soup was so delicious and so popular we made it twice! I wanted to put it in my book The Secrets To Ultimate Weight Loss but it was created to late so you only see it as an endnote on page. 201. But the recipe was greatly improved at Rancho where we added the smoked paprika and chipotle powder. Aleppo pepper or crushed red pepper also works well if you like it on the spicy side.. I like to use one Tablespoon of the regular Benson’s Table Tasty and one Tablespoon of Benson’s Roasted Garlic. Both are available at www.Benson’sGourmetSeasonings.com. 10% off with code AJ.. This soup is so easy because you literally put everything the entire head of cauliflower, the onion and sweet potatoes in WHOLE. No need to chop anything! The green part of the cauliflower is amazing!!! The white, creamy Hannah yams (sometimes called white or Jersey yams) make the bisque extra creamy and delicious. You can use the tradition orange ones it won’t have the same flavor or consistency.. This soup is hearty and delicious on its own but even better over rice! I favor the brown Texmati. Garnish with fresh dill or scallions and ENJOY! I served this bisque at my housewarming party to 50 regular eaters and they lapped it up!!! Thank you for watching. I’m Chef AJ and I make healthy taste delicious.. Love & Kale,. Chef AJ

Vegan Cauliflower Casserole is one of the rare cauliflower dishes that two of us heartily eat. Let’s accept this: Cauliflower is a boring vegetable. Nobody can persuade me that it has a wonderful taste. I don’t think even the cauliflower lovers think that way. Thank you, this was helpful! Is there a maximum amount of beans? Like if I have 3 cups a day, is that too much? Also grains and starchy veggies count towards that one cup a day? Thank you! ❤️

I truly believe Dr Berg cares about people and wants to help them. I honestly think he started making his own products to sell because none of the products on the market were up to his very High standards. His products are second to none!
If you want to learn more about the scientific pioneers of this kind of research, you might be interested in hearing about dr. Marie Maynard Daly’s work. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ogID9XvtgyU
Yes, I almost feel bad telling people how easy it is to eat healthy. I haven’t had a potato, rice, pasta or bread for almost 5 months and do not miss it. I sub potatoes and rice with cauliflower and bake dr. BERG’S bread recipe. I have lost 25lbs, 10 more to go. Blood tests are better. Triglycerides/hdl ratio at.64 off statins. GERD was gone as soon as I started drinking Apple Cider Vinegar. Sugar down fron 6.2 to 5.4. It’s all good. Inflammation gone down drastically. Thanks for your podcast. Glad i found you Violet.
There people is in bad health, because of low income. They can not buy veggies for more then one person, because it would take most of their income to pay for bills.
If people stop asking for raises, things would not be so high. Everything goes up when asking for minimum wage.

I wish humans stop stereotyping everything and everyone.
Thank you for this encouraging story. I am now eating no sugar or carbs and it feels remarkably wonderful. When I see a plate of rich carbs I really don’t have any desire to indulge. Feeling good is better than food tastes. It no longer scares me. I am making my own bread and pizza. Dr. Berg has helped so many people. I am thankful for him.
” Here is a strange phenomenon… all modern electrical engineers are taught to ‘remove noise’ from electrical power systems. Only problem is… ALL electrical power systems are built upon the foundation of Hertz… Frequency… 1st page of the Bible… In the beginning there was the Word… and all power supplies require Noise-Frequency-Sound to function at all!!! “
Dr Berg has no doubt saved my life, great video!!Got me off the psych drugs also which were not chemical etc etc.I had insulin resistance. The drugs that were to help me almost killed me as a note!
Just wodner if u stick to the weight loss plan of having half to one cup of beans and 1 ounce of nuts seeds, will there be enough protein intake for the day?
We all have to make a living and Dr. Berg is no exception. There is not one thing wrong with his creating useful products to help him in his life. It is totally honorable. I think he is terrific and I am so grateful for all the excellent information he puts out there for us.
man when did a plant based diet get so complicated it used to be so simple and easy that you should just eat high carb low fat and eat a whole food plant based diet and now its eat nutritarian and eat less and calorie count your food with dr fuhrman and its a complete 360 with dr mcdougall where his diet is starch based and the patients are eating oatmeall and all this high starchy foods that dr fuhrman does’nt seem to like in a diet mcdougall wants beans and potatoes and rice in the diet where has dr fuhrman wants more vegetables in the diet and giant salads but i could not do his diet honestly because i would want my big bowl of oatmeal in the morning to satisfy me and big plate of white rice but i also love fruit which mcdougall limits on his diet and what if i want to add to my diet to make a nice smoothie or something i wont be able to have my smoothie on the starch solution and then thers the cooking your food is evil thing from the raw vegan promoters and the carbs are bad and you should try vegan keto and it just goes on and on with mrcrergor saying that rice is bad because of the phytic acid and arsonic in white and brown rice and its like when I think about all of this its enough to drive somebody to be blunt CRAZY AND COMPLETELY CONFUSED AND INSANE AND ITS LIKE WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSE TO EAT IN HERE MAN! CHALKDUST!
After 3 years and a half years struggling with Aminorrea, and my thyroid and a small ball growing in my right arm. I thank god come across with very interesting articles from Doctors referring about flour and my gineacologist revised me asking if i was eating too much flour and drinking too few water. I was in shock. I said I need to cut any kind of flour, I thank god i had faith i could try for long time to not consume flour and thinking please i hope this is the root of my problem…. I rejected every time I was offered pizza, bread, taco, empanada, noodles, panettone, literally gave up flour until I was disgusted by it. AND IT WAAAS! MY FEMALE CYCLE WAS BACK!!! My poor system was struggling so much with this dry food invented by humans called flour. I thank god for the truth, i thank doctors who work sharing good information, who like to keep society well informed. God bless the doctors who do good and i wish god multiply the good for them. I was feeling heavy, grumpy, with nausea, my liver used to get very dull, my mind felt terrible. Now I feel light and in more control of myself.
I was really wondering how all those whole veggies were going to turn out! Like magic with an immersion blender! Thanks Chef, I hope my family likes the soup as much as I know I will.
So, theoretically, even though I am eating all of the “unlimited” quantity foods (and maybe 1 T of raw walnuts 2-3x a week), my body could still be getting “too much” of something for me personally? Could one eat too much tofu or too many beans? Or perhaps too much fruit? Or is it that I am not adding some of the limited quantity foods?
@violet: think of taking omega 3 fatty acids (krill), enzymes on an empty stomach each morning (bromelain/papain/trypsine/chymotrypsine) with a glass of water every day; i do this since years and could even help to heal members of my family suffering from cancer
Dr. Eric Berg is very wise. I’ve been under conservative doctors who didn’t mind giving me Aspirin and tranquilizers. He went with wisdom first. He took the risk.
Just found you and still learning about Keto. Since March I’ve lost 25lbs switching to higher protein and swapping CHO for just fruit but now have plateaued. Listening to ur video inspires me to dive deeper in Dr. Berg’s teachings. As an RN, I enjoy listening to the science behind the why. My shortcoming is adding vegetables. I have PCOS/insulin resistance. I’m lost on how to figure out how much to eat of what items. I’ve subscribed so I look forward to hearing more. Thank you Violet!
Thank you for this information! I’m eight weeks in and have been trying to exercise and think I’ve been over doing it. I think that’s why my loss has slowed down from it. Your wisdom is wonderfully helpful to me! Thank you!!!!
He saved me? Dr. Berg is a phenomenal educator, physician, and speaker. He can breakdown the most “complex” terms and methodology for “the lay person” to understand. However; why I really admire Dr. Berg is that he “ provides “YOU “ with the tools to actually “ HELP yourself” with no FLUFF. “Accountability,Responsibility, Knowledge” is the KEY. I sincerely thank you for passing on YOUR (the) KNOWLEDGE.
That looks delicious!! you’re lucky to have a Trader Joe’s so close….I either have to go down Hyannis on cape cod or Rhode Island lol. Looks wonderful….gotta try. Great video! Have a great weekend and happy Mother’s Day!
I’m not a vegetarian, but I do appreciate these veggie recipes, I like to avoid eating meat as much as possible and these are some really cool recipes for doing that! Thank you!
Great video you have expressed what most of us who have learned to eat the keto way of life. We are a happier people because of it and Dr. Berg is a great wealth of information he has helped so many. Being truthful to self is a very big deal and a joyous place when you get there.
I think this diet is not healthy long term. Not enough protein and fat. There are vitamins that get absorbed only in the presence of fat. Living on vegetables only, mainly raw, will not give your body what it needs. Not to mention that it’s not satiating.
Hey Violet.. I agree with you 100%. The same thing happened to me almost one year ago after I saw Dr. Berg’s youtube videos for the first time by accident. He changed my life for better..I’m deeply truly thanked his videos to help me get healthy, lose weight and feel wellness..

its too many rules its just restrict on top of restrict no oil now its no starch no oatmeal because its not healthy no grains cause grains are bad no cooked food because that is evil like when did a plant based diet become so complicated i literally dont know what to eat anymore it seems that every food we eat is being scrutinized by every plant based doctor for the food we cannot eat its the dr gregor says no grains no rice because of the arsenic mcdougall says eat starch based fuhrman says no grains and no starches and its like man i just want to lose weight and be healthy and it seems that i am being pulled like a pinata in all these different directions on how to lose weight its like the plant based doctors are not in unity on their thoughts mcdougall says limits nuts fuhrman says to eat nuts and not to avoid then milton says potatoes are bad for you and fruit is bad because it spikes triglycerides its like what are we suppose to eat we need to quit making this so complicated cause it may turn people anorexic and have a big eating disorder or well give up on the diet i dont believe it should be so difficult to eat healthy.
I feel you… I went through the same pain, inflammation you name it.. I saw Doctor Berg, I decided to do keto and fasting and is the best thing that I done…. it’s good…. I don’t change it for anything…
Hi Violet! I really enjoyed hearing how Dr. Berg changed your life. He changed mine, too. Three years ago, I was miserable. Even though I worked out daily & ate a moderate diet, my weight was too much for my 5’0″ frame. I went searching for inspirational weight loss videos & stumbled upon Dr. Berg. Today, at age 58, I weigh 106 lbs, run or walk daily, eat a keto diet, and IF 22/2 daily. Doing this for life.
Everyone has a problem and is a separate case from all others. My problem: I just really dislike vegetables, unless they are in soup form…..You are amazing……Great video.
Can someone please help me? I am having problem with cups measurements. How much exactly of grams is for example one cup of cooked rice? Or cooked oats? Thank you in advance

Hey Cheri, informative video. I’m actually surprised to hear that people are having issues losing weight on this diet. I’ve been nutritarian for several years now, both for overall health and to combat a serious debilitating injury I sustained about 6years ago. I adhere very strictly to the diet, especially the G-bombs aspect. However, I never worry about the quantity of any of the foods I consume, and I can’t keep weight on. Also, as a consequence of the aforementioned injury, I am forced to remain pretty sedentary, as I can no longer work out. I assume most of your viewers are female so I’m not sure if gender in any way affects weight loss on the nutritarian diet.
i just watched a video of yours from 2 years ago it was by Dr Delgado i noticed that you have lost a lot of muscle mass since then the reason it cut my eye was, because i been in the fitness industry for a long time
Hi Katie, how are you? Great video, your cauliflower pizza looks amazing, I can’t wait to give it a go, I agree with you the pizza stones are fantastic and versatile. I was thinking, I will make the topping the same as you, for both pizzas but on one pizza I will add fresh tomatoe slices and sprinkle the cheese on top. I am going to make this for dinner tonight. Thank you for sharing. ❤
Less muscle than a ten year old girl, low testosterone, weak frame, myopia, squeaky voice, baldness, brain fog. This surely looks like an authority figure on health and longevity. What are his recommendations based on? Epidemiology on garbage in garbage out models. Rodent studies. Misinterpreted, cherry picked trials with low participation numbers. And a big dosage of argumentum ad aerecundiam.
I should get into the confidence trickster business. If that clown can pull it off, anybody can.
Dr. Eric Berg is very wise. I’ve been under conservative doctors who didn’t mind giving me Aspirin and tranquilizers. He went with wisdom first. He took the risk.
Stress causes most of our health. America needs to meditate and do energy healing.
Lease I do eat veggies meat and bread.
If I went on a diet, it be container of oats and two veggie and fruit powder protein pack is 12.00 dollars a bag per a week and a half. Also the will power to not eat your fiance food.
This after my check come in. Maybe, because will helping out with bills and paying for my own phone.
See like I’m all down to cut down on meat eating….but the alternatives taste horrible. I think I dislike more vegetables than like by a ratio of 4:1. There’s maybe 3 I can think of I actually think don’t taste disgusting.
I’ve been vegan for 6 years. In that time: my asthma is completely under control, I haven’t had a lung infection ( I used to get them 3x a year, I haven’t had a UTI, my blood pressure is normal, and I just over all feel amazing. But I make sure to take my B12 and vegan DHA.
For help wilth arthritic pain, I have discovered apple cider vinegar as a great help. Of course, Dr. Berg is an avid proponent of acv in his vids telling about how it boosts weight loss as well. Since I’ve been incorporating acv into my own keto dieting, the results are unmistakable.
I wish I new how to resist the foods that I don’t want to eat, but which I have to cook, because my elderly mother loves her patatoes, bread, sweets, etc.
Thanks! I have been following this program for about 10 months and have lost a fair amount of weight. But, had reached a bit of a plateau so, this was very helpful.
I guess I am just dealing with a ton of food addiction. I have never felt hunger in my throat, even after a fast. Also, I can be uncomfortably full and smell something tasty.. And want that, too.
My mother has the worst arthritis in her fingers and toes me and my dad has ever seen she had two hip replacements and unfortunately the second one she got a fracture her back is all twisted I tried with a few better solutions writing down for her Dr. Paul Haider’s diet did it once didn’t keep it up and unfortunately she takes Lerika and other meds to help but it’s bad for the kidneys plus being an epileptic and on antidepressants.
I really love your channel. For almost a month I’m on diet, specially vegetables. I find your channel very interesting to those starting to love the veges.
What helped you with your joint pain? I’m really worried because I’m starting to get joint pain and swelling.:( I started keto diet about 3 weeks ago. I’m not overweight but I just want to be healthy. Thank you
Some good stuff. But also some assumptions. Correlations do not prove causation. Confounders are abundant. So much of what he has said has been authenticated, but on the other coin, a lot has already been debunked. Always continue learning even when the facts don’t fit your previous assumptions, and you won’t waste half your life like I did.
Cheri, beans always make me gain weight no matter how little, the only bean i seem to be ok with is tofu, so I am eating it every day as my beans allowance, is that ok with dr Furhman’s guidelines?
Respect to you and your Valuable Counsel. I respectfully disagree with what you say about Unrefined Starches, (such as Unpeeled Sweet Potatoes and MOST Squashes ), which when boiled or steamed and served with no fattening condiments deliver EXTREMELY Low Glcemic Results. They are SUPERB weight reduction foods, among.Several Additional Unrefined Varieties. Why you mentioned Unrefined Starch along with dried fruit, (which deliver HORRIBLE Glycemic Results), I can’t understand. Let us also remember Beans ARE an UNREFINED STARCH. You are ENTIRELY RIGHT that Green Vegetables must PREDOMINATE our SUSTENANCE if want to END OBESITY! Respect to you, I’m certain your Clients are Successful!
My 8-Quart InstantPot is on its way from CA to MA as we speak. I used code: AJ to get $10 off! Thanks for reminding me of that in your last video. This bisque is the first thing I’m going to make when it arrives. I’m so excited to not chop the veggies!
This is so true My sister left her tongue be re-injured for seven months without going back to the dentist and now has stage 2 tongue cancer and has had to have surgery had her lymph notes out and radiation therapy it will take her years to recover all because she didn’t go to the dentist to get it checked out properly. Also it’s rubbish food like cardboard rye Ryvita but she is overweight so that makes sense if you have more cells there is more likelihood you would get cancer. So it seems like our lifestyles of the problem and the fact that we ignore her health at the expense of not having to deal with it
Are these limits only if you aren’t losing weight after being on the diet for awhile? One of the reasons I am trying wfpb is for my overall health…but yes I do need to lose weight. The appeal to me of wfpb is not having to worry about macros and be super strict…thoughts?
I’m on my second week doing Dr. Fuhrman’s plan! I know he says that you can have more then 1 cup of beans; but, what would you consider too much? I was considering trying 1/2 to 1 cup more in place of some of the grains!
Yay! Great video! I’m wondering if fruit is unlimited? Like 3-4 could be a minimum? I can eat a lot of fruit, usually in the morning and with lunch. I hope it won’t hinder my weight loss goals
Just like E cigarettes that the NHS in endorses to give up smoking however I had an asthma attack when someone blew smoke on me and had to go to the hospital
Several of the studies he is referring to are not representative. The cigarette and chicken one is for instance far from. This just makes it all more complicated for us..
I just finished my first day of the Eat to Live diet, and I feel SO excited for this journey! I’ve been vegan for around 2 years now already, so that aspect isn’t hard at all, however, I’ll admit…I’m a total junk food vegan! After having eaten so many fruits and veggies today though, I already feel like my body is thanking me for finally treating it right!
yes, i like his humor. although i have had to get used to his delivery. check out his website https://nutritionfacts.org/ and his youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/NutritionFactsOrg. i subscribe to everything he posts.
Wow! Thank you so much for this vid! I stopped losing weight for a while and got so frustrated that I went back on eating vegan junk food but I’m going back to it! But the hunger feeling tho! I honestly cannot relate it to it at all I guess I have no idea of how “true” hunger feels So is it like a feeling in the throat? And what kind of feeling?
Wowtalk about perfect timing! Thanx so much as always CheriI’d been “plateau-ing”for a while lately… & whilst I’ve implemented several of your suggestions, your recommendations re: grain/s, I can see, is my “glitch”! Also, I was consuming 3 huge fruit serves per day, so ive minimised my fruit sizes & temporarily eliminated dried fruit & nuts (just doing seeds at the mo), which got me back on track! As always… You rock Kaz. Ps: I luv moo
Chef AJ You work so hard and you deserve your beautiful new home and kitchen. Thank you for the update on this recipe I can’t wait to try it, I know I will love it. Thank you for years of inspiration and your sincere care for others.
Doug Lisle (True North Health) mentions the specific combo of ‘Ezekiel bread with Peanut butter’ as a VERY common culprit.:-) Even though reasonably healthy, there are a lot of calories there.
Hi! Thanks so much for that information! It was helpful! A little unsolicited feedback might be helpful to you, and then to other viewers. Although the information was great, the editing of this video made for somewhat stressful listening. There was no breathing room. I’d rather watch a video with breaths between the sentences rather than watch a shorter version and not want to watch it again because it was uncomfortable. I hope this is useful. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience!
Yay! Thanks for the pep talk! You are the inspiration I always need! I love how bubbly you are and therefore, healthy and happy!!! Love Moo! Cats are the best and she or he is so loving with you! We don’t have our kitties anymore and I do miss them but we are gone so much that it is the most prudent thing right now not to have a pet we have to leave! Keep those videos coming!!!!

Hi Katie! I just made this recipe, and my husband and I devoured it! I will make this on a regular basis. The only problem I had was that I had to cook it twice as long. The first part took me 25 minutes to cook, but the second part with the toppings took the 8 minutes as your recipe states. (I live in upstate NY and we have had an unprecedented amount of rainfall, so maybe it’s because it’s so humid here right now.) Kudos to you! I love this recipe!
@Violet: please also consider watching dr. joel wallach; he was similar to what dr. berg meant to be for you, a milestone in my life contributing to the understanding of physiology and pathology; he is really worth being read, heard, understood. i have a solid background in human medicine and also in biology, if you should doubt my words: i always recommend others to find out a part of what is true by themselves. I also appreciate dr. berg and dr. bergman
I wanna try the first recipe tomorrow and i just want to know if you have to cook the cauliflower only 2 or 3 minutes before you marinade it & if it’s also okay to cook it in the pan and not put it in the oven?:)
Ooh Tana! This is my 1st comment or complain in 14 years watching you and your husband great education to the community. Well this NEW FORMAT one face in top of other instead one next to the other. Is really chocking. Sincerely, Pina
Yes…Dr Berg is a very genuine doc… Don’t know if anyone knows but there is another channel called Dr.Oz who plain lifts things n stuff n even language from the videos of Dr Berg..weird how some people can cheat like that..
We all have to make a living and Dr. Berg is no exception. There is not one thing wrong with his creating useful products to help him in his life. It is totally honorable. I think he is terrific and I am so grateful for all the excellent information he puts out there for us.
Hi! I’ve just come across this speech by Dr Cridland on sleep and how its lack affects weight loss. I hope it will also help others. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdECC-BIsSs
Multiple agents have demonstrated neuro protection in animal models but failed in human studies. “End of Alzheimer’s…” is aspirational. Currently, there is no effective treatment or program to reverse AD.
I made this according to the recipe with one exception which was I substituted Jewel sweet potatoes for the Hannah since they could not be found. The Jewel were the closest to the Hannah that I could find.
It was really good. I froze 4 quarts and had a big bowl for dinner with rice. I had some left over which I used as a dip for potato slices I made -+SOS in the air fryer. Very filling and clean eating.
I watched this a couple times and don’t see where you added any fluid to the instant pot and there is none listed. I was thinking you added vegetable broth but when I watched again that was not the case. How much water do you add? I want to have enough to be effective but don’t want to water down the soup. Thanks!
Your cat is so adorable! Great tips! I definitely need to keep track of how many grains, nuts, avocados, and starchy vegetables I eat in a day so I don’t over it. I also feel like eating too many grains and starches make me hungrier and contribute to my overeating calories for the day. Confession time. Sometimes I have greens that go bad in my fridge which I do feel guilty about since they are so healthy. I need to figure out new and interesting ways to fix greens. I really like your tip of figuring out what foods are right for you and your body. I think this may key for me to work on figuring out for myself. All great information as always!
Thank you for this easy to watch video and explanation. I need this because I’m doing several of these things and can’t lose weight even though I’m eating really clean wfpb vegan. I’m not feeling hungry very much and feel like I don’t eat a lot. But still overweight and have belly fat which concerns me.
I go to lots of lectures to learn about my health, mainly my depression and bipolar. The WORST thing is when the lecture ends, and we have to Q&A. I was so glad when the main talk ended, and Q&A started:) very good!
I have copd and inflammation and I know that keto is the way for me to go, but I haven’t got there yet. I just want to thank you for the encouragement.
His info isn’t that great. Keto is a short term fix. Talk to me in 3 years. Keto is a huge stressor. Your problem was that you were eating grains, nuts and seeds. That’s all.
Wow! I’m fairly new and I’ve experienced most of these reasons already. I’ve just taken a hard look at what might be going wrong with me a couple of days ago. I realized I was overdoing grains. It was a slow creep but I was definitely eating too much whole wheat bread, pasta, pizza dough, etc. Also, I had starting letting some sugar in with the self talk, “this little bit won’t hurt.” Then the nuts and seeds.. ugh. I never really read the book so I’m kind of starting over now. Thanks for the video! It really helps!
That looks delicious!! you’re lucky to have a Trader Joe’s so close….I either have to go down Hyannis on cape cod or Rhode Island lol. Looks wonderful….gotta try. Great video! Have a great weekend and happy Mother’s Day!
Cheri, thank you for this video. I’ve just started my 8th week and I have done very well even getting to reduce some medication. I’m an overweight Type II diabetic who had a heart attack 10 months ago. I LOVE Dr. Fuhrman and his life-giving Nutritarian lifestyle! Your video has helped me to understand more that I need to know. My weight loss started slowing to a crawl and I see that the nuts are my area of need to ask myself, “Whatcha doin’ there, Lynda?” That and ferro in my soup. I’ve sunscribed. Moo and you are adorable!

Hi Cheri, thanks for the videos! I had my baby 6-months ago and am nursing. What effect does lactation have on the amount of limited foods (specifically nuts/seeds/avacados) while losing weight? I heard in the video that you had a baby, so I thought you would have some good insight.
I’m glad I found your channel! I had great success on ETL about 6 years ago (lost about 60 pounds in 6 months) and am looking forward to committing to ETL again. I remember feeling so healthy and even just having a better of gratitude.
I wish I new how to resist the foods that I don’t want to eat, but which I have to cook, because my elderly mother loves her patatoes, bread, sweets, etc.
Thank you for this information! I’m eight weeks in and have been trying to exercise and think I’ve been over doing it. I think that’s why my loss has slowed down from it. Your wisdom is wonderfully helpful to me! Thank you!!!!
You are very good at explaining things. I agree with everything you said as I fight inflammation my self. I will succeed. Continue the great work. I don’t know why u don’t have more views. You can try branching out to other platforms. Cheers. Thank you!
Ha! Your Kitty-Cat lol!! I’m eating healthier(plant based at about 80%) but have not been losing any weight lately. I think that I have fallen into the extra servings of Nuts and seeds, and maybe too much oatmeal, it’s so easy to do. I’m not sure what else I may be over doing it on as well. A food journal is a great idea. Great video, thx.
its too many rules its just restrict on top of restrict no oil now its no starch no oatmeal because its not healthy no grains cause grains are bad no cooked food because that is evil like when did a plant based diet become so complicated i literally dont know what to eat anymore it seems that every food we eat is being scrutinized by every plant based doctor for the food we cannot eat its the dr gregor says no grains no rice because of the arsenic mcdougall says eat starch based fuhrman says no grains and no starches and its like man i just want to lose weight and be healthy and it seems that i am being pulled like a pinata in all these different directions on how to lose weight its like the plant based doctors are not in unity on their thoughts mcdougall says limits nuts fuhrman says to eat nuts and not to avoid then milton says potatoes are bad for you and fruit is bad because it spikes triglycerides its like what are we suppose to eat we need to quit making this so complicated cause it may turn people anorexic and have a big eating disorder or well give up on the diet i dont believe it should be so difficult to eat healthy.
These low-fat morons aggressively pushing unnatural low-fat diet caused an explosion of heavily processed junk and the epidemic of obesity. Now they realized their mistake and instead of looking at the data and correcting, they doubled down. Now it’s not enough to eat the low-fat Mediterranean. Now you need to be low-fat vegan. Nobody eats like this, it’d disgusting, unnatural and wrong.
I split my 10 cups of vegetables between my two meals I’ve never looked back!!! I used to look at people who enjoyed eating large salads saying they couldn’t possibly be satisfied or full. I am EXTREMELY satisfied and full after every meal!!! OMG I SAY THE SAME THING!!!!!! people said to me how can I eat the same thing everyday. I say because I love being healthy and I also ask them how can they eat mcdonalds everyday. People have no problems watching people eat chips and cookies everyday plus drinking soda everyday but u drink matcha tea and they think something is wrong with u. It’s a society issue in the way people have been brainwashed keep doing what ur doing! I love that u have conviction
I guess I am just dealing with a ton of food addiction. I have never felt hunger in my throat, even after a fast. Also, I can be uncomfortably full and smell something tasty.. And want that, too.
Everyone has a problem and is a separate case from all others. My problem: I just really dislike vegetables, unless they are in soup form…..You are amazing……Great video.
Have you ever experienced true hunger in the throat region? I am a long-time nutritarian who has never felt this sensation, even over long bouts of fasting. I asked Dr. Furman about this many years ago, and he suggested that throat hunger doesn’t occur until you reach a certain level of lean body mass. In other words, as long as you have spare fat to burn, you will not experience true hunger. Have you found this to be the case? How would you describe the sensation itself? I feel as though I don’t know what I should be looking for.
No instant pot here… anyone else tried this in a slow cooker or on stove top? thinking it would be best to chop up veggies…how long was cooking time (approx)? Thanks. This looks wonderful Chef AJ, look forward to making it Today, I ate a Japanese Sweet Potato (cold roasted yesterday) with macerated blueberries on top..O.M.G.! It was incredibly delicious….I am really enjoying your recipes.
My kids ❤ cauliflower. I’d probably have to double each of these recipes so that there was enough to satisfy their love of this vegetable . I’ll definitely be trying all three
Can someone please help me? I am having problem with cups measurements. How much exactly of grams is for example one cup of cooked rice? Or cooked oats? Thank you in advance
Agree completely. Have been following Dr Berg for a couple of years now but only just started to move to an 18/6 intermittent fasting approach and already after a few weeks am noticing changes in my own hip inflammation and general health and vitality as well. He explains it so well and simply and I honestly don’t see the changes leading to ‘boring’ food, in fact I’ve discovered and now eat more variety of vegetables and other foods that I didn’t eat much or at all in the past. Additionally eating just twice a day provides a challenge….what to do with extra time! And, of course the fact that I don’t need to buy as much food as I did before.
How important is it to eat beans? I am not a big fan cause I am always scared I will eat way more than allowed. I dont mind skipping it a day or two a week is it an issue?
I just finished my first day of the Eat to Live diet, and I feel SO excited for this journey! I’ve been vegan for around 2 years now already, so that aspect isn’t hard at all, however, I’ll admit…I’m a total junk food vegan! After having eaten so many fruits and veggies today though, I already feel like my body is thanking me for finally treating it right!
He looks so unhealthy and malnourished. If he would simply listen to his body and eat animals, he would not need to read all of those bullshit studies. He would look healthy and I could take him seriously. This guy is a fool.
It’s lengthy video..from comments I learn that.. vegetarian food is good for health and to live healthy for more time..so thanks for comments..you all saved my time..thank you all
OMG this is my exact story, drBerg, Dr.Boz, DrWestman, Dr.Fong, DrBerry and you. All of you helped me lose weight, exercise, get healthier and lose pain. But sadly, since the start of the covid quarantine I decided to eat, bread, pasta, rice and almost anything I wanted. So today Im back to my old painful living and you are right the inflammation came back to my pre-keto life. But today Im on my way back to eating keto properly cuz I never want to feel bad again. Its not easy but its better than living in this pain. Keto on! Queen of the wellness warriors so you can live you best life, im behind your leading.
I absolutely love you. Say what? Yes your enthusiasm is helping to save a lot of lives and helping to place people on the path to recovery. You are spot on with everything you say. Dr Fuhrman is God, and you are an angel.:-) Okay so to the point. When it comes to exercise you are correct about it all. There is one add-on that is super helpful, and that is as you mature in your exercise program you will come to realize that a little bit of exercise increases the appetite and a lot of exercise decreases it. So it is joy to be doing a real healthy level of exercise and then realize you aren’t hungry at all. Love it.
@violet: think of taking omega 3 fatty acids (krill), enzymes on an empty stomach each morning (bromelain/papain/trypsine/chymotrypsine) with a glass of water every day; i do this since years and could even help to heal members of my family suffering from cancer
Thank you for the great video. I look forward to your informative videos! You mentioned eating only 1 cup of oatmeal. Would that be 1 cup dry or cooked?
Oh my goodness this looks so amazing! We are going into winter in the Southern part of Africa and I’m always looking for more soup recipes. Thank you so much!
Two of the very finest MDs in the entire world. Read everything they have written, watch every one of their many videos. Dr. Gundry changed my life with his Plant Paradox. Dr. Bredesen should get a Nobel Prize soon, after the rest of the medical and pharmaceutical world wakes up. Do not waste your time with conventional neurologists. Tom Gunn
Hey Katie yeah cauliflower pizza yummy ever since you have done it last time i have been thinking how u made it i love pizza sooo much crispy pizza is the best i love how the crust look golden brown will i need to bake longer if i don’t have a baking stone? It look so yummy hahaha thanks for the nice yummy pizza hahaha. Why was I always sick and tired on a vegan diet? Tried it from age 16-28 and kept getting sicker and sicker. Started eating meat a few times a week and all my health problems went away and suddenly had more energy and brain processing power than I’ve had in years.
Cheri, thank you for this video. I’ve just started my 8th week and I have done very well even getting to reduce some medication. Just found your channel and have to say that I love your message and the way you make it all sound so simple! I have been doing low carb and IF and now have my sugar at 5.3 but I am not satisfied with my 22 pound weight loss YET. I want to lose another 20 and your videos have inspired me! God bless!!
I saw your first conversation in 2017 about this topic and I do not recall to have seen this angle of Alzheimers disgussed in media or newspapers that reach the general public here in Iceland. Or I have Alzheimers:). Well everything is upside down about flu that nobody in my town died from but I believe already few died this year from this disease and my good friends mother is on its end stages.
I’ve discovered Dr.Berg at age 27 and he’s absolutely changed my life! I’m so looking forward to having these healthy-eating habits pay-off for the next 25 years of my life. I trust Dr.Berg because he’s aged backwards in the past 5 years, you can look at his old videos and see a major difference. That’s what made him stick for me. I don’t even care that everyone looks at me crazy for not eating sugar, carbs and processed oils. My adult-acne has disappeared, my energy levels are much better and I am no longer perpetually hungry and “controlled” by food. Healthy keto forever!!
Hi Katie! I just made this recipe, and my husband and I devoured it! I will make this on a regular basis. The only problem I had was that I had to cook it twice as long. The first part took me 25 minutes to cook, but the second part with the toppings took the 8 minutes as your recipe states. I truly believe Dr Berg cares about people and wants to help them. I honestly think he started making his own products to sell because none of the products on the market were up to his very High standards. His products are second to none!
Thank you, this was helpful! Is there a maximum amount of beans? Like if I have 3 cups a day, is that too much? Also grains and starchy veggies count towards that one cup a day? Thank you! ❤️
I been full vegetarian for 5 years. Lost so much fat & never gained it back. This informative video is really making me cross over to vegan! End of the month
I am actually trying to gain weight. Never thought I would say that!! I’ve been super active the last few weeks and dropped way too low. Adding more food and going to slack on my spin classes for a week to see if I can get up 5-6 pounds!!
You need to compare the amount of potassium in a banana to the amount in other foods with the same number of calories, NOT the same volume. Some make it a bit higher on the list but have TWICE the calories so really they only have HALF the potassium of a banana by caloric content. There are still a few foods that beat bananas by that criterion but not many.
This guy needs to debate dr. Jason Fung the Canadian kidney specialist who is all about high fat/low carb…lots of his videos on You tube 2 doctors quoting studies that prove their case and arguing for the opposite diet So hard for the layman to sort out what to do
Hi! I’ve just come across this speech by Dr Cridland on sleep and how its lack affects weight loss. I hope it will also help others. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdECC-BIsSs

Not so fast, Dr. Greger! Of course, a plant-based diet will help prevent coronavirus. “Underlying conditions” are the reason most die of COVID-19. Those underlying conditions? Let’s see, obesity, heart disease, diabetes, cancer -on and on. Treat (cure) the underlying conditions and we are stronger and our immune systems can fight off germs & viruses more aggressively.
Just a suggestion, is there anyway you can maybe make your own versions of cauliflower rice? I love your videos and I know there are a lot of other recipes online but I would love to see your take on it.:D
My husband literally hates cauliflower, our 2 years old son is not a fan neither, but they devoured bites from the first recipe! Thank you so much! (P.S. I put less garlic to the sauce beacuse of my little one, and he had a very little amount of the sauce, still, once finished, he wanted more!)
Yes…Dr Berg is a very genuine doc… Don’t know if anyone knows but there is another channel called Dr.Oz who plain lifts things n stuff n even language from the videos of Dr Berg..weird how some people can cheat like that..
I know that we aren’t supposed to have dairy, but I really need to get in 5 Skyr a week for the active cultures need for woman’s health (if you know what I mean?)…..
Hey peeps I would like to follow different doctors.. can y’all recommend some others that you follow? I follow Dr. Berg and Dr. Berry.. thanks a million!! Keto On
Wonderful information from a delightful woman! Cheri, thank you so much for the time, energy, effort and enthusiasm you put into all of your teachings! You are a wonderful example of joy and commitment to helping others! Keep up the great work… You are an inspirational role model and a pleasure to learn from!
I am actually trying to gain weight. Never thought I would say that!! I’ve been super active the last few weeks and dropped way too low. Adding more food and going to slack on my spin classes for a week to see if I can get up 5-6 pounds!!
Thank you Violet! I love Dr Berg too, and I know that he is rightbut I didn’t think that I could do what he suggestsbut you have helped me see that I can! I can’t tell you how much I believe this will help me! Blessings
there are a lot of doctors out there advocating lots of stuff. some sound reasonable because they seem to want to monetize their advice. i am suspicious. i trust this guy. today i am going to buy “how not to die” and the cookbook by greger. i borrowed “how” from the library and realized that i want to own it.
Thank You so very much. I felt like giving up and I thought I was going to have to go to a professional to help me with Keto but you just made it easy for me! Veggies! Duh!
Just wodner if u stick to the weight loss plan of having half to one cup of beans and 1 ounce of nuts seeds, will there be enough protein intake for the day?
I just want to say, that I was Totally listening and on the same accord with All that you were saying and thenur lil’ Fur Baby stole the show!!! Great tips & they came at a good time for me but please, kiss your baby for me, Sooo Adorable♡♡♡
I watched this last night and everything you said was what I was doing without being conscious of it! So today I talked to my sponsor about reining it in. I’m feeling great! I was getting frustrated being stuck at a weight when I know I have a good 15 to 20 lbs to go. Thank you thank you thank you, Cheri!!
1.Vitamin B12 breakthrough for more complete Vegetarian and Vegan diets”
A team, led by Professor Martin Warren at the University’s School of Biosciences, has proved that common garden cress can indeed take up cobalamin.
The amount of B12 absorbed by garden cress is dependent on the amount present in the growth medium, and the Kent team was able to confirm B12 uptake by showing that the nutrient ends up in the leaf.”

Hi im new here and was wondering if im missing the print recipe button? lol I like to have paper copy to put on my fridge while cooking. Is it just a copy and paste kind of thing or?
Excited to try these recipes as Im a new cook:)
I truly believe Dr Berg cares about people and wants to help them. I honestly think he started making his own products to sell because none of the products on the market were up to his very High standards. His products are second to none!

1$,300 per month in 2 weeks. Right now I get food stamps of 195.00 per a month. I get it in the middle of the month. This will stop in a few months.
Worse about veggies, it does not keep long. This means more trips to the store and more money to spend public transportation.
Thank you so much for your videos! Do you think 1 oz of tahini paste (just grounded sesame seeds) could replace your 1 oz of nuts or seeds?
man when did a plant based diet get so complicated it used to be so simple and easy that you should just eat high carb low fat and eat a whole food plant based diet and now its eat nutritarian and eat less and calorie count your food with dr fuhrman and its a complete 360 with dr mcdougall where his diet is starch based and the patients are eating oatmeall and all this high starchy foods that dr fuhrman does’nt seem to like in a diet mcdougall wants beans and potatoes and rice in the diet where has dr fuhrman wants more vegetables in the diet and giant salads but i could not do his diet honestly because i would want my big bowl of oatmeal in the morning to satisfy me and big plate of white rice but i also love fruit which mcdougall limits on his diet and what if i want to add to my diet to make a nice smoothie or something i wont be able to have my smoothie on the starch solution and then thers the cooking your food is evil thing from the raw vegan promoters and the carbs are bad and you should try vegan keto and it just goes on and on with mrcrergor saying that rice is bad because of the phytic acid and arsonic in white and brown rice and its like when I think about all of this its enough to drive somebody to be blunt CRAZY AND COMPLETELY CONFUSED AND INSANE AND ITS LIKE WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSE TO EAT IN HERE MAN!

Thankyou We are in agreement. I am 75 and very energetic. I owe that to Dr. Berg. I have watched his videos and learned so much from him.

its too many rules its just restrict on top of restrict no oil now its no starch no oatmeal because its not healthy no grains cause grains are bad no cooked food because that is evil like when did a plant based diet become so complicated i literally dont know what to eat anymore it seems that every food we eat is being scrutinized by every plant based doctor for the food we cannot eat its the dr gregor says no grains no rice because of the arsenic mcdougall says eat starch based fuhrman says no grains and no starches and its like man i just want to lose weight and be healthy and it seems that i am being pulled like a pinata in all these different directions on how to lose weight its like the plant based doctors are not in unity on their thoughts
mcdougall says limits nuts fuhrman says to eat nuts and not to avoid then milton says potatoes are bad for you and fruit is bad because it spikes triglycerides its like what are we suppose to eat we need to quit making this so complicated cause it may turn people anorexic and have a big eating disorder or well give up on the diet i dont believe it should be so difficult to eat healthy.
Dr Berg taught me how to get rid of kidney stones, had them for 2 years which is dangerous.
Learned about citric acid and they went almost overnight!!
My problem: I just really
dislike vegetables, unless they are in soup form…..You are amazing……Great video.
Can someone please help me? I am having problem with cups measurements. How much exactly of grams is for example one cup of cooked rice? Or cooked oats? Thank you in advance
There people is in bad health, because of low income. They can not buy veggies for more then one person, because it would take most of their income to pay for bills.
If people stop asking for raises, things would not be so high. Everything goes up when asking for minimum wage.

Thank You so very much. I felt like giving up and I thought I was going to have to go to a professional to help me with Keto but you just made it easy for me! Veggies! Duh!
I assume most of your viewers are female so I’m not sure if gender in any way affects weight loss on the nutritarian diet.
i just watched a video of yours from 2 years ago it was by Dr Delgado
i noticed that you have lost a lot of muscle mass since then
the reason it cut my eye was, because i been in the fitness industry for a long time
Wow Chef AJ the Kitchen really looks ❤️❤️ much bigger than the previous one Congrats love you for explaining in a detailed way thanks
Great story. Thanks for sharing. ❤️ People you will never meet will have their lives changed so much for the better by your words………
I make my 10 cups of veggies into smoothies. It’s so easy to get them all in that way. I’m super curious how old you are. I can’t tell
Thank you so much!! I am a huge fan of Dr. Berg and am embarking on a major health journey. I really needed to see this video this morning. Thank you!
Actually it’s better to watch and follow you every day U have a lot of great informations also your smile

Thankyou We are in agreement. I am 75 and very energetic. I owe that to Dr. Berg. I have watched his videos and learned so much from him.
My 8-Quart InstantPot is on its way from CA to MA as we speak. I used code: AJ to get $10 off! Thanks for reminding me of that in your last video. This bisque is the first thing I’m going to make when it arrives. I’m so excited to not chop the veggies!
I am SO happy YOU GOT a NEW HOME WITH A BIG KITCHEN THAT IS FABULOUS THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR YUMMY DELICIOUS RECIPE LOVE YOUR NEW KITCHEN
I guess you are completely excluding meat? Is that right? I know that some people have lost weight by eating a meat and veggie diet.
This is so true
My sister left her tongue be re-injured for seven months without going back to the dentist and now has stage 2 tongue cancer and has had to have surgery had her lymph notes out and radiation therapy it will take her years to recover all because she didn’t go to the dentist to get it checked out properly.
Making this tonight any thoughts on what to use in place of Benson’s, since I don’t have any in the house? Ordering it now, though!
Chef AJ! I am from the south, can u slow down alittle.. wow u talk so fast! Lol I do love u but my brain is alittle overwhelmed listening to u

Hey Katie yeah cauliflower pizza yummy ever since you have done it last time i have been thinking how u made it i love pizza sooo much crispy pizza is the best i love how the crust look golden brown will i need to bake longer if i don’t have a baking stone? I love watching Dr Berg’s health tutorial! It’s very easy to follow the way he explains it, thank you for sharing your story!
Hi Katie! I just made this recipe, and my husband and I devoured it! I will make this on a regular basis. The only problem I had was that I had to cook it twice as long. The first part took me 25 minutes to cook, but the second part with the toppings took the 8 minutes as your recipe states. (I live in upstate NY and we have had an unprecedented amount of rainfall, so maybe it’s because it’s so humid here right now.)
Kudos to you!

Thanks!

I tried the cauliflower with mushrooms and gravy and its CRAZY GOOD!! So delicious that I wanted to eat the whole thing but got full half way, lol!
I also appreciate dr. berg and dr. bergman
Thanks in advance for your feedback!
I wish I new how to resist the foods that I don’t want to eat, but which I have to cook, because my elderly mother loves her patatoes, bread, sweets, etc.
I guess you are completely excluding meat? Is that right? I know that some people have lost weight by eating a meat and veggie diet.
I would like to try making the pizza crust into small discs without toppings, to be eaten with dip. I bet that would go over well at parties.
Thank you for this information! I’m eight weeks in and have been trying to exercise and think I’ve been over doing it. I think that’s why my loss has slowed down from it. Your wisdom is wonderfully helpful to me! Thank you!!!!
Great story. Thanks for sharing. ❤️ People you will never meet will have their lives changed so much for the better by your words………
Great video, thx.
its too many rules its just restrict on top of restrict no oil now its no starch no oatmeal because its not healthy no grains cause grains are bad no cooked food because that is evil like when did a plant based diet become so complicated i literally dont know what to eat anymore it seems that every food we eat is being scrutinized by every plant based doctor for the food we cannot eat its the dr gregor says no grains no rice because of the arsenic mcdougall says eat starch based fuhrman says no grains and no starches and its like man i just want to lose weight and be healthy and it seems that i am being pulled like a pinata in all these different directions on how to lose weight its like the plant based doctors are not in unity on their thoughts
mcdougall says limits nuts fuhrman says to eat nuts and not to avoid then milton says potatoes are bad for you and fruit is bad because it spikes triglycerides its like what are we suppose to eat we need to quit making this so complicated cause it may turn people anorexic and have a big eating disorder or well give up on the diet i dont believe it should be so difficult to eat healthy.
I love your YouTube videos very helpful but can you please post more videos on side dishes please I always have struggles with creating side dishes
My problem: I just really
dislike vegetables, unless they are in soup form…..You are amazing……Great video.
Is the complete recipe here? I see some of it in dialogue but not the specific recipe with all the measurements and finishing add ones. Thanks….
Thank you so much!! I am a huge fan of Dr. Berg and am embarking on a major health journey. I really needed to see this video this morning. Thank you!
I usually have one wet hand and a dry hand (or rather.. a wet fork and a dry hand)
Rec for vegans: use chickpea-sauce instead of egg (the water from a can of chickpeas or any bean juice will do)
I love this guy. I think Dr. Greger should run for US presidency, seriously, wouldn´t that be a story? First plantbased President?
Dr Fuhrman is God, and you are an angel.:-)
Okay so to the point.
I make my 10 cups of veggies into smoothies. It’s so easy to get them all in that way. I’m super curious how old you are. I can’t tell
I love how the auto subtitles think the immersion blender is applause Like, yay, you’re making healthy taste delicious!!!
Tom Gunn

I’m an overweight Type II diabetic who had a heart attack 10 months ago. I LOVE Dr. Fuhrman and his life-giving Nutritarian lifestyle! Your video has helped me to understand more that I need to know. Moo and you are adorable!
Now you are the type of psychologist I want to see more of in this world i love your healing methods and advice and honesty. Thank you. Subscribed!
I love that you are doing these recipes… it really keeps me inspired and wanting to try everything!! I want to join you in Vegas… =)
I love this recipe!
Thank you! ❤️
I been full vegetarian for 5 years. Lost so much fat & never gained it back. This informative video is really making me cross over to vegan! End of the month
I did not like the long background to get the conclusion. Data can be explained quickly and focus on the solutions to avoid be lost in the details.
Jason Fung the Canadian kidney specialist
who is all about high fat/low carb…lots of his videos on You tube
2 doctors quoting studies that prove their case and arguing for the opposite diet
So hard for the layman to sort out what to do
Hi! I’ve just come across this speech by Dr Cridland on sleep and how its lack affects weight loss. I hope it will also help others.

Veggies! Duh!
Just wodner if u stick to the weight loss plan of having half to one cup of beans and 1 ounce of nuts seeds, will there be enough protein intake for the day?
