  • Thanks for all the information! My blood sugar/blood pressure/cholesterol has gone up. I used to eat the Sardines in a can regularly but kind of got tired of them adding to my Italian Pasta Dish. Tried out different kind of spagetthi over the years, without gluten etc.. Anyway I used the Sardines in Soya Oil since there are only three choices in the supermarkets here in the Netherlands (with Tomato Sauce or Pepper Sauce). Then of course you add fresh veggies and a tomato sauce according to your taste with Italian herbs. I used Co-Enzymes in the past, not that long though, since I find them expensive. I used Fish Oil capsules everyday (maybe not enough mg though). From listening to your advices I really want to make a change in my diet. Every week I go to Fitness once a week and feel so fatigued the next day with burning pain in my arms/hands due to Fibromyalgia symptoms. It has gotten worse over the years. I could go on and on. The human body works kind of complex to me. Anyway it’s all about: Taking care of yourself!

I won’t stop taking these meds but would be happy to find that they don’t break my fast!

  • I have a question. I take bcaas with creatine after a workout and then eat food with protein and calories, and it has been working for me. But i’d like to know if it’s a better option to take bcaas before/during my workout, and then take a protein shake or eat food after?

  • I am a Molecular Biologist. Final Year Ph.D. student, My most of the research is on Metabolism. As per recent researches, prolonged supplementation of BCAA causes harm especially if the intake is much higher than the utilization and metabolism. It can cause Insulin-dependent diabetes as well, so overall use this product cautiously only if you are doing heavy exercise training is beneficial. About vegetarians, It is well reported by several types of research that the kidneys of vegetarians get adapted for a lower intake of protein and it secretes much less amount of protein in the urine to manage the appropriate level of protein in the body. So, vegetarian people should not start taking high supplementation of any protein suddenly, They should start with a lower dose as possible. References:1. ; 2. ; 3. ; and many more recent publications are there… be healthy

  • Leucine and other BCAAs themselves wont do anything. You need all essential aminos in order to build muscle. Stop wasting your money on them! You already get them in your food and shakes.

  • I know you probably have a TON of questions on Intermittent Fasting and what foods do/don’t break a fast so I hope I answered many of your questions in this video. Comment below and let me know if there’s anything I didn’t mention in the video so we can add to our list! xoxo

I unsubscribed this guy because he blindly makes any products review and promotes in his channel. No research study and lack knowledge about supplements which doesn’t work.

  • How about some organic heavy whipping cream??? I usually add that to my cold brew coffee in the morning, about 2 Tablespoons along with some cinnamon. Also how about some unsweetened almond milk??

  • Another dish I tried out this weekend is: Sardines in Tomato Sauce with 1 onion, spring onion, kidney beans, tomato souce, Italian herbs, garlic fresh or powder, heat this up in a cooking pan with Coconut Oil and cook Jasmine Rice, Pandan or Basmati Rice in another pot. The Kidney beans are a good foundation for Chronic Fatigue/Adrenal Fatigue. It’s like a good basement in your body.

  • If toothpaste and mouthwash breaks my fast is there anything you can use as a substitute? i can’t just not brush my teeth and not use mouthwash my wife will leave me

  • Anything that stimulates insulin release technically breaks the fast. Coffee included and yes even artificial sweetener. However, going in and out of ketosis is normal, healthy and fine.

  • Great information but the background music was headache-inducing. Trying to listen to words and having the electric guitar noise was quite jarring for me.

  • Please stop having your models wear BB clothing that is not available… I keep seeing great gear and NOT finding it on your website.

  • Why do they put carrageenan in this product? I used it for two yrs daily and loved it until i read the other ingredients. This product does not need to be thickened?? other Companies have removed carrageenan from their products for consumer health benefits. It would be back in my home if they would use Stevia as a sweetener and remove the carrageenan!

  • Bcaa is a crap doesn’t work…it has been proved by lot of studies…only use is in endurance training…not required for bodybuilders and normal gym goers.

  • Hi Jeffery, thanks for all the qigong video, they are really good. I am a cardiologist and see a lot of patients with high blood pressure. It’s appreciated that you give advices of life style changes. I would however suggest a more accurate classification of hypertension. Most of the people have primary hypertension, ie essential hypertension, due to aterosclerosis during our life time and the vessels get more stiffened. Stress and sleep apnea may cause hypertension too, signals from the brain will higher the tonus of the vessel, but the hypertension still considered as primary/essential. All the life style factors as you mentioned affect the stiffness and the tonus of the vessels. So we can still improve our blood pressure, even if it is primary or essential.
Secondary hypertension is a very special term and only very small portion of people have secondary hypertension (5-10%), due to underlying endocrinological diseases such as tumor in the adrenal grand, stenosis of the kidney arteries, or very seldom stenosis of the aorta. They really needs a good work-up and sometimes specific medication or interventions. Of course even this kind uncommon hypertension will benefit from life style changes.
And Qi Gong is a great way to do it.
    Keep on the good work!

  • I usually make a smoothie of spinach and kale with a tea spoon of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar and sea salt. Will this drink break my fast?

  • Jeff, thank you for taking the time and effort to get people like me educated ( in plain, simple, and understandable English!) I just discovered you yesterday, and I am now a fan! I have lots of things to do! My biggest enemy is myself, being LAZY and not motivated. I hope that through your “encouragement”, I will be able to start something towards good health! ( My husband and I just joined a Tai Chi class which my community is sponsoring, FREE of charge to us Seniors. Hoping we can keep up!) THANK YOU SO MUCH again, and may the LORD bless you and your family!!

  • sir plz is link pr jakr akshay ji ki ye video dekhe our batay sach kya he..bcoz i follow ur instructions. Plz.

  • You say that you won’t feel a boost of energy from BCAAs. From what I have learned, taht is incorrect. BCAAs have only 3 of the Essential Amino Acids and all 8 EAAs are needed for protein synthesis. When you do not have all 8 of the EAAs in your system simultaneously, your body will convert Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine into sugars, fuel, or waste, and sugars and fuel will give you a boost. So, instead of BCAAs, you’re better off eating a piece of fruit.

  • I need a reply on this.i’m Fasting to lose weight i eat once a day at 6 (Meat grain and greens) with a plant based protein powder shake with water, about 7 i workout then take GNC’s Performance pro essential amino acids. • Cuff monitors go out of adjustment and have to be calibrated periodically, whereas wrist monitors do not. Some doctors will not do this for you because they want to be your only source of medical information. The British Hypertension Society has a wrist monitor that they recommend. Their wrist monitor cannot give a wrong reading if you move your arm, because if you do it will immediately indicate an error message not an erroneous reading. The gold standard is intra-arterial measurement, and I have read that the wrist monitor approximates to this. I have used a wrist monitor for years and have never had a problem. Fasting is also amazingly effective. I water fasted for ten days straight and my blood pressure plummeted! My doctor was all about drug treatments. He actually told me that lifestyle changes, diets, supplements, etc. cannot resolve high blood pressure issues, and actually became angry with me when I asked about chiropractic and qi gong!

  • lol omg its called being lazy and unmotivated stop with supplements lol wow too many people focus on supplements instead of actual workouts and diet stop hurting yourself with those toxicins
