  • These are not only the best vegan pancakes but the BEST pancakes ever! Once you make them you’ll never want to try another recipe again!❤

  • This recipe is so delicious and easy! I’ve made it the past few days now and today I added cinnamon and pecans into it. Tastes just like pecan pie!

  • I love this recipe it is so awesome how about you make a video of how to make vegan chocolate fudge brownies if you haven’t and if you can it would be awesome if you could I love chocolate fudge brownies they are so yummy and delishus mmm I love them so much I just can’t stop saying it they are so awesome and I also like this recipe too it is the best pancake
In the world I love it so much it is the best pancake in the world I will eat it for breakfast it will be the best thing to do for me I love pancakes they are so yummy mmm

  • The best. My granddaughter daughter is a vegan and I’m always making new recipes. Thanks. I even shared your video to Facebook. ❤❤❤❤❤

  • I love your recipe but I’m little confused about he ingredients, in the video you saying Banking powder and the write recipe you talk about Banking soda.

  • I just made these and they are absolutely amazing! I did not have any coconut oil so I used a tablespoon of some applesauce I made.

  • These aren’t great. I doubt most of the views, comments and likes translate to people who’ve actually made them. They’re like a 4 or 5 out of 10. If you drown them in syrup it makes them a 6. They look amazing, but the taste is very underwhelming. Thanks for sharing the recipe anyway, at least it gives me something to work on.

  • Since some have criticized the “ketoness“ due to the maple syrup, Log Cabin sugar free syrup (1 g net carbs per 1/4 cup!) is actually not bad.
There are also some sugar free maple syrup surrogates which are… well, ok. At least better than nothing if you’re going low carb or keto.

  • Chef, was saying “I get the impression…” after mentioning Rich Little a planned pun or a happy accident? Either way perfect as always!

  • Looks good! Just a quick note though spelt flour does contain gluten, less than wheat, but it does have some gluten so is not suitable for people with gluten allergies.

  • I love pancakes they are so delicious in the mornings I eat cereal with my pancakes and I put lots of syrup on it that makes it delicious and I drink orange juice with it

  • Btw if u guys guys wanna make it better put the egg yolk separately then whip up the egg white until it’s whip cream consistency and add the egg whites to batter with some sugar, now u have Japanese soufflé pancakes

  • Hey bitch your recipe did not work. The batter looked like bread dough and did not cook
I used every one of the ingredients correctly

  • Can someone explain the difference between baking soda and baking powder and why we can’t change the two?

Because one time when i didn’t have any baking soda for a recipe, and i substituted baking powder for it, there were no disasters

  • Idiocy.. You might want to google what Keto actually means before you use the word, you make a fool of yourself calling something keto with 60+ grams of carbs in it.

  • Girrrrrrl!!! My 1st attempt at making Vegan Gluten free pancakes…. OMG….. So goooood and so moist!!! I am 82 days Vegan but I’ve always had a healthy diet!! Thank you so much…. everything you said is true!!! Bomb pancakes

  • Can you create a dry vegan pancake mix that we can have already made and we just need to measure some of the mix out and add some water when ready to make pancakes. Like premade mix at the store. Thank you.

  • I just made them! While they were very tasty they were gritty, is it suppose to have a gritty texture or did I do something wrong? Does the almond flour give the grittiness?

  • Making pancakes without flour is a big mistake. I tried something similar to the first one, tasted like banana omelette as you’d expect.

  • Hi, I have an allergy to artificial sugars what can I use instead. Can’t even use the plant sugar, I forget what it’s called. Thanks

  • That Pancake syrup is GARBAGE bro. Read the ingredients: Sucralose, Caramel Color, and Natural Flavors. Really??? Natural Flavors???.. Can you really tell me what Natural Flavors are???..That shyt aint Keto frindly…It ain’t human friendly period.

  • Had a question hoping you can help me I was wondering if you can use coconut flour instead of almond flour to make the cheesecake crust my brother-in-law is allergic to almonds and I wanted to make it for Thanksgiving? And can you make the cheesecake into a pumpkin cheesecake and if so how do you do it?

  • these are delicious! i put blueberries in them to make blueberry pancakes, and used sugar free syrup, which i know is still bad for you, but its a lot better than normal syrup.

  • You have to go to grandmas house to get the fancy pancakes ma does waffles…with frozen fruit and sugar syrup whipped cream to swear to god the food club pancake mix just put two tablespoons of oil makes the fluffiest waffles..

  • Son las 3 de la mañana, tengo que estudiar, me faltan 6 hiras para acabar el fasting y ni si supiera cocinar podria cocinar algo porque eatan durmiendo, que chucha hago aqui

  • The banana and egg one will always be a winner for me. Who knew you can make pancakes out of 2 ingredients. No additives and still sweet yass

  • Tips 4 the banana one
    1. Use one egg instead of 2. 2 makes it watery
    2. Add 2 handfuls of flour to make it t h I c c
    3. Don’t get upset if the first few flop. Keep trying and you will get there, your problem might be you’re flipping to fast or hard.
    4. The inside is not under cooked, it’s the banana. Once the top and bottom have good browning, you’re good to go

Opinion: they’re great for breakfast,I added a little to much syrup though. Next time I’m just eating them plain

  • Pancakes are so versatile.. My kid does not like pear… But she eats them without knowing it, in her pancakes… Same for sweet potatoes. I boil them, smash them and put in in pancakes… Tasty! (you may add oats)

  • I just made these literally, and I added cinnamon and a packet of Stevia and topped with a little bit of butter and a little cinnamon on top and then they were good. I’ll make them again.

  • My husband found food wishes several years ago in search of great recipies and we feel so blessed to have found this. Best recipies ever tried and I continue to go here if I need anything. We have great cooks in our family and know good food…actually great food so we know what we are talking about when we say this is the best site to go to with the best recipies. THANK YOU for sharing.

  • Looks fabulous! I’m going to veganize this by using egg replacer and soy milk and will let you know how it went, okay? Thanks for your lovely channel and keep those recipes coming!

  • I make the same pancakes but use heavy cream instead of oil. I use 1 egg. My pancakes always falls apart when I go to flip it.. do you know why this happens? Thanks

  • I just tried your pancakes and they are amazing!!!! I’m going to try making them waffles with a little xantham gum. Fingers crossed! Thank you!!!!!

  • How are these KETO!?! 31 grams of carbohydrate per serving and zero fiber? According to the nutrition information at your recipe on AllRecipes.

  • I don’t use Bob’s red mill bc they use pesticides on their products even if it’s organic. I’ve done my homework especially when I was looking for a great oatmeal! Nature’s path is organically grown and pesticide free! And it’s a delish product

  • This recipe qualifies as Paleo because they use maple syrup ( in moderation), but it has way too much sugar for keto, also for keto the berries are used as a flavorful garnish, there are a few too many for a keto breakfast. That said thanks for jumping on the ketogenic diet bandwagon! I’ve been adapting your recipes to keto for a couple of years now.

  • I make these all the time. I’m down 61 lbs since July of last year. I went to the customize meal plan website and bought a low carb/keto meal plan. I followed that for the first few months then started adding my own recipes. If you want, you can find it here: https://tinyurl.com/Customizeketodietplan. It’s worth it at least to get you started. I’m not at goal because I want to drop at least another 35 lbs but I’m happy with how much I’ve lost so far.

  • $13 for O Carb Pancake Syrup? What a ripp off. Most sell this for $3-5

Shop around guys, Amazon is ripping people off at these prices

  • I tried this today and trust me, I’ve never made any pancake better than this. Thank you sm❤… It was so delicious and so satisfying. I’m sticking with this recipe

  • Out of the ballpark! These are hands down the best low carb pancakes (using sugar free maple syrup of course) I have ever tried and I’ve tried a lot of low carb pancake recipes. Thank you Chef John!

  • For those of you who keep saying, “This is NOT a Keto recipe, because of the Maple Syrup, that’s totally incorrect.

Read the title, it says,”Almond Pancakes Keto Pancakes”. (Gluten Free) is in parenthesis; this pretty much highlights what the recipe is geared towards. He also reiterated gluten free in the written recipe. Nowhere in the title does Chef suggest he is going to use KETO friendly SYRUP or toppings! I know, I know, you all are soooo hungry, you didn’t read. The immaculate pancakes blinded you. No matter what, Chef’s pancakes are at the top of the leader board for beauty and originality! He wins EVERY TIME! The title let’s you know the recipe can be formatted for gluten sensitivity, and Keto friendly. If you read the full description, he tells you precisely what’s about to take place.

For that reason, I’m headed to the kitchen to make ALMOND “FLOUR” KETO PANCAKES, with KETO friendly SYRUP. I will make them again on tomorrow, with ALMOND MEAL. I believe that’s the main point everyone missed!

FULL DESCRIPTION w/recipe: It’s always nice when the best version of a recipe is also the easiest. After testing many almond flour pancake recipes that always came out unbalanced in different ways, I now give you the most texturally and tastily superior one of them all. Oh, and they are gluten-free, in case you’re wondering. Serve with fresh fruit coated in maple syrup!”

  • Add a large scoop unsweetened protein powder instead of that extra one third cup of almond flour and you can make these protein I use nutricost whey protein unflavored

  • Ok I think I did something wrong with my batter as all my pancakes are to bitter and even if I change the heat it burns and still is uncooked on the indmside

  • We dont use maple syrup though always had eggos or store brand waffles at home as a kid and the not real maple syrup I used one bag of frozen berries and some sugar boil it into a syrup for the waffles

  • This will save me money because the paleo flour is $10 for the smallest oz possible. Thank you.! I love almond flour. Besides not being able to have flour right now.

  • Made these today.. came out a lil thick and butter burned a bit, however enjoyed by whole family! Thank you! What a great channel, went to the city today to celebrate big niners win, and thought of, a recipe for a party… Chicken parm dip looking like a winner! Thanks chef!

  • I was highly skeptical as I was making these. They didn’t want to flip very easily, and got kind of dark, but then I ate them with All-u-Lose syrup, and they were really good!

  • Guys go and try it out now. I was worried that the pancakes would taste like trash or are horrible to flip but nooo. These pancakes were really fluffy and easy to flip and tastet niiice. I used oatmilk instead of vanilla almond milk but there turnd out good as well. Thanks for the recipe my dear

  • Wow. I randomly had almond meal and just made these. I did add a couple tbsps full fat vanilla Greek yogurt and 1/4 tsp almond extract. I only had maple syrup and butter to top them with tho. Scrumptious. Thank you Chef John!

  • Big winner here. Super simple and best texture of all the almond meal pancakes I’ve tried. I added 1/8 tsp xanthan gum for binding assistance based on experience with similar recipes and subbed maple syrup out for a low carb version (Lakanto maple) but otherwise prepared as written. Great stuff and my new go to for low carb pancakes.

  • Thank you. All the other recipes I’ve seen use baking powder and starches or other crap. This is the simple recipe I knew had to exist.

  • I found this pancake recipe easy and all but when I put the 4 teaspoons of baking soda it really doesn’t make the pancake taste good. so i would suggest to put 2 or 1 teaspoons

  • Made almond milk this evening in order to have ground almonds for tomorrow’s breakfast of Almond Meal Pancakes… cannot wait. Update: I used the ground almonds from the almond milk which is why the batter was a bit stiffer so I added 1/4 cup of the almond milk to it. Instead of maple syrup in the batter I put in 2 tablespoons of organic banana powder. Instead of syrup on the pancakes I sweetened some blackberries with a date and pureed them, served chopped tangerines around the sides. The flavor of the pancakes is gorgeous. One of the two big pancakes I made broke so I would make smaller ones next time.

  • Ohmygod this entire channel is ridiculously amazing but I gotta be honest you should look at the Keto Connect channel regarding artificial sweeteners, from what I gather we really should be sticking to erythritol, stevia, and monkfruit.

  • yea sadly only the pancakes are Keto:( The fruit and syrup have like two days limit worth of sugar each. T_T Well the pancakes will be fine with some Stevia or Erythritol, vanilla will still be good flavor and stuff.

  • I made these however I just woke up and read 4 tablespoons of cream cheese oops but they where fantastic so if you don’t have sour cream use cream cheese..

  • This is crazy, I’m watching your video and as you’re cracking the eggs, I’m also cracking eggs, you get two yolks in one and so did I… one in a million.

  • I am a pancake snob….. and I have seen many almond pancake recipes as well and they were terrible! I have been a loyal fan of Chef John for well over 8 years and I knew this would be alright! I like regular pancakes better but this was the best almond recipe I have had so far!

  • I made this for my wife this AM because she wanted some paleo pancakes and she loved them the satiety level is on 100%. I guess the almond flour and enriched white flour has very different consistencies.

  • Thanks Joe!!! Just made this with a few alterations! I make a 1/2 & 1/2 almond flour mix and use half the flour for the recipe. Used 1/4 cup of this mix, 1 T of the syrup and rest of syrup as water and it came out great!

  • Always make one big pancake as well. Maybe that’s why it breaks when I go to flip it. I will try making smaller pancakes the next time

  • Made them just now. Love them. I added slivered almonds and a BIG dash of cinnamon cause a girl loves cinnamon. Super yummy. Topped them w sugar free syrup strawberries and blueberries. Yum!

  • Hi loved your video. Almond flour is new to me as I’m on this keto diet. I’m thinking butter is my choice of toppings although that little bit of maple syrup can’t make too much difference.

  • Wow!! Thanks for expanding your contents to reach a more diverse audience as a lot of people are making healthier lifestyle choices, please continue to create more recipes, bravo!!!

  • I made the recipe for me and my mother and she loved it so much she wanted to throw out the pancake mix we had. Thank you so much for the recipe!

  • I made these with toffee syrup and sunflower oil. Turned out ok, a little too eggy but that could be because uk eggs might be larger? Next time i’ll try 1.5 eggs. Nonetheless, they were lightweight… I would make them again

  • Hi I think cold melted butter is a little misleading as a totally cooled butter will cause it to form into semi-solid chunks thus producing a very lumpy batter. Tried this recipe and tasted good:)

  • Made these with the Kirkland almond flour and it ended up being 7 net carbs for 70g!!10net carbs for the whole batter!!this is not low carb.

  • These are so good! Although, adding blueberries wasn’t such a good idea. Much better plain! The batter acts weird with blueberries added…:-/. Thanks Joe, for another wonderful recipe!

  • In order to keep it the carb count at about 1.5 per pancake, how many pancakes should this recipe be making? Or else, could you give the total net carbs for the whole batch and then I could divide and choose the size per pancake accordingly. Thanks!

  • Well you all should stop complaining about these pancakes healthiness. These are perfectly ok, and if not then we’ll your metabolism sucks. I eat stuff like this all the time and I probably have a fitter more defined body then you

  • OK, this was really good. I’d tried a couple of the pre-packaged pancake mixes and they were just plain bad, more bad texture than taste. This recipe was a much better texture than those. I used my watery Lakanto “syrup” to mix in the batter and used Choczero syrup on it at the end.

I also forgot to put the Vanilla extract in the first half but remembered so mixed some in the second half and couldn’t really tell any difference so i’ll probably just leave it out when i make it again.

  • I Made this pancake for the first time today. I added heavy cream, 2 eggs, cream cheese, cinnamon. It came out really good but when I turned them over they broke in half. Why did that happen

  • @Hi joe Duff -The diet Chef!! learning A lot from your video .. May I know you are using what type and brand of the Pan for making the Pancake? Thank you

  • Another wonderful recipe, thanks so much, Joe. I saved some dishwashing by stirring it up with a fork in a 2 cup measuring cup with an easy pour spout and handle. Easy peasy. Also instead of adding a pat of butter after playing up (it never seems to melt at this stage )

  • Thanks for the recipe! These worked out great. I have not really badly, so I am always looking for ways to normalize my life. If you can believe it, I can’t do dirty either. It was ok…I have an almond/coconut milk conception that I made that also has hazelnut in it. So, I used that. Yes, the milk replacement made them really good so I wanted to thank you!

  • In my estimations cheaper means it’s not healthier. I would go with organic almond flour. Or buy my own organic almonds and grind them. Thanks for the recipe

  • Tried these today. They made 3 large pancakes that looked great. Sadly, the taste wasn’t for me and I ended up pitching them. The almond flour has a mushy mealy texture even to the end. I’m new to the low carb world and I think my expectations were too high in thinking they would taste close to regular pancakes. I did omit the sugar free syrup in the recipe as I dont have any. Thanks for posting. Hopefully others have better luck.

  • I made these pancakes today, were pretty good. I used Blue diamond almonds flour, My pancakes did not cook with a crispy crust, batter was not as thick as yours, a little hard to flip, the taste I must admit was pretty good. How do I find out the nutritional value to track on keto tracker,
    Thanks

  • Gotta tell you Joe..I take pride in feeding my fam delicious keto recipes since I kinda made them get on board with my diet. I redeemed myself thanks to your pancake recipe after using a someone else’s “best” recipe. This one is far superior and one that I will keep coming back to.

  • I just just tried them and they are soooo good. My brothers were a little skeptic before tasting them, but they said they were really really good. They taste a bit like French toast, and who doesn’t love French toast!
They are a little difficult to flip… anyone have any tricks?

  • Thanks for venturing into the Keto Zone!
    It needs some professionals!
Just please always post the macros and be clear about how Keto the recipe is. This one is pretty low on the Keto Scale. But it looks very yummy!
    <3

  • Can someone help me? I am on the keto diet for 6 weeks now and live it however how much is to much almond flour to eat in recipes daily? I have made chocolate chip cookies, crust for cheese cake and now…… pancakes! (Love the fat head dough) I feel like I’m doing okay but this really feels like I’m cheating.

  • Almond flour has TONS of oxalates which form kidney stones and do damage to the eyes, spine, joints, bladder (interstitial cystitis) uterus, sinuses and also cause extreme fatigue. Any undiagnosed disease is leaky gut….the body has lost oxalate decarboxylase…the enzyme which breaks down oxalates (including heart disease). That is why people on keto may eventually get sick…especially if they have taken antibiotics several times. Carnivore diet (all beef) is the cure. Almond milk and almonds…chocolate, nuts in general and greens like spinach and kale and also potato and sweet potato are all culprits. The worst thing you can do is drink green smoothies and have lots of almonds/almond flour products. Sally K Norton (youtuber) and Dr Shawn Baker(youtuber) for info.

  • Best freakin pancakes ever!!!!made them this morning and made me realize i don’t miss regular pancakes anymore!!! Paired with the syrup you use and some butter on top i was in breakfast heaven!!! 16 pounds down 1month and two weeks

  • Honestly when Joe made these, I thought they looked flat and dry and then I made them this morning…love, also, that I can half the ingredients for a smaller batch…and OMG, they are light and fluffy and delish. Simply, easy to make and yummy.

  • Can’t wait to make them they look delicious! I followed the link to the recipe was looking at the nutrition label but it shows all zeros for calories, fat, carbs etc is this correct? did anyone else find the same issue?

  • I just made this awesome recipe, it was great! For syrup, try, Maple Grove Farms Vermont Sugar free Low Calorie Syrup BUTTER FLAVOUR. Low, low carb! Awesome taste..I actually prefer it to the regular stuff!

  • Baking powder has no flavour so it shouldn’t leave your pancakes with a bitter taste. Baking soda needs an acid to neutralize the bitter flavour but these pancakes don’t have an acid so baking powder is used. If your baking powder is leaving a bad taste in the pancakes consider trying a different brand of baking powder.

  • (not forcing anyone OK just letting you know)Repent of your sins turn to God He loves you Jesus died on the cross for you so you can have the gift of repentance this world does not love you but God does He loves you more than you could ever imagine He will always be here for you when no one else wants to be here for you we are all sinners in need of a Savior
Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior and He is very real guys He didn’t come to die first so we would perish but he came to give us a chance at the gift of everlasting life and He also came to make us have life more abundantly so take this chance and repent of your sins and repentance is rebuking your sin and turning to God and we have to remember God is eternal but people die and we cannot get attached these materialistic things because we cannot take them with us we should cling to God and during these times of chaos we need to pray all of the time not just in these times God does not like to see us hurting because He hurts with us He allows things to happen for a reason turn away from your sexual desires and dreams God He’s more important than that you know if you want to get to know God more you should try to read His word more and pray before you read His word to ask for understanding and be still and know that He is God If someone is blocking you away from God take them out of your life because if you love something you sacrifice things for it

  • I just tried the bananas pancakes and they didnt come out round like a pancake but more scrambled. But still tasty! Can anyone tell me what on earth did I do wrong? This was the easiest recipe in this tutorial.

  • Quarantine really got me…experimenting with recipes. Restaurants want to kill him… a Former chef reveals secret recipes from top restaurants…here is the secret link…to delicious dishes…@t

  • It’s crazy how quarantine got people cooking food but they don’t know how to cook food cuz basically cooking food is like learning how to to cook food but you only learn at school so you got to learn how to cook food at home which is basically like being in quarantine but at home cuz you’re at home being quarantined cuz you’re not at school so basically everybody’s up at two 3 in the morning trying to cook food since they can cook food at school together cook it at home since they’re in quarantine in since quarantine got people at home I got to learn how to cook food on YouTube like this video since people been watching videos from 13 years ago on how to cook food but they still don’t know how to cook food since people keep burning burning they food which is supposedly the reason they watch this video with a watch the video and still burn a food cuz they don’t know how to learn other than it being at school but you’re not at school cuz you’re in quarantine so basically you can’t learn if you’re not at school which in quarantine so you have to learn at home cuz you quarantine basically learning is hard other than being in school cuz you got a teacher to to help you but your in quarantine and at home.

If you actually really so I hope it confused you >:>

  • OMG it’s so delicious, fluffy and soft I tried it last night, Thank you
it was a bit hard so I added another egg, it worked fine

  • Great recipe, thank you but you should fry the pancakes and some nice coconut oil instead of microwaving them. Microwaving food removed a great deal of its nutrition thanks again

  • I just made this recipe now, I put 1 tbsp of sugar instead of 2 but it tastes bland so Ill make it 2 tbsp or more next time it’s good with honey and butter. My cousins said that it tastes like Lil’ Orbits it’s like a mini donut here so yeah, I guess this recipe is really good.

  • I made them with exact measurements you have mentioned my pan cakes turned bitter in taste I think adding essence was a mistake

  • Am happy that I found your channel bec I am starting to follow low carb and your recipes are all simple and easy thank u so much

  • guys it was too good first time i am happy with pancakes i made. thank u so much. but adding butter at the start will not get the golden brown pan cake just try avoiding it at start instead put butter at the top of pancake

  • Thank you. I love that it’s basic and I can add whatever to it. They came out fluffy, I did cover the skillet for it to rise some more

  • Yess it’s fluffy
    Tip for indians:
If you are thinking to make pancake for breakfast, then change your mind. As these seem tasteless in front of indian food. Try making uttapam instead, you will thank me later for this!!

  • These were amazing! And I’m pretty picky about my keto pancakes. They had no gritty almond flour texture, no egg taste, and were so fluffy and moist! Best keto pancake recipe hands down

  • I put 4 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. ‼️A M A Z I N G. ‼️ Wrote down in my in my recipe book. Thank you so much for sharing! Kids & husband LOVED it. ❤️

  • Please don’t take offense to this comment and just understand that I like you and want you to succeed. Please ditch the shiny lipstick, it is distracting; matte would be better on your lovely face. Great earrings,!

  • Can you make this without the butter? I made it with butter last time and it was perfect but I stay running out of butter and I want to know if it’s possible to get a similar result without it

  • I like all of these choices and im going to try them all. And for those worried about the syrup remember they have sugar free and other syrup alternatives. You can also add honey which is a healthy alternative in itself.

  • I don’t really care if I put weight on this pandemic I’ll tell people it’s from pancakes and bacon and real maple syrup whenever I want I stayed for the Kiwi accent I’m Aussie I’m going to try a five stack lol

  • I stopped using sugar. Now I’m using erythrithol (Sukrin brand) syrup with maple flavor and it is soooo good, a real nice option when you do not want or cannot use sugar! I now use the Sukrin Syrup for everything where you want that maple syrup flavor and I use molasses and erythrithol&stevia or sometimes molasses and liquid Natreen for that brown sugar flavor (e.g. in my BBQ sauce that I make with a good quality ketchup with no added sugar as the basis YUM and so easy&wuick to make!)…

  • Yumm yumm you nailed it. ❤️ I should probably mention that Spelt has gluten in it and it’s not safe as a gluten free substitute for celiac or gluten free diets. I wonder how Buckwheat would sub out, since that grain is actually free of gluten.

  • Just found you and I am so glad! I am 1 month into Keto and I love cooking and baking but I am trying to control my portions. this helps so much!

  • Hi joe, the syrup you were using in the video is actually not good for keto. it’s true that it says 0 carbs but if you read the ingridients you’ll see that they say ” allulose..sucralose..” both are insulin alevating suger subsitutes, it’s low in calories but could kick someone who’s insulin sensitive out of ketosis.

  • I love your videos, and so far I have made the ice cream, every night I eat it and hubby eats regular ice cream. I like pancakes but not syrup, is it ok to use sf jam? I still don’t understand macros and differences between carbs and not carbs.

  • This is kind of a fake video. The pan cooked version is nothing like the video… And as it is keto why are you so economical on the cookong fat and liberal with the syrup? All sweeteners are low carb only for a tablespoon….

  • Kirkland has some wrong numbers on there. 1/4 cup is 2 oz (about 56g). 28g=1 oz.

So are the Carb numbers (and the rest of the nutritional numbers)….so multiple everything by 2?
OR is the grams just the wrong number on the package? Hmmmmmmmmm
