  • On Point #5 PLEASE DO NOT BE A SELFISH ASS AND OPEN THE STEM TO CHECK THE INSIDE OF THE AVOCADO!!! If its not ripe, you have left an opening to expose it to air causing uneven ripening…. and screwing the unwitting next guy who happens to buy it OR nobody picks it because of the missing nub screwing the store over. Yes #5 is a way… but its very selfish and unethical…you should edit to remove that last point please.

  • Mostly correct. Except don’t remove the stem to look inside. Because once the stubby stem is removed, it won’t ripe evenly. Instead, it’ll start rotting from the removed stem.

  • i went through many youtube clips regarding how to pick the perfect avocado…i ws aware of checking the colour of the stem…and many did not even mention that..!!! thank you for giving a proper definition on how to pick proper avacados….and it is great of you to share it in writing too…may you stay blessed…

  • A shortage just means fewer supply than expected. This will just hurt the people at the lower SES levels, not the upper SES levels. So, people who can afford avocados and like to eat avocados can still eat avocados. Sure, it may be cost higher, but if you have a lot of disposable income, you can buy whatever you want, including avocados.:)

  • i usually dont mean to be that harsh, but if you mention a long draught, you should probably mention the immense amount of water that it takes to grow an advocado too… people all around the world suddenly eating huge amounts of advocados is one of the reasons why we have such a long draught in the first place!!!

Two of the = 1600 calories.

No mention of this in the video.
