  • All of your reasons can be conclusive. I am a “follower”; I take all the minerals and vitamins + the fatty acids. I do not buy the products he is pushing, however. I’ve found similar products. I have definitely noticed a difference. I have an ulcer, a severe one. I was hospitalised and had 2 blood transfusions years back. I used to get pains every so often, but after following his regimen, I have had no pain not once. I simply question all that he “promises.”

  • LOL, go to one of his events. He’s about 72 and has the energy of a 30 year old.
    Go on his products and see what happens with your health. I have seen plenty of people on his products (including my mother) and they are insanely healthy. For example, my mother has still never dyed her hair and has fully coloured hair. She can compete with smaller children in runs, has strong and healthy bones, etc. You’d have to meet this man in person to see how healthy he actually is.

Here’s my final laugh: omega-9 fatty acids are produced by the human body, hence they are not considered essential, rather, they are necessary. Omega-3 and omega-6 are essential, because they are not produced by the human body. Ha ha! Next time, you have to read-up.

  • The FDA daily recommendations on vitamins is the minimum about needed which is just enough to prevent vitamin deficiency illnesses from showing up, it is NOT the amount needed for a healthy body, many vitamins you can talk 2 to 3 times the FDA minimum recommendations and still NOT overdose. You cannot overdose on water soluble vitamins, only on fat soluble vitamins.

  • Never take vitamin A if you eat plenty of veg or eat liver. It will damage your liver, because the liver stores vitamin A but cannot release it quick enough when supplementing and on a good diet.

  • I think this is a very good point, however, his eyes could be because he has a defect that supplements can’t help. Him being fat could be that he simply eats to much, or that he is old and doesn’t work out. I wouldn’t doubt that your body needs all the stuff he says it does and the absence of that results in disease, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t age, just that you will be better off.

  • This is not the best information. You did explain what each vitamin does but thats about it. Vitamin C, D3,calcium with magnesium ( very very important to take 2 parts Calcium to 1 part magnesium) Thats really all you need for a good immune system but it will take a few months to get there. There are other ways to get there sooner but Im not going to get into that.
    Doctors say that taking a mega dose of Vitamin D such as 15,000 units of D3 can be dangerous. I have read all the documents from Health Canada concerning this and found nothing in any of the studies that prove this. Health Canada says the maximum dose should be 1000 units and that is the largest dosage you can buy in Canada. In fact the only side effect I could find find for D3 was good health.Most of the studies were with small amounts of D 3 such as 400 units or 2000 units.Maybe if they had they done studies with 50,000 units per day there would have been such a high rate of cures it would have been conclusive that high doses of Vitamin D where not dangerous at all and in fact the answer to building a good immune system. Everyone needs a different dose depending on health issues,color of there skin etc. Dark colored shin does not absorb the Vitamin D as well as white skin. I would exercise caution to not let your PH go over 8.0 for more than a couple days but if it does go off your Vitamins and supplements and let it drop down to around 7.0. Sometimes the only way to get rid of a Virus is to get your PH up to 8.0 for a couple days at a time and you may have to do it more than once. Heres a shocker. The sun does not cause skin Cancer. It might trigger it but I believe a low PH or low Vitamin D ( They go hand in hand) is the cause. When I did my research the number one state per capita in the US for shin Cancer was Michigan and not Florida or Nevada. How can that be if the sun causes skin Cancer?
    The best way to test your immune system is to buy PH paper at any health food store (not a drug store) and simply moisten it with your tongue to get a reading or use your urine but that can be messy but the reading will be pretty much the same. If your PH is 7.0 or higher you are good to go. If your reading is 6.0 or lower you are in trouble and have a serious illness or you are developing one.Most people will be about 6.5 If you want to get what you need from the food you eat good luck with that thanks to modern farming practices. Most people cant afford to buy expensive organic produce. I believe supplements and Vitamins will do the job much better and cheaper and you can eat what you want.Avoid white sugar and some of the whole grain foods and of course processed foods.
    I believe a good PH will help prevent Cancer and almost any Virus. I also believe it is harder to get rid of a virus as compared to Cancer. An alkaline body has a high PH and thats what you want. Acidity is bad.
    No Im not a Doctor but most Doctors get less than 4 or 5 hours of training on vitamin and supplement training when they are in med school. I have spent about 5,000 hours doing my own research Why would drug companies who pay for drug training for Doctors want to teach Doctors how to prevent serious disease with Vitamins and supplements when they make a fortune with drugs most of which are useless.
    Ask yourself this. What drug has ever cured anyone of anything? Most drugs only get rid of symptoms. Keep in mind I said drugs and not vaccines. Get healthy and stay healthy.

  • I get all of those from tea’s,best and fastest resorption is sublingual wich is below tongue,in combination with fasting half a year i didnt get even cold for 15 years.

  • 10:09 White, Grey, or Silver Hair doesn’t indicate a deficiency in copper. The pigmentation of Hair follicle is caused by two types of MELANIN: eumelanin and pheomelanin. The more Eumelanin the darker the pigment of the hair. the more pheomelanin the more red and blond the pigment of the hair follicles are.

  • One thing I have notice degreed, board certified, practicing physicians know very little about nutrition and are barely qualified to give you medical advice on supplements. Every time I hear “…and check with your doctor before taking any vitamin or supplement or beginning a diet, blah, blah, blah…… If your doctor is not experienced with supplements and vitamins or you intend to visit a medically trained professional who has no experience with vitamins and/or supplements, I can guarantee you, you will get a quick rejection of your intentions to include vitamins into your diet. There is a major resistance in the medical industry to supplementing with vitamins and minerals. The doctor will very likely tell you that vitamins have no FDA approval and that supposed tests and double blind studies show that vitamins have no effect on your health or well being which is untrue because there have been hundreds of studies over the last 2 or 3 decades on things like fish oil, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin D, vitamin B, Vitamin K, folic acid, magnesium, calcium, probiotics and CoQ10 that all show these supplements help to protect you against cancer, arthritis, diabetes and heart disease ESPECIALLY in your later years. Better to see a trained clinical nutritionist who are much more well versed in the taking of supplements and in overall nutrition. Doctors usually just reject the taking of most supplements out of hand, many without having done any of their own prior research or study. Also, many doctors receive monetary stipends (kick-backs) from the pharmaceutical companies when successfully get patients on medications. Not trying to criticize doctors but I am a health pragmatist. I always go for the natural solution first. If natural doesn’t work, then I will try the drug. My mom has heart disease and takes statins to lower her cholesterol. However, her doctor DID recommend her taking CoQ10 which helps the heart restore energy from energy robbing statins. My mom feels entirely rejuvenated after she began taking her CoQ10 gel-caps daily. But it’s easy to see how biased the medical industry on the taking of vitamins and supplements.

  • to EMILY BRAATEN: A QUESTION> cultivated foods (greens fruit etc) NO longer contain the APPROPRIATE and NECESSARY ingredients they once contained. ARE THEY as authentic as they were once?   • A bit deceptive, the ground our food is grown in the west has been overfarmed meaning they’re deficient in vitamins and minerals. There’s a classic talk on nutrition called “Dead Doctors Don’t Lie” by Dr Joe Wallach. He’s a MD and a vet, he gives an amazing talk on this topic which has stood me in good stead over the past three decades.

  • Not speaking for or against, just adding important info. As important as essential nutrients are, gut absorption is also essential. Without a healthy gut there is malabsorption. Some nutrients require an acidic environment for absorption. Others require protein. Liquefaction (thorough chewing) is essential as well. There is no mention of environmental toxins like herbicides and insecticides that wreak havoc on the digestive system. In short, the essential nutrients need a healthy, non-toxic gut for maximum benefit. BTW, we all grow old & die. Hoping we can live healthier & happier in this life.

  • Not speaking for or against, just caution for do-it-yourselfers; The list includes heavy metals, many which are deadly in large amounts, all are dangerous in large amounts. Trace amounts only are essential. You cannot imagine the misery caused by well meaning but ignorant practitioners pushing heavy metals as disease cures.

  • This product has Folic Acid which is snythetic B9 which most people cannot use. Right off the bat this tells me this product is not well designed. The right form of Folate is critical for proper methylation. Folic acid is basically crap. Sorry to be so blunt but do some basic research and you’ll see.

  • My two cents:
    1) for the last 10 years I have eaten TONS of organic veggies, salmon, and all the good stuff they “tell us to eat”. The last 3 years I went down hill, constant allergies, constant fatigue, sick leave. I got on these products 3 months ago, and my eyebrows are going back allergies gone, tons of energy, etc.
    2) Any cattle rancher will tell you you have to supplement with mineral blocks. Cows eat plants and do not get enough minerals. W/o minerals, they have miscarrages and mange.

  • Magnesium is kinda hard to get….Pills are only 30% absorbable, Magnesium oil spray is 80% absorbable (use on oily skin as it will dry skin a lil). I use 7 sprays before bed as it chills you right out lol

  • The blood test is only a single snapshot in time. I can eat all kinds of healthy stuff the week of my annual physical and get good results. In other words, your results will vary depending what you eat those few days before the test.
