  • Hey i noticed near the end you started to full enclose the wraps. A suggestion id like to make to prevent them from splitting or tearing, you can steam the tortillas for a couple seconds to quickly warm them up so the tortilla is a little more forgiving or if you warm them up quickly on a frying pan with a few drops of water or damp paper towel and microwave. but it has been over a year since this video so yeaaa.

  • the yogurt and mustard sauce is too strong and not good, the mustard taste takes over, you have to reduce the amount of mustard to put in the bowl

  • As a caution, do not leave the hard boiled egg out of the refrigerator for more than two hours before eating it. If you have to have it out longer, put it into a plastic bag or sealed container with a frozen ice pack to keep it cold and avoid food poisoning from bacteria overgrowth.

  • A lot of commenta about grating eggs… if you do some research, you will find that a lot of recipes from other cultures, such as Eastern European salads, have grated eggs. It works quite well!

    I hate the raw vegetables used in this video. I prefer different coloured vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, red cabbage, basil, eggplant, etc… I don’t hate carrot but I wouldn’t eat it raw unless it’s grated or sliced in very small circles or squares, or otherwise I boil it but I still don’t find it delicious. And with regards to the sweet potato, I really don’t find appealing leaving the skin on, so I’d rather have a normal grilled/baked potato with no skin and some flavoured herbs on it like rosemary or something of the sort.
    This is the problem with diets. Many people make them unappealing and it doesn’t motivate me to lose weight AT ALL!!!!

  • Sidenote: The main risk in cookie dough is the raw flour, as it can easily carry E.Coli. Fresh eggs are almost no risk for salmonella while unbroken.
    You can make your dough 100% safe to eat raw by toasting the flour, and using pastureised eggs (available in big box stores) or making an italian meringue with the whites and using them like your aqua faba.

    Good recipe for ice cream lovers-

    One bannana.
    One table spoon of peanut butter. (Use other nut butter for heathier option.)
    A little bit of milk.

    Sliice bananna into coin sizes, and freeze for one hour.
    Blend a splash of milk, frozen bananna, table spoon of nut butter, and blend with a blender.
    Once all blended into smooth mix, freeze for a our or two.

    Take a small amount, and enjoy the 3 ingredient ice cream!

  • Hey I would like to know, how do you calculate your calories?
    I use the method 1 g Protein = 4 calories and the same goes for carbohydrates and for fats it is 1 g = 9 calories.

    please let me know, if you count your calories that way too!

  • You absolutely Do Not need the oil in the pasta water and/or the sauteed veggies. The pasta will boil just fine without it, just stir it a couple of times while cooking to avoid sticking. You can saute just fine with a non-stick pan and a bit of liquid. Save yourself the 40 calories per teaspoon and the 100% FAT grams.
