I have a very loud household in the midday, so I make the most of my time with quietness by waking up and practicing spiritual training and enlightenment. That also comes with physical training and enlightenment. That’s where your hopefully delicious healthy foods step in. �� Because me and my siblings are homeschooled, and my younger brother intentionally tries to get on my nerves by making noises and asking questions he already knows the anwser to, getting ME in trouble when I get on HIM about it, I only do it on weekends so they can sleep longer.   • No need to cook the potatoes in water as that loses nutrients, as does removing their skin. I make this for our family in a big skillet & we add eggs. No other pan needed. Veg oil is bad for you avocado oil is best for cooking.

  • I do this but i forgo the nut butter, maple syrup and banana. Instead i use a protein collagen powder (Orgain which has zero carbs and sugar) and i use xylitol or monkfruit to sweeten and a handful of berries, if i’m not adding cocoa powder in i’ll add a dash of vanilla extract and this has really helped curb my appetite sooo much. I either do this or i have eggs with veg but no bread. Starting your first meal off with a good amount of protein at least 20 grams and then continuing with around the same amount give or take for lunch and dinner has helped me lose weight gradually and consistently.

  • Thats for lunch. Dont eat breakfast..just drink any non sweet beverage or just water with fruits. Eating meal breakfast only makes u super hungry by lunch time.

These carbs are in the form of sugar, starch and fiber. A single medium-sized banana contains 14 grams of sugar and 6 grams of starch. Bottom Line: Bananas are high in carbs, which cause blood sugar levels to rise more than other nutrients. And maple syrup is also full of sugar! Oats is also too high in carbs… so if you live a ketogenic lifestyle this wonderful breakfast is not for you….. unfortunately �� Looks so yummy and tempting ��

  • I have lost 28 lbs. with eating oatmeal everyday for breakfast, of course exercising helps A LOT!!!!
    I never thought that I was eating my oatmeal healthy because I put strawberries and honey into it. I’m 14 lbs. away from my goal!!!! Yeeeeettt.
    The way I eat my oatmeal is strawberries and honey. But I only use two strawberries and 1tsp of honey. For lunch, I make sure to have something light, it can be tuna, chicken salad, or chicken. Last for dinner, eat before 6 p.m. and make sure it’s lighter than lunch. I usually eat a salad or chicken with veggies. But off the bread, take away the snacks, drink a lot of water, and most importantly have confidence that you can do it.
    Eating these meals won’t necessarily help because everyones body is different. You need to figure out what you can’t and can eat.

  • As a public health official I highly advise that you cook your chicken properly (71degrees celsius internal temp) the first recipes shows cooking on each side and then cooking the sides. Chicken is not like steak you may have bacteria such as salmonella in the centre easily so cook it properly if you don’t want to end up on the toilet for several days.

  • I’ve been reading the comments and I’m quite lucky to live in a country where I can get this stuff for a fair amount but the problem for me is all the organic and healthier options tend to be super expensive, e.g healthy whole grain bread, organic fruit and veg, etc.

    Also I want to say this in case it happens to anyone else. I was doing one of her meal prep videos and part of it includes overnight yogurt bowl. I was doing everything correct and I had healthy Greek yogurt and banana with the right proportions and almonds. Now I had been doing a bit more exercise then normal and eating salads which had already gotten me a few small results but nothing I was sure of and so I wanted to start doing meal preps. Doing meals preps would make it easy to make my own dinners, make it easy to get food to pack for school and gave me more options then just salads.

    Huge problem though, almost all of the things I needed were super expensive and my parents didn’t want to spend ages with me in the shops after a long day looking for what we need (half the time the shop didn’t even sell the stuff we needed). But one of the things I could make was those yogurts bowls I mentioned.

    Now keep in mind that I already was eating healthy and doing the right stuff to stay healthy I just wanted to make it a bit easier to do. So even with all the obstacles the meal plan was going ok.

    I realised I had started to put on some weight after about a week of doing the meal plan (one meal prep is for one week). I was really confused and was super annoyed at myself wondering why this had happened then I remember a video I had watched from a professional explaining why you get “love handles” and how to lose them. Part of it said things you should avoid/cut down on. One of the biggest things she mentioned was **yogurt**.

    I was thinking to myself “I thought that video had some good stuff but I didn’t realise it was all correct”. After about two weeks I had gained a significant amount of weight and was heavier then when I started. I became super depressed and I hated myself for about another week being embarrassed I couldn’t fit into my shorts. I seriously had a mental breakdown and cried (I never cry unless I’m watching a movie or something really sad has happened like someone died so this was big for me).

    Luckily the next day I was motivated to lose it all so now I am doing even more exercise. The day I had a breakdown was three days ago. Obviously I’m not going to be losing weight super fast but I’m trying and hopefully I get there in time. I really just wish that she didn’t add foods that make you gain weight and that are too expensive because so many people have to deal with something they shouldn’t have to.

  • Hi Liezl, thank you for this cool video. I will definitely at some point try these recipes. One suggestion for this video and maybe for others is that it would be cool if you could write the portion as a text in the video. Sometimes this helps watcher a lot. For example if you are in the train and you don’t have headphones with you then it would be easier to see the portion with text instead of increasing volume to such level that other people next to you might get annoyed when someone watches a video lol:D

  • FYI Your body can only digest 25-30g of protein per 2 hourr/per meal. So, if you eat more than that, your body will just get rid of the excess protein.

  • 1/2 cup ( 50 g ) rolled oats
    1 1/2 2 cups ( 400 ml ) water
    On medium to high heat until it boils, then turn it down to low heat for 10-20 minutes
    1 tsp ( 4.5 g ) coconut oil
    2 tsp ( 4 g ) cacao/cocoa powder
    1/4 tsp ( <1 g ) cinnamon
    1 pinch of salt
    1 pinch of vanilla paste

    1 pinch of vanilla paste

  • Really only breakfast #2 would help with weight loss. All the other breakfasts have way too many carbs and sugars. Fruit or not, that causes a spike in insulin which will lead to weight gain if you are not incorporating exercise to make sure you burn off excess sugars. In breakfast #1 that is two whole bananas. Bananas are high glycemic and loaded with sugars (hopefully the fat in the avocado would slow the digestion of the sugars). Just saying��

  • I can’t believe I found this website. NextLevelDiet completely changed the way I look at diets. When I started following their diet plan, I realised that diet isn’t something you should be scared of and it can easily fit in your daily routine.

  • I have lost 28 lbs. with eating oatmeal everyday for breakfast, of course exercising helps A LOT!!!!
    I never thought that I was eating my oatmeal healthy because I put strawberries and honey into it. I’m 14 lbs. away from my goal!!!! Yeeeeettt.
    The way I eat my oatmeal is strawberries and honey. But I only use two strawberries and 1tsp of honey. For lunch, I make sure to have something light, it can be tuna, chicken salad, or chicken. Last for dinner, eat before 6 p.m. and make sure it’s lighter than lunch. I usually eat a salad or chicken with veggies. But off the bread, take away the snacks, drink a lot of water, and most importantly have confidence that you can do it.
    Eating these meals won’t necessarily help because everyones body is different. You need to figure out what you can’t and can eat.

  • As a public health official I highly advise that you cook your chicken properly (71degrees celsius internal temp) the first recipes shows cooking on each side and then cooking the sides. Chicken is not like steak you may have bacteria such as salmonella in the centre easily so cook it properly if you don’t want to end up on the toilet for several days.

  • I’ve been reading the comments and I’m quite lucky to live in a country where I can get this stuff for a fair amount but the problem for me is all the organic and healthier options tend to be super expensive, e.g healthy whole grain bread, organic fruit and veg, etc.

    Also I want to say this in case it happens to anyone else. I was doing one of her meal prep videos and part of it includes overnight yogurt bowl. I was doing everything correct and I had healthy Greek yogurt and banana with the right proportions and almonds. Now I had been doing a bit more exercise then normal and eating salads which had already gotten me a few small results but nothing I was sure of and so I wanted to start doing meal preps. Doing meals preps would make it easy to make my own dinners, make it easy to get food to pack for school and gave me more options then just salads.

    Huge problem though, almost all of the things I needed were super expensive and my parents didn’t want to spend ages with me in the shops after a long day looking for what we need (half the time the shop didn’t even sell the stuff we needed). But one of the things I could make was those yogurts bowls I mentioned.

    Now keep in mind that I already was eating healthy and doing the right stuff to stay healthy I just wanted to make it a bit easier to do. So even with all the obstacles the meal plan was going ok.

    I realised I had started to put on some weight after about a week of doing the meal plan (one meal prep is for one week). I was really confused and was super annoyed at myself wondering why this had happened then I remember a video I had watched from a professional explaining why you get “love handles” and how to lose them. Part of it said things you should avoid/cut down on. One of the biggest things she mentioned was **yogurt**.

    I was thinking to myself “I thought that video had some good stuff but I didn’t realise it was all correct”. After about two weeks I had gained a significant amount of weight and was heavier then when I started. I became super depressed and I hated myself for about another week being embarrassed I couldn’t fit into my shorts. I seriously had a mental breakdown and cried (I never cry unless I’m watching a movie or something really sad has happened like someone died so this was big for me).

    Luckily the next day I was motivated to lose it all so now I am doing even more exercise. The day I had a breakdown was three days ago. Obviously I’m not going to be losing weight super fast but I’m trying and hopefully I get there in time. I really just wish that she didn’t add foods that make you gain weight and that are too expensive because so many people have to deal with something they shouldn’t have to.

  • Hi Liezl, thank you for this cool video. I will definitely at some point try these recipes. One suggestion for this video and maybe for others is that it would be cool if you could write the portion as a text in the video. Sometimes this helps watcher a lot. For example if you are in the train and you don’t have headphones with you then it would be easier to see the portion with text instead of increasing volume to such level that other people next to you might get annoyed when someone watches a video lol:D
