  • I made the blueberry smoothie but I used coconut milk in place of water. And added 2 tbs hemp seeds for 7.5 grams of added protein and omega 3 & omega 6. And used vanilla flavored almond butter instead of almond plain. Also added 1 tsp of maca root powder and 1 tbs of moringa and spirulina blend. It’s very rich and creamy. Taste great.
