  • How about this recipe?

    Take some diced tofu/cottage cheese/ chicken and coat with paprika, salt, pepper and some lemon juice. Then cook until liking.

    Cut onions, tomatoes and capsicum and cook them.

    Take some tomato sauce. If it is too acidic add some ketchup. Then add red chilli sauce/ paprika/ tabsco to the sauce with some extra salt oregano and chilli flakes until spicy and to your liking Make sure it’s a bit too salty so it can season the veggies and bread.

    Lightly toast your bread (do not let it get hard or cutting it for plating will be a nightmare)

    Combine, sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes and tear some fresh mint on it and serve with a toothpick to help not make everything a mess. Use the rest of the sauce as a dip if you like saucy stuff….

    My bday this year, i spend it alone despite living with my parents without them remembering and i went to school like it was nothing. Only few of my friends wished me.
    I spend it by making snacks as a substitute for cake cuz i’ll be embarrased if i make it obvious that they forgot. And i also make fruit salad and i have chocolate bar for myself.
    I celebrate my bday in my room by myself and eating all of the snacks i prepared while watching anime.

I go to uni and pack my own lunch and I’ve always wanted to make these but is it safe to eat if i leave egg in the bento in my bag and eat it after several hours? I have a microwave at my uni, would heating it up make it safer to eat? This also goes for scrambled eggs or any other type.

  • Another sandwich I like to Assemble & this could be an Acquired Taste!,I Toast potato waffles & put them on Bread along with Mushy Peas I have Heated in Pan along with either Tomato Ketchup, Mustard or Maybe Marmite/Bovril, Mushy peas are Popular in the UK but if people are not Familiar with them they are usually sold in Fish & Chip shops and consist of Dried marrowfat peas, I buy the Tinned Types & I cooHeat them along with Salt, Pepper & a knob of Butter.
