  • I must say man, you are lucky that your kid eats. Kids who wannt to eat are going to eat, kids who dont want to eat are not going to eat. Parenting does not mean that you know how to make your kid eat. Parenting means trying everything and not giving up, but no tips is going to make them eat. You have a kid who eats, then fine. It just does not have anything to do that you know parenting and somebody else does not know parenting. This is b…shi… come on. It is just not right to take a kid who wants to eat and bring him or her in front of camera and claim that you do wonders with your TIPS. I mean dont credit yourself, it only that your kid eats and thats it.

  • @BenjiManTV Thanks for this video Benji! Would’ve been nice if you included clips of JB and the twins eating their fruits and veggies for the sake of the viewers who are new to your channel. It amazes me how even the twins love their veggies. Kudos!:D

  • Please add this to your healthy living children’s book reading list Superhero Healthy Henry Discovers Planet Earth, by Angela B. Lamb.
In this book, you will introduce your child to a healthy living role model and superhero!
Superhero Healthy Henry, in a fun and clear way, shows his unhealthy Earth friend Dan why it is important to eat nutritious food and exercise. As a result, Dan becomes much healthier and helps others do the same. It promotes the importance of eating “real food” that comes from nature and avoiding excessive amounts of junk food, fast food and
processed food. Includes fun, kid friendly jokes as a bonus. Healthy habits begin early. This book encourages children to be on the right path to life long health.

  • Another tip from a mom=the people that help watch your children HAVE TO BE ON BOARD with what you’re teaching your kids or else it won’t work. So grandparents and favorite aunties either get with the health program or do us a favor and leave us alone.

  • Corn is healthy? I never taught it was because i grew loving corn not realizing its healthy. Good thing i loved it because its actually healthy

  • Benji,

I love how JB prefers “green juice” over “ice cream” in itsmommyslife “this or that” video. She had a clear and sure answer and had no doubt about choosing the healthier option. I’m pretty sure the twin bears will do the same a year from now. You’ve done great! I want this for my child too and because of you and Judy, I am starting my lil’ bear early! You and Jbear are such an inspiration!

I hope you can make a video about introduction to solid foods (healthy option) for babies. Pretty please.

    Xoxo,

    Stanne

  • I’m just curious…have you guys let Juliana drink soda? I don’t have kids but I’m around someone who lets their child drink soda from early on and now their child throws fits if they don’t get it and his teeth is so bad!

  • My baby is 8months about to turn 9 but she does not like eating at her, she is so tiny just looking like a new born, what should I do

  • I wonder if these tips would have worked on me if my parents followed them when I was at that age…they’ve always struggled to feed me because I’ve been a fussy/picky eater since I was an infant!I still am at 23 years old now.Good thing that I major in food and nutrition which has definitely made me eat more fruits, vegetables, and adopt a healthier lifestyle.I just have a phobia of trying new food….everytime I step out of my comfort zone,I end up regretting it.

  • My baby is going to 4months and he refuse to take formula milk cerelac even breastfeeding. He dont like what to do for the baby

  • My mom justs puts a menu for us.
    Like Breakfast,
She puts in Appetizers, Entrees, Drinks and desserts but she only allows dessert in lunch.

Since I was the oldest, She lets me pick the menu. she has a chef personality.

  • What if you have a kid that refuses to try veggies and fruits they’ve never had, on top of refusing to touch/eat veggies and fruits in general, and will just tantrum the entire time to get out of trying veggies and fruits screaming and crying a”I DON’T LIKE IT!” repeatedly the whole time even when you try to encourage them to eat like 1-3 bites? My oldest niece was like that at 4, but I’ not sure if she still is at soon to be 20. I hope she out grew her stubborness and pickyness. I feel the only way she would have eaten veggies and fruits is if she didn’t know or see she was eating them aka mixing them into foods she ikes, with her favorite being mac and cheese-I’ve mixed ground beef into mac and cheese before and she loved it. But I’m not sure she would have gone for it with veggies in it. I no longer live with her, haven’t since September of 2004, so that’s why I said I hope she outgrew her stubborness and pickyness esepcially since she will be 20 soon.

  • Hi Benji, my two year old does not touch his vegetables..could you please let me know a easy green juice recipe..(toddler friendly)

  • i hope i can explain this one in english.

learning a kid that treats can be “earned” is actually a bad thing.since then the reward system of the brain kicks in. and they learn to associate food with good and/or bad feelings.

i had a very hard time to unlearn that food is a reward.

its better to learn them kids that treats are an exception and they can get it once in a while once a day or whatever you decide but not make the connection from something like “good behaviour” = you get treats or “good marks in school” = you get treats or “clean your room” = you get treats and so on…

    i guess i failed at explaining it…

  • Great tip about #parentsmodeling to the kids..thanks! I added this to my recent blog.. https://goodnewshealthandfitness.wordpress.com/2017/10/09/health-fitness-how-can-children-have-an-active-lifestyle/

  • Hello! Thank you for this useful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Proladox Diet Plan (do a search on google), but I’m not sure if it is really good. Have you ever tried Proladox Diet Plan? I’ve heard several great things about it and my mate lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me: (

  • This is kind of weird, but when my son was a toddler he loved eating frozen veggies un-thawed. He ate them like they were candy! He also loved sucking in lemons like I see Julianna and Miya and Keira doing:)

  • This still surprise me, just how a lot of people have no idea about Proladox Diet Plan (do a google search), although lots of people get good results because of it. Thanks to my buddy who told me about Proladox Diet Plan, I have lost a ton of weight by using it without starving myself.

  • Mkay. So. The first one. The veggies are not hidden because you can very easily see the colour in the patty. Um, hidden veggies… so is that big bit of lettuce right there not a veggie? Also, if you want it to be healthy don’t add on chips, unhealthy looking cheese and literally 3 different bits of sauce.

  • It’s always good to eat and live by example. I like the idea of showing kids that you like the food, so maybe they will also. Great advice.

  • The content of this video was so well laid out! Awesome video Benji ( and Austin)! I totally agree with tip number four. I wish my parents had raised me with a ‘Do as I do’ mentality instead of ‘Do as I say, not as I do’. I’m glad to say that seeing you and and the fam eat so healthily in the vlogs has definitely influenced my meal choices.

  • This video is great! It helps me remember of times when my wife used Custokebon Secrets to lose 19 pounds and enjoy being healthy again! Many people wish to lose fat, however we also need to remain nutritious, and that’s what exactly Custokebon Secrets gifted.

  • Hello, have you heard of “Belly Fat Quencher” (search on Google for it)? There you will find a helpful free video. It made it possible for Jennifer to eliminate her abdominal fat. It might help you out as well.

  • Sorry fruit isn’t “that” healthy. If its not organic; it’s not healthy and if it’s not non-GMO then its not healthy. Healthy to me is organic, raw, non-gmo and grown basically in your own garden with veggies only and a little bit of fruit. I liked what kizzy MCD said exactly.

So confused!  Judy is adorable and your kids are precious! Hope I’m not asking too much of you.

  • Cheers for the video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you heard the talk about Millawdon Future Ticket Trick (search on google)? It is a smashing exclusive product for teaching children to read minus the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate finally got cool success with it.

  • Another tip from a mom=the people that help watch your children HAVE TO BE ON BOARD with what you’re teaching your kids or else it won’t work. So grandparents and favorite aunties either get with the health program or do us a favor and leave us alone.

  • Hi Benji and Julianna. Great tips! I agree you should start early. Do you have any tips for kids that become picky eaters? Thank you.

  • 1:47 that seems like a lot of work

I mean it might be fun for kids but it is kinda wasting your fruit

Extra credit for the cuteness of it:P

  • Just because they’re vegetables doesn’t make them healthy. When they’re cooked down like that they lose a lot of their nutritional value

  • Hey Benji, where do you and Judy get your meal recipes from? I’ve noticed that when either of you are cooking dinner in your itsjudyslife vlogs that you usually always have a sheet of paper next to you. Thank you!

  • Benji what if my son cant eat healthy.. i.mean by he loves eating fast food like mcdonalds and pizza hut. I tried many ways to get him off it so he could wat some sort of healthy.but he just wont eat if he doesnt have his pizza and burgers. Do you have any tips on how to slowly get him to eat healthy and not ending up getting him to not eat all?

  • JB is getting so big! Thank you for this video, I totally agree that if you want your child to do or be anything you have to be doing it yourself! Lead by example:)

  • I’m just curious…have you guys let Juliana drink soda? I don’t have kids but I’m around someone who lets their child drink soda from early on and now their child throws fits if they don’t get it and his teeth is so bad!

  • This was a great video and I used this video as well as other, more recent green juice videos with the twins in my school project about childhood nutrition education. I got an A, so thank you Travis family!

  • Hello, have you heard of “Belly Fat Quencher” (search on Google for it)? There you will find a helpful free video. It made it possible for Jennifer to eliminate her abdominal fat. It might help you out as well.

  • There are studies saying that while the mother is pregnant, what she eats affects the baby’s preferences in food as well… We know you guys eat very well, and I think that also contributed.

  • Hi Benji, my two year old does not touch his vegetables..could you please let me know a easy green juice recipe..(toddler friendly)

  • hey vegan cyclist. you started doing videos on a gopro right? this one as well? which one? 3+ silver? I want to get a G7X but its too expensive and I think i’ll opt for GoPro hero 3 used

    Xoxo,

    Stanne

  • Wow BengiMan, I just found you and your recipes are amazing! Are you a chef or cook? If not what do you do? I found your vlog Judy’sLife through Neencrochet and I’m already addicted! I saw the vlog of you, your Dad and Gramps at a baseball game, I laughted all the way through it, so funny. So, forgive me for asking so many questions but just trying to figure out, are you Japanese? I see your Dad is Caucasian and is Mamma Sal your Mother? So confused!  Judy is adorable and your kids are precious! Hope I’m not asking too much of you.

  • My baby doesn’t want to eat solids only his milk what do I do I’ve been telling the doctor and she’s like leave the plate for him to eat and this and that NOTHInG works!!!!! He gags when I put it in his mouth he refuses it he’s 11 months

  • I think once in a while its ok to eat junk food or sweet food. just once in a while. Coz i have a friend, who always eat healthy food ever since he was a child, but as he grew up, he cant even eat candy. He sometimes throw up. Just a suggestion. I love healthy food!

  • Mkay.

  • This still surprise me, just how a lot of people have no idea about Proladox Diet Plan (do a google search), although lots of people get good results because of it. Thanks to my buddy who told me about Proladox Diet Plan, I have lost a ton of weight by using it without starving myself.

  • It’s not about the presentation, it’s about the taste! If a kid doesn’t like corn, Dino themed corn holders are not going to get them to like corn!

  • Me and my little brother love to eat healthy we arnt very fond of junk food weve had junk food before. But we prefer healthy food more idk why

  • It’s always good to eat and live by example. I like the idea of showing kids that you like the food, so maybe they will also. Great advice.

  • Definitely will remember your lovely advice and utilize them when I become a mommy. Thanks Benji! You and Judy are doing an amazing job with Julianna, Miya and Kiera <3

  • Hlo mam my baby is 2.5 yr old he have hair fall problem..when I gave him daal rice, milk, banana, daliya in his daily diet is it good for him plz tell me what I do.

  • Great tip about #parentsmodeling to the kids..thanks! I added this to my recent blog.. https://goodnewshealthandfitness.wordpress.com/2017/10/09/health-fitness-how-can-children-have-an-active-lifestyle/
