  • You are so wise:). I am guilty of trying to plan too far ahead, I appreciate the reminder to take it day by day, plan for only the next few days, be flexible. I made it 10 days on all raw food, then I decided to eat some cooked food (because I was craving it, I wanted to listen to my body). And it’s okay! I recently ordered an “Instant Pot” pressure cooker on amazon, it was a gold box deal of the day. I thought it might be good for cooking dried beans and other plant-based foods.
